Worst towing company ever… no way to contact nobody after towing my vehicle from my complex. They worst then a cheating boyfriend not picking up the phone .. smh
Worst customer service ever. This tow company has been hired to tow vehicles from our plantation community. There are no signs in our community that they tow your vehicle if it’s not registered. Is it illegal to tow a car without visible notices? They towed my visitors car last night, found the tow truck driver down the street with multiple cars lined up that they were registering to tow. Is it illegal to tow your car away from the site prior to registering? We asked the gentleman last night the price to remove the vehicle from the pound and he said $165. He explained the registered owner of the vehicle had to be the one to remove the car from the pound. Unfortunately the car registered owner was at work at the time so we asked the price to pick it up in the morning. He said whether you pick it up now or in the morning, it’s still $165. We called last night the pound several times and no answer. Called this morning to ask about the vehicle once again and this rude lady that has no respect whatsoever said it’ll be $200 to remove the car now. This place makes up their own rules and are so rude. I have never ever ever experienced such terrible service. This is the only place where you can be nasty with a customer bc the customer has no choice apparently. I will seek legal actions towards this. Luckily it won’t be too hard considering I already with with attorneys.
My car was towed for not being registered in the community, which was definitely a frustrating situation. However, the team at Beezy Towing handled everything with professionalism and care. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional; they were patient, respectful, and showed genuine empathy. They took the time to explain the process clearly, which really helped ease my stress. While no one enjoys dealing with a tow, I truly appreciate how Beezy Towing turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one through their outstanding service. Thank you!
This towing company is a scam. I was only parked for five minutes while I ran into a friend's apartment to see their young child. I was just a few feet away from the truck, yet they still drove off with my car. The management was incredibly rude, dismissing my concerns with a condescending attitude. The entire process was frustrating, leaving me with the distinct impression they were stalking my car, waiting for an opportunity to tow it for the $170 fee. To further inconvenience me, my car was hauled behind an iron gate, and the driver, Shawn, threatened to call the police instead of simply releasing my car. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company if you value fair treatment and respectful communication.
Disrespectful people, they told me they were going to arrive at 7:15 and they arrived an hour and a half later. We also agreed on a price and when he got here he was charging $100 MORE. He also showed us his gun when he got out of the truck, as on purpose. This is unacceptable and a huge waste of time. Don’t ever hire them for anything if you don’t wanna go through a bad time
