You guys have an awesome hustle just driving through apartment parking lots between midnight and 6 am just towing cars for having dead registration a month dead at that good hustle guys keep it up
My vehicle was repossessed by this company on October 31, 2025, and when I went to pick up my personal belongings on November 4, 2025, I discovered that several valuable items were missing from inside the car — including my camera, microphones, drone, sunglasses, and other electronics totaling over $1,300 in value. I’ve filed a police report and reached out to the company, but so far have not received any resolution or explanation. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional to have personal property go missing while a vehicle is in their possession. If your vehicle is ever handled by this company, be sure to document everything and remove your belongings beforehand.

They towed my car at 3 am in Lauderhill . It was parked in the owner's spot and they said it needed a guest pass. I thought only guest parking needed guest parking pass. Why would i put a guest pass if im parked in the owners spot. Cost me $199 to get my god damn car out the next day. They have no compassion . Money hungry company and it was during the Hurricane period when people were leaving their homes up north to come to south florida to be safe.
Will file a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection and the County Consumer Affairs Division. Florida Statute \S 713.78(2)(c) explicitly outlines the acceptable forms of payment that a towing-storage operator must allow. A tow company cannot restrict customers to just one or two non-traditional options. Your towing trucks will be targeted.
