Austin is the driver you want!! Austin drove two and a half hours from Aurora to Champaign Illinois to come tow us back to Aurora for a very reasonable price. He was very nice and respectful and it was a nice and smooth towing experience.
Had an excellent service provided for me from a driver named Austin. He was absolutely nice, understood the situation of me needing the car gone, and was absolutely amazing at his job. Hugo was helpful and polite. They are VERY reasonably priced! I would highly recommend anyone in the area use Villas Towing & Recovery.
I had a positive experience with this company. Hugo helped with transferring my vehicle from point a to point b. The distance was under 5mi and he was happy to help. He was kind and courteous. Used caution when handling my vehicle which made my situation more calm. Overall, very professional, good pricing, fast response time and good communication!
I forgot the gentleman’s name but we had scheduled a tow and our insurance had made a mistake and did not let us know he was coming early. He was very accommodating and professional with our needs. Also gave us an update once the car was dropped off at the repair shop. Really appreciated that when your feeling stressed about your cars in need of repair.
Very satisfied with the prompt, professional, friendly service we received!

Trying to figure out why a loaded tow truck headed south on I 85 around mile marker 10 at 2300 on Thursday December 29th is driving well over the speed limit while towing a full size combination vehicle behind it? I'm a truck driver myself and I have my cruise set at 70 in a 70 mph zone and he flys past me doing 75 or better. That's unsat. And highly unsafe with a load such as that. Needs to be addressed
American Towing is a great company. They helped us when we really needed it.

Hateful as they can be. Never have I ever known anyone that would not get your belongings out of your own car. They were getting a 4000 dollar car for free!

Do not call for towing service he will have you waiting 2 hours for none and on top of that he charge 85 dollars for nothing
Good reasonable towing company
Driving down Atlanta Highway today when my tire blew. Ended up having to call Eagle Towing, because of the lock nut on my tire making it impossible for me to change my tire on the side of the road. Mike answered, knew exactly where I was and where I needed to go. Told me it would be about a 30-45 minute ETA. Mike pulls up 20 minutes later and has my car on the back of his truck within 5 minutes. We're at the mechanics shop within another 5. Boom. Done before he even said he'd originally be there and very pleased about it. It's also worth noting that I had been out there on the side of the road for about an hour and a half before realizing that I had to call the tow service. My car has been having a separate issue with the battery terminal connection not properly connecting. All that to say that my battery was DOA upon getting to the mechanic. Not only did Mike take the time to help me push my car into a spot, something he could have easily left to me and the friend who had come to pick me up, but as he was leaving he noticed that my window was still down, which I had missed, and when I couldn't roll it up because of the dead battery he hooked his own battery charger up to my battery so that I could roll my window back up. He also took the time to ask me about the trouble I was having with my battery and when I explained that I hadn't gotten it fixed yet because I was having a hard time finding the part to do so, he gave me some very good advice about how I could find the part. All of this done before the 45 minute long end of the estimation he gave me for when he would even show up to begin with. I cannot overstate how positive my experience was with Eagle Towing. It's my sincerest hope that I never have to call Mike or Eagle Towing again(since that would mean car trouble haha) but if I do I will do it without hesitation. I can honestly say that this one experience has made me a customer for life and if I ever need towing services again it will be Mike and Eagle Towing that I call. Professional, courteous, punctual and more. I cannot recommend them more. Absolutely stellar. 5 out of 5. Thank you again, Mike.
The best tow company in town, we only do service with Eagle Towing.
This is the worst towing service ever . You could call them multiple times to remind them to pick up your vehicle. They don’t come on time . This is their second time picking up my vehicle. I gotten a car from Daniel motors and they give Daniel motors a discount for referring them to pick up their cars . I called them around 8am today and I reminded them around 12 they reach out to me around 1 pm. It’s now 5pm . My car have to be at my dealership before 5:30 . I don’t have no transportation to work and I was depending on them to bring my car to my dealership. They are the worst tow truck company ever . I wouldn’t recommend them or count on them anymore .

They said that they will call 15 minutes before they arrive but when they call and we got to where my friend car was broke down, they were already there and in the process of hooking his car up and getting ready to tow it. The woman was very nice and very knowledgeable of what she was doing, we were very impressed. She really did a good job. 👍
Two years ago I called them to tow my car during the Christmas holidays. I had a bad experience with their employees being rude and not caring. I waited a few hours over the estimated amount and the excuse was they were having a Christmas party that I interrupted. The manager didn’t care about the complaint, and the car was towed eventually so there was no need for me to write a complaint on here...I assumed they were just having a bad holiday season... Fast forward on yesterday I called and spoke with a lady to set an appointment to get my car towed from my old apartment to my home at 7 o clock. I called around 3. At 7 I called to be informed I had no appointment and it would be an hour and a half. I set another appointment for 11:00 the following morning. After calling to confirm around 10 this morning I was told it would be sometime around 11 even though I had an appointment because all of their trucks were out at the moment. Thirty minutes after my appointment the tow truck came. He was really quick, nice and helpful. The employees however are rude, and they know they will not get in any trouble from the manager for talking to customers any way. I work customer service and this is definitely not how you should run a business. Also, someone has commented about people writing bad comments because they don’t want to pay for a tow. I had no problem paying even after the two bad experiences. The only reason I used them the second time is because no other company would pick up the phone that was in town. The next time I will use someone from another city. I don’t mind paying extra to get good service from a company who respects their customers.
I had an amazing experience with Felicia as my driver this morning. She was absolutely wonderful and did her job efficiently. I am so glad she was the one sent out of to pick me up. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone needing a tow. They went above and beyond to assist me and make this experience less stressful.
Well they did good a towing, but when I went to pick my vehicle up the radio and other electrical components had been stolen off my truck. This was no big deal to them. I was told by an employee that it was common practice to remove radios to prevent theft. The front office had no knowledge of this practice. The best they could do was say leave a name and number and we will review the video surveillance. This is a place that claims to have a secure lot and is trusted by the state to secure these vehicles. Not very secure.
I have used this company before with good results. The service was prompt. The driver actually lived in close proximity to my job. This time l had a different driver. He was prompt, but rude, sarcastic and condescending. Even prior to him loading the car l explained that the battery was the issue as he was rolling the window down. I was asking him why he was doing this as there was just enough juice to get the window up. His reply was, "Oh, don't worry about it. We'll get it up.".... I was worried. Before he loaded the car l also asked him to load my car from the front and not the back, so he could unload into my narrow driveway with the car facing the street. Again he blew me off, chuckling, stating, " Oh it'll be fine. We'll get it straight. We'll just turn it around."......What!!???....On the ride home in the cab, in this critical Covid-19 era, he wore NO MASK!!! ..That just made me DOUBLE mask. Entering my neighborhood, he's making snide remarks about the houses. Some dilapidated. When reaching my narrow driveway, he now realized why l wanted to back my car in, so l thought. He asked, "Now, why do you need to back in??" My reply is, "Because l will need someone to come and look at the car and possibly see if THEY can jump it off." ( I had tried for quite sometime to jump the car before even calling for a tow.) I said to him, " You don't listen to your customers very well. I don't know if it's because I'm women and you don't think I know what l'm talking about or what!!" He replies, " No Ma'am, it doesn't have thing to do with you being a woman, l'm just here to help you." ..... At this point, l can only assume he's an "A ..h..le" everyday!!! Now he can see my irrigation as he continues to repeat that he's " here and to (quote) "help me." He unloads my car front first, immediately grabs the jumper cables attached to his tow truck. My car starts immediately...??!!!... Yep, that's right. His plan was to jump the car the whole time!!! What a jerk. He could have done this from the start. No he wanted to collect $80, yep $80.00. What a way to make your Christmas quota; all the while telling me he's here to help me and thanking me for my business. What a joke. I would have happily payed him 1/2 the price just for the jump. Instead l just got Screwed. The only other thing to say is, "What goes around, comes back around." I will NEVER use this company again!!! I'LL WALK FIRST...!!!

$541 to get a Tractor off the side of the Interstate and tow it 10 miles. Wanted to take it to their yard, we know what that’s about so they can charge storage fees on top of the tow. Wouldn’t take it to my house. Wouldn’t try to load it back on my trailer. I’ve seen tow guys easily do these things. Obviously just there to take advantage of people that get in a bad situation.
