Rebecca and Owen are very amazing people to work with on getting my truck towed out. When I made the call even though I had next to no service and my call kept cutting in and out. Rebecca was very patient with me and on top of communicating with me throughout the whole time of eta and when Owen was a few minutes out. Once Owen showed up he was on top of his game and was able to get my tuck out in a timely manner with it being super wet out. He got my truck out with it being very buried in mud. They made the whole process as painless as needed. I also feel their prices are fare. I highly recommend them for their services.

Tow U Later was BEYOND AMAZING when your stuck in a stressful situation! Especially, when you're in the middle of nowhere! The owners went above and beyond to help us out & get back on the road with our 40ft trailer that had a blown rear tire. We had no clue on how many roadside assistance companies WILL NOT WORK ON TRAILER TIRES! Tow U Later had great reasonable prices and was to our location in 20 minutes after our call for help. Owen went above and beyond and topped off all of our tires to make sure the tire pressure was good for the rest of our trip. You could really see he cared to make sure we were going to be safe. I would recommend this company and their services to anybody in a bad situation. Thank you again for all your services and all your help through this stressful situation getting home!

Lifesaver! I was at the energy healing conference and my Ford F450 turtle shell RV kuputzed out on me. Donnie was prompt and towed her back to Lotus. Totally recommend CMD Towing honest and quick.
The equipment was fine and staff seemed nice however they came 2 hours later than quoted and we wound up being over overcharged. However, Don called back and refunded the overcharge and I was very appreciative of that!

CMD was super responsive and arrived in a timely manner. Our car wouldn’t start and was parked in a townhome garage. Ricky made his work look so easy!! He checked the battery, which wasn’t the problem and got the car loaded and towed. I would definitely use CMD again, but I hope I don’t have to.

Well had a long work week and car wouldn't start after attempting to jump start battery couple times had no luck so I called local tow company and they were there in 20 minutes and got my car back to my place quick and safely. Tow truck driver was very friendly and down to earth. Thank you so much for such great service and professionalism.
Jorge was totally amazing! My daughter's car was high centered on a cement median on a very cold icy night. He arrived in less than 30 minutes managed to get the car off and up to my mechanic very quickly, plus he was actually nice! Great service on a bad night would definitely use him again.
Jorge st High Point was wonderful to work with! He was on time and did an amazing job of transporting my husband's '65 Ford Galaxie Coupe to a storage unit. It was not a straight shot into the unit so Jorge worked magic, expertly guiding the vehicle into position; a real pro! He went above a beyond and helped push the vehicle into the unit. He is a great guy who is meticulous about his job. We'll call him when the car needs to go to the shop for repairs and for any other tow jobs we may need.

Really appreciated how quickly they got to me. The couple was friendly, quick and even let my dog goldie ride with us in the cab. They also showed up quicker than expected and made the towing experience the most pleasant it could be with my car dying on me. I would recommend anyone in the salt lake valley to give them a call. 10/10 thank you again
Got a flat, called my insurance company and told me the wait was about an hour or so. Wasn’t too mad, got a call 15 minutes later saying they’ll be there in 10 minutes! Once they located me, they were quick with loading my car, drove my car and I where we needed to be. They were very nice and friendly, couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. Wish I could’ve gotten their names.
Wow, just awesome! My boat trailer had a bearing go out, to the point where it pretty much exploded one of the 4 tires off, rotor and all. No changing the tire to fix it. I had to leave the boat in a relatively remote area, 20 mi from the nearest anything. I then found out I have free roadside assistance from Progressive. They said they would put this 23 foot boat on a flat bed and tow it to a repair place in the city. Must've cost $300 but it was free (kudos to Progressive as well). They chose MrQuickPick as the company to tow. So great! This is a Sunday afternoon. They contacted me, texted me, and even sent me a pic of the final destination when they were done. Such great customer service. I really appreciate it. If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call without a doubt!
I walked to my car after a long shift and saw that I had a flat tire. After starting to change it myself I realized I was missing part of my jack and didn't know what to do. Honestly Alan was super friendly and willing to make the experiences comfortable. my belt broke on me while driving so he offered to help and he wasn't expecting any pay . I paid anyways. Very helpful! Peter in specific was very kind! There was a vehicle parked in my drive way for some unknown reason and ABC TOWING helped me take care of it.
By far the best customer service I have received from a tow company. Sent me a picture text of the truck being loaded and a picture text of it being dropped off. Fair priced, prompt and friendly. I even revived follow up information of where I could by discount parts to get it fixed. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

These guys are the best towing company in the Salt Lake area. The guy who came to help me was exceptionally prompt and brought my vehicle to a trustworthy autoshop. ABC towing charged me a low price and it was one of the best towing experiences that I have had. Getting a tow is a pain already and can be scary if the car is stalled in a relatively unsafe location, do yourself a favor, if stuck, and call ABC. They will treat you right!

Terrible people with terrible costume service.
The man who answers the phone number listed (maybe the owner) is a huge piece of work if you can even get him to answer. He was confused, angry and unpleasant. The woman who actually helped us was great.

The state of Utah should arrest the owners of this company, they have abusive prices and are very rude with terrible service.
What an experience. Not one moral fiber exists within the management of this company, if we can even call them "management." We were driving through Utah, made a 25 minute stop to eat and come out to find our truck/trailer gone from a parking lot with INSUFFICIENT signage (see photo) and a literal semi parked next to us which was not towed. Explain that to me, tow company? Surely is was worth more money to you and that's all you're after. We walked around to find signs placed WELL inside the entrance to the lot which were not visible because we turned before the sign so that seems like BS and there is a camera there- predatory. There was no else for a small trailer (20') so this seems really unfair. Called, the man on the line was dumber than a doorknob and couldn't explain how literally anything worked. I had to repeat my questions in about 7 ways over and over and over like i was talking to a toddler. He couldn't tell me how to make appt to get vehicle back, where to get vehicle back, ANYTHING. Our truck was still there by the way- in the parking lot over. They refused to drop it there and let us pay them. We had to get a ride to their disgusting office to retrieve it. They recommend we pay in cash, but have no ATM and the guy waiting before us has to walk 0.9 miles each way in 100 degree weather to the nearest one. They charged us for our trailer's MAX towing weight despite it being empty "because we have no scale." What a SCAM. This cost of >$100 more than our trailer's actually weight. Their desk had shattered glass. Truly a disgusting space. Like, you rob people for a living, you can't have a nicer office for your customers to come suffer in? They admitted they gave the semi next to us a warning. Where was our warning? To get to our vehicle they told us it's best to have a ride back to the lot- excuse me, YOU HAVE OUR CAR. Like, figure out a better system. We were fortunate enough to have family in the area to give us a ride but seriously what is wrong with this company?! FIX YOUR SIGNS. FIX YOUR ETHICS. DO BETTER. We all get that you have a job to do, there is a better way to do it. Politely see my photo of your lack of signage.
Was towed while moving into an apartment. The gentleman on the phone spoke about their driver several times. Come to find out that he was the driver. Even in person he referred to himself as the driver. Same exact voice smh. Definately preditiory and there are ZERO signs nor information in the paperwork about the tow company.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this situation is wild. I live in an income-restricted apartment complex, meaning not everyone there has a lot of extra money. My registration expired in February, and to my knowledge, you have 30 days to renew it. It's now April 10th (yes, I'm late, but just 10 days after the 30-day grace period). I had planned to pay it on my next paycheck, but this month was tight. rent came first, then my car payment, and insurance. My registration, unfortunately, had to be put on the back burner for just a bit. I understand that they have a job to do, and I respect that, but maybe a warning first? A ticket? Life is tough for everyone, and judging by the people who work here, it's clear finances are a challenge for them as well. It's just surprising that no grace was shown, especially when people are already struggling.
I got a call yesterday the 29th, from my insurance company asking me if I wanted to keep the coverage on my 1999 Saturn SL since it has been impounded out in West Valley City. That's howI found out my car was stolen, and it was the next day I got a letter from Swift Towing giving me a bill for over 500 dollars. It was on the 17th when they impounded it, and it took me to get the bill. That car was my spare car parked in my parking lot at the old County Highrise Senior living Building. When I do drive, I drive a newer Volkswagen 2013 CC and don't drive it very often. I don't know how my insurance found out about it being impounded, but I did file a police report because I didn't park it at the West Valley Condo Parking lot and leave it there. Anyway, after explaining all this to Swift Towing, they said it's the post office's fault for late mail, and you owe $900 now, and we will go after you to collect it. I'm almost 70 years old, on a limited SSI income, living in housing. That's hard-nosed bullying to get every penny they can get away with. I don't have any money left after rent, car insurance, and food. They couldn't care less if the car was stolen. They are just as much a theft as the person who parked it there. My opinion is to stay away from Swift Towing they're cold-hearted
