First time ever needing a tow truck if I ever need another one I don't know how they could live up to the experience I had today. I was so scared stuck on the on ramp to 90 and Taylor was so calm, helpful efficient and safe. He was there so quickly and went above and beyond to get me off the highway.
I had a flat tire and needed it changed. Liberty was able to help me right away. Taylor came to change my tire, and he worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this service to others!
My car broke down on the Beltline, and they arrived quickly and transported it to my preferred mechanic without issue. The driver was friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Liberty Towing to anyone in need.
The other day, my starter decided it's had enough about 25 minutes from home. I called up Liberty Towing, and their driver, Taylor, got out to me and got my vehicle home in hardly any time at all! The bill was about half of what I had expected to pay as well, so I'm very thankful for Liberty Towing!
Liberty towing help me out in a big way. Great service and they were able to help me out immediately. They even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Highly recommend them. It was also a good price.

Needed a last-minute tow due to a coolant leak from Firestone. Finish Line Towing arrived quickly and safely towed our truck back to Firestone. Great service!
I used to own a repair shop a while back and have worked with a great deal of towing companies. This my friends is a real keeper. Their tow drivers are so kind and patient and really understand the you are probably having a rough day since you called them. They get 10 stars out of 5. The scheduling phone staff is exactly the same way. I am able to get an update on their trucks ETA at any time. This company is truly a blessing to wayward travelers. I highly recommend using them especially if you want your day to brighten.
Nice Guy, arrived quickly, worked efficiently and was nice to talk to. I'm grateful he was able to help me get home.
Just wanted to come here and say that Neil was a very professional and respectful guy and he switched out my flat tire within, and I want to say 10 minutes. Very good job.
Awesome service. Very friendly and helpful employees. The first gentleman dispatched was 5 minutes away before he was rerouted to an accident. He called to let me know, totally understandable as they knew I was in a safe spot. They had a new driver routed to me very shortly after who was only 15 minutes away. Very helpful. Got my car moved into a tight spot.

5 hundred stars!! Checked the health of my battery and installed a brand new battery in minutes-in the cold!! Klaus was very friendly and helped me understand how to practice better driving habits to benefit the life of my battery. I would highly recommend Finish Line Towing for towing and light service needs!
Got in touch with them through AAA. Bob came to our car with a flat tire in a parking lot and it had repaired in less than 10 minutes. Truly fantastic professional service that you just didn't think existed these days. 10/10 would recommend for whatever needs you have for the services they provide.
It was a breeze working with FLT. They were very up front and open about lead times and prompt. The driver moved my vehicle with ease and delivered in a timely manner. The tow was affordable and they were very informative and kept communication every step. Thank you!
Some of you may have read what I posted about Finish Line Towing well I have to say I may have gone off half cocked blame it on the pain pills from my accident or lack of good judgment but after talking with the owner and him explaining to me in detail I understand why it was what it was so I rescind my other review and put this one I wish all owners would take the time to talk to their customers and explain things it might make this world a better place and once again I just want to say thank you for taking the time to reach out to me.
Ask for Klaus great guy! Got me up and running in 20 minutes!!

Super helpful and efficient! Wouldn’t call anyone else for issues with my car.
Dennis was wonderful to me! I thought I would need a tow to a repair center. He ended up giving me a battery boost and saved me hundreds! Extremely nice and respectful, very professional! I will use his business for all my future local road service needs :)
Great service and a decent price. Hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon but if I do I'll be calling D & D Towing.
Top notch service for towing. These guys are amazing and did everything the best way possible MY CAR has survived thanks to them
I had an excellent experience with D&D Towing and Repair! My truck broke down unexpectedly, and they responded quickly with their towing service. The driver was professional, friendly, and handled everything with care. Once we got to their shop, the repair team diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly. The work was done on time, and the price was fair. It’s hard to find a trustworthy towing and repair company, but these guys really delivered. Highly recommend!

My sister in law and I were stranded at a weighside last weekend. Precision towing came to our rescue in a timely manner when others had no time for us. The driver John not only picked up our car he drove us to a car rental place out of his way, not just once but twice when the car we were told was waiting wasn't even available. He was the only positive experience we had that day. He went over and above what was expected. He was kind, compassionate, and made us feel safe. They were a great company. They fixed my car and from the dispatcher to the mechanic they were great. And Mark called me twice concerning the repair and letting me know the job was complete. They are truly a 5 star company all the way! John my friend kudos to you!
Alicia was great! We arrived right as they closed after our friend was in big accident earlier in day. We were in a bind because travelling. Alicia waited for us to arrive, took us to the car and patiently waited as we offloaded all our stuff, Including critical medications! Thanks!!!!
After one of our vehicles was recently stolen and recovered by the police, our insurance company assured us that they would dispatch a tow truck within the hour, but they kept pushing the time back and it eventually got pushed to the next day! I cancelled the request from our insurance company and decided to give Precision a call, which was the right choice! My call was promptly answered and I was provided with an approximate wait time of less than one hour. The driver, King, arrived right on time and was helpful, courteous, and genuine from the start. He took the time to hear was was going on and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process and would highly recommend Precision!!
I only give the truth when I give reviews. Listen, when I tell you this is the worst tow company in Madison, believe me. I started off calling Precisions to make sure I have everything needed to get my items out of MY vehicle ( plus it’s a 30m drive there and back). Mind you I wasn’t driving the vehicle or had access to it when it was towed. Someone else did but it’s my car. I went Precisions to get my items out (8:20am) and Marcus the short mini buff guy gave me so much sass and said that my car wasn’t registered to me. After going back and forth about my car that doesn’t belong to him, I called the police. When the police got there, I noticed another guy standing around (who wasn’t brown skinned) and I asked if I could see his documents. The guy showed me his documents and it was the same documents I had for proof of ownership! Doesn’t surprise me, I knew he was attacking me because of the color of my skin. The kind officer gave the proof of ownership to the zesty tow man and he looked incredibly stupid in the face. The poor officer had to waste his time because the owner is all muscle and no brain. However, Marcus went back into the office to take care of the paperwork, but before he handles my paperwork he takes cares of another customer knowing I was late for work. No I didn’t get an apology from Marcus or the gentleman that ran into their cubicles. The treatment I received awful, but I’m glad the law was in my side today. This is the worst place ever!
The whole crew at Precision is outstanding! I called them asking if they would move my toolbox from work to home and pick up a junk car from my home. They had me scheduled and kept in constant communication. The price was more than reasonable and they took great care of my toolbox bringing it home without a scratch! I cannot reccomend this company enough!

Worked with them alot of jobs. Great people.
Excellent people, excellent service, very professional.
Parts department is utterly useless, been taking to Jim in parts for over 4 months and getting nothing but the run around. Asked for a simple call back and less than nothing. He told me the parts I needed were on order on order the next they weren't then he couldn't get a return call from the supplier. Finally fed up with the lies I asked him for the number and contact he was dealing with and he said he would call me right back with the info, yep you guessed it no phone call. I then called the manufacturer and explained my situation on account only a dealer could supply my parts and I'm not one. She then informed me this isnt the first time shes dealt with this problem with this individual. Also no phone call from anybody at ideal crane or parts order have come across her desk. At any rate she agreed to ship said parts that were in stock that afternoon.
