Tuffy’s towing went above and beyond to help my son and I when we had car trouble, especially after another tow company dropped my car and damaged it. Tuffy’s towed me to two different places to find my tires, stayed with me until they were were taken care of and even helped me call different tire stores to locate my hard to find tires. They really helped restore my faith in humanity! I would highly recommend them for any help anyone would need in the future!
We called Tuffy’s after the 12 V battery on our Tesla died. Jason’s team came out to help us jump start the battery which proved to be unsuccessful. Not only did Jason quote us a fair price to tow the car 100 miles away to the nearest Tesla service center but he also went above and beyond to connect us to the right people in town so that we didn’t have to. Thanks to Jason we were able to get our car running in a short amount of time. We deeply appreciate the kindness, honesty and integrity extended to us by Tuffy’s Towing and would recommend them to anyone especially other military families.
Last weekend, was the first time that my car has broken down in my life. I am a young adult not from the Columbus area and have no experience in situations like these. As the sun was beginning to set, I began to panic by calling all the surrounding tow truck places. When the customer service representative from Tuffy's answered the phone he began to help me find the quickest solution which really was helpful which calmed me down a lot. When the tow truck arrived, the gentleman driving the truck came very quickly and brought a lot of good energy which made my day soooo much better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a tow!!!!! This place also gave me the BEST PRICE. Im not usually the one to write a review but THIS PLACE BY FAR DISPLAYED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!! THANK YOU TUFFY's!!
I had to leave my car at work and come get it the next day. My insurance booked this company for me through roadside assistance. David and Raymond were super helpful, friendly, and communicative with us. We rode in the back of the car while they towed it so we didn’t feel confined. It was a great experience in a stressful situation.
Super friendly people and very helpful with my long distance tow. Very reasonably priced as well.

a great experience and eased the stress of my car issue and excellent friendly service. and didn't have to wait for very long. I would highly recommend when you need a tow.
Car broke down. Scheduled towing service. The driver arrived shortly & jump started my car, so I was able to drive to the Honda Service location without having to get it towed. Great service, extremely satisfied.
Got there super quickly. Justice was my tow truck driver he was nice polite and bubbly great person to have come to the rescue during a freeway breakdown during rush hour. Thanks Justice!!!! U were great.
Yesterday 08/25/2025 I had to have my car towed because of leaking coolant in engine. Clayton the tow truck driver was very polite and helpful with getting this done. He showed great professionalism to myself and my family. Thanks so much for your great service.
The company was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The gentleman that does the scheduling was very kind and that means a lot at a stressful time. He gave frequent updates, and everything ran on time. The gentleman that towed us, was very positive and up beat, knowledgeable and talked us through every step he was taking. I will be recommending them to friends and using them again in the future.

Really great place for towing very friendly, chill, and talkative guy I had the honor of having service me, talked the whole way home with my car and gave me a lot of advice, glad I had him as my tower, also the dispatch to get him to me was faster than I thought an easy plus quick, glad I called this place honestly, they’re gonna be my go to for me and my family from now on. I recommend it for everyone else, thank you again Nayar.
Phillip helped tow my car, was really kind and efficient. Awesome guy and company! Highly recommended 💯
Phillip was courteous and professional. Thanks for taking care of my daughter's vehicle.
I never had any issues with roy dots towing. Each time phillip came out with quality service. He helped me push a low profile car out of a parking garage and got it on the bed with no scrapes. Had issues with my truck today and the services were top of the line and fast.
The driver was a nice guy, we had a lot of issues with the car going into neutral ( Mercedes=dead battery), he was very professional! I appreciate his patience with the delivery of this vehicle..

This towing business was very professional, proficient, and exceeded beyond expectations to ensure my vehicle was towed. I would highly recommend this business if you need any car services. Again thank you!!
Service is fast, accurate and reliable. I love the customer service experience. This was amazing!
EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY FAST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY VERY AFFORDABLE!!!! MOST DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! EVEN SHOWS PROOF THAT THE VEHICLE MADE IT TO THE DESTINATION BY SENDING PICTURES
I'm so glad my insurance picked this company to assist me. Mr.Samuel arrived in his tow truck and was able to get my car out of a ditch. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. It didn't take him long to get my car movable again. He was able to prevent any damage as my passenger side was right next to a utility pole. My toddler was entertained and liked watching his truck & lights so that was another plus after a delay to our morning routine. I highly recommend Excellent Towing for emergency service or roadside assistance. Thank you Samuel for all your help this morning!
Samuel was amazing. I tried to request him for my 2nd tow but they sent someone else This was a 10 star 🌟 ordeal. God first

I called the towing company for a friend of mine whose car broke down on I-85 near the Williams Rd. Exit. My friend in return called the company to give him his exact location. The gentleman told him the approximate time it would take him to get there and he was there at the time he stated he would be there. He provided excellent service. Thanks Asap Towing Company. You are the best.
What can I say? Wayne has the best service I've ever witnessed. Hard working and very efficient and professional. I recommend him to the highest degree. He's simply the best! He even uplifted me and my wife even after hearing what tragedy he went through. Be blessed in all you do brother.
I called ASAP Towing at 10pm tonight and Wayne was there in less than 5 min when quoted 10 min. He was quick and precise with getting the car loaded and unloaded at the shop I asked for it to be towed to. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone and using his services when needed. Thanks ASAP Towing!
I was stuck in mud in the front yard. It was dark and cold. I called ASAP because of the name and Wayne was the person answering the phone. Extremely kind and patient. I was freaking out and he remained calm and came right away. Great price and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU WAYNE YOU'RE May God continue to bless you ❤️🙏🏾#asaponspeeddial🙂 #fastandreasonable
I am in the automotive business and use tow trucks all the time. Hands down Wayne and his company are the beat I’ve experienced in a very long time if ever in my 30 years of business!! He was professional, gave me the price upfront and explained in detail how he billed. And showed up at the exact time he said he would. If your in a jam call them ASAP

Best Tow service I’ve had to date in Columbus literally can out within 25 minutes! Thank you for the service 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My tow experience with advance was great Brian was kind, friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
Speedy, courteous and professional. Great experience. Thxs again for your assistance.
I used USAA & was assigned this company. I didn’t like the ETA so, I called to see if I could get a faster ETA and the representative did her best to get a closer truck to me & my son. They did a follow up call to inform me when the tow was on the way. When he arrived, he made sure we was safe & was very professional with the tow & getting my vehicle to its destination. I would definitely recommend this company, thank you USAA and Advance Towing and Recovery

The techs in the shop are great at their job. They really know what they are talking about. Manager is great at details and explaining what is going on. Towing is great.
I wrecked my car and called them and he came immediately and helped me out so much! I also didn't have enough money for the tow and he worked with me and let me give him what I had and pay him the rest when I got paid. Derek was amazing and was so helpful I will literally be using them any time I need a tow in the future. Highly recomend.
My daughter was down to the Fair and had her car towed. Fair enough she shouldn't have parked where she did but the towing company ended up causing front end damage to the car. Also she gets there to pick up car and let's them know her info is in the car to which they reply she can't get it and needs someone else to show proof of ID .. while her boyfriend who doesn't have a license and never has, shows proof of a state ID and is allowed to get her car which is registered in her name and allowed without a driver's license but a state ID to drive it out of the impound. Please make this make sense. So can I just come there with a state ID and get anyone's car out of impound?
Trever did an amazing job making sure that my trailer didn’t receive any more damage to it and that it was secure before towing it away, then he made sure that my trailer was ready and secure to drive away from the towing yard. I recommend this towing service to anyone in need of a tow and I recommend Trever to be the one to do the job. He has great customer service skills and he’s great at his job
Matt Lynn came out quick and replaced my air bag and got me going , did a great job!

They were awesome! Had to tow my car to BWM. They were quick to respond and they informed me with a pic and text that my car arrived there safely! Super friendly! Charles and partner thank you for the great service.
My car broke down today, so I gave him a call and he quickly and proudly agree'd to tow my car, even on FATHER'S DAY! He was able to get it to my house quickly and safely, and all for a GREAT price. I'd highly recommend this service.
AAA left us stranded with a wait time of over 5 hours, and we called Mr Big Tows and they were to us in 45 mins with a jump for our van. professional and kind, and so helpful. thank you!!
Driver showed up quickly and had me off the side of the road in minutes. Great service with great prices. Driver went over and beyond to provide great and safe services. Would recommend to anyone. Gave his card to my daughter whom just started driving so if her car breaks down she can relax and get home safe. Thanks again Mr. Big tows
Great services and prices!!! We needed three cars moved to the junk yard, and I didn't know anyone within this area. I just googled, and went off the his reviews. I was not disappointed. He gave me an ETA of arrival and was on time, professional and gave us a great price. You don't find great customer service and he provided everything and he's a great guy!!! Thanks again!! Your number is definitely saved in case I need you again lol!!

If I could press charges and had proof of my belongings I would. I assume responsibility because my father always told me not to leave things in my car just in case. I was involved in a horrible car accident and this towing service was used. Upon getting out of the hospital and returning to my vehicle to collect my belongings, I noticed my gold ring was missing, my smith and Weston knife was missing and two bottles of prestige cologne were missing. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because the lady that was at the service desk was helpful and polite. Words can’t describe how betrayed I feel by towers who share the same skin color as me. It’s sad out here.
Highly recommend! Punctual on time as well as easy pay option!! Dispatchers are polite and communicative❤️🌹🥰oh and did I mention how reasonably priced even after hours 🙏🏽
My truck was towed to the yard and when I went to get it the lady upfront did her best to get me in and out fast as possible which worked well for me. She was very courteous and the manager was too. I was scared to go because I thought it would be extremely expensive but to my surprise it was reasonable for the amount of time my truck was there. If you ever have to go make sure you have everything you need in order for things to go smoothly and they will definitely try to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Great experience. Receptionist was so nice and kind. Registration was in truck that they towed for me, so she got a driver to take me to truck to retrieve it. Every so friendly
I called them at 5:34pm tonight I had 2 flat tires on Manchester Expressway and Ms. Love was so nice on the phone. Said we will get someone to you in 30 minutes please answer any calls That come in. Trenny called me when he was 10 minutes out and stayed on the phone with me till he arrived. Took me to the ATM to get money to get to tires for the truck. They are definitely heaven sent. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to come help me.

I don't give 5 stars often, but I have zero complaints. The driver called, told me what I needed, met me on time, and was friendly during the process.
They picked up car that I sold to Pick-N-Pay. Arrived when they said Was truly professional in handling all the details. Respectful to this Senior lady LOL!
They came to get my truck git a courtesy call thirty minutes ahead had up and gone in less than 10 minuets handed me my paperwork and back to work the guy was extremely nice and very professional
WARNING!! THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU AND DESTROY YOUR CAR!!! My brother and I recently had our Ford focus towed by these guys and they completely destroyed the transmission. We know it wasn't our fault because we had the car checked just 3 weeks prior and it was in near-perfect condition. A simple Google search will tell you that if you tow a front-wheel drive car, you MUST tow it with it's front wheels off the ground or the drag will generate heat which will severely damage the transmission. I guess these guys have some really incompetent people working for them because they failed to tow the car properly, damaged it severely (a $4,800 fix btw), and then refused to take responsibility; Claiming we must've been the cause for the damage. Their staff is rude, they'll damage your car, then try to foot you with the bill. For anyone who's been towed by these guys, call your insurance amd have them fight for you! I'm gonna be in contact with a lawyer.
I understand that people aren't exactly thrilled to be here but the lady working the window had the most vile attitude. I tried to be overwhelmingly nice to counter it but I'm convinced someone must have never hugged her because it was nothing but animosity.

I have used them multiple times throughout the years and every time I get great service and safe transportation. Good pricing in the Columbus area highly recommend! Always my go to for towing service
Was a customer, used their service a couple times and very disappointed with the way the treated me and raised the price for the tow last minute, never again will i use them
Cool
Our son experienced a flat tire on his way home. The roadside assistance not only arrived promptly as promised but also ensured the safe transport of both our son and his car back home. We were highly impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Needed a tow in Fort Benning. Mr. Rush went through the long process of getting a visitor center pass to help me and was professional the entire time. Called me for updates and got out here quickly. 5 stars👍🏻
Excellent service provided by Cole's Towing after contacting AAA Road Assistance. Very prompt & friendly. Mr. Q. had my problem fixed in no time. Cole's kept me informed and up to date throughout the whole process. Well done.
these people suck & their customer service is the worst. DONT rely on them. they broke my tire off my car. & don’t even try to reply to my comments trying to gaslight these people into thinking we’re the problem. yall SUCK. the company, the people. everybody. sucks
Absolutely terrible service. I called Acura roadside assistance, and they sent this company to help jump-start my car. They first told me they’d arrive in 7 minutes, then 15 minutes when I called again, and after another call they said it would take 60 more minutes. Completely disrespectful and a huge waste of time. Glad I cancelled their service. I would never recommend them.
Terrible. I do NOT recommend. They are very disrespectful and they obviously don’t know how to run a business. Please don't book with them.
