Amazing service and a really decent guy. Also very trustworthy--he said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he was there in 30 minutes.
Arrived at the time we arranged. Both men were courteous. 100% happy with their service. Will definitely use again if in need of another tow.
We had Jake come tow a vehicle for us. He was the sweetest most polite young man. I will recommend him and blackout towing and recovery to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work young man.
After another company left my wife stranded for almost 3 hours LONGER than their quoted arrival time, blackout towing got input within 40 minutes of me calling and handled the situation with ease! Not to mention great pricing! While it sucks that the wife’s car may be down for the count it’s great to know there’s a reliable company I can trust and afford! Thanks again!
I had a great experience with Blackout Towing, when my car broke down unexpectedly. The dispatcher was polite and got someone out to me quickly. The driver, Byron was professional, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. He made a stressful situation much easier. Pricing was fair, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast and reliable towing service.

Great company to work with. Fast and professional! Definitely my go to towing company
I had the wrong kind of jack for my girlfriend’s car to lift. They arrived promptly and swiftly and within 10 minutes had the spare on for me to be on my way. I highly recommend their service and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
Tow guy was fast and efficient. Very professional and kind.

Great People! Great Company! Mark and his guys are definitely professional and come highly recommended 👌
Picked up my vehicle quickly and the driver was very courteous and careful with my truck. I highly recommend Blue Eagle Towing.
Eric was amazing with our tow. He was fast, professional, and very kind! We appreciate him in such a frustrating situation.
Sick and tired of the way these guys drive. They are constantly doing 10mph+ over the speed limit and drive super aggressively. This guy was going 10mph over on Ardmore by Portage Middle School. There was another driver in a RAM flat bed a few months back that was doing almost 60mph up the hill where Ardmore turns into Hiligas just to get ahead of everyone. A few weeks before that there was one of their largest trucks doing 15mph+ over the speed limit going down Coliseum hoping lanes driving super agressive, dude about caused a huge milti-car accident. I even saw one of them wrecked in a ditch over the winter with a car on the bed. I have called multiple times and nothing seems to have been done. One of them is going to kill someone eventually with how they drive. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if at all possible and make sure you call in and report their driving before someone gets hurt.
Do not use as they will bring the wrong equipment and damage your car. Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience with this towing company on a Saturday afternoon. It is evidenced in the improper handling of the vehicle in the photos and video attached which resulted in body damage. Our mechanic shop called to have our car towed because a repair they had just completed that day failed on the drive home. Blue Eagle towing was sent out by the shop to collect the vehicle and return it to the shop. Blue Eagle did not bring the proper equipment to tow a car with a ball joint failure. They did not bring out any skates, instead, they attempted to jack the car up and yank it onto the flatbed a little at a time (see clips of 6 minute video with air jack sounds). Additionally, they had the car owner sign a damage waiver when what they should have done is have the auto shop signed the damage waiver because the tow was scheduled by the auto shop. They might as well have had a random passersby sign a damage waiver. Blue Eagle should have called the shop back and let them know that they did not have the capabilities to properly tow the vehicle without damage.

This is my first Google review ever but I have to give a big thank you to Jones Auto. This past Saturday afternoon my car had a radiator hose pop off and was unable to be driven after parking at the Coliseum for the circus. I was looking for a tow truck and saw that Jones Auto does towing and repair and gave them a call and I am very glad that I did! My car was towed out of the Coliseum parking lot within 15 minutes and they then repaired the hose and refilled the antifreeze that afternoon. If I would have had it towed to another garage, it would have been at the earliest Monday that I would have gotten my car back and probably would have cost a lot more as well. I really can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me that same day on a Saturday afternoon and at a great price!
Very helpful. They always do great with fixing my car. I have never had any issues here. They sometimes need to do better with communication, but if you call them, they will tell you what you need to know.
My car was in need of urgent repairs, and I was worried about the potential downtime. However, the team at Jones Auto Repair Shop quickly put my concerns to rest. They not only listened attentively to my car troubles but also provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. What truly stood out was their commitment to timeliness. They promised a swift repair, and they absolutely delivered. My car was back on the road in no time, running as smoothly as ever. The quality of their work is evident in the flawless performance of my vehicle. I highly recommend Jones Auto Repair Shop to anyone seeking efficient and reliable car repairs.
My family has used Jones Towing and Auto Repair for the last couple of years. The price of towing your car is the best price in Allen County. As far as auto repair, they are honest and good. When he fixes your car you know it's done right. I can say that we will always use Jones Auto and Towing. Give Jones a try, I am glad I did.
When I needed a tow and repair, they were fast and friendly. My car was repaired the next day and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their business!

Great company! Fast, friendly, and professional staff.
Arrived much faster than they anticipated, very nice!
If you are happy supporting a company that cuts up, cuts off, tailgates and goes 20 over the limit then by all means use these guys Edited to reflect the untruthful reply: No threats or demands for anything were made, simply an observation of dangerous driving, with a follow up report to the police with the dashcam video. No review was mentioned, that has come after your unprofessional attitude on the phone using a curse word when I never raised my voice nor made any personal attacks. I was annoyed but courteous and calm. That you seek to blame those upset at bad driving and therefore not take it seriously shows why it is happening. If you don't want people to be mad at the world, don't give them something to be mad at. In my experience those who need to be held accountable hate it the most and you have proved that. I have left positive reviews for restaurants and mechanics but you didn't mention them because they don't fit the false narrative of your reply.
Fair Price, and Efficient!

Prompt, professional and friendly! I may have been able to find a cheaper option, but you can't put a price on quality service!
I was out yesterday and when I tried to start my vehicle to go home it would not start, AJ towing was called and when the guy came he actually got my car started by jumping it, I did go straight to get another battery, but AJ towing was excellent !!
Doug was polite, knowledgeable on what was wrong with my vehicle, and on time as he suggested. I would recommend AJ Towing, based on my experience working with Doug.
Went above and beyond to help us on Christmas Eve. 10 stars all the way.
