When my son got stranded on the side of the highway about an hour from home, then had already gotten scammed my another “tow” company who insisted he pay upfront (yes, red flag but the kid is still learning) & never showed, causing my boy to be waiting for OVER 2hrs, the driver of this tow company ended up being just a few miles from him & showed up very quickly, towing my boy to a tire shop so he could get his problem addressed. The guy who I talked to could I think sense my stress, as I was in full “mom” mode (b/c teenage boys who THINK they know everything, STILL need their mommas😊) & he assured me that he would get my boy taken care of…& he did! Will definitely be using them again if the need arises & would recommend them to anyone in the Springfield area!

Shawn was very courteous and even provided me with a discount after I was initially charged $325 for a flatbed tow. With the discount, the total came to $285 for an 18-mile tow. One thing to keep in mind—be sure to ask for a quote upfront, as pricing details were not disclosed beforehand. Was I overcharged?

Kwand came to our rescue. I had a screw in the rear driver's side tire. A medical situation left me without being able to change the tire. Rwanda flatbedded the vehicle to the dealership - nice guy, pleasent and very competent.
Kelton was the man! Came super fast through all the traffic on 495 around Tyson’s during rush hour and got me and my truck out of there asap. Super impressed with the care he provided my vehicle, his professionalism and obvious skill at the trade. Rode in his tow truck back to my destination and it was very clean also. Needing an emergency tow is never a good situation, but now I know that this is the company to call thanks to Kelton!

I highly recommend using this company. I thought I needed a tow, but they were able to get my battery running and told me what steps I needed to take next. Wes was so helpful and very friendly. He managed to make a stressful situation much easier to deal with and was extremely kind. I will absolutely be using their services again!

Aww have used them twice now and both times we have been thoroughly impressed. Wes is absolutely the best. We have 2 very large vehicles and a really really small street so it was almost impossible to fit both of our cars in the driveway but Wes did it with ease. Wes does go above and beyond, this time (the second row) he even aired up both the back fires for us because they was flat. We will continue to use them for all our towing needs. Thank you Wes for being awesome and thank you to the lady in the office (I don't know her name sorry) for being so sweet and not irritated with me calling a million times asking a bunch of questions. They was really prompt and didn't take forever to do ANYTHING.

This is my second time using Big Boy's Towing, and it only further cemented my decision to only ever use this company. Every person there is courteous, respectful, and professional. Tyler, one of their technicians, was able to tow my car backwards perfectly into a parking space like it was nothing. There is no company I would recommend more.
Although you did not get me back up and running, the service was EXCELLENT. The driver was thorough and knowledgeable and so so nice. My husband was able to replace both the starter battery and the main battery and we were back up and running. Thank you for trying as hard as you did. I really appreciated your work.

Outstanding, professional, and courteous. James arrived within minutes and had my truck and myself brought home as I requested. I would never had thought this possible before today. I got stuck in the mud up to the middle of the wheel where the park board has the street tore up on Cedarbrook and Floyd's came right away and wrenched my car out in less than 5 mins. I had called several other wrecker companies and Floyd's prices were DRASTICALLY cheaper.

Quick, responsible, honest, reliable service. This company does towing, auto lock-outs, tire changes, and professional motorcycle towing as well. This is my go-to company as David has years of expertise to get the job done right!
I had a disappointing experience when I called for a quote. The male was rude and condescending, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable. I felt that he wasn’t helpful at all, possibly because he didn’t have the type of towing vehicle I was looking for. It also felt like my gender played a role in how I was treated, which is frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
This last weekend my husband and I hit a rock and got it stuck. We were stuck in the road and feared a car was going to hit us. David with Jacks towing was the next car around the corner and was a huge blessing as he was able to get the rock out from under the car. Surprisingly little to no damage was done to the car. Definitely calling them again if needed.
Used these guys once during the pandemic and again recently while I was busy on a job with my car broke down in another lot. I needed a tow and remembered the name from my first experience. Professional over the phone, quick with their methods, and reasonably priced too. Hopefully my car doesn't break on me again, but I would definitely go for Jack's to tow.
We have used Jacks towing for our auto repair business and is always prompt and does a great job. David is very courteous, careful and cautious. No reservations recommending him.

Called FJR and they came SUPER fast to pick up a car left stranded. The driver was INCREDIBLY polite and helpful. We were blown away by the incredible service. 10/10!!
I was stranded in enfield after a miserable day and just so happened to ask a kind gentlemen to change my tire. Then the jack was rotted out so he used the truck to raise my car. I am forever thankful and blessed as I have an infant and my 11 YO son in the car. There are still kind caring folks in the world. Very appreciative! He put my spare tire on and saved the day!
Worst company they didn't give me a chance to leave while i was in my vehicle at autozone had a check engine light I didn't know u can't park there paid 100$ for no reason trash and don't want them near my house or family lucky I didn't call the boss from that company cause autozone let's u park there quick when u got a check engine light

Ladies these people are there for you. I was broke down on 65 I walked to a nearby gas station which told me they where closing and I would have to wait outside. It's 10:30 pm and they turned off all the lights outside while they clean up inside. So i sat in the dark trying to find a tow. I called 2 other tow company's that when to busy to help me. But then I called Affordable Tow. I explain what was going on. The lady on the phone said don't worry I've got you girl. I was so happy to here those words. She had a truck there in 15 minutes to pick me up at the gas station and take me to my truck. The driver Jonathan K. was very nice and professional. Had my truck loaded and me safe at home in no time. THANKS AFFORDABLE TOW for looking out for us ladies it's nice to know that someone cares.

Worst experience with a towing company. Called for a tow was placed on hold then hung up on.After calling them back the man was very unprofessional when I asked how much was tow in town he stated $70. I asked if rates had gone up he told me duh because price of gas. When driver Brian showed up he literally almost hit me while I was standing on corner to flag him. He never stopped to greet or confirm vehicle for pick up. He immediately tried to squeeze bye the vehicle hitting the side of it and damaging a fence. I could have informed him that he could have came from other side to avoid this accident from happening. I called back to office to let them know what happened was hung up on again. Had to call police have them come out. Driver Brian admitted to hitting fence said I was lying about my car being hit. Very unprofessional and rude. Called another company they came quick picked up car with no issues
My car was stolen and Mike Phillips was the tow truck that showed up to the location it was left and did everything he could to get it out. He was able to get it out of the massive mud rut that it was left in.

Got stuck on a major highway and RPM towing (Dustin was the driver’s name) was courteous, quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and made confident that my car would be ok on the way to the shop. He truly went above and beyond to make a bad day much better. Would definitely recommend
Well as having to use this kind of service your not having the best kind of day usually anyway... They was recommended by a friend to me. This was gonna be a 60+ mile trip one way loaded and the same unloaded. But to my discovery when I got to the repair shop both my front axle boots were damaged. I tried calling them to resolve the issue. But they have never returned my calls. I've been putting off this review bc I was hoping they were just busy. I know for a fact they weren't damaged before he picked it up because at the Dodge dealership I had crawled under my truck. And Corwin Dodge had just done a 4 wheel alignment and they had no recollection of that issue.. I know accidents happen, but we as a customer I would have liked the respect of a call back and discussed what was going on.

And every time I've called RPM they sent someone right away. From low clearance sports cars to 4x4s they've towed all of mine safely and for a fair rate. My daughter locked her keys in her car today and was late for work. I called Brooks towing company not really sure what to do and immediately got a response he was there in minutes and unlocked her car. She got to work on time and I really can’t say enough good things about his professional quick service. He even waived the fee for her on top of it. We are more than thankful. I highly recommend to anyone needing assistance in the area!
I was fortunate to be able to use brooks the other day. They came out promptly and picked up 2 vehicles I no longer needed and the owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions and even though I missed the first meeting he sent out another driver right away, Joey arrived right on time and was very friendly and made the process seemless. I will recommend Brooks from now on.

CJs team was great to us when our car was stolen and then recovered in a chase by Mass State Police.
My car was towed by CJ's at the Springfield Police Department's request after an accident on August 8, 2024. CJ's treated us courteously and professionally. Before towing from the accident scene, the tow driver allowed me to take extra time to search for a missing item in my car. When I called CJ's the next morning to ask for the release procedure, I was given an accurate price and clear instructions. When I went to get my car the next morning, they processed me in about 15 minutes. I then had my car towed to a nearby collision repair center. CJ's price for that second tow was the lowest compared to 2 other local towing companies. They even let me get a couple of items from my car before the tow to the collision repair center. I was pleased with the experience with CJ's, especially considering that I had not chosen CJ's when my car was initially towed.
These people are thieves, they towed my truck and they didn't even call my company after towing till I went to grab my license, that's when I found out. $1851 .10 for bobtail. 12 miles total. I found out 1 signal light was not working they were busy denying that they didn't touch it. Have been towed before for 20 miles with a loaded trailer for $800. Don't even truck to bother calling them if u break down. They're crooks cowards
Very crooked business. There business goes unchecked since they have the Springfield city contract. They will gouge you since they can. Additionally, you have to feel like a caged animal in their office since the one way windows surrounding you allow them to see you but not you to see them. This allows them to just take off if you make a request they are too lazy to accomplish (ex. I want to speak to the driver to tell him where to drop off my car since I won't be present when he drops off). The 24 hour extra storage fee can also be slammed on you if they don't feel like towing your vehicle out of there for you in a timely manner. Last words with the woman behind the manner were, "Prove to me I can't take pics of my car (that I have paid my bill on) in your parking lot for insurance." Woman: "I don't have time for this," while she fades out, presumably walking away.
Worst towing company in the city! Drivers are extremely disrespectful, and they don’t listen when you tell them to deliver to one specific address. The driver told me he was delivering it to my house and I waited and waited and when I call CJ‘s going they told me they took it to the lot On top of that they lie about their prices! One time they charge me about $115 for a certain distance and a few months later I needed a tow that was a shorter distance and the price wasn’t insanely higher
