The dispatch operator Maria kindly called me to keep me updated. Cody picked up my car, inflated the tire, and loaded it up professionally to take to the dealership for repairs. I rode along with him. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company!
Gatorback picked up our vehicle in short order and answered a late night phone call, providing detailed info for a parent (me) two hours away, Stopped by the tow lot the next day, and the office staff was first rate as well. If you need a tow, these folks should be the first people you call.
We would give Gatorback 10 ☆ if we could. Joe and Maria rescued us after we had to leave our truck at a dealership for an unexpected transmission replacement. We were traveling on I-75 with our 2 big dogs trailering our Winnebago. After we left the truck, we needed a trailer tow to an RV park, 17 miles away. Not only did Joe tow the trailer, he also gave us and our dogs a ride with him. Using Gatorback was a rose among a day filled with thorns. We unequivocally recommend Gatorback.

I had a great experience with Gainesville Towing thanks to Jamal! He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. Instead of having me ride along and figure out a ride home, he offered to take my vehicle to the shop himself and even placed the key in the drop box for me. This saved me so much time and hassle. My car decided it didn't want to start anymore so I called GTS and had a pickup arranged in less than 10 minutes. Jamal Vann came to the pickup location 30 minutes later. He knew what he was doing and was able to get the vehicle picked up quickly and safely despite the cramped parking lot. He did a fantastic job and kept a positive vibe throughout. I will definitely be using them for any future vehicle transportation.
Preston provided an outstanding towing service from Gainesville to Lake Wales. He was incredibly accommodating and easy to talk to, making the journey enjoyable with great conversation. Preston was considerate, allowing me to sleep or use my phone without any issues. His ability to read the environment was impressive, and I felt a genuine human connection with him. The loading and unloading process was quick and efficient. We hit the road shortly after his arrival, which was earlier than the app’s estimate, and reached our destination an hour ahead of schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was given a 90 minute wait time, 17 minutes away from moffos and received ZERO roadside assistance after what has now been 4 hours of waiting for a tow truck. Horrible company. The woman I spoke to over the phone was also extremely short with me and did reassure that I should trust them in any way, instead just cancelled the tow after a few good HOURS of waiting. Very angry and upset with this company. I wish you bankruptcy in the near future.
My insurance carrier Nationwide ins roadside service dispatched this un carrying service. The staff Ashley and whomever there with her was rude and unconcern. I waited over 3 hours they never called out of courtesy they're too busy to come and stated Nationwide employees is not doing there job. They abruptly cancelled my service after waiting for them .3 hours.
I received prompt after hours service, Sean was very skilled and got my vehicle exactly where I needed it to be. It was a tricky spot to deliver to but he did it without any issue. No complaints whatsoever!
George from the starke office is awesome! The dispatchers were very patient with the situation that was on hand. The estimated wait time given was “within the hour” but it ended up being two hours. I know that everyone is short staffed though so that didn’t bother me too much! If I called, they gave an update. The price was extremely fair. George was very kind and patient as well! I would for sure recommend and request him! He made it look so easy! Thank you, George!
My car broke down at a red light in the middle of Gainesville, my insurance company dispatched this company to tow my car. When I looked on my app, the arrival time said 90 to 120 minutes so I clicked on the phone number listed and called them and informed them that I was literally stuck in the middle of the road at a red light and the gentleman on the phone said he would call his driver right away. The driver got there within less than a half an hour, and informed me that his boss had made my call a priority, because I was stuck in the middle of the road. Bright as the driver had gotten there, I was able to get my car started, but he followed me to the gas station to make sure I was safely off of the road. Very nice and courteous.

They refused to tow a car that was in my reserved parking spot for my apartment, then they boot my friend who I let park in my space. Thanks Superior!
Watched as their flatbed, driver drove down the road getting into the turning lanes to go around other cars and then back into traffic because he was in too much of a rush with a loaded vehicle. Then he honked at cars because they didn't move as soon as the light went green.
Rude, racist, and uncaring people. My wife went to get some things at CVS and came out to a boot on the car. She called the company and was met with a rude dispatcher who wouldn’t tell her how long the guy would be to remove the boot and that he wasn’t going to bother himself to contact the dispatcher to see how long he was going to be. Mind you, it’s 9:30 pm, so it’s dark, she’s a woman, and she’s alone. When the guy did get there to remove the boot, he parked behind her diagonally and beeped the horn for her to get out the car to meet him. She rolled down the window confused like “why are you beeping?!” He said “for you to get out the car, I’m not coming to you, you’re coming to me!” She expected him to come to the car to talk to her and not the other way around because he has to come to the car anyway to remove the boot and again, it’s 9:30 pm and she’s a woman and alone, why would she approach a car that late?? They both get out the car and I’m hearing over the phone that he’s yelling at her and telling her to “shut up or I’m leaving and you’ll have to find another way to remove it!” She also mentioned that he told her “you are gonna realize life ain’t fair and if you don’t like it, then you can leave this country!” This was a white man yelling this at my wife who is Latino! I’m very upset and I’d like this guy to be fired, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
Thank you Superior Towing for simply being the best. You stand out from other towing companies whom have given my car a second chance, but not you. I parked at 6:03 pm and within seconds, you were on sight. There is no more efficient service that I have witnessed. As you may notice, some of your reviews are pretty negative, and that, I do not understand. You are always there without fail. Rain or shine. Day or night. You serve a greater purpose than most realize. What is life without pain? What is parking without Superior Towing? All the best, Your most loyal patron
Helping a friend move his niece out of an apartment after graduation. I saw them screaming at someone in the parking lot earlier in the day. And then when I was parked in the visitor section clearly marked they put a boot on my car. What an absolute scam disgusting company staff by disgusting individuals. I’d rather be a garbageman in Gainesville than work for this disgusting company. And look at all the Better Business Bureau complaints they have. And of course they not registered with Better Business Bureau. How could they be?
