These are THE guys!!! I could write a book about my perfect experience with them. I had a horrific experience with a deer and roadside (not so much)assistance and Triple M came to save me at 5am on the dark highway at the end of the two gentlemen’s shift. They stayed long over time to make sure I was taken care of after towing me to where I needed to go. They took me to my destination, made sure the tire company didn’t screw me over and assisted me in every step of the process and didn’t leave my side until I was fully safe, happy and in good hands. These are seriously the guys you want to help you when you’re running late to the airport, stranded alone on a dark highway at 4/5am. I can’t stop raving to everyone about their professionalism and kindness. Thank you Chris and Ty for making my terrible experience a blessing! I’m still passing out your business cards too. Great group of guys id 100 percent recommend them to anyone needing a tow or car unlocked. Ive used them many times in the past and they are always fair on prices. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars
My Harley broke down 25 miles West of Topeka as a huge storm was forming nearby. Michael dropped everything and rushed out to get me. We loaded up the bike (Michael was careful to make sure it was loaded properly and would not get scratched), and skedaddled back to Topeka inches ahead of the storm. NBC news reported that the storm spawned 3 tornadoes and dropped baseball size hail. If it hadn't been for Tripple M's quick response, I'd have been in a world of hurt. They rode INTO the storm to get me, got there fast, loaded carefully, and were friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more from a tow truck company.
My husbands father has been having some dementia like symptoms and the other day decided it would be a good idea to drive his car behind his apartment complex into about four inches of mud. These guys came out (within 15 minutes) pulled him out of the mud. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were understanding to his situation and made sure not to worry him too much. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. They were the best part of a crummy afternoon, that's for sure!
Mr. Martinez was very helpful and hurried to aid me and my flat while on I-70 heading towards Topeka. Reasonable price for towing and tire replacement. Definitely a lifesaver!

If you use a tow company, use this one! On Monday I was driving when my gas pedal got stuck down. As you can imagine, it was a highly stressful situation. As I waited for the tow truck to arrive I was fearful, and stressed for the cost of taking my vehicle to the mechanic as i dont have much excess income. Once the truck arrived instead of immediately putting my vehicle on the truck, the man got out and inquired about the issue. I told him, and he asked to take a look at my engine. After a few minutes of investigating, the man went to his truck and grabbed a wrench. He tapped what I assume is the throttle cable, and my gas pedal popped back up. He told me to turn my van back on, and everything was running fine. Instead of loading up my vehicle and taking my money, this honest man helped me! I insisted on paying him for bringing his truck, but he denied any compensation and asked I leave a nice review. I cried, I was so relieved and grateful for this man. 10/10, if you want an honest company who's going to be mindful of the care of your vehicle with integrity, go with Elite Towing!
I can't say enough good things about Zack from Elite Towing in Topeka. He arrived incredibly fast and did an outstanding job towing my car. But what truly set him apart was how he treated my wife and son. Zack went above and beyond, making my 4-year-old son's day by letting him "help" with the tow. It was like a dream come true for my little boy. Zack's kindness and patience were incredible. He made the entire experience not only stress-free for us but also truly magical for my son. As Zack pulled away, he gave my son a big wave and a beep, and my son cried when he left because he had such an amazing time, and so much fun pretending to help with the tow truck. I've never encountered such a professional, kind, and genuine person in a service situation. If I could give Zack 100 stars, I would, but 5 will have to do! Needed a tow pronto. Called the team at Elite. They answered the phone quickly. They were out to my house super quick (no more than 20 minutes). Was hooked up very nicely. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very cool to watch, too. Got my car to the repair shop safely, quickly, and super efficiently. I felt very confident and comfortable with everything. Price was also better than the others I had called. Shook my hand and said, "that's what were here for." Would call them again in a heartbeat if needed again. Don't hesitate to call them if you need service and need it pronto!

This towing company is the best towing company I've ever had to use. I would highly recommend this company. They are fast and very professional. The gentleman that took care of my car was awesome. Thanks guys keep up the good work!
Daniel came to help me today when my muffler dropped off my car. I booked through my insurance and unknowingly picked a mechanic that didn’t work on mufflers. Daniel was more than happy to take me to a second location and then made sure I made it home safely. The chit chat along the way was very pleasant as well! Highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a tow.
Long trip around the nation and I found myself broken down in Kansas… and I couldn’t be more happy about the best outcome of a bad situation. Jay helped me, stuck with me finding my location as I had no clue where I was. I was so scared to call and get a hefty price along with an attitude and look at me for assuming. I've made reservations with these guys and both times theyve called the day of pickup and told me I had to wait even longer because of someone else needs to be picked up. Even though I called the day before and set up a pickup time. Plus they are over priced compared to other town companies. Unless you're in an emergency I wouldn't use this place.
Update-Francisco and Jared saved the day once again! Due to our vehicle being out of service we had someone deliver groceries to us and she unfortunately got stuck in our driveway! I will use Suarez towing every time! They are dependable, fast, and professional. Jared saved us today and it is a super cold day. He is super professional and thankfully even got to us before the original estimate. He is fantastic. I highly recommend using Suarez towing!

After waiting for over 3 hours on another company, i got these guys instead! Quick and super friendly service! Driver Shawn was fast, friendly and helped turn my frown upside down! Will definitely call them first next time the need may arise.

Perfect! At my age I’ve had my share of vehicles towed and after having considerable damage done to my f150 due to a bad tow service I can’t help but to be nervous when needing a tow again… Ground up towing set my mind at ease real quick when I seen them on the ground making sure to double check every hook up so that it’s done right . Came on a flat bed tow truck and kept in touch so my Wait for the tow to arrive didn’t seem long at all . I was towed to Lawrence and by the time I was up in the truck and headed to the highway I felt comfortable and confident that my Cadillac was in good hands and it was . The unloading went as quick and smooth as the loading. I recommend this tow company and will always make it my first call when I need tow assistance (Facts!) Also his assistant I seen was about to light a cigarette and checked to make sure I didn’t mind I said I didn’t and that I had quit so he didn’t light it even after I said again I’d be fine he said no I can wait come on man now that’s customer service at its best and that’s what we as customers appreciate most of all is great customer service…

Ronnie is no joke! He's highly educated in his cars and knows whether specific equipment is needed. He didn't try to rip my family off like others. He was quick, professional, and inexpensive. Absolutely fantastic service, they saved my butt when I had a flat - everyone else was closed or didn't have my size, they came out and changed my tire for a low price (2016 Ford Fusion back tire)
On time when called for a tow, and then replaced my fuel pumps and did it all n a good time had my car back up n running within 4hrs. RC Towing is my new place to get work done on any of my cars.

Wish I could give RC Towing 6 stars! Huge help this weekend with a tie rod coming off that would have required a tow in and a $300-$400 repair on top of it. After looking at the problem, he very nicely offered to repair it instead of a tow, did so and saved me at least $250. Thank you! That is over and above.

I was quoted over the phone with three people standing in front of me of $250 I have my car towed then is my wife and my daughter was in the truck they were charged $350 don't understand why I changed $100 more never use the company again. And I was told they was going to reimburse me the hundred dollars and I still have not got it back.
Towed my car after I got arrested and spent a couple days in jail. Everything was still in the car, nothing was damaged and the towing and storage fees weren't outrageous. Honest, it probably deserves a better rating but tough considering the towed my car as I was heading to the can.
Very rude owner. He just hung up in my face when I told him i was going to look around and call him back. Worst customer service by far
The man who answered the phone was rude and ignorant when asked a couple of simple questions. Couldn't be bothered, terrible customer service don't waste your time or money with them
This below zero weather zapped my battery. Called my insurance for a jump start. They said this company could do it in a couple of hours. With this weather and fresh snow the technician was early by 30 minutes. He was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Fastest NASCAR action for a jump start. Very friendly and professional. Knew my name and addressed me as Mr. James. 28 years of driving trucks I have had to get a few dozen tows and road repairs. This company is the best by far.

Read all of the reviews and the company’s response. You will see that they do not care about customers. If they cared about customers, they would not be snarky in their responses to reviews. After a two-hour wait, the company never showed, claiming they could not find a vehicle. The vehicle was sitting in the driveway with me the whole time. I attempted to call the company and received no answer. Please do not use them. The company was provided with an Address and Phone number, and the request came from our Roadside assistance through State Farm. Perhaps instead of being SNARKY, you could learn to read a map or make a phone call.
Still in gated area and no one drop to dealership, can’t reach out to the phone number no one ever pick up and dealership is watching out when my car being delivered
My insurance assigned Capital Tow to me today at 3:15pm. Now 5:15 pm, no message or call from Capital, they won’t answer phone & no voice mail. Tried to text them also- nothing. Ins finally got through to them and they said driver was confused and thought tow was rescheduled to 9am the next morning?? I decided to cancel and asked Ins to find another tow provider. Don’t waste your time with Capital. This is my 2nd bad experience in 4 months with Capital. Oct 2022 Worthless, an hour and a half late. Doesn’t answer phone. Didn't follow directions to bring an air bubble. Won’t go get an air bubble. Still sitting with a flat tire. Will be requesting my road side assistance to remove them from the list. Unreliable. Don’t use. Save yourself the headache, call a different company.Update, insurance company now has Elite Towing coming and they have truck mounted air compressor! Yay! Will never use Capitol Towing again. I’m so thankful I’m not on a highway with semi’s whizzing by.
Our son was in a minor accident, and the responding Sheriff’s deputy called for a "first available" tow, which was Capital Towing Service. The driver who showed up was friendly, but after the vehicle was hauled away, no one at Capital would answer the phone when we called to get access to get remaining items out of the truck and plates off of it, and to authorize them to let Allstate insurance to come get it. My wife called and left multiple messages over three days with no response. Frustrated, she asked me to go try them in person. When I arrived, I saw someone unlocking their gate and entering the lot, so I called again—this time, someone finally answered. I told them we wanted to remove our son’s truck from their lot and would be using a different towing company. There was no apology or explanation for the lack of responsiveness. The invoice had no breakdown of charges—presumably including storage fees—but nothing was clearly explained. They didn’t seem surprised or concerned that we were irritated with them for never answering their phones (a common complaint looking through their reviews), or bringing in a competitor to tow the truck away. We would have called Brown’s Super Service from the start, had the deputy not called first. That is who we ended up calling to retrieve the vehicle. Capital Towing Service fits the stereotype of a shady operation that thrives on backdoor connections. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their billing practices are entirely opaque. Avoid them at all costs.
Allen was very prompt when coming in a snow storm. He was very personable and professional. He called when he arrived at my house. I've used their services before and have been pleased each time.
