So appreciative of the driver John's patience with me at Blackout towing during a highly stressful and frustrating unexpected car trouble situation. It was late. Car was stuck on the side of the road and I needed my car towed to me and Blackout was the most affordable and most prompt service out of all of the companies I called. 10/10 will recommend and will be my first and only call if the service is ever needed again!

Blackout towing did a very good job bringing my sons moped home they were the cheapest in town by $35 I will definitely use these guys again.

I can’t express how happy I was with their service. We needed to get a swim spa transported to another location. After 2 failed attempts at finding someone to transport, we called Blackout. They went WAY above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they care about transporting our item but they actually cared that it didn’t get damaged. They were very careful and patient through the whole process. Absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend to everyone!

Justin who works for Blue Eagle Towing towed my Jeep on a flat bed and he was very nice and professional. I appreciate the care he took in loading and securing it as well as unloading it. I would surely use this company again.
Called for a tow very professional on the phone ask for address telephone number they would be there in between 12 and 1pm they called back and they could get me in at 10 AM so I was excited about that. The gentleman came very courteous and polite. Ask questions what was going on he helped me jump my car it started so I could drive it myself without being towed so that is a ++ for me. (He was problem solving on site.) I think that show a lot about a company..
This company is TOP NOTCH! We had a mishap with a car coming off the car dolly we were renting one wheel landed in the middle of the Dolly while the other was in the wheel well. When we called at around 7:30pm, we were asked to send pictures of the situation. Then we were told they could get someone to us but it would be a little wait….A couple guys from Blue Eagle came to our rescue! We couldn’t have asked for a better company! VERY professional, caring people who definitely knew what they were doing! Thank you so very much!
Didn't catch the guy's name, but whoever came out to jump my bike at 4 in the morning was great. Friendly, great service, good knowledge, and came an hour and a half faster than progressive said he would.
Had a scare with my car. Ford escape had a recall for a bad shifter linkage bushing and my car wouldn’t get out of park. Called these guys and they came out. Tow truck operator was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him what I thought it was and he knew exactly what to do. Messed with this little cable got it to shift into reverse and drive so we could get a tow truck. Highly recommend these guys. Cannot remember the guys name but he was very helpful and didn’t waste a second

I was locked out of my car while it was running and I contacted Jones auto. The mechanic came in A timely manner, and was able to open my car. The price was very reasonable compared to other locksmiths. Very satisfied with the services performed.

Front and back brakes. My son lives in the area local. I wanted to pay for the back brakes as a gift and a surprise to him. I was able to pay for the back brakes from Michigan I’ve the phone and know that this place was trustworthy. Being able to know and feel that you can trust someplace over the phone to give your credit card is a rare thing. Rates are fair, service is dependable, fast, reliable, and customer service is better than the chain auto repair stores. Jones auto repair is a Jem! If i could rate 10/10 rating I would. Whenever I have any issues whatsoever I bring my vehicles as well as any loved one friend or family to this shop. Always does an excellent job no matter the issue. Very reasonable if needed. You might as well bring your vehicle here and get the excellent work done for a fair price than to take it elsewhere for an expensive price. I feel like family here.. especially Mrs. Jones, Trent's mom was my 4th grade teacher. I absolutely love this place and the people. Please believe me that they will treat you right, regardless of who you are. One thing I didn't mention was since I've been coming here my vehicle has never stayed no more than 2 days at the most. Honestly, if I was to bring it today, then tomorrow Trent would be calling saying it's done😀. We must protect this business in our neighborhood at all costs lol. I can guarantee you that for majority, if they don't know any auto repair/towing shop, they know Jones auto and towing. Oh..towing is excellent and the best price in the whole city. I work 3rd shift out of town so if I need Trent, best believe he's coming ASAP, and tomorrow the best phone call of the day would be Jones Auto repair/towing calling saying your vehicle is ready. This place is terrible. I find it so surprising this place is still running. To start, they told me they needed $400 up front to even begin working on my vehicle. First ever time any shop has made me pay before hand, on top of me providing them the new part that needed replaced. Secondly THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. Do not try to call because they will never answer. So your only option is to find a way up to the shop and pray someone is there. After not receiving a phone call answer from Tuesday-Thursday I decided to go up there on Friday at 3:00p.m. AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AS IF NOBODY WAS THERE! It’s a payday and you’re not even open!! Are you even trying to make money ? This place is a joke. I still don’t have my car as of this moment because who knows when I’ll be able to get ahold of someone.

Thor is a great guy and came to my rescue when AAA couldn’t find a tow for me. The flatbed tow for my van to a dealership was cost effective too. One of the last things Thor said to me was that even though his business depends on people’s cars breaking down, he’d still prefer to see customers with reliable vehicles. Obviously he’s a good guy and took care of me quickly. Also, I’m now sure if it’s a service the two company offers or if it’s a side hustle but he said he can make minor repairs as well.
THOR is so nice! I called and asked him could he tie a vehicle for me last minute he arrived with a positive attitude and he is so KIND AND VERY WITHIN MY BUDGET!
