Great services and drivers very nice.
I’ve never really write rewiews on places that is not my thing. But to write a review for this place I will go to the ends of the earth to tell how much of a rip off this towing company is. The car was towed and they charged please sit down for this a total of $590.00 to tow the car and put it in the lot for three days. They tell you the max for the flatbed is $150 and $35 dollars for each day what they forget to tell you is that they charge you $100 for prep work and $100 for wenching. If I got into an accident I rather cut off my arm before I use this company. The would have gotten zero stars but they won’t let me post without at least one star
Terrible ! got my motorcycle towed away & charged me a whole bunch of bs fees to get it released! charged me 2 calender days for not even 24hrs of their services! Worst place ever ! avoid their services ! paid 468$ 70$ two day holding 150 flatbed 125$ extra person to mount 85$ paperwork and the rest on bs taxes scammers BEWARE !!!!!

They came in 5-10 minutes while i was stuck on the cross county parkway. Managed to get my car in my house’s driveway, up hill, in a gate. Amazing service and very expert skill! Would recommend them if you’re stuck ever!
I got a flat tire, and called Honda Roadside assistance. Honda told me it would be a 90 minute wait. I only waited about 20 minutes and Eddie showed up. He was very professional, personable, and got my spare tire on quickly and efficiently. Thank you Eddie!!
Let me start off with this. They’re a horrible business. I had a fender bender and had my car towed. Before you know it, been there for 3-4 days and I had to pay $500.00 for all the fees, for me to find out the repair price. (Basically paying a fee for a fee which is stupid) and they won’t tell you ANY PRICES till you go in to pay. And they won’t tell you the price for repairs if you don’t pay the fee. So then I get there to find out. They telling me it cost $7,500 to fix the damage. So then I had to junk it because it’s clearly too much money and I have no storage to put it. So thanks a lot on helping me out get rid of my car that ya gonna make money off of. Thank you! Horrible business.

I locked myself out of my car recently and the gentleman who came to unlock my door was very courteous and professional.
Super expensive and never gave a cost over the phone, they waited till the equipment was dropped off and then told me the cost. $300 to drive about 12 min, (that’s $25 a min) Un called for, last week I got a car towed from Henry Hudson pkwy to yonkers almost 21 miles about 47 min of driving off a highway for $275 The driver is the only reason I gave 2 stars he was excellent.
All positives all around for RNR Auto & Towing. They truly care about their customers and prioritize their needs. If you call and get Ronnie, he is polite and will answer all your questions. Their prices are very reasonable and they always make sure to do right by the customer. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone that needs a tow in Yonkers.
Absolutely horrible ! Not even deserving of one star ! Towed my car Thursday, I had no way of getting it until Saturday so Friday morning I called to confirm they would be open. I arrive Saturday as soon as they open to be told a price triple that if what’s listed on the sign of where my car was towed from. Then I was told I couldn’t get my car back until Monday, which would up the storage fee by two more days !!! After an accident they took advantage of the situation and I am confident in the fact that it was because I am a young woman and they believed I knew nothing about cars, they even tried to convince me my car was not worth fixing and to just junk it and leave it to them.

If you Park in the Streets of Yonkers and you do not put a simply quarter in the meter, The City of Yonkers will issue a $65 ticket. You do watch where you park there. Why not a Private Parking Lot? Leave this Man alone ! That’s his Job! ~Detz
Just got a boot on my car because i was going into different store part of the parking lot they were "watching" and they said they didnt see me go into a store. Expressed to them i was going into not just 1 so how would you know which and how many i was visitng. The guy didnt care and still made me pay to get the boot off $65.
This guy sits (6:00 am) in the parking lot next to City MD Urgent care, 2393 Central Park Avenue. He waits for people to go next door to wait in line for COVID - 19 testing and then boots their car. The Dominoes I parked in front of didn’t open until 10:30 am. He waits for people to leave to get Covid tested and then boots them…$65. Very sad he is taking advantage of people during this time.
