We had issues with our vehicle not shifting gears, so Shawn came to pick it up. He was extremely punctual, polite, and professional. Roy was very nice and friendly!! He was the only one who answered me when I called for help. He helped me put on a spare tire for me when I had a flat tire. He was very fast!! I recommend everyone to go to him!!

Oz (Dave) came to my aid when my van got stuck in gear due to a broken shift cable. Got there promptly with the right equipment and know-how, and delivered my van to my mechanic’s shop in short order. Very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the service overall. Went through AAA so not sure how the communication works, but he didn’t receive the details of my specific location so had to call to find me in the parking lot. Not a problem for me but probably would have been easier for him if the full location description was passed on to him.

We worked with 200+ towing companies and this one was probably the best. They have towed our semi truck for a really cheap price and cooperated very well from the beginning to the end. Lady that was dispatching, Regan, was very polite and worked with us on making corrections on the invoice as well. They even dropped our driver at a hotel of our choice. If i could give 1000000 stars I would! They came out within 15 minutes of me texting saying I was ready and pulled my car out of a hole, totally saved the day! No damage to the car, was very sweet and understanding and even offered to lower price just to be nice!

These guys are a family owned business. Both of the sons came out to help. They were unbelievably the most genuine young man that I’ve encountered in such a long time. very polite It was almost as if it was more than just a service to people with these guys. They were so determined to get my 18 wheeler 53 foot trailer hauling 19,000 pounds from out of a ditch. They told me they’re going to do whatever it took and we’re not leaving until we get the job done. These guys are awesome. I am in over the road driver and I so happen to get stuck next to a gym. Trying to go work out. I didn’t get to work out, but it was OK. I told my wife more in detail about what happened and how these guys were and she even said that she were going to leave a review is hard to come across people like this and their prices was unbelievable if you guys read this, I want to say thank you again and do you guys rock I know you guys his father is very blessed. The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.
We went to a family gathering on Thanksgiving. On the way home my vehicle had lights come on and it was slowing down. We were stranded on the side of the interstate. I called my insurance for roadside service. They got Yaffo Towing to come get our vehicle. They towed it to the dealership for us. I'm thankful they were able to come on Thanksgiving and get our vehicle off the side of the road. Thank you!!
Fantastic experience…no one ever wants to get towed, right?! When it has to happen, these guys are great. I dealt with James, who was very friendly, very personable and made this a good experience. the driver drives like a crazy person on the highway during peak rush hour at that. almost hit me twice i’m confident if i wasn’t a good driver and hyper aware of my surroundings they would have hit me. he was speeding and almost hit some other people too all while smoking a cigarette like please get your priorities straight before you get on the road. you seriously are putting so many people at risk and it’s sad to see.
American Family sent Yaffo Towing to assist with my roadside request, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the dispatcher to the driver, everyone was courteous and professional. The driver went above and beyond—patiently explaining the issue and how it was resolved to my elderly parents, who are hard of hearing and speak English as a second language. His grace and patience truly stood out. I would absolutely use their service again.

This is easily the most affordable and best company I have worked with in my entire life. I'm 32, I have had numerous tows. This company is very fast to respond and get to the destination. In my case, their flat bed too big and can’t put my camper in correct position, because they don’t want to drive on neighbors’ lawn. Brandon was as professional as they come! Extremely sympathetic & down to earth and just an overall gentlemen. I called Chuckles (Chuck) Towing Service after my car’s axle snapped driving out of a parking lot. He quoted me 45min - 1hr and was there in just under the 45min as many of the other reviews mentioned. This is my first ever towing event so I didn’t know what to expect. In a time of stress he really helped me out and suggested some sound advice for me. Great guy, definitely knows his stuff for towing, friendly and wants to help you. Thank you again Chuck!

Chuck is THEE best tow truck driver I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I’ve had a lot of tow services in my life. He went above and beyond to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get our cars to where they needed to be. He showed immense care, professionalism & experience with each specific problem our vehicles had. Mine was stuck at a Walmart hers was stuck at an apartment complex, he took care of both that also had to be towed to two different areas in no time. I don’t usually write reviews but service like this needs to be appreciated. It wasn’t just a “job” to get through I felt like I was a family member he needed to help out of a super tough situation. I would recommend his services 1000% of the time I wish he was in every state I typically travel to. He cares about his clients & his business. Also the price was better than any competitor we called previous to calling him, needless to say he’ll be the first and only call I make when I need a tow service again.

After AAA and my insurance both left me hanging, I called Steve's Towing. They called back to check on me and showed up super fast. Then, before they hooked my car up to the truck, the driver asked to take a look at my car and realized I had a dead battery. He jumped me and gave me directions to the nearest auto parts store to get a replacement, saving me the cost of a full tow. That enough warrants a 5 star review, but because my dead battery was apparently contagious my mom had the same thing happen to her car a couple days later. She had the same great experience with Steve's. She doesn't have a Google account, so consider this a double-5-star review from both of us. Thank you!

My tow truck driver this morning was phenomenal! My 25 foot RV was in a difficult, tight spot at a storage facility. He expertly winched it out and reposititioned it so it could be towed from the front. Very conscientious about safety as well. Great work!
PLEASE DONT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY !!! I came here to look at a truck they are storing for a repo company the truck was run and drive but at beginning of inspection the truck would not starts just needs a small jump no big deal. I asked for help and was immediately met with opposition we’re not authorized was said. I called seller they said it’s authorized, now the problem is they want us to pay , ok $50 for a jump sure no problem nope they want 2 hrs charge please some other fees $300 for a jump for a truck on their lot 🤯. I tried to reason with owner but just like his employees rude and a I don’t care attitude. The seller offers to pay full price for the jump, so I go back, I get in office receptionist with a bad attitude said you gonna have to wait. I wait 5 min she ignored me then says it’s gonna be a bit sit down. The owner walked by shyly and says I better remove my review off google. I wait another 20 min then when I get up and ask how long it would be they tell me owner don’t want me on property I have to leave. This owner is utterly disrespectful and rude He has no business etiquette please I beg you all don’t use this company you will regret using them!
Dale was awesome getting my Camry out of a not-so-easy spot! I could definitely tell that this company knows what it’s doing. I worked in emergency roadside assistance in the past so I was definitely remembering all the horror stories of how towing can go wrong. I also called the office and the employee was also very kind and helpful! Definitely a company I’d recommend to put your mind at ease.

Called out for a simple tow. Driver hits the boom into the bumper. I imeadiatly stop him and say you just hit my bumper. I was then told I have been doing this for 30 years and I know what I'm doing. Keep in mind the bumper on the truck is only 2 weeks old. I said no I just watched you put the boom of your truck into my bumper. Once again I was told I have been doing this for 30 years..The dealership stateted that they also hit a truck on property 2 weeks earlier and was caught on camera and yet still tried to deny that as well... Took car in to have air conditioner hose repaired which apparently wasn't connected correctly cause it blew apart and spewed fluid all over under the hood then they asked if the starter had been giving me any issues because now it needs replaced it was only 6 months old and they claimed it had nothing to do with the fluids spewed out and the started is on the front bull I will never be back to a place that dont stand by their wok and advise others not to also I had been a customer the is for 20 years with previous owner Never an issue!

I called and talked to Joe who stated he was the owner. The news about the young lady who's car was towed and impounded by the police and charges were dismissed touched me and I wanted to pay the towing bill because JOE WAIVED THE STORAGE CHARGE since the charges was dropped. He stated I did not need to since he took care of it and I did not need to do that. This is in my opinion one good, honest, and a man with a good heart. Also I do not live in his town or have ever spoken to him before this day.......He thanked me for my service in Vietnam and he deserves a thank you for his service to his community.
My wife was rear ended by an uninsured motorist in Plainfield around 9am. Whitlows had a truck on scene within 15 minutes of the accident. The driver was very helpful and informative with my wife. The vehicle was towed to their yard, checked in, and transported to the repair shop for insurance to do an estimate by 12pm the same day. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Very helpful and professional in a bad situation. Thank you whitlows and new owner Bob!
My experience was great came picked up my car towed it to where they were asked very respectful and cool people. Actually saved $15 by doing business with them then what other tow services we're going to charge thought I possibly had to wait an hour for the driver to show unexpectedly showed up in about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm from Arkansas and had a car break down. So for people out of state do your business here if you breakdown in there area. I would recommend them to a friend or continue business with them. Hadley Towing is the best ever. They have towed several of our cars as well as rescued car keys which have been locked in our cars. Every driver that we've worked with has been super friendly and informative. They have been prompt in service, treated our cars with respect, and just the company as a whole is top-notch. Hadleys is AMAZING !! I needed a tow for my Harley Davidson motorcycle and Hadleys came in a very good timely manner , they were VERY PROFESSIONAL , AFFORDABLE and they handled my bike with care!! The dispatcher's customer service skills were top notch. I've tried a few other local towing companies and found them to be lacking in this department. The driver was also very skilled and was able to drop the car directly into my garage (inclined driveway).
Towed my car from valley brook when they said it was illegally parked 1st lie, said we were on the sidewalk 2nd lie then they said an AWD vehicles wheels roll free 3rd lie ! Curb and driveway has damage the transfer case spit fluid the whole way home damaged my vehicle and when asked about it threatened me cause they got caught in a lie DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY a lawsuit is coming and inquiry will be filed on thier towing license for predatory towing

I had my step van towed no with no issues on 6/18/16. I did have to clarify that while my vehicle was a step van, it was a small step van with a dodge caravan chassis so a larger tow truck would not be needed. The hook up fee I was charged was $65. I used the same tow service on 7/6/16 and the lady putting in the order was rude and was not listening to me when I was explaining to her what type of vehicle I had. I made sure to tell her that I had their company tow my truck two weeks before and a regular size tow truck was sufficient. Of course when I get my bill, I was charged $125 hookup fee because she sent the larger truck. When I called back to request a refund of the difference, the lady was rude, but said she would talk to her manager about a credit. I never recieved a call back and now it's 7/13/16 and still no refund. I called back to speak with the manager and she was the rudest of them all. At first wasn't willing to refund any money, but finally said she would credit me back $40 because the first hookup fee should have been $85 instead of $65 and I got a break the first time. Not sure how their employee errors translates to my fault. Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile.
I called on a Sunday and they were available within 2 hrs and one of the least expensive. The office manager even called the next day to ensure everything went alright.

I needed to get my vehicle to a repair shop. I set things up over the phone. I did not have to be at my vehicle waiting because I dropped off my key and documentation to the office. The lady working there that day was very helpful and very informative.
They gave me an ETA of 60 minutes so after waiting for more than 1.5 hours they show up then just left. I called them and they said that the Lawrence police is their top, basically only, priority and they received a call for a police impound pickup. They left me sitting here the entire time so I had to try to find another tow company. This business is absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don’t EVER call for their services unless you enjoy waiting for someone who WONT show up! UNBELIEVABLE!
The driver was so nice— he followed me across the parking lot to the Discount Tire rather than charge me needlessly. What a nice man and company!!
I was in an accident on the Interstste during rush hour. EVERYONE was happy when the tow truck arrived! The driver was phenomenal. He was friendly and energetic, made sure I had all of my things, and knew exactly where my car would be. Customer service was excellent in the yard as well. I hope you don't need a tow truck, but I highly recommend Lawrence Towing!

Fast reliable service! I was broke down in my work truck (requiring a flat bed), during rush hour and 3 DIFFERENT tow companies quoted me 3-6 hours on a Friday evening rush hour tow. I called Beechgrove Towing and they were there in less than 30 min. With a $75 flat fee! The driver was very professional and willing to help in any way possible. I wont be using any other tow company from now on except BEECHGROVE TOWING!

Fantastic business. Made his own separate trip to my nearby apartment to grab the key before heading to my car. Sent updates throughout. Highly recommend if you are looking for towing needs!
