Owen picked up by vehicle when my van died and I sold it for salvage. Tow-U-Later made it a smooth transaction. Owen showed up exactly when I was told he would. He was a pleasure to talk to and they had very professional communication.

Our clutch went out on our way home from a concert. We were over an hour away from home, in an area we didn’t know well, so I just had to rely on a Google search to find a tow in the middle of the night. I’m so glad we went with TowULater! They were very efficient and thorough, on top of being just genuinely kind. It was like getting ride home by a good friend who happened to have a flatbed truck. It was much appreciated on a night when my husband and I were tired and frustrated with the situation. I highly recommend giving these guys a call!

Tow U Later was incredible. Rebecca answered immediately and Owen arrived within 15 minutes of setting it up. They were professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Thank you for getting us back home tonight!

Tow U Later was BEYOND AMAZING when your stuck in a stressful situation! Especially, when you're in the middle of nowhere! The owners went above and beyond to help us out & get back on the road with our 40ft trailer that had a blown rear tire. We had no clue on how many roadside assistance companies WILL NOT WORK ON TRAILER TIRES! Tow U Later had great reasonable prices and was to our location in 20 minutes after our call for help. Owen went above and beyond and topped off all of our tires to make sure the tire pressure was good for the rest of our trip. You could really see he cared to make sure we were going to be safe. I would recommend this company and their services to anybody in a bad situation. Thank you again for all your services and all your help through this stressful situation getting home!

had them tow my truck 80 miles, gave me a great price they where quick with the delivery i will be using them again next time i need a tow

Donnie, the tow truck operator was amazing. Extremely professional, great communication, right on time, actually early, very experienced, and on top of all of that a very friendly and genuine guy. I’d highly recommend this company, and absolutely recommend Donnie. No complaints, only great things to say! Thanks Donnie!

The equipment was fine and staff seemed nice however they came 2 hours later than quoted and we wound up being over overcharged. However, Don called back and refunded the overcharge and I was very appreciative of that!

Thank you CMD towing for helping me get my car to the dealership to fix my tire. I appreciate your promptness and going the extra mile to take care of the details needed to drop it off. I’d recommend you to my friends

Best service I’ve ever had. Top notch driver and was able to get my car of an extremely situation. Highly recommend

Lifesaver! I was at the energy healing conference and my Ford F450 turtle shell RV kuputzed out on me. Donnie was prompt and towed her back to Lotus. Totally recommend CMD Towing honest and quick.

Our lug nuts broke off in the middle of the highway so the tire was not able to be placed in order to tow. We called 2 other tow companies and they said they could not because it needed a block and to be lifted. When we called High Point towing they immediately said they could help us out. The highway patrol was also there and informed me that the vehicle could not be there for more than 2 hours. High point towing got there quickly and delivered my vehicle to the house. He even asked where we would like it parked and set it up in our driveway. Thank you so much would definitely recommend High Point towing.

I've never had a faster or more efficient tow experience! Broke down on I-215, they were there within 20 minutes. In the past, I've had frustrating tows because of phone tag, bad phone service, etc. We were able to do a lot of the communication over text and I shared my location directly. It made everything really easy. The price was also literally half of what I've paid in the past. These guys do good, quick and honest work.

First time using a towing service and appreciated how punctual he was in getting to my location. As well as the price being cheaper than expected. Highly recommend if you’ve never used a towing service and are looking for quick, reliable, and cheap.

Highpoint Towinf really saved my ass tonight. I was stranded off the freeway and he handled it expertly. I couldn't recommend this company more. If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat but for now a full 5 will have to suffice 🙏

Jorge was awesome, he was able to come by quickly and made sure my car made it to the shop since I wasn’t able to meet him there. Great service and follow up! 😊

Awesome service. Fast, friendly and took great care of my car! They kept in touch, so I knew exactly when they'd arrive, offered friendly advice about moving the vehicle safely. Hoping I dont need a tow again anytime soon but I recommend these guys to anyone who does.

Called them and they were very helpful and cooperative with everything going on. Sent pictures that my vehicle was delivered! Great customer service and easy to work with!

The nicest people!! I’ve had to use their service twice in the past month because of my own incompetence. They’re quick, affordable and happy to help. I appreciate these guys soo much.

Wow. We were so impressed by the professionalism and customer service provided by Mr. Quickpick. They helped us get to a service center where we could get our vehicle repaired and provided some MUCH needed comic relief along the way, which helped to ease the tension on such a stressful day. Thank you so much Mr. Quickpick! Highly recommended.

I was having a horrendous morning my key wouldn’t come out of the ignition! So I struggled with that and then my battery died!!! It’s a Sunday so I spent over an hour trying to get ahold of someone to come help me luckily, Owen was right out to help me in under 30 min!!! Unfortunately it wasn’t my battery that had died and I was nearly in tears this month o had so many unforeseen expenses as I was getting ready to pay this kind man told me not to worry about it. I still tried to pay and he said “sounds like you’ve had a rough month don’t worry about it” not only did he not charge me but he also gave me a ride home. We got to talk and it turns out he’s been doing this for over twenty years plus he’s a retired officer so is my dad! I really love retired officers because they tend to be so helpful and genuine. I also like that old school mentality of good business practice. You literally saved me today and it was so kind of you to be helpful when you didn’t need to be! Thanks again! I really hope that this review helps bring more business to you because you guys deserve it! FYI this was also the cheapest option that I found I did call 9 other businesses and they were going to charge at the lowest $95 for a jump and these guys were about half that!!!

Great experience, very responsible. I'll recommend Alan's Towing to anybody.

Hands Down One of the Best & Reliable Towing Services I’ve Come across, Others in The valley are either Rude or Never Open about how long the wait is , Alan Came Right After his Client & On Gave me ETA’s from How far he was to the shop & His ETA to me, If you have been struggling to find someone who is Honest , Fast & Reliable . I’d more than recommend this towing services . A++++ Job👏

Llega al instante y da buen servicio al cliente

Pricing is a bargain. Great service. Really fast, really nice and responsible. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Alan is awesome! He towed my vehicle and even offered to drive me home from the repair shop, excellent service, highly recommend him!

Super helpful. Was able to come and help me within about 2 hours. Communicated well too about when they would be there. Definitely would call again!

Excellent service.! Full recommended.! The driver was Very professional and friendly service... Exactly what you need when you have problems with your car...

Drivers are dangerous! Had a driver roadrage at me for 6 miles in their tow truck at up to 80mph on the hwy (I tried to pull away because he wouldn't pass me) driving so close I couldn't see his headlights in my rear view. I had to speed to keep him from hitting me and if I changed lanes then so did he. At one point he got off of the hwy and I followed to get the license plate and he stopped in the middle of the road and got out to fight me. He was in an AQC truck but pulled into this lot. Do better.

Spencer was quick to arrive, friendly, and professional

Was very disappointed with there customer service I called this company several times and each time I called I was told its going to be a long wait. At least an hour and a half, I told the guy that's what you said the last time I called which was exactly an hour and a half ago do you really only employ but 1 driver ? He then tells me he's going to give me a number to his driver I don't know why I need it just dispatch him to my address. In all this company is terrible and I will not waste my time nor anyone elses by ever recommending this place stay clear unless you just want a bunch of lip service which is what it looks like all they can offer. To the owners response I did call 4 times yes and of course they were busy I get that but I originally called at 12:30 the last time I call was at 3:00 pm yes on a Saturday hoping that you could provide me with services a( tow ) for my vehical but of course I was getting frustrated who wouldn't ? And of course I'm not going to pay you up front and hope and pray that someone will show up to preform the job. I pay for services rendered not before hand sorry owner.

My car ended up breaking down so I called other tow companies but it would be a 60 min or longer wait. I’ve used these guys once before and had good service. This time around when I called I asked for a tow and he said he can come by later tonight because he was going to a family dinner and just hung up. So it’s only you working the weekend and no one else. What a good business. Couldn’t even check if you had anyone available. Ya I know it’s the weekend but you could’ve been a little nicer about it.

Usually I had good response from these guys in the past. Called them today and was explaining my situation and what I needed and the first response from the guys is"and I suppose you want me there in 30 seconds too". I quickly called him on it and told him he did not need to be a smart*** and it was not appreciated. Not the greatest at customer service and you could tell he did not want to be there.

Wife went to winco with my son and accidently locked the keys inside her vehicle. She then called me to come and try to unlock it. I didnt have a metal hangar, but only my tool box. Yet, when i arrive i did all i could and nothing. We stood out there for 2hrs when she spotted the ABC Tow truck. She walked over and ask him for help. He said he would as soon as he was done loading his customers car. He then pulled and in seconds we were back in to our vehicle. He didnt charge us or anything but did it out of the kindness of his heart. I deffinately would suggest ABC Towing to family and friends. Awesome work and great people vibe. 5 stars on my book...

Peter was amazing! He was so fast and friendly. My day was ruined since my car wouldn’t start and he gave me input on what the problem is/could be, gave me a website I could find parts for my car, and overall just awesome! I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommending them to everyone!

My grandma was in a car accident that was NOT his fault. And he needed his truck today and no later because he didn’t have any other people to help drive it back. And they were fighting and fighting with us and wouldn’t let us come get it. While my grandpa is in the EMERGENCY ROOM!!! All these people want is your money!!!!! Terrible.

I was so pleased with this company! My car broke down on my way from Tooele to West Jordan Advantage was very helpful and kind on the phone and arrived very promptly. I received exceptional service and would highly recommend this company.

Terrible company. No compassion whatsoever and they charge additional fees if you don’t pay cash.

CASH ONLY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH. NO CARDS ACCEPTED.

Terrible people with terrible costume service.

Forcing handicap individuals to walk their lot for their vehicle instead of easily driving right up to it in the lot was ridiculous. Even after showing our handicap placard the lady said she didn’t care we shouldn’t have had our car towed to begin with..Civil rights still exist within a towing lot, you are a business.

I got a call yesterday the 29th, from my insurance company asking me if I wanted to keep the coverage on my 1999 Saturn SL since it has been impounded out in West Valley City. That's howI found out my car was stolen, and it was the next day I got a letter from Swift Towing giving me a bill for over 500 dollars. It was on the 17th when they impounded it, and it took me to get the bill. That car was my spare car parked in my parking lot at the old County Highrise Senior living Building. When I do drive, I drive a newer Volkswagen 2013 CC and don't drive it very often. I don't know how my insurance found out about it being impounded, but I did file a police report because I didn't park it at the West Valley Condo Parking lot and leave it there. Anyway, after explaining all this to Swift Towing, they said it's the post office's fault for late mail, and you owe $900 now, and we will go after you to collect it. I'm almost 70 years old, on a limited SSI income, living in housing. That's hard-nosed bullying to get every penny they can get away with. I don't have any money left after rent, car insurance, and food. They couldn't care less if the car was stolen. They are just as much a theft as the person who parked it there. My opinion is to stay away from Swift Towing they're cold-hearted

Was parked behind my friend's car WITH PERMISSION at his townhouse. I was not in the road at all. They towed my car within 15 minutes of me parking there. I have the timestamps from their ring camera. I was there for not even 45 minutes and had to pay $351 to get it back. Ridiculous shady company.

This company drives around hard up for business. They tow any car they can, in private parking lots. This company illegally towed me from a disabled spot within the parking lot I pay to park. Swift Towing, learn your laws. Disabled parking cannot be assigned to ANYONE! Those spots are always first come first serve. I even called SLC PD, they advised that I was illegally towed but because I was towed on Private property, it is now a civil. matter. Good luck in court.

What a bs place. Would give a 0 if possible...nasty attitudes and only want to charge you as much as possible. Way to beat people while they are down guys. My engine failed and I had to drive and hour home to find a trailer and truck and when I finally got what I needed it drove to get the car just for highway patrol to tow it to this bs place yesterday and they closed so I had to pay 346.23 just for the car and only way for a non running car to leave the lot is an extra 50 just for them to bring it to the front. Im not sure if he was a manager in a silver BMW but he had a nasty attitude and couldn't just help or even be nice because this is 2 full days of dealing with this so of course we are tired and stressed we don't even live in west valley! They also made us move because apparently we were "in the way" when we weren't and there is NO PARKING STALLS! Thanks highway patrol for ruining 2 days for me when I had it handled. We were off the road and wouldn't have blocked traffic at all either.
