Great company! This man was quick and got the job done no problem! Late on a Sunday Cheap prices!! Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be calling them from now on!!!!!
Daniel’s service was excellent. I was stranded, and he arrived even sooner than he told me. He towed my Vespa to the dealership without incident. He also updated me every step of the way, including by sending photos. To top it all off, his price was reasonable. Cannot recommend his services enough!

This is by far the best service experience with a towing company. They got to my car lighting fast, and after calling every towing company around they charge the best rates. I would 100% personally recommend them to my friends and family.
Javier was professional, prompt and went above and beyond to now only tow my car but help find an auto body shop to service it. Roadside express towing responded quickly and came to tow my car within 20 minutes of inquiring. I will definitely recommend to others and will use in the future for all my towing needs. Thank you so much Javier !
Great Service. Quick response time. If you need a tow, call Roadside Express.
5 start service in the dead of night! Got out work at 3am to a dead battery. These guys sent over, Erik within 25 min of contacting them with my location. Great people great service great price. Other companies quoted me $125 for a simple jump. They stayed true to their prices.
I highly recommend Roadside Express Towing. I was left stranded on the highway in a huge traffic jam and Javier was there in 10 minutes with my car ready to go in 5. Super profesional, great service, and hospitality. He is also a great mechanic. Fixed my car in no time for a great price. I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Miami Rescue Towing is an exceptional towing service that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I recently had the pleasure of working with them to tow my boat from Miami Dade to West Palm Beach, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, flexibility, and overall ease to work with. From the moment I contacted Miami Rescue Towing, I was met with friendly and informative staff Jorge and Bruce who were more than willing to accommodate my needs. They were incredibly flexible in scheduling the tow, making the process stress-free and convenient for me. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart from other towing services. Jorge and Bruce at Miami Rescue Towing demonstrated a high level of expertise and skill in handling my boat, ensuring that it was transported safely and securely to its destination. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well-informed and provided valuable insights, which I greatly appreciated as a boat owner. Overall, I cannot recommend Miami Rescue Towing enough. Their exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers make them a standout in the industry. If you're in need of a reliable towing service that is both professional and personable, Miami Rescue Towing is the way to go. I sincerely appreciate you both for your help!!!!!
Class Act! Professional, straight to the point and honestly heaven sent. My car broke down on US1 on a Saturday. I was home with my car within 30 minutes of calling. I would absolutely recommend and I will absolutely use again. Great price.
Professional, quick and efficient. Got a flat after work today and they helped me out. They beat everyone’s prices today and got to me in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
The Guys over at Miami Rescue were amazing, they took the extra steps to insure my car was towed properly and safely which was tricky considering my M6 was stuck in drive. I would highly recommend them!

Great service! Needed to move our F550 and they were able to accommodate. Showed up on time and delivered with no issues. Would definitely recommend!
Ernesto was able to help me out at a moments notice when I got stranded! Not only that but was the only tow service that was affordable out of all 6 that I called! Please do not waste time looking for others and call Ernesto!
Ernesto was very knowledgeable and professional in towing my car from a really tight spot and his arrival time is excellent. Waiting over an hour for another company and had to cancel
He came to pick up my car in 10 minutes, he gave me the best price compared to others. He is very careful with the car and he gave me a ride. When in need is good to feel that you have been taken care.
This man helped us so much and he made sure that everything was right. We called other companies and they said they could not pick up a car and place it on our trailer with their roll back cause it was a safety issue and when I called him he was so Nice and Respectful and Kind and said he could do it and he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. We did find one other but they said they was on the way but they never did show after 3 hours of waiting and I got ahold of Ernesto and he was fast and efficiently. When the job was done he pulled out three Coca-Cola’s and we all drank them together. He did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure working with him. Thank you Ernesto!!!

Five stars aren't enough for Towing R’Us! Lazaro is hands down the best in all of Miami. From the moment he arrived, you could see his professionalism and the way he treats your car with true care as if it were his own. He showed up incredibly fast, was friendly and helpful, and the price was more than fair. It's rare to find a towing service that’s this efficient, affordable, and genuinely kind. If you ever need a tow, don’t think twice Lazaro is the one to call. Thank you for everything!

Never had to use a crane company before, but if I have to again, On the spot would be my choice. Showed up on time, very professional crew who helped me through some unforseen problems in the delivery of a large spa. Office staff was g helpful as well. Great job

Tow Express was very professional. They came within 25 minutes. Very good service
Oscar took great care of my car and let me know how much up front. He was polite and decent to me. I plan to use him whenever I get my car towed.
They were awesome. They came and picked up my shed and help me take down the fence to do so. I would highly recommend them.
Lazaro was extremely helpful and made the tow in such a timely manner. Would recommend 10/10.
Lazaro of tow express really went above and beyond when the axle broke on my boat trailer! Not only did he show up in 35 minutes on a Friday night, he also took extremely good care not to damage my freshly painted driveway.

Muy buen Servicio y sobre todo mucho respeto y profesionalismo
Communication was consistent and direct. They towed my car to the mechanic quickly and efficiently.
Easiest towing company I have used. I have had bad experiences In the past with other towing companies being rude and being rough with my vehicle. This was completely different than any other tow I have had. The driver was attentive, super friendly, AND took care of my vehicle as if it was his own. Even the office staff were very friendly, they made the whole process easy for me and I could not be thank them enough!
Driver communicated well, was very friendly, and no issues with the tow.
The driver was very professional and accommodating. He afforded me with great conversation and courtesy.

Another towing failed me so I called Towing 22 Corp. Answered phone right away only 30 min wait time. New tow truck and very professional. Saved my day. Never in my life would I give a tip to a towing company but this business rocked so gave driver $80 dollar tip. And highly recommend that USAA and other people use this company and That American Airlines employees call this company when they need a tow from the employee lot. I have absolutely zero complaints
Llegaron rápido y fue rápido el servicio
Muy buen servicio, mi auto dejo de funcionar en plena calle 8 y no tardo ni 10 minutos en llegar. Muy buen trato y buen profesional el señor.
Excelente servicio rápido economico
I called Luis with a day's notice and let him know that I needed a tow from Miami to West Palm Beach. I also told him that I was flying into Miami international Airport and that I was going to get an Uber to my truck's location, where it had broken down. Luis offered to pick me up at the airport, take me to my truck and then let me ride alongside him as we towed the truck to West Palm Beach. Luis performed an excellent job and was very professional from start to finish.

More than satisfied with the service!! Very patient and accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure quality service and deliver my car with extra care! Very lucky to have found them!
They picked up the phone super quick and Francisco showed up within one hour
This company is superior. The best. Came before the time told and was the nicest guy ever.
I used this company twice; once to tow a vehicle from one house to another, and once to sell them a junk car. In both cases, the responses were very quick, the driver showed up in less than an hour from the time I called, and everything went smoothly. I didn’t have the key to the car to unlock the wheels, but they still made it work. Everything was fast, easy and professional with no BS. I highly recommend Kendall Towing Service.
I recently had an emergency and had to call my best friend’s towing company. I was genuinely impressed by the promptness and professionalism of the service. They arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with utmost care, and ensured that everything was managed efficiently and safely. The team’s friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend this towing service for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch assistance on the road. Keep up the great work!

I called but they didn't come out. Put on hole 17 minutes.
In the middle of a traumatic accident I took a chance and called this company. It was dark and scary on the side of the highway. They arrived in less then 30 minutes and got our vehicle safely loaded up. Due to impact my tires were stuck and not moving. He went above and beyond to do the extra work to get my vehicle loaded up and brought back down. Very caring, asked me and my husband if we were alright. Hardworking company and beyond excellent customer service.
Thanks Ashley
Ashley is the best tow truck driver ever! She is very quick and an amazing person. Very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend her services.
If you're ever in need of roadside assistance, having your vehicle towed from one location to the next or even a jump start, then I highly recommend Bella's Towing! Not only are they affordable, they're also reliable. It's not always easy finding a company who offers good customer service and shows professionalism while getting the job done so I'll definitely be referring them to friends and family!

Best, fastest and the most cost effective service ever! Forever grateful and highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much!
Juan was extremely friendly and arrived fast—a truly excellent service!.
Unfortunately these people placed my car in a compromising position. Now I can be fined by the city because they decided to drive and park my vehicle in the opposite direction of traffic on my street. Now I can be fined by the city and I have no way of moving my disabled vehicle. Sucks that low price comes with low quality of service. Would recommend if you want to get a ticket or have your vehicle towed after dropoff. Super disappointed. Contacted them but they never returned my call. Now I’m stuck calling another tow company to fix their mistake. All cars are facing the right direction and space was left for them to do the job correctly. I simply cannot wrap my head around why this was done this way. All they would have had to do was drive around the block and come around I’m the right direction…
Worst customer service experience ever the man hangs up on me without explaining anything and was rude as hell. I would never call them again.
We purchased a vehicle that needed it special handling and Care . JV & V picked up the vehicle and delivered to us on time and with no issues . They are very professional and easy to reach . Thank you !

Top notch group here! Worked with Bob on a multi day project in Miramar. Equipment was in excellent operating condition, operator had 40+ years of experience and was not afraid to get out of the cabin to assist and help. Had a great pre-rigging meeting, went over all the weights, safety concerns, plan of action, it went just how it should be! Wish we could use them for every job! They even came in and worked on the weekends, no questions asked, great group of professional operators, very reasonable pricing, great communication with the office staff for coordination. If you want the best, call Harrison.

This company is a joke. It took them 3 days to deliver my vehicle. They were quick to take the job from AAA and then made no effort to deliver my vehicle in a timely manner. Their communication was poor, only providing an update if I called and consistently lied about where my vehicle was. It got so bad that on the third day, when my vehicle was still not delivered, they simply stopped answering my calls. The vehicle was for my business and this company’s atrocious service cost me a large amount of money. I would’ve saved time and money renting a trailer and just delivering it myself.
I used Roadside Towing to haul my 5th wheeler to its new location. Maycol and his sons were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. I recommend them and will be using them again. 👍
On 5/30/2024 my car broke down on the way back home from dropping my kids at school. I contacted my AAA and they sent out Road towing & recovery. I had the best experience with the tow truck company, the driver’s name was Christian. He was polite and very communicative. He even waited for me to come back to the vehicle to drop my key so I didn’t have to take the drive all the way to the dealership. Once he got to the dealership, he called to confirm that the vehicle was dropped off. I normally don’t post reviews, but I even contacted my AAA that evening to find out the name and drivers information so I could leave this review. 5 stars!!! Thanks so much for making a miserable situation, a little less miserable! (Also really hoping this is the right company)
Excellent service, fast, cost effective. Got our truck professionally transported in no time. Highly capable driver being able to deliver the truck quick and with care
Best company in miami. Jaciel towed my towncar last night on a flatbed late night and it was a long tow and he dropped it off perfectly to the mechanic, 5 star

The company’s service was spectacular. The arrival took no longer than expected. Richard was pleasant to work with. He inspected my car and checked the leakage I had. He took time to explain what could have possibly damaged my vehicle and suggested a few options. I definitely recommend the service. Hopefully you will get Richard as your tow guy. You will have great service. You
DRIVER BLOCKED ENTRANCE TO MY BUSINESS and refused to move. One of prestige auto towings drivers, ID# TL-5977, parked his truck with a vehicle in tow, directly in the middle of the entrance to the parking lot of my business, blocking both entry and exit lanes, preventing my customers from coming into my business, and refused to move when I confronted him about where he was parked. Completely arrogant, disregard for a business that was completely unrelated to what he was there to do, the vehicle was not towed from our property nor did we have anything to do with their company. But they chose to inconvenience us and act like a complete moron about his actions. Hopefully prestige auto towing addresses this kind of driver behavior, unless this is something that they encourage and condone from its drivers.
These are thieves and take your car without being called or given authorization. My car was towed from a visitor spot at a complex when no one from the complex called them to take the car. When I arrived to pick up the car, they had not even put it in "the system" and the guy asked me to send him the money through zelle, to his name! not even the company's name which means he is stealing also from his own boss. Of course he didn't provide a receipt or anything. Blocked the entrance of the place until i paid him. This is a scam company.
Not a 24 hours service as posted. When calling his 15 min to 20 minutes became an hour and a half waiting for him to come. What a disgrace to have to deal with this company.
⚠️ Scam Alert – Please Beware! ⚠️ This company is operating in a very suspicious and unprofessional manner. I will be reporting them to the proper authorities and urge everyone to double-check their active business and towing licenses in the State of Florida before doing any business with them. They towed a vehicle and then demanded $300 in cash only, refusing any other form of payment. That alone raised a red flag — legitimate towing companies in Florida typically accept multiple payment methods and provide proper invoices or receipts. To make matters worse, instead of returning the vehicle to an official towing yard or authorized location, they left the car sitting in a random parking lot. Who does that? That’s not how a legitimate towing company operates, and it raises serious questions about whether they are even licensed or insured. Everything about this experience felt shady from start to finish. They insisted on meeting in a parking lot for the exchange, didn’t provide any proper documentation, and acted as though this was a normal process. It is completely unacceptable to charge someone hundreds of dollars and then abandon their vehicle somewhere unsafe. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this company entirely. If you’ve had a similar experience, please report it to local authorities or the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) to help stop these types of illegal or unlicensed operations. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency — not this kind of sketchy, cash-only, parking-lot transaction that looks and feels like a scam

Luigi fue súper rápido y eficiente súper recomendado !!!
There was a vehicle parked in my assigned parking spot at my apartment. Theres a huge sign that states violators will be towed and it specifically has the name and phone number for VMS towing on it. So I call them at 11:55pm on 4/25/2024 and get no answer multiple times. Mind you they are suppose to be open 24 hours. And someone finally calls back 6 minutes later and says he’ll call back with an update on when I can expect arrival, asks for the other vehicles info, etc. 20 minutes go by and no response so I call back and he says the driver is doing a tow right now and will be there in 45 minutes to an hour and that he will call. Well that hour has come and gone and I called back several times and now the number is going straight to voicemail. They blocked me. And I know they blocked me because I called private and it rang and when I called unblocked again it went straight to voicemail. And this was for both of the businesses numbers. Here we are 2 hours later. Still no communication and no response. I will be reporting this to our property management company as well because we definitely need a new on call tow truck company. Also, hopefully management sees this and looks at who was on call this night and deals with them. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. After being at work all day and to come home to this, thinking it would be resolved but it did not. Shame on you all! I wish I could give you all zero stars or a negative five stars. Just tacky.
Best towing service I’ve ever had! Got to me in less than 10 min! Very professional ! Highly recommend them for all your towing needs! Victor & his son are the best!!
If I could give 0 stars I would ! First they towed away my car from my condominium having the sticker permitted and second of when you go get your car they treat you if you were a criminal coming to get your own car . HORRIBLE PLACE -0
Best towing service, excellent service Victor was super friendly I definitely would recommend this towing company 🎉

Had a wonderful experience with Alpine Towing. Called Geico for road side assistance and were provided two towing companies that canceled the job. Alpine Towing set a text that they will do the job. Text said they would be at the house in 60 minutes or so. Received a call from Alpine office to confirm the road side information and confirmed they would be there. Tow truck was there with a nice flatbed 15 minutes later. Gianny was extremely courteous and professional. My SUV was carefully placed on the flatbed and secured. Gianny confirmed the address to the dealer and my information. Very happy with the service.
Es una falta de respeto q andaba con un bebé chiquito q se bajó hacer necesidades 5 minutos y se llevaron el auto
WOW. What a service! Awesome towing company that know what to do and how to tow and specially big rigs. Price was good compare to other rip off companies around. Friendly and professional driver Javier. Thank you for all your hard work. Highly recommended
Chris Santos #145 came to get my jeep. His kindness, dedication to good service, and expertise were unparalleled. I’m not just thankful, I’m proud to have been helped by this company. His description of the history and excellent leadership of this company to value its employees gives me hope for the people of south Florida. Thank you so much for your service to the community and your positive outlook on life!
Stay away from this towing company! They towed our truck and trailer illegally and made the recovery process as difficult as possible. Despite providing all the required paperwork and paying the fees, they refused to release our vehicles. It was clear they were deliberately stalling to rack up storage fees. Their staff was uncooperative, had a terrible attitude, and seemed focused only on making money—not helping customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior

Geico sent Alpine to tow my car to the dealer and they never showed up. When I called them to get an ETA the gentleman on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I notified Geico right away and they sent another company to tow my car. Alpine customer service really sucks no class no manners no hospitality at all. Good luck to those that get involved with Alpine.
(Zero star rating)This was genuinely suck a horrible experience. PSA - should you need you car towed your better of trying to literally push it to your destination yourself than calling Alpine towing. We contacted Alpine the through insurance at -12:55 AM on a Sunday night. We’re we’re originally quoted a 75 minute wait time but at 1:30 AM ewe received a call letting us know dispatch was 20 minutes away. Due to the time of night we were instructed to leave the car unlocked with the keys inside if we couldn’t stay but the car and then after that we heard from no one for the next HOUR, it’s now 2:30 in the morning and 3 difference customer service vehicles have quoted you different wait times and they’re being extremely unhelpful and won’t put you in contact with the driver. It wasn’t until I threatened to call cops that I get a real update my car is on the way. I was quoted another bogus time frame and I’m only now JUST receiving my car at 4:45 in the morning. God forbid I was waiting by my car and had to stay in the middle of nowhere with no other options. This company had horrible communication and customer service and it felt like they were setting us up to have our car stolen. 0/10 experience.
I booked the truck they never show up after 3 hours I called another company. I m waiting for refund now. Pretty crazy they don’t even call you.
They don’t even deserve 1 star. They are that bad. They lie and say they are 30 min away and then when 30min hits and they still aren’t there they say they are 30min away they did this 4 times with me after missing their ETA by an hour so we waited 2.5 hours more then what they told us. They picked up my car had it for 3.5 hours now and they still have not dropped it off. I have no clue what they have done in that time but the place they were supposed to bring my car was only 45min away. Stay away from this place!!
Paid for parking in front of a “PayByPhone” sign which was $20 for 2 hours. I walked outside and was being towed stating that it was a “reserved parking lot.” This company does whatever they want and blatantly steals from people. The drivers need to learn English or learn how to read considering reading a sign should be in the job description.
