Excellent experience! The tow person got a really big flatbed into a small area with no trouble! Had my SUV loaded and on the way very quickly and with very little effort. Would absolutely use their services again!
I was very pleased with the service provided by Priority Towing. Mike, the driver, arrived right on time for the tow job. He listened, attentively, while I went over the details of the need for towing; my car wouldn't start. Afterwards, he checked the car to see if, based on his experience, he could determine the cause for why the car wouldn't start. When it was determined that the car needed towing, Mike took great care in securely mounting the car on the truck. He even put plastic skids under the rear tires, so that as the truck pulled the car up onto the bed, the tires wouldn't scrape the pavement and lose tread. My car arrived safely at the destination and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you.

Our tow truck driver was very cool. They orignally quoted us an hour to maybe an hour and a half. The tow truck got there after exactly an hour. We had to catch a ride with the driver and he was very nice.

The best towing company ever. Was extremely nice and helpful. Was very careful with my car. Jumped my car free of charge. Looked at car and helped to figure out the problem and how to fix it. I broke down in Baltimore and I live in Pennsylvania and he towed it and gave me a ride all the way for $200. Nicest guy and best company and service I have ever had.

This company is amazing. I dont know what I would have done without them. They are extremely professional and they showed up less them 30 mins to come tow the vehicle 2 miles down the road. My insurance company called them after I had to demand a new tow. They were the 3rd company my insurance called (one wouldn't answer and I had to wait 3 hours for them to change and a second company cancled at some point of me waiting another 2.5 hours before I was even notified). Being a woman we already know having your vehicle disabled at night is the worst. I was sitting on the side of a dark road from 9pm-345am when they had me finally safe. I cant thank them enough for the quick response when I informed them of how long I was waiting. After a very long day and night I made it home safely thanks to your company. If I could give more stars I would.

Thank God, thank God, thank God! My battery was dead and I was stuck trying to find someone to give me a hot shot. I had cables but no one was willing to help a stranger(not that I blame them) This gentleman just happened to be driving by in a tow truck and asked if I needed help. He didn’t even blink an eye, got my car started in literally no time! 10/10 service because he could have kept driving but he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Gave them a call and they said they’d be right there but didn’t show for over 30 minutes when they are located close by to my towing location. Then, I was on the phone with the lady for payment for over 35 minutes but I don’t think she knew how to properly do it because I had to repeat myself many times. I also want to preface that my towing location and drop off aren’t too far and I was charged over 190$ which is a lot compared to other companies. During the first phone call, I provided my name spelled out and my correct car information. However, on the receipt, my name is spelled wrong and my vehicle information was incorrect. I need the receipt for insurance purposes but since she input the wrong information, I cannot submit that receipt. I called on a weekday and she told me to call back from 8-4. Called again, didn’t pick up. Now it’s Saturday and I have to wait until Monday. This happened two weeks ago and I still haven’t had it resolved. All I need is a corrected copy of my receipt.
My guy was great, apologetic for me having to wait. Tried a few options to get me going. He even called when he dropped my car to share he did see the warning lights when he dropped the car.

I've had many cars towed throughout my life and Chris came out, he was 10 minutes early and did a wonderful job. Very polite and extremely professional. I got a quick response when I called. Tow service was easy and quick to set up. Pricing was very good seeing as I had it towed 15 miles or so across town. They even filled out a car drop off form when they left it after hours at my local car shop! I'm very grateful they for their fast and reliable service!! Will definitely be keeping their number!

My truck broke down on the way to moving to North Carolina. The wheel actually fell off. We called 6 towing companies and could not get a tow until we called Glenn’s. They were there very quickly and the driver was wonderful. They quickly identified what needed to be fixed and gave me a good price. It was done in only a couple of days and we were able to get our things to North Carolina. Everyone there was so nice. I highly recommend.

Very good service! My car's wheel was crooked in a garage having a clearance of 6'8''. I asked my insurance company to find a tow truck, and they spent over 4 hours and didn't get me one. Then I found Whitelock on Google. The driver arrived in less than 30 minutes after my call, and he was very professional and got the job in a pefect way.

Would give zero stars if I could. Some of these truck drivers think they can just talk to people, and treat people however they please. They just make the good ones and rest of the company look as trashy as they are.
The driver was amazing, make sure to take every step to protect my car. Reason I'm resting it a star, is due to non transparency about upcharging for my tow since it was out of their service area. Middle river is 15 minutes away from where I got towed from and they charged me 295. Would definitely call around before, and use them as a last ditch option.
What began as a very unpleasant and stressful conversation on the phone turned into a respectful, professional interaction in person. Although my experience involved two different people, one which hung up on me, ended with a much desired response from a more sensible person.
I was totally ripped off by their company. They billed for unnecessary charges. They towed my car from the scene of an accident, he took about 5 minutes to get my car on the truck and left. He charged for over an hour of “extra winching” and “extra ordinary circumstances”. I have a little car (2013 Ford Focus), and there was no issues with him getting my car on the truck. When I asked about the charges I was told “we have to make our money somehow”. I’m not very happy and they will never get another dime out of me!
They Tried to charge me $1500 for a local tow because it was a Tesla, claiming risk of fire. All we had was a flat tire... The driver that came out was very helpful and understanding. But the owner “Sunny” seems to only care about his paycheck. Was able to call another company “Done Rite Auto” who only charged $250 total.

So 9/13/24. I drove to reisterstown Burlington coat factory and my car went dead. Couldn't get it to turn on. So, I called my insurance to get me a tow to catonsville. My insurance set me up with this towing company and this tow truck driver was a red flag from point A to Z. I requested a ride with my car along with my niece (I don't trust tow truck drivers, they are notorious for searching your car before they take it to where it needs to be and this guy fit the characteristics of that type, perfectly!!!) and this guy started talking about what he was paid for the tow and who gonna pay the extra cost if he has to hot shot my car or use dullies. This was the first time a tow truck driver complained to me about prices. That was a conversation with him and my insurance. But, I did him the due diligence of contacting my insurance and asking them. After words. He said he would raise his center console and give me and my neice a lift to the dealer with my car. Later on, he arrived. This guy again insisted on me using the Lyft voucher and that he don't like people riding in his truck cause he keeps it clean and don't like mess. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard from a tow truck driver. I have my keys and wallet. What mess can I make!?!?. Anyways, I told him I don't feel comfortable with my car being towed without me cause of my belongings I have in my car. I said no deal. And he said he was happy to cancel the tow and go home and relax cause he is not making enough off the tow anyway....in my opinion this guy is the type to steal out of his tows. He tried to convince me to have him tow my car with out me and he had the space to fit my niece and me. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW YOU CAR UNSUPERVISED!

Price was good but told me 30mins and had me sitting for 2 hours and never got I call back. When I did call they sent me straight to voice mail for trying to see if they were still coming or not. Very Unprofessional
Called several and spoke with someone that told me they would out within 45 minutes to an hour after the hour went up I called again and then told me another 45 minutes and still never called or showed up so triple a is the way to go cause they do bad business

They don’t come when they say they are going to come then they don’t answer the phone causing you to have your car picked up by the police and pay extra seven hundred and fifty dollars. Don’t believe them.
My car was towed there after an accident. I was taken to the hospital and had no idea where my car was for days. Somehow close to a thousand dollars of tools and equipment were missing from my locked trunk. Not to mention my EZ Pass was taken and used. Very disreputable place. Management was unresponsive.
