Shawn came and personally changed my spare tire since my lug nut was stripped. He was extremely nice and was able to get to me within 30 minutes! 10/10 service!
Shawn 2.0 is very reasonable priced and quick to respond. Shawns driver Zach was there in a timely manner to pick up the truck from destination and getting it to repair shop with in a timely fashion. Thank you Shawn 2.0 towing company.. would recommend and gladly use this company again if ever needed.
Shawn 2.0 Towing exceeded my expectations.I had such a great experience! I thought I was going to need a tow, but he was able to get my car started quickly. He was friendly, kind, patient, and arrived in a very timely manner. Extremely knowledgeable and professional—I really appreciated his help and highly recommend his service!
Shawn 2.0 towing was very responsive and professional , they came in under 10 mins of me needing a tow. I’m definitely reaching out to them when I’m in need roadside services. They even let my kid assist.
Antonia and Angela nailed it with my tow! I had to leave my car and leave town. Shawn 2.0 Towing picked it up, dropped it at the mechanic, and handled all the details and payment over the phone and text. Nothing but patience, politeness, and professionalism. In a time with little customer service- this company was honest and up front. If you need a tow - GIVE THEM A CALL! 🙂

Roy was very fast and professional. What was supposed to be a quick flat tire change on the side of 465 turned into a tow back home due to missing the spare tire in my vehicle. Roy handled it all in stride and was quick and fair with quoting a price for the change in plans. 10/10 will use his company again if needed.
My modified and lowered vehicle broke down not once but twice, and both times Roy was quick, friendly, and an absolute class act. He took care with my car, handled the low ride height like a professional, and the quality of service was far beyond his very competitive pricing. Will be my go-to guy in Indy going forwards.
I've called Roy twice in the past few years and both times he was responsive, friendly, and prompt. He will keep you updated if running behind. I never like the reasons that force me to call, but his professionalism puts you more at ease.
I was in a motorcycle accident and he pulled my bike out of a ditch and was very careful even though the bike was wrecked he got to me quick and was very respectful. He's my go to for sure.
Roy's tow service is the absolute best!!! I called my man Roy at 6:30am because I was stuck in the snow. He drove 45 minutes without hesitation to come and help me out. I had already called at least 10 other tow companies that did not answer. Roy is honest, his prices are great and he is one heck of a tow truck driver. So if you or anyone you know needs a tow service, make sure you call Mr. Roy. Thanks again Roy, I truly appreciate you!

Friendly, timely service. from the time we requested his service to the time he arrived at our home was less than an hour. Oz kept us updated as to his ETA and gave us a five minute heads up as he got closer. I would definitely use his services again!
Dave (Oz) was quick to respond and got my car off the highway in record time. he was also very polite and clearly valued my safety over anything. If you find yourself in need of a tow, call Ward’s and ask for Oz!
Oz was my driver and he was great. My vehicle made it home with no issues. And timely fashion thank you sir
Oz showed up on time, was very courteous and very efficient. I appreciated his professionalism.
I had a great experience with this company. My driver name was Don and he was amazing , cool and made my situation better

Christian from Paddack's picked me up this morning was very quick, friendly, and professional. Handled my vehicle with care. I don't look forward to break-downs but it helps knowing who to call for great service.
The driver of this truck was amazing!!!! He moved a couple large radiators for me. I had a different crane service earlier in the day and I was nervous the whole time. This guy came after hours for a fraction of the price. He put them back in place so fluid like. Was extremely polite…informative during the process. The only way I could be happier is if he paid me
My husband’s car broke down this morning. Our mechanic recommended Paddock’s. They were quick and professional, and a great price. Thank you, Chris, for getting out in the rain to tow our car!
Very good service. Arrived within 30 minutes after calling. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced.
Great experience. Driver had a load shift right on I70. They had a driver there within 30 mins. Got him squared away quickly. Price was very fair, especially considering the location. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Thank you Eddie!!! Absolute professional! He was there in less than 30 minutes and treated my truck like it was his own! He was up front about the costs and pivoted with ease when we changed locations for delivery. I can honestly say he is the best tow driver I’ve ever had. To handle a high stress time (yes I was panicking!) he made it smooth as silk. Thank you so much Eddie, you are now in my phone as our go to person should we need your services again.
30 mins late showing up, Got the car towed, while bringing the car down he broke the $300 radiator to my boyfriends car. Had no solution for us but $5 off the tow and ”sorry bout your radiator bro”
Eddie did an amazing job caring for my car today. He dropped my car off at the tire shop and parked it for me. I will definitely use them again if I need a tow.
Excellent service! Arrived when they said they would, friendly and definitely went above and beyond. Will use again.
Slid off the road got stuck and locked keys in the car these gentlemen were at the gas we asked them for help and with no hesitation they came and helped us!!! They were able to unlock the car and pull us out for a reasonable price !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Very professional, handled my car with care, and came in the amount of time he said. I highly recommend this service.
Great service! Right on time and took care of my car!!
An actual life saver, towed my car. While simultaneously giving my friend a jump to get to an auto shop! Will be calling in the future if needed. Also so friendly!
I can't emphasize enough. This is a company run by good people. The dispatcher GENUINELY cared when I called, and he was able to get someone there very quickly and for a totally reasonable price. I needed 2 tires, and this driver very nicely waited with me at the tire shop to make sure I wouldn't need another tow. That was wise because the first shop only had one tire. He towed me to another shop, waited again, and left when he knew I was in good hands. They deserve everyone's business.
the sweetest people ever, my car batter died over a holiday weekend and i spent hours calling companies to see if they could get my car, that’s when i found towing yocar they have amazing prices and coustmers service. they also made sure to send me pictures of my car once they dropped it off. i couldn’t be more impressed use this company for all your towing needs !! that’s amazing

Update: If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. We have been waiting for a tow for 3+ hours. We originally called at 6:40 & we gave up on them at 10:17pm. Now we get to wait another 2 hours on a dark road in a jeep that has no doors or roof. The dispatch guy kept saying driver is on way & will be there any minute. Then when we call again, they say 45 mins. Today is the hottest day of the year so far & we keep waiting. They answer the phone & the guy only says, let me call my supervisor but you can’t talk to him. It went from day light to night time. I asked would you let me speak with the driver so that I can get a ETA since nothing they have promised is accurate. They took our money & now we do not know what to do. We were originally quoted 30 mins wait time. We are on a residential road, no restaurant or gas station around. It’s a dark neighborhood with no street lights. This is getting scary! Plus there GPS system/texting system has told us they arrived 2 hours ago. The dispatcher just called us & said the driver took another tow & he should be here any minute. Mind you an hour ago, they promised us he would be here any minute. It’s now 10pm & nothing It’s 10:15 & pitch dark & nothing. We gave up & called another tow company. Now have to wait another 2 hours. The tow company advised that this is the 2nd time they have heard this today about this company. It’s a problem, take my advise do not use them!
Awab saw us on the interstate and stopped to see if we needed help. We had already waited two hours for another service sent by AAA. He said Yaffo Towing was also AAA-affiliated, so we called and changed to Yaffo and he had us to a tire shop in less than 10 minutes. Very nice young man!
Ahmad was nice gave my something to drink and took my to my destination quickly
Great service! Kept me up to date on arrival time. Was careful with my vehicle. Even dropped me off at a nearby hotel since we were traveling. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. Would definitely use them again
Super fast and friendly. My driver was amazing and so helpful and kind. Very professional and took good care of my car. Thank you!

This is easily the most affordable and best company I have worked with in my entire life. I'm 32, I have had numerous tows. This company is very fast to respond and get to the destination. Loads the car efficiently and gets it unloaded completely safe. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The guys are welcoming and friendly. They care about your troubles and are there to help. Amazing experience on a really bad day. Thank you hook em up.
This world is greedy and lack compassion for anyone. Tonight was different! I met Hook em up towing. At first i was confused with all three of my warranty, insurance and roadside coverages. Services weren’t available, hold times to speak with representatives was greater than 1h and it was after business hours. Well its midnight and my motorcycle is broke down on 465 @ 10th street. Several tow services were without drivers. Frustrating i started to become; until, this company answered, professionally courteous and possessed compassion. This company move me to the top of the list because i was stranded on a highway. I watched them load, appreciate and professionally communicate towing steps until i was home safe. Im thankful God allowed our paths to cross. May God honor your service toward others. You’ve taught me that there are still good. Blessings forward
Had them tow my truck after a accident on 11/14/24. They arrived in a very timely manner. They was very polite,an very professional. I will recommend an use them again..
While driving my 2nd courier route for the day in my new to me bmw x5, my transmission failed. I called these guys and didn’t have any problems. Good communication and service, with prompt service and good price. Will call again if needed.
These guys are very professional and took great care of me . I was coming from Michigan through Indianapolis to TN and they towed me and fixed my issue. I'll be back to get more service, yes I'll drive from TN that's how impressed I was

At the end of a long and horrible day, Sluss Towing came to the rescue. The tow truck driver kept me informed at every step of the way and helped me deal with the incompetent Toyota Roadside Assistance dispatchers. 100% would use again.
Would reccomend, well rounded all around. Would suggest 10 out of 10 times.
Beyond helpful. I could not have asked for a better person to arrive when my Jeep was giving me trouble. Extremely friendly, went above and beyond what he needed to do voluntarily with a smile on his face! Amazing is an understatement.
Really Great service! Saved my day when I got my Van stuck.
Excellent customer service he came on time had a great attitude I would recommend them to anyone And reasonable price

Super fast response and professional driver. Did not disappoint. It's not often that a towing service actually cares about customer service - but this one excels at it 👍🏼
No office or storefront at the address given, and the surrounding business owners haven't heard of this place. Nobody answers the phone. Our insurance provider assigned Mosley for a tow, and nobody called us for 2.5 hours while we sat in 93-degree heat (could not leave the vehicle unattended since we had to limp it into a private apartment lot with signs threatening fined tows) - but someone with Mosley DID manage to inform our insurer they would need to add another 3 hours to the wait time after that point despite their business address being less than 5 miles away. Anyway, our insurance agent couldn't even reach Mosley's by phone to cancel (we ended up calling another tow service, and that driver not only called during the trip to advise he'd be a few minutes later than estimated, he was coming from 40 miles away after another tow and still managed to arrive in under an hour). As Mosley's does not appear to exist, if you need a tow, call Roy's Towing in East Indy instead - I've used him twice so far and he's been responsive or given good ETAs if he had to finish another job first. Best of all, he answers his calls.
Mosley’s Towing was very professional and accommodating. I had to change the address last minute due to the original address of the tow not being able to do the repair and they got me taken care of. Service was very quick and they kept me updated on when they would arrive. My tow driver was David and he was very professional and understanding. Definitely recommend their services.
First off, I want to give a huge thank you to Brandon! He is very professional and always provides the best customer service. My day didn't start off so well, hence the reason I needed to use Mosley's Towing, but he came and brought some humor in my day. This was my second time using the company. Brandon makes sure to communicate with you during every step, all the way up until your vehicle arrives at its destination. So, if you need a good, reliable towing company then definitely try Mosley's.
TLDR SUMMARY: Fantastic service. If you need a tow, call them. Brandon was amazing. Pros: • much much faster than the time I was quoted. • very professional •communication was on point. • car and I were treated with the utmost respect. •seat in the tow truck, a/c, music were all customizable to MY comfort. Cons: •none!!! I cannot recommend this towing company enough. My car company ordered a tow for my warranty issue. I was told 90-120 minutes by Ford. Brandon at mosley’s called me 10 minutes in and told me he was about 15 mins away. He showed up much earlier than expected, was beyond professional, treated my car as if it were his own, and got me to the dealership safely and comfortably. I’ve never had a “stellar” tow experience before this. But Brandon really hit it out of the park! Seriously, if you need a tow, call Mosleys!

We called his services just yesterday (Friday night). Chuck was extremely professional, polite, and handled our truck with care. He got there quickly, despite other bad accidents that occurred in area. Chuck went above and beyond any other towing services we’ve received, and I highly recommend him.
Chuck is THEE best tow truck driver I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I’ve had a lot of tow services in my life. He went above and beyond to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get our cars to where they needed to be. He showed immense care, professionalism & experience with each specific problem our vehicles had. Mine was stuck at a Walmart hers was stuck at an apartment complex, he took care of both that also had to be towed to two different areas in no time. I don’t usually write reviews but service like this needs to be appreciated. It wasn’t just a “job” to get through I felt like I was a family member he needed to help out of a super tough situation. I would recommend his services 1000% of the time I wish he was in every state I typically travel to. He cares about his clients & his business. Also the price was better than any competitor we called previous to calling him, needless to say he’ll be the first and only call I make when I need a tow service again.
I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. After calling Chuckles towing on memorial day weekend they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle safely home. I would definitely recommend them. I called several other tow services only to get a voicemail. I was so happy Chuckles came fast and took care of my vehicle. Thanks again for saving my memorial day!
I was traveling from the Cincinnati area to a campsite in Western Indiana. As luck would have it, my tire went flat in Indianapolis. My boys and I waited for several hours while our roadside service tried in vein to contact an available towing company. No one was responding so we were stranded at a gas station in the middle of the night. Chuckles towing, responding to another stranded car, saw my boys and I with our flat tire and immediately jumped in to help. He was cheerful and professional despite the late hour and refused to charge me any fee for his impromptu service! I am grateful that there are still people out there with big hearts that are willing to help others in need. Do not hesitate to use this man's service! (To Chuckles: Thanks so much! Your kindness allowed my boys and I to have a great camping experience at Turkey Run where we made great memories!)
I called Chuckles (Chuck) Towing Service after my car’s axle snapped driving out of a parking lot. He quoted me 45min - 1hr and was there in just under the 45min as many of the other reviews mentioned. This is my first ever towing event so I didn’t know what to expect. In a time of stress he really helped me out and suggested some sound advice for me. Great guy, definitely knows his stuff for towing, friendly and wants to help you. Thank you again Chuck!

My motorhome had a fire on the Fourth of July. I called Steves Towing first thing Monday morning. They went to the state park and picked it up and dropped it off at the dealership in Indianapolis for me. They called me when they got there to pick it up and when they dropped it off, they sent me pictures of all four sides of the vehicle, so I would know that it made it there safe and sound the level of professionalism from everyone that I talk to from the guy that did the scheduling to the gentleman that did the Towing everything was top-notch and I would recommend these people to anybody for anything you need towed It was a wonderful experience, even though it was a bad situation. It was great to have somebody that just took care of problems instead of created more
After AAA and my insurance both left me hanging, I called Steve's Towing. They called back to check on me and showed up super fast. Then, before they hooked my car up to the truck, the driver asked to take a look at my car and realized I had a dead battery. He jumped me and gave me directions to the nearest auto parts store to get a replacement, saving me the cost of a full tow. That enough warrants a 5 star review, but because my dead battery was apparently contagious my mom had the same thing happen to her car a couple days later. She had the same great experience with Steve's. She doesn't have a Google account, so consider this a double-5-star review from both of us. Thank you!
I work for a local insurance agency. A lot of our customers have used Steve's Towing and always come back to us to tell us what a great company they are to work with. Always happy reviews from them. Thank you, Steve for taking such good care of our customers!
Very professional. Clean. Quick. Decent price. Highly recommend. David was my driver. Thank you so much
If you are looking for a tow company, stop right here! I tell you what you won’t find a better one so don’t even waste your time. These guys are awesome, so down to earth, and very good at their job. I personally will never recommend nor use another tow company as long as they’re in business! Thank you guys for being there when some of us are having our worst of days you guys make it a little bit better, with a fast and friendly tow service, unbeatable prices, and the experience to get any tow job done!!! Once again thank you for your help!!!!

I just wanna say 10/10 service and compassion. Our daughter that leaves outta state got stuck in snow and Chuck helped her when we couldn’t be there. That man is a blessing protect him at all cost.
The name says it all. I have had Superior Towing move a box truck for me several times this last time being the furthest (over an hour away) trip. They have always been on time and made things easy on me! Their pricing is more than fair for such great service. I have had to call on several towing companies and Mark Sr and Jr and their team at Superior are amazing to work with!
It was early on a super cold Saturday morning and I got a flat tire. Called Superior, Rashad was very helpful and got Bobby out quickly!! It took a bit to get the spare out from under my truck because everything was frozen. Bobby did a great job and had me on my way. Great customer service! Great team, hopefully I don't need them again but would highly recommend!
Have had dozens of automobiles towed in my life but have never received such amazing service from a towing company! From Rashad in dispatch to Chuck, my driver, Superior Towing exceeded my expectation with service and customer interaction. They were clear on their communication, punctual and courteous. Thank you for your help!
Zak came with the truck in a timely manner. He was polite and personable. I would use them again. Thanks!

Excellant service towing my full size van. Daniel, our driver, was very efficient. I recommend & would use them again.
The repair shop rep personally asked the driver to unload the vehicle in a specific lot, but the driver ignored him and put it in the wrong lot. That lead to a shouting match between the two. Stupid and unprofessional.
My rental car broke down on the side of a busy highway just as it was getting dark. The rental company was not helpful. Shortly after I contacted AAA, Mark from OTF Towing called me and gave me his ETA, and answered questions I had about my safety. When I was able to secure a ride home with someone else, Mark recommended taking the car to the car rental's repair location instead of my house, and he took care of making the change with AAA. He dropped it off and put the key in their box, then took a picture to let me know it had been safely delivered. Mark went above and beyond what I expected from a towing company and I am SO glad AAA dispatched OTF Towing. Excellent customer service, polite, personal and patient, and truly cared about his customer. Thanks OTF!!
Had a amazing experience with On The Fly! This car is very special to us and from the owner Andres to our driver Chuy this company took extra care of our Cadillac! Please call On The Fly for the best service in town!
Called when even my insurance was putting me on hold. Got right through and they told me a tow truck would be to me in 60-90 mins. 75 minutes my hero Daniel pulled up in his flatbed. Got our car loaded up and made it to the tire shop before they closed so that I could get my tire repaired. Best towing experience I’ve ever had

Semi truck broke down in Fair Oaks, and my company called them to pick me up to bring to Indy. The driver and commination from the office was great.
Hit pothole on 465 E, tire blew instantly, zero pressure. Very stressful because traffic was heavy, called my roadside service and they sent Interstate Towing. The driver was Matt, he arrived quickly and got my car on the truck. I had children with me so we had to wait for a ride (only one passenger allowed in tow truck and no child seat) Matt stayed with us until our rescue ride arrived! He was great! Give that boy a raise!!! Good employees, should be valued!
Today they were my Angel's! My class A motorhome was stuck in the middle of I-465 south and they came and rescued me and my dog. Thank you so much Interstate Towing for helping me today
Interstate Towing has amazing service. Called dispatch at 4 am and they were right there and answered the call. They provided a quick dispatch within the hour and called several times with updates while we waited on the side of the road. Matt the tow truck driver is a professional in his field. He was excellent in taking care of my vehicle and making sure we got safely home. Matt had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Interstate Towing.
I didn't get his name, but one of your drivers that was at the love's on 31 in Tipton Indiana gave me a moment of his time and let me borrow a tool to get a stubborn bolt out. You have some good people working for you in a industry that is losing good drivers there's hope seeing drivers helping drivers so they can get home to their families

Call Garza company after 2 other tow companies fell through cost me 90 for the tow called him at 4:12pm I was at the tire shop at 4:35 fast, respectful and helpful can’t ask any thing more
They are a great tow service to go to, very reasonable pricing,on time, and very friendly. They'll make sure you get taken care of.
I didn’t get a chance to use this company today But I called to request a tow. They called to make sure I was taken care of. I thought that was very nice customer service. Will use them in the future!!!
Fast, friendly, and reliable. After calling my roadside assistance and they weren't able to find me anyone without a two-hour wait, I called Garza and had someone to get my car in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
Great service quick and easy, gets the job done in manageable time. Fair price and overall good personnel.

My wife was rear ended by an uninsured motorist in Plainfield around 9am. Whitlows had a truck on scene within 15 minutes of the accident. The driver was very helpful and informative with my wife. The vehicle was towed to their yard, checked in, and transported to the repair shop for insurance to do an estimate by 12pm the same day. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Very helpful and professional in a bad situation. Thank you whitlows and new owner Bob!
Had a blown tire on I 70 at 7:30 on Fathers Day. Within 30 minutes of my call a tow driver was there to help. Eric was the driver and he was top notch and could not of been more professional and helpful. Great value as well. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do Joe's garage is in my contacts.
Josh is a lifesaver. After 3 other shops bailed on my tow request through the insurance dispatcher, these guys came through. Had my car sitting on 69 for 5 hours before Josh got the call. He came through in an hour. Extremely courteous and made sure to call to keep me posted. Great guy and great shop all around. Highly recommended!
A little pricing but my son waited less than 15 minutes to get a tow. And whoever picked my son's car up after a wreck was a friendly, calming presences that was very much appreciated. Super friendly and patient with my 500 phone calls.
The most pleasant experience ever. I called for a tow and he was there in 5-10 minutes. Very chill dude. 10/10

Highly recommend you won’t find a better price
very good service well recommend
Heading out on I-70 West, my Jeep suddenly shut off and decided it was done. I ended up throwing in the towel and looked up a nearby towing company. Valdez came up as just minutes from where we were stranded. I called Juan, who told me to drop a pin and that he would be there in 30 minutes. In just under 20 minutes, he showed up, ready to tow my heavy FSJ. Juan introduced himself, shook my hand, and began the towing process. He was very friendly, professional, and prompt, taking care to ensure that he didn’t damage my vehicle. I asked him how he preferred to be paid, and he said Zelle would work for him, which was great for me since that's what I use as well. He drove us and the Jeep about four miles to my daughter's house, and he was pleasently chatty during the ride. When we arrived, he paid extra attention to the tree next to the driveway to avoid scratching the side of the Jeep. He lowered it into the parking spot, we paid him via Zelle, and he thanked us for our business before heading off. I cannot say enough about how professional and polite Juan is. It was clear that he understands customer service. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.
Very fast and reliable service, took very good care of my vehicle!

From dispatch to towing it was nothing but awesome professionalism. Needed to get my car from a spot to a safe spot to be looked at. Hadley had the best pricing around hands down. The driver actually talked laughed and joked with us as he was loading my car up. If you are looking for a safe honest and friendly towing company this is the place to go.
Kevin Knight came to my house to tow my car to a mechanic for repair. After questioning me about the problem, he said my battery needed to be replaced. No need to tow to a mechanic. I appreciate his help, and his honesty. I would call Hadley for my towing when needed.
Blew a tire on the interstate today and Hadley’s Towing saved the day! The driver went above and beyond to ensure our safety and got us to the nearest dealership to have our tire repaired. He was informative and got there as soon as possible. We are so thankful for Hadley’s Towing’s hospitality and work!
Exceptional Service and performance. Very pleased with my experience. I would 100% of the time recommend Hadley’s to anybody that needs towing services.
Hadley was fantastic. Jimmy came out immediately and took great care of my car from point A to B. 100% reccomend to make a tough situation easier.

Having Johnson's tow my rig was the best part of a bad day for sure. Doug said he'd be there in 45 minutes, he was there in 43. He knew what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of 100%. Thanks!!!
I called several towing companies and they charged me 125 every time and a 3 hour wait then I called Johnson’s they only charged me 60 and came less than 30 minutes
Had an issue with my truck, gas wasn't getting to the engine. I had to push it out of traffic into a parking lot. I made the call for a tow. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, took my info and said she would send the tow truck my way as he was just dropping off a vehicle. The tow truck showed up approximately 15 minutes later. The driver (Big Al) was an extremely kind man who knew exactly what he was doing. He hooked my truck up without any issues and gave me a ride to the autoshop of my choosing. It was a very hot day and he even stopped and bought me a fountain drink along the way. The tow truck itself was immaculate and the AC was ice cold. When we arrived at the auto shop he was already familiar with where they wanted their vehicles dropped off and made quick work of the unloading process. You also have the option to pay for the tow afterwards or you can add it to the cost of the repairs. The customer service was exceptional, especially during a time where something unfortunate has happened to you. All in all I don't think it could have gone smoother. If I ever need a tow again I would not hesitate to call them and ask for Big Al. The price was more than fair for the service rendered. I would rate them as a 5 star service!
This company was a dream to work with. Super quick, great communication, and extremely affordable price. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out.
Quick and Easy. Fitted me in a tight schedule and was able to tow my car in less than 10 minutes. Very great with communication and being on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✊🏿

Do not recommend. Unprofessional. We pulled up there to get our vehicle and one of the guys had our belongings out using them and said he didn't think anyone was going to pick the car up. Crooks Towing is a very good way to describe this place.
I had my step van towed no with no issues on 6/18/16. I did have to clarify that while my vehicle was a step van, it was a small step van with a dodge caravan chassis so a larger tow truck would not be needed. The hook up fee I was charged was $65. I used the same tow service on 7/6/16 and the lady putting in the order was rude and was not listening to me when I was explaining to her what type of vehicle I had. I made sure to tell her that I had their company tow my truck two weeks before and a regular size tow truck was sufficient. Of course when I get my bill, I was charged $125 hookup fee because she sent the larger truck. When I called back to request a refund of the difference, the lady was rude, but said she would talk to her manager about a credit. I never recieved a call back and now it's 7/13/16 and still no refund. I called back to speak with the manager and she was the rudest of them all. At first wasn't willing to refund any money, but finally said she would credit me back $40 because the first hookup fee should have been $85 instead of $65 and I got a break the first time. Not sure how their employee errors translates to my fault. Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile.
Very very bad service Never get a damaged vehicle tow from them. They broke my vehicle from the back and they won't even admit that we broke the vehicle. Their vehicle broke down and now they are still waiting. Never get a vehicle towed from them. Their service is very bad. And to much fee charge 10 miles to 700 $ change
Had a blow out late last night & called cooks. Most places were closed but Cooks was ready to help! Fast service by Friendly folks! Billy from dispatch was so nice and caring! Charles was on location in 20 minutes in a clean truck ready to help!! 10/10 Big THANKS to the entire Cooks Team!
They are not professional at all. The guy came out and changed prices 3 times just while hooking my car up. These people are flat out creeps. Make you feel uneasy

I needed a tow to my mechanic in fishers and Lawrence towing was amazing! From the initial phone call, the lady was very sweet and nice. I was told about an hour or so before they had someone available but then got a call about 20 mins later and Travis was already on his way. It was super quick and easy and it only cost me $130. I was very pleased! Thank you Lawrence Towing.
They towed my parents car after they were rear-ended this last week and from the time we called asking if they had the car, when we would be able to come and clean the car out, to the time we arrived - they were kind, compassionate and caring. They answered our questions, let us take our time, explained the process on how things would work. From start to finish - they've been top notch.
They told me to leave my key under the mat. I did. Then they locked my key in my car and left it at the mechanic. Said they could not find the key. I've now lost a day that my mechanic couldn't look at my car because the keys were locked in it. The best part is I gave them my number but they didn't bother to call and ask. Very poor customer service, wasted a lot of time.
Was referred by my mechanic to have my stalled car picked up by these guys. The driver was coming down the street and I waved at him to let him know where the car was....he pretended to not see me and drove right past. He did a U-turn and proceeded to park in front of my car. He got out of the truck without making ANY eye contact, and proceeded to start getting things ready. I said hello and he ignored me, until about one minute later when (again without making eye contact) he said "well, if you need to be watching me, maybe your car doesn't really need to be towed." I should have then and there told him to take a hike.....I didn't, but complained to the auto shop that recommended these guys who in turn complained to them and I then got a call from their office manager. She apologized, but her apology wasn't fully sincere as she said "there's always to sides to the story". Seriously? Stay away from these guys, folks. That's my recommendation.
Very nice people, great service, good price. It was cheap to get my car out and they were very understanding of my situation. My car got towed again today, this time by another company and they were very nice when I called to see if it was them and even gave me the name and number of the place they thought might have my car, which helped me find my car much quicker than I ever would have on my own. Very good people with great service and good attitudes!
