Sam was very helpful, while the hole in the tire was to large to patch he worked at slowing the leak until I could drive the car out to the street so that he could tow us to a tire shop that was able to repair it. With the way the roads are in Baltimore, I have put A&A's number in my contacts.

I had this company tow my 50,000 mile 1989 Mustang. The owner/driver took great care both loading and unloading my car. He even was willing to help me get the car in the garage. He really went above and beyond. I really appreciate it and will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service! I called them around 8pm and received a prompt estimate along with an accurate ETA. They used the iPhone’s “Share Location” feature to find me quickly, which was incredibly convenient. Their prices were very reasonable as I contacted several companies for comparison and ultimately chose them. Highly recommend!
This company is amazing. I dont know what I would have done without them. They are extremely professional and they showed up less them 30 mins to come tow the vehicle 2 miles down the road. My insurance company called them after I had to demand a new tow. They were the 3rd company my insurance called (one wouldn't answer and I had to wait 3 hours for them to change and a second company cancled at some point of me waiting another 2.5 hours before I was even notified). Being a woman we already know having your vehicle disabled at night is the worst. I was sitting on the side of a dark road from 9pm-345am when they had me finally safe. I cant thank them enough for the quick response when I informed them of how long I was waiting. After a very long day and night I made it home safely thanks to your company. If I could give more stars I would.

Fantastic! Speedy, friendly, professional, and great pricing. Ten times better than going through my insurance roadside assistance. And they came and picked it up in a garage, which is apparently their speciality.
JFG did a challenging towing job for me (car stuck in parking garage with low clearance). They were super professional, on time, and friendly, efficient and professional. Towed car to the shop, returned pictures where it was parked directly after towing. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

My experience with Windsor Towing was great. There was no long wait for the truck to arrive. Tow truck driver Tyshawn was friendly and professional. Top Notch Guys! My wife (an ICU nurse) was driving home from North Baltimore back to DC area after working a 12 hour night shift when her car overheated coming out of the tunnel and ended stranded at Camden Yards. I called a bunch of tow companies and was told at least an hour. finally found Glenn's Auto and they were at the car in less than 30 minutes. I was going to have the car towed to one of the national auto repair chains but Glenn convinced he could get a look at as soon as it got back to the shop. He did a great job was quick and stood by his work 100%. Price was very fair. Smaller shop with a big heart. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Glenn was amazing. He was easy to talk to and made sure we were both clear on the final price. I reached out to a couple of other towing companies in the area before reaching out to them and the prices they were offering were too much. I scheduled a time to pick up and drop off the car.

Very good service! My car's wheel was crooked in a garage having a clearance of 6'8''. I asked my insurance company to find a tow truck, and they spent over 4 hours and didn't get me one. Then I found Whitelock on Google. The driver arrived in less than 30 minutes after my call, and he was very professional and got the job in a pefect way.

I called the number today and there was no proper greeting — the person answering sounded like they had just woken up. This is completely unacceptable. The owner replied stating they would report me, but perhaps you should first address the lack of professionalism in your own service. Instead of providing assistance, you chose to hang up the phone — a clear example of poor customer service. Do better.
Curtis was fast, reasonable, and communicative. He got the job done within hours. This was a heavy duty complicated tow on the weekend and no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this business!

If i could leave 0 stars i would but goole wont let me. These people came out of no where and towed our penske truck and they never called or said anything to us. Very disrespectful. And then when we called them to verify it was our truck the man we spoke to said "he didn't feel like going up to the yard to check the Vin". No help at all. Very disappointed with the service also where we had parked was. Ot in the lot the had towing rights to.
i saw that there were some really bad reviews on here but only after calling them to tow my truck from a local dealership to a shop i use for repairs. After seeing the reviews I was a bit concerned but all in all the experience was acceptable and professional. they were a couple of hours late for the pickup that they said would take about 45 minutes. They actually took about 3.5 hours but they did arrive and promptly towed my truck to the local repair shop. The gentleman on the phone, who took my calls, was friendly and always answered each time I called. They called me back after my car was towed and took my credit card info for the payment. They are on the high side, price wise, charging 195.00 for less than 5 miles but i was in a rush and didn't research pricing so thats on me. You can't blame a company for their pricing if you decide to go with their services. I was also skeptical about giving some random guy my credit card info over the phone but within minutes the charge went through and it was in the exact amount he stated, They quickly sent me an email with the receipt as I requested also. This was definitely not a scam and they definitely have a real towing service. You could probably negotiate a better rate than i did but using their service was not a mistake and I would definitely use them again.
Our Driver call for help he was stuck at the mud , they come pull off the truck all was done in the next 60min, BUT when they call for payment they ask for 4.500$ . Please avoid this towing company they will take all of your money this is how they doing they will tow your truck and trailer and pay more more more and more SHAME ON YOU!!! BEFORE YOU CALL THIS TOW COMPANY READ THE comments please AVOID AVOID i did not see any positive Review . Vote to close this Company
Our 3 motocycles were stolen. We were told they had found 1( the smallest 50 cc). It was picked up at night and instead of notifying us that night and the fee would have been $119, they waited until after midnight( charges for another day were applied) to call us. Additional fees were charged for storage. This bike was I urs. We are not the thieves. Why were we punished for the crime. We r hoping f I r the other 2 bikes to be returned. H I w much will this total hundreds or $1000. Why am i paying double for my property???. All towing co., should be more willing to return others property, not get so greedy. Also answer rhe phones.

Quick service, great tow guy, excellent service, very much recommended
So 9/13/24. I drove to reisterstown Burlington coat factory and my car went dead. Couldn't get it to turn on. So, I called my insurance to get me a tow to catonsville. My insurance set me up with this towing company and this tow truck driver was a red flag from point A to Z. I requested a ride with my car along with my niece (I don't trust tow truck drivers, they are notorious for searching your car before they take it to where it needs to be and this guy fit the characteristics of that type, perfectly!!!) and this guy started talking about what he was paid for the tow and who gonna pay the extra cost if he has to hot shot my car or use dullies. This was the first time a tow truck driver complained to me about prices. That was a conversation with him and my insurance. But, I did him the due diligence of contacting my insurance and asking them. After words. He said he would raise his center console and give me and my neice a lift to the dealer with my car. Later on, he arrived. This guy again insisted on me using the Lyft voucher and that he don't like people riding in his truck cause he keeps it clean and don't like mess. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard from a tow truck driver. I have my keys and wallet. What mess can I make!?!?. Anyways, I told him I don't feel comfortable with my car being towed without me cause of my belongings I have in my car. I said no deal. And he said he was happy to cancel the tow and go home and relax cause he is not making enough off the tow anyway....in my opinion this guy is the type to steal out of his tows. He tried to convince me to have him tow my car with out me and he had the space to fit my niece and me. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW YOU CAR UNSUPERVISED!

I was stood up by two tow companies that were within 2 miles of where I was broke down. Each one said they would be there within an hour I waited 3 hours and no one showed. They wouldn't even answer the phone calls back. I called Singh at ABS Towing he said he could be there within the hour. Within 30 minutes he was there to tow my van. Charged me a very reasonable rate and his service was was excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Singh you are the man!

Worst company ever. They left my car in the middle of the street without letting me know w/ the key in the ignition. The boss “Malik” continued to lie on my name and his employees name! I had to give them one star just to warn you, but they truly deserve 0 starts! RUN AWAY NOW
Called to have my car towed and was told they would be arriving in an hour. I called twice after waiting an hour and was told that the driver was 10-15 minutes away and was driving slow because of the rain. An hour later, the tow driver still hadn’t arrived to my location. Horrible service and unorganized.
DO NOT use this company ! My car was towed by this company to a lot 410 Brunswick off Wilkens Ave. I went this morning to remove my tags and see if my belongings were salvageable *car caught fire* upon arrival I see my daughters hair bow, toy, and my sons sandal laying next to my car I look inside and my car has been ransacked! They took everything of value! Manager was respectful but no help , the lady was flat out rude and laughed about the situation along with another driver. They refused to call the owner. They refused to call the guy who towed my car. So my car catches fire and now the tow company steals all my belongings!!!
