Called Steve’s towing. Was told the tow would arrive in 20 minutes and it did. Billy the tow truck driver was well spoken, competent, and professional. The price was a flat rate which was very reasonable.
I don’t usually make reviews but felt inclined to give Steve’s towing my time. They were fast, respectful, and their knowledge exceeds any tow truck company I have used before. The prices were relieving during an unexpected hiccup in my day. As a woman it is comforting finding a family owned business that won’t take advantage of you. First time saving a companies phone number in my phone.

It was a nightmare of a day after calling around and trying to arrange a vehicle tow. Not to mention it was pouring rain and the original tow company I called originally said they would get there within hour ended up they couldn't make it for 3 hours. Fernando was great. I had lost the keys to my car and needed it towed out of the apartment building’s garage to the dealership. I called Towraptor and Fernando was really good about answering questions and he was flexible with his schedule. He arrived 10 minutes early. He had excellent knowledge of what he was doing, so it all went smoothly. He was patient at the dealership while I checked in my car. His price was very fair, especially for the good service. I 100% recommend Towraptor to anyone who needs help.
Fernando is a miracle worker who I can tell goes above and beyond for his clients. He showed up in less than 10 minutes after we called him and got our car started after we had lost hope that it would ever start again. My only regret is I can’t give bro more than 5 stars. 100 ⭐️ service. 10/10 recommend.

Scammers horrible for business ! Never use these guy not for an emergency or anything better off calling a friend or family !
I asked could they write a letter stating the towed my car with the plates on..they said no! Now the plates are missing and they won't give proof of what they've done with the plates! Garbage!!
April for the WIN! Thank you SO SO much for helping us out and getting us out of a jam yesterday. For we are a trucking company and also heavy equipment rentals and we had to move one of our machines yesterday for a client and we had ONE truck available which BROKE DOWN! This was an emergency situation - and April heard me out got back to me in about 30 seconds with a quote (Mind you I was in shock I was expecting it to be CRAZY expensive!) They had their driver at the site within the hour and the machine was delivered on time and our client was SO HAPPY; I explained it wasn't me it was all you guys! Thank you so much! I will be keeping your number in the arsenal =)

My family couldn't have been any happier with County Auto & Commercial Towing North Inc. Their willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. Every interaction we had with every person at County Auto was perfect.
I had a terrible experience with County Towing. They towed my car and, in the process, managed to cause significant damage to the differential, which will cost me around $4,000 to repair. When I reached out to them to cover the damages, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, the staff, particularly the guy with glasses and a patchy beard, was unprofessional and unhelpful. It’s clear to me that they are scammers who don’t care about customer service or the harm they cause. I strongly advise staying far away from County Towing.

All the negative reviews are dead accurate. Avoid this place at all costs. Was recently in a bad accident with my daughter, car flipped. Police called this terrible business who towed my car two blocks. My daughter who was traumatized from the accident only worried that she couldn't find her new iphone and in an effort to calm her we tracked the phone to county towing. While we both lay in the hospital my wife called and asked if she could stop by and just get the phone to calm our child and was rudely told NO. Pay $553 or you can't get anything. This is within hours of the accident same day. Same story that's been told several times. Excessive charges for tow, turning car over, clean up and same day was $553 (WHAT). Nice guys??? When we complained to the insurance company who negotiated the price they demanded cash only plus charged us tax on the full amount, in cash, and claimed they needed hours to have someone look for the phone and would not let us go to the car. went back a day later and now and only after we're searching the car for the phone this tow guy takes it from his vehicle and it's totally smashed which we fully believe did not happen in the crash as all other devices not a scratch. Sorry guys guess you got mad with the complaint and couldn't keep the iphone which if in the car should not have been removed in the first place or placed in the office. Hope they'll see soon that nice is better and treating people this way will not work all the time. Consequences are always important to keep things fair. Stay away at all costs.
I was driving and suddenly my car bogged out. I called this company and within 5 minutes driver Beck provided fast, flawless service and arrived fully prepared to handle my low car with the utmost care. Would highly recommend this towing company A+++

My Truck broke down in Katonah N.Y a friend recommended RNR towing in Yonkers , I called and spoke to Ron, and he dispatched a Heavy wrecker to tow my Peterbilt dump truck to the repair shop . Russ showed up , and was very professional and polite . Great service fair pricing , cant really ask for more than that. I Will definitely be using this towing service again and would recommend to anyone . you wont be disappointed

Horrible towing scammers. They scam everyone into believing their own rules. Told my licensed driver he couldn’t tow a car off the property without a Yonkers towing permit and that was a lie. Yonkers towing permit is for tow companies that are trying to remove illegal parked vehicles off of private properties. Not to remove a vehicle from 1 facility to the other. Make sure you guys have a DCA medallion when coming into the city as well. You’re no longer allowed to pick up cars as well in the city. We can make rules too.

This company seems to have business with the security of the buildings to take your car and charge, they took my car from a parking lot that the owner authorized the parking and the security of the building called the towing

If you Park in the Streets of Yonkers and you do not put a simply quarter in the meter, The City of Yonkers will issue a $65 ticket. You do watch where you park there. Why not a Private Parking Lot? Leave this Man alone ! That’s his Job! ~Detz
Sam the person in charge of placing the boot was extremely rude. He approached me when I noticed the boot in my car and when I tried to speak he walked away saying “im going to need to speak directly to him anyways so I will be back”. He is extremely arrogant. I walked to the corner to get Cash from my sister who was across the street since i noticed i didn't have it with me once i was ready to pay. He claimed to have taken a photo of me leaving the “premises” but couldn’t give me a time as to how long I was gone which was minutes. This man abuses and takes any chance he can get to collect money from citizens in the community. I spoke with the store manager in shop rite (25 prospect ave yonkers,ny Greenway plaza) who was aware that i was in the store and left my items at the register since the employee who was going to ring me up proved that I entered the store and was purchasing items, but he couldn’t do anything about the boot being removed. Sam also has a lady working for him who retrieves the money, and unlocks the boot. She occupies a space in the parking lot in her vehicle where customers are supposed to park. The landlord is on vacation so theres no way to contact him directly. He gave me a phone # with someone named Anthony but it seemed to be a friend who was told what to say. This company is very sketchy and unfair. I hope something is truly done about the way they scam people out of their money especially customers from the supermarket who go with the intentions to shop. Lastly the $65 I planned to use for shopping had to be spent on a ticket and my items remained at the register.
This guy sits (6:00 am) in the parking lot next to City MD Urgent care, 2393 Central Park Avenue. He waits for people to go next door to wait in line for COVID - 19 testing and then boots their car. The Dominoes I parked in front of didn’t open until 10:30 am. He waits for people to leave to get Covid tested and then boots them…$65. Very sad he is taking advantage of people during this time.
Piranha, I walked out of CVS parking lot to go to an ATM one block away.I was gone 8 minutes.(ATM Receipt) He placed a boot on my car and demanded cash to remove boot. This was at 2:32 pm. He mentioned that I walked right past him. He said nothing. Piranha In the Parking Lot Criminal
