Paul was timely in response and very friendly with my family. Being from out of town, we were driving across country and had a flat on the interstate. He showed up in 15 minutes from my call and got us on our way. Great service!! Nice to see a second generation owner doing well. Best wishes!
Best roadside assistance we’ve ever encountered. Making our way from Washington State to North Carolina, U-Haul failed us by not properly securing our car to the tow dolly, causing one of the tires to jump off the dolly while in tow. Jim & Ron’s was the KINDEST, most efficient, and hard working service- our trip being only half way through, he did the most (and triple checked everything) before we continued from SD to NC. We were very impressed with Jim & Ron’s willingness to help and ensuring our safe travels!
Quick to answer the call, arrived at discussed time eventhough the roads were slick. A more than fair price! Was very concerned not to do more damage than what had been done!

On Christmas Eve night, my car slid through a neighborhood intersection onto a curb and snowbank. The tire went flat and the car was stuck. I tried accessing roadside assistance through AAA and my insurance company. I waited for 14+ hours, and still no service arranged through my roadside assistance. I called Jim and Ron's Towing on Christmas day. Paul answered the call, took my info and was very polite. The driver Ben was there in about an hour. He was so nice and helpful. He tried to get the car in working order, but the tire wouldn't hold air so he towed it to my preferred shop. He was so careful with my car. He did not try to price gouge me at all. The service cost was extremely reasonable for having to deal with this situation on a cold, snowy, icy holiday. Jim and Ron's will be my go-to in the future for all my towing, tire, lockout needs!

The belt in our car went out just as in got in Sioux Falls and it was at a time on Saturday afternoon when no repairs shops were open So we were in spot since we are from Brookings and needed our car towed back to Brookings. Chris from Platinum Towing came sooner than the expected arrival time and we were very, very happy with his service. He got us and our car back safely home. He turned a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. I would highly recommend his services whenever you have a breakdown and need a tow.
If you’re stuck anywhere nearby call this company. Chris was our angel, truck broke down right out of Sioux Falls. He was so incredibly kind let us stay on his property with our trailer. Gave us the security we’d be ok. Then took truck to dealership and brought hubby back to trailer. He was so fast incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Offered to bring back not only broken truck but trailer as well all the way to CO. You can’t beat the service Chris gives! Need a tow, this company hands down is the one to use. Like an idiot, I ran myself out of fuel on the way to the gas station. A Plus Towing was dispatched via my roadside assistance. I walked to get a gas can at a near by gas station and was caught in a torrential downpour. Austin picked me up at the gas station, drove me back to my Jeep, and provided me with a couple gallons of gasoline so I could get back on my way. He was respectful, prompt, and just a nice guy. He wished me a better rest of my day and hoped I got where I was going safely. Thank you to A Plus Towing for helping to fix my own screw up and to Austin for doing his job with professionalism and kindness.
We had a tire replaced yesterday and then this morning the TPMS lit up. After trying at 2 gas stations to put air in, we were down to about 12PSI. Richard from A Plus showed up and we told him what was going on. He said "let me try my air compressor". Done and done. He really helped us avoid a tow.
Todd saved the day. Very prompt arrival after I called and was able to get my car started that had been sitting for 6 months. Thanks you!

Jeff was great! Came super fast to jump start my battery. Was willing to even install a new one right there and then all within 45 minutes. He even let me sit in the car to warm up while he changed the battery to stay warm on a 7 degree windy day. Thank you!

I stopped at a truck stop on fridged night (-17) & the air pump at the station was frozen. I was trying to put air in my sister's tires so she could drive hours into even colder temps. Nick from Ace towing was there and said pull up behind my truck. He filled the tire with air & declined payment! So very kind & helpful!!!!
Called guy he told me $375 per hour. I said ok. Some one showed up within 30 min and pulls me out in 5 min. Tells me my bill is $2000. I asked why his response was i charge $500 per hour 2 hour minimum and i brought a second tow truck with me. Then He said if you dont like it ill tow your truck to tow yard and can pay more. Pretty much they stole money from me and scammed me. Their prices were not reasonable. Rude und unproffeaional. It you want some one to steal you $2000 in 5 min call them. They are good at that.
One of their drivers who was going North on I29 today Jan 7th of 2023 around 3:45pm, nearly smashed into me several times from the adjacent lane. I suspected he was impaired, drunk or just idiotic. And only didn’t when I laid on the horn making him go back. When I surpassed him in my lane, he laid on the horn himself and started following me. I was VERY close to calling the police, and settled with keeping 911 on speed dial, and making sure I had a means of personal protection handy. I then called his company and gave the description of a MASSIVE red semi tow truck, currently hauling a big white box truck. And various logos, decals and location info to his boss. The truck driver followed me for miles until I took my exit 81, and at that time I wanted to ditch him. So at the last second I turned my right blinker on and sharply entered the right turning lane SAFELY. He was stuck in the non turning lane then and I got away. If you need a tow. DO. NOT. CALL. THIS. COMPANY. Their drivers will endanger lives, and follow the victims of their road rage for possible retaliation.
Joe rescued me and my truck and really did an amazing job of making me feel safe and comfortable. He quickly got me safely off the highway. I would recommend Joe and Ace towing for reliable, timely and safe service. Thank you Joe!!
I really debated on leaving this review but the more I think about it, the more irritated I get. I lost 2 wheels on my travel trailer last week. My road service, who also failed us, contacted you guys for a quote to take us 10 miles. All that was needed was 2 rv wheel dollies and a truck to pull my travel trailer. They were quoted $6,000.00! Myself, my wife and our 5 year old daughter sat on the side on I 29 for 7 hours! Look, I get it, nobody wants to work on a Sunday, but $6,000.00 for 10 miles? I really feel like your company was taking advantage of a situation. I'm a disabled Marine veteran on a very fixed income. Our travel trailer is our home. We had to leave our home on the side of the interstate until we could have a mobile rv tech get us going again. I do hope the person that quoted us $6,000.00 wasn't the owner.

Had a freeway tire blowout a tire on our boat trailer. Called a couple other places that had a bit higher reviews and both companies seemed like some screwballs. Guess 3rd times the charm, got these guys and they were on top of it. Picked up without one of the rims on it and dropped it off at the hotel we were at in good time and the dude working was very helpful and didn't complain about having to knock one out on a Sunday night. Don't let a couple bad reviews scare ya with these guys as they were top notch in my book with what seemed to be fair pricing as well. Thanks guys.
I was locked out of my car and the other night on the east side of town which was not a real good place to be alone. I called All American after being quoted $215 by Jim and Ron's.. these guys did it for $80 and they were there within 10 minutes. Super fast super professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys. A huge thank you to the guy who came out in the middle of the night ! I wish I could remember your name, but you were awesome!
The guy who picked up the phone today. Really bad customer services. Wouldn't want to give me more details and explain things for towing that was dispatched and just hanged up on me. And not the only that experienced this.

Terrible experience. After my car was towed, I tried to pick up my house keys that were left inside the vehicle by the officer who searched my car. The tow company refused to give me my own keys, even though I clearly explained the situation. I was left locked out of my own home for no good reason. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful toward a basic human need: access to your home. If you’re in a tough situation, don’t expect these people to help you—they don’t care. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very satisfied with Eastgate Towing. They were very prompt in coming to my vehicle after my call. The driver even checked my battery to see if it was a quick minor fix I might be able to do myself before loading it up and bringing it to the mechanic. I appreciate that you were able to go the extra mile and do that simple check for me--someone who knows little about cars. Thank you!
Very poor service stole stuff out of my vehicle and screamed at me because I wanted to see before I paid there ridiculous fee.
I had a very negative experience. I called ahead with an officer regarding what the estimated payment would be, given the company had a photo of my vehicle. Base pay was 185 and was told it wouldn't stray too far off from the price. For a towing process that took an entirety of ~8 mins and a 100 yard tow, I was charged over $500 and shown the price only after I had paid!! This a predatory towing company!
Francis and Beth were able to help me when I was in a pinch! My son's car had the engine blow on the interstate and they were able to come and haul it almost immediately. Thank you so much for your quick action and amazing service when I came to the shop later in the week!
Buyer beware! If you buy a vehicle at their junk auction you won't get a title for months! They have been reported to the South Dakota Dept of Revenue!

I highly recommend this company. My driver was Josh, GREAT GUY, went out of his way to help me. I hope everyone who needs a tow gets Josh as their driver. This company was super accommodating. I can go on, but I think you get my point. Amazing company, very helpful! I don't know how they don't have 5-star review, I believe they will now with Josh working with them!
Good service. Friendly guys who came to help me late night in cold weather. My airlines were ripped because of some peace of cloth stuck on drive shaft. They worked hard on it to get it moved. Was charged reasonably. First experience was good one with them. Thank you:)
Redi Towing came to our rescue not once, but twice after our rental RV completely died on us. Several other companies couldn't, or wouldn't, tow an RV. They not only towed us, but helped us find a repair shop and a place to stay. The service from this company significantly improved our stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Absolutely awful, ended the call on me because I left my car because it was -20 and I had a dead battery so I couldn’t stay in the cold. Would not recommend. The operator should not be employed at all. Super rude and arragont. Do not recommend
We were stranded on the side of I-90 on a Sunday with our camper and 4 kids. It was Sooo stressful. We had called 3 other tow companies. The first couldn't help us, second was at least 3 hours out. Mind you our trucks engine blew and it was over 90 degrees. Redi was there in a half hour. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our kids loved them and thought the tow trucks were the best!

I used my road side assistance with Verizon and they sent me lightning towing. I had to have my Camarillo towed today. The gentleman that was on call was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and more helpful then I would have ever expected. So impressed, just wanted to share.
Cole was super friendly and extremely helpful. Was a very cold windy night on I90 and Cole arrived quickly, troubleshot my vehicles issue advised me that it would be in my best interest to be towed to the nearest repair shop and have my tires and front end looked at. 10/10.
They where contracted to pick up my totaled vehicle by my insurance company and their dispatcher told me that they would be at location at 8am for pickup and didn't call me until after 8am to confirm pickup. Took them almost 2.5 hours to get on location and it is only about a 1.5 hour drive. Tow operator was rude and the person that called was rude also. I would never use this outfit even if they where the only tow available.
I strongly suggest using someone else for towing. They'll give a specific date and a rough time on when your vehicle will be delivered and then they won't show up! They're not professional, they don't have the method to their madness down and they'll leave you taking the day off work waiting for a vehicle that doesn't show up! I literally had to use my GMC vehicle tracking app to locate my vehicle! And then they claim it will be delivered sometime today! Like seriously?! Give me a specific time so I can be home to sign for my vehicle! Not a guess on "oh it might be delivered this morning, or maybe this afternoon"! I'm so very disgusted and furious with this company! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE!
They dropped my vehicle off at the wrong address and didnt even try to confirm with me in any way. I called for them to move it to my actual address and they wanted an extra $140 fee just to move it down the street, MIND YOU I already paid $400. They claim gps took them to that spot but the house they took it to clearly says “127”, my house is 122. And yet they did not try to call to confirm they just left.
