Super appreciative! Came to my rescue of the highway and got me to a tire store in great time. Driver, Chris, was very professional with my safety in his top priority and very friendly in the ride to the shop with him in the truck. Couldn’t be thankful enough for this service company.
I had an excellent experience with Xavier, who towed my vehicle recently. He got to my location in less than 10 minutes after i called requesting the service and when he arrived he had a friendly and professional attitude. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Xavier.
Our rental cars tire wasn’t drivable and the nearest Enterprise was 2 hours away. Enterprise sent out a tow company to bring us a new car. The gentlemen from Enterprise wasn’t the friendliest person to deal with. But once this towing company took over it made the process so much easier. Jesse the tow truck driver called and explained how the process would work. He was nice and understanding despite being called out late and on a weekend. Thank you Jesse and Kansas Tow Company!
Big shoutout to Dave with Kansas City Towing! He was absolutely awesome helping my daughter today. He knew exactly where her tow hook was, got her car to the repair shop quickly, and told her to go home while he took care of everything. That kind of professionalism and kindness means so much. Highly recommend Dave at Kansas City Towing!
Clayton did an awesome job, he helped get my dead car loaded and found the neutral switch and got me where I needed to be in no time. I would recommend Clayton to anyone who needs towed, I really appreciated all he did for me!

I needed a tow for a lowered vehicle and saw the reviews for Kidd's. I told the office that although my car isn't slammed to the ground, I would prefer an experienced driver for lowered vehicles. Joe was the driver and was extremely friendly. You could tell he appreciates cars himself and got my vehicle expertly towed to the destination. I would use their services again.
Austin D. hooked it up today, literally and figuratively, great guy super professional and quick. I called them got in touch with Heather and see got it done plus she was awesome about everything. I called them within an hour they got me hooked up and home. Don’t kid yourself call Kidd Towing
Kidd’s Towing was quick and provided great Communication. I ordered roadside assistance through my insurance company and originally was assigned a different tow company - one that made me wait 2.5 hours and cancelled last minute. However, Kidds dispatching called me immediately, told me where her driver was currently and gave me a reasonable estimate. When the driver was on the way, they also called me. They have great communication, got there quickly given the fact that it is a weekend, and got the job done so quickly. Highly recommend.
Absolutely an amazing experience working with Robert and the Kid's towing staff. We had multiple insurance issues in dealing with our auto wreck. They were a great resource during the whole process.
Awesome driver, Randall and great office work from Jen. Being in an accident isn't fun or easy, especially when you get t-boned. AAA was taking too long and was still going to be nearly as much as what Kid charged out of pocket. My truck was about to go to impound with all my tools but Randall was on scene and quickly assessed the tow. I called the office and they had Randall back out in no time. There were some blunders from the PD that were not in my favor, Randall and Jen took care of me. Fast, dependable, reliable and beyond courteous. Highly recommend will gladly use again

Twisted is rock solid and exceptional to use for towing. The dispatcher was very pleasent, sharp, and got us taken care of super quick. She is a saint in a world of auto answers you have to jump thru beofre getting actual help. Our wait was less than 15 minutes,..every other compnay we tried previousl to Twisted was an hour or more. The driver arrived in 12 minutes, got us transported and was a rock star. Great truck, courteous and very professional. I cannot recommend a business any stronger,.......they are the best I have come across in the towing business.
I had a flat tire and no ac I called for a tow I am impressed with how quick and punctual the driver was, also he was polite and gave me a ride also Will refer any and everyone .
Arrived on time, Finished the job fast, 5/5
This company is amazing I made a mistake and parked in a spot I shouldn’t have. The driver was so nice and respectful and helped me figure out what to do since it was my first time being towed.
I called Jarrod needing a tow from a dealership that quoted me $5,000.00 for a $300.00 repair. Jarrod showed up exactly when he said he would, quickly got my vehicle on his truck, and got me to a more trustworthy mechanic. I’ve known Jarrod for over a decade and this service is a great example of his character. If you need a tow, these guys are going to take great care of you.

JR with TNT towing was friendly and fast. Made it look easy! Thank you guys and JR for taking care of my truck.
I've used this tow service twice and they are fast and professional service. I would recommend them anytime anywhere.
Super fast and JR was awesome. Good experience
Sam and his brother went above and beyond to handle my vehicle with great care. They were timely and efficient. They were the third company to attempt this difficult tow service. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and were able to carefully and efficiently complete the job. I appreciate and admire their work. Thanks so much!
Jessie went above and beyond expectations. Another tow company left we waiting for over 4 hours. TNT was out in about 45 min and did a fantastic job towing my C3 Corvette. Absolutely recomend!!!

Xavier was very prompt. Had a smile on his face while helping me in my time of need. He really lifted my spirits.
I don't recommend these people at all. Having called for a tow, waiting for 3 hours for them to get to me. They finally called telling me that they tried charging my card after I told them I'd be paying in cash. Unless they can charge a card they are stopping the driver. My money is on me since I was off to make a large purchase in cash and had all my cash with me. Now I have to wait another 3+ hours for another company. I should also make it clear that it was NOT made clear they would charge my card, they just wanted it just in case. I'd be happy to charge them for my wasted time and may be tempted to find an attorney for the extra stress this has caused. The money more than covers the estimate. Hope your company goes bankrupt.
The best customer service I have been given from a towing company bravo!!! My car would not start I was stuck on the side of the high way on kellogg!! I was terrified the dispatcher was very sweet and caring. I was frantic and was unable to fully identify exactly where I was. The dispatcher was able to walk me through it and helped me find a mile marker to identify myself she was a life saver I believe her name was Alex. When they towed my car the Driver was very respectful and helpful. Prices are very affordable service phenomenal 10 out of 10 would call them again!!!!
Lucky Day! 😂 fast and friendly customer service greatly appreciated. Thanks for the FREE flashlight, Amanda. Enjoy the rest of your weekend
Had to have my trailer moved due to a broken axle. The driver was very personable and friendly. I know it was somewhat of a simple task since it's not a big trailer, but everything went smoothly. Excellent experience for sure.

Bud Roat responded to my call for roadside, a tow from QT to my mechanic. I was able to ride with the driver who was friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend for your towing needs.
JW is phenomenal! The best service in Wichtia! This is a business that deserves an award for honest ethical customer service. If you are in a pinch and need road side assistance this is your company!
My family and I were broke down on the high of the highway, they had great speedy service. Not only did they go above and beyond with the tow, they had Hertz rental car pick up my family and I from where we broke down and made sure they could get us a one way rental car to make it back home. This is definitely more than a business to them, they make you feel just like family. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!
Called the dispatch and they had a truck nearby. A couple hours later they arrived, loaded and left. Car was dropped off safely to the mechanic. I've used 1 other place in the past, a pretty popular place, and I'll never use them again. I'll only call Bud Roat from now on.
Left me and two kids 3 and 4 out on the highway by ourselves because they couldn’t take more than two people

Wichita Towing & Auto Recovery is the best. The price is great. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Brian, the driver was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Brian great guy went above and beyond to get us the help we need on his day off. Car couldn’t start after having lunch with my family and told us if we needed him to call him. Got 20 feet away and he came and helped us. And took it to the place we needed it to go. Even got ahold of the car company we had just bought it from. Really kind and got straight to Business. Didn’t even hesitate to help us. Thank you for you service and help you gave us.
Wichita towing is the best in the Wichita area. They have helped make a bad situation better by their personal attention to detail loading my vehicle and their safety-first mentality. Two thumbs up!
I got into a wreck and luckily the guy I hit knew these folks. Brian helped me and was super nice, he had to tow my car to a completely different town but made it happen!

They are a great service and affordable. Great customer service and prompt service from Rob and Trevor 😊😊😊
Wife gets in a accident I asked the driver for a price to tow the vehicle back to our location he tells me 5-$550 then loads it up we get to the drop off he says he needs payment before dropping I say that’s fine then he says give him a minute to put the ticket together then he shows up with a bill for $800 of all these Random handwritten fees and states his boss made him charge more thanks Jordon for taking advantage of a already bad situation
These guys were so awesome to deal with! Thanks for making it so easy for me to deal with the aftermath of my husband's wreck.
Rob is a very nice guy I had an excellent experience with him and the tow yard highly appreciate all they did for me in this terrible time would recommend them to anyone in need
Working with this company has been nothing but enjoyable. Quick responses, knowledgeable, friendly, always get the job done! Unfortunately, no one likes getting their car towed… But these gentlemen do it respectfully and by the books

I was stranded and they were able to get someone out to me super quick. It was a tight situation and hard to maneuver, but the driver was amazing and able to take care of it with no problem. On the phone they were super kind and helpful. The driver was a very nice guy as well! And, huge plus, they were way cheaper than I expected! I highly recommend and would use them again if I'm ever in another jam like this!
I was in an accident this morning and called this place to tow my highlander! They were there in less than 10 minutes and Kenny was extremely nice and helpful! This was my first accident and was completely clueless on what to do, but Kenny was very kind and helpful, even gave us recommendations on where to take our car to get fixed! I definitely recommend this place! Thank you Kenny for your help, you’re the real VIP!
I can't express how greatful we were to work with Ken's Auto Tow. Our car was stolen in Nov and recovered Feb 1st. The sheriff's office had the car impounded by Ken's, closed the case as unsolved and never contacted us. Only found out after Ken's tracked us down and sent a letter, unfortunately by that time the car was on the lot for half a month incurring fees. Receiving the letter from Ken's we went immediately there in which we were able to discuss our options and they worked with us and the sheriff's office over a few days to make sure we weren't charged for the time the car was there without us knowing. They provided customer service above and beyond and were so compassionate in an unfortunate situation. If I am ever in need of having a vehicle towed I will most definitely contact Ken's.
Ken's Auto Tow is a great service provider known for its efficiency, reliability, and friendly staff. No matter the weather conditions, whether it's a snowstorm or scorching heat, their team consistently delivers fast, professional towing assistance. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers feel supported and safe during situations. The drivers are courteous and always make sure your vehicle is handled with care. It's clear that Ken's Auto Tow values customer satisfaction and strives to maintain a dependable service, making them a go-to choice for anyone in need of towing help. Highly recommended!
Very prompt excellent service. They sent out Kenny and he jumped my car gave me some good advice and I was on my way in a jiffy. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Isaac was friendly and fast. He was out and ready to hook up the van by the time I had ordered some drinks. Dispatch was also fast and efficient. Cost was less than I expected for towing an extended van over a ton. Will use again!
GREAT service, easy to work with, and reliable.
Called on Tuesday to get a quote. Asked for pictures and I sent them They give me a quote and never called to adjust the quote. Today I called and sent me text letting me know the price was 2,000.00 MORE!! Maybe a good towing service in town but not for out of state. Arrow and Kidd had better pricing. I sent pictures before they give me a quote.
Appreciate you guys coming out and get dozer unstuck

Great Customer service! I had Just checked out the hospital and came out to a dead battery. They came in less than 45mins so I could get home quickly. Highly recommend!
Quick and driver was a good guy
This morning I got stuck in a snowbank leaving a parking lot. I contacted a third party roadside rescue service. The third party service contacted TOWICT. I contacted Valerie at TOWICT to confirm an ETA. Valerie was polite professional and informative. The driver Josh arrived within approximately 30 minutes. He was kind, professional and quickly winched my van out of the snow. A+ service from everyone!
ICT was awesome. They were there when they said they’d be there. The gentleman that picked up my 2006 Mustang was fast, friendly and courteous and very professional. I called into the dispatch to Bragg and they were awesome as well. I look forward to using ICT towing in the future. They are now number one on my call list.

Towall24/7 is the superhero of the towing world. I called them when my F750 decided it was time for a nap in a snowy, slushy sinkhole, and boy, did they deliver. Their phone team was friendly and efficient, making the whole process so smooth I almost forgot I was stuck in a nightmare of ice and despair. They dispatched a driver faster than I could say, “I hope I don’t freeze out here,” and somehow, he managed to show up even quicker than they promised—so fast, even the dispatch team was scratching their heads in amazement. Now, here’s where it gets next-level: The driver. This guy wasn’t just a pro; he was an absolute legend. Picture this: he steps out, takes one look at my F750 in its icy grave, and gets right to work without hesitation. Then, in a plot twist no one saw coming, he falls waist-deep into the slush pit himself. Did he panic? Nope. Did he waste time drying off? Not a chance. He was more worried about rescuing my truck than the fact he was now doing his job while soaking wet. Talk about dedication! Not only was he focused on the job, but he also followed safety protocols like a champ—ensuring both the truck and the scene were handled with the utmost care. From wearing the proper gear to double-checking all his equipment, you could tell this wasn’t his first rodeo. Even as the slush pit tried to claim another victim, he stayed calm, collected, and professional the entire time. Long story short, Towall24/7 is everything you’d want in a towing service and more. Fast, efficient, professional, and downright heroic. They turned what could’ve been a disaster into a story I’ll laugh about for years. If you’re ever in a bind, these are the folks you want on your side. A+ service all the way!
These guys showed up very quickly. Jeremiah and Gary were very polite, quick, explained everything they were doing. Before they loaded my car Gary helped me carry quite a few Heavy items from my car to my front door. I felt perfectly safe and knew my car was in good hands. I literally could not of asked for better!
Car broke down on Kellogg and Andover Rd. They estimated 1 hour but came in 30 minutes. She was quick and took extra care to make sure my car did not end up with dings or scratches. Definitely cheaper if you have cash on you but affordable if you use a card.
TowAll arrived promptly just as they promised. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was fantastic. If the need arises, I will use them again. I couldn't be happier.
