Bree was incredible. I just had my car fixed and it started overheating a few miles down the road. Waited 6 months for this car to get fixed but she made me feel better about the situation. Extremely thorough, professional, showed care like it was her car. Really, REALLY careful with my car. I wish Bree was employed everywhere I went - the world would be a better place.
They were outstanding to us! I got to call yesterday afternoon that my husband's work truck and trailer had broke down on the highway. As I'm heading to rescue him my truck breaks down as well about a mile and a half from where my husband was. These drivers helped us get both our trucks to the shop so they can get repairs! Very friendly outstanding customer service! You are the only tow service that I use and have lived here for almost 30 years! Keep up the good work! I know you're also doing a lot of hiring and training so folks out there be patient be kind to one another and let's appreciate these men and their hard work!
Very unprofessional I went online through peddle to sell my car. Their pick up window was 11am-3pm I called at 2 the lady said they were at a car auction” I’ll send him that way as soon as he’s done” okay so now it’s 4:00 call them and they said we can’t do it today because the drivers are all busy these people weren’t even going to contact me. On top of that had my mother waiting here all day because her name is on the title. Just very unprofessional.

Sad that I was in the position to get my truck towed, but happy but Santa Fe was available. It's the only tow company in this entire city that I trust. They are honest, locally and family-owned, and not outrageously priced. They honestly take care of their customers.

Sunday, July 7th 2024. My girlfriend’s car had broke down in her grandma’s driveway. This driveway is very steep and I thought was going to be a problem on the retrieval of this car. I had reached out to get a tow when Dereje Mamo called me to say he was on his way. I have never met a more professional and gentle tow guy. He insured the bumpers wouldn't drag when on/off loading of the vehicle. He backed into the driveway with ease and was able to transport the car safely. The whole time he had a smile on his face and seemed genuinely happy to help me in my time of need. 5 stars will definitely use his services again. Always ask for Dereje Mamo as he will be happy to help!!
Unfortunately my family was with me when my car broke down. When my driver saw my wife and I struggling with the car seats and the kids, he went way out of his way to help us out. Ensured we were all good and safe. It meant a lot to me. Thank you driver, you’re a great man!

I highly recommend Big Master. While I was at a business appointment, my car battery died and I needed a jump start. I called several businesses in close proximity to my location but they were either extremely expensive or the wait times were ridiculous. When I talked with Mr. Dereje Mamo, at Big Master, he was courteous and professional. He gave me a good price and a decent estimated time of arrival. He arrived a lot earlier than the estimated time and had my car started in less than five (5) minutes. I will keep his business card with me at all times and will recommend this business to all my friends and associates. Mr. Mamo, thank you very much for your kindness and excellent service.

Driver Damaged my driveway. When spoke with the manager Chris. Chris set appointment with me saying he was going to come out and inspect the driveway but never showed up to inspect my driveway since then Chris been ignoring my calls and has never contacted me back even with multiple messages left with the person answering the phone at the office.
These guys were awesome! They came out right away and were able to help get our heavy equipment out of the mud. They're life savers!
Fast service Professional I call that my chipper trick was bricked down and they comí in fast in like 30 minutes I recommend to any body .

I have been having my vehicles serviced by EB's Tow and Auto Sales, LLC for over 10+ years. I SE to go anywhere else for service. He's Fair and Honest you can't say that for most mechanics.
Lee was on time and found me quickly. Very professional tow.
EB's tow & auto! EB is so nice! He was prompt. Even had an auto shop and had our car fixed the very next day by noon! I tell family & friends about him. I even tell ppl on other social apps. He's our "go to" now.

I used EB's towing this morning. When he took over getting my vehicle ready for the tow truck. I reminded him beofore he started doing anything not to move it, he said "oh he wasn't going to" he started it, I assumed to put it in neutral. He then started to move it. I said "don't move it" he continued moving it, but then stopped. He said I have to move it. I reminnded him of our conversation this morning before I hired him. He seemed to get upset. This was not what I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing. This is beside the point, I had set up the towing service based on he not needing to move my vehicle. He was disrespectful of my concerns, and gave me an altimatum of hiring someone else. Believe me I wanted to, I had paid him, and even though he said he would refund my money. (I know how that goes) Customer service was disregarded. I didn't catch his name. I've called the phone number a couple of times to get it with no one answering my calls. He's the one that proclaims, his illterate when it comes to being Tech savvy, and that "he's not as old as he looks" Thin man, bushy eyebrows, with graying hair. ***Also when he pulled up to my home, I waited for him to get out of the truck, but didn't. Instead he hollered at me, that I would need to come to the truck to do the paperwork. I did so, because it was cold. But the manner in which he hollered, instead of getting out of the tow truck and professionally addressing me. He continued taking calls, and texts. I asked him if he would be able to tow my vehicle soon; he did stop taking calls, texts and started the payment pocess. (I had ask him when I had called, if he could hook up my vehicle without moving it. I was concerned because of the seriousness of the problem with my vehicle, he assured me he could take care of it without moving it) I encourage you to try EK towing, I called this company afer EB left. His starting price was quite a bit lower, and seemed professial.

I’ve been having trouble with starting my car the last two weeks, had to call for a tow truck three times, had the starter replaced, still more problems. It sounds cheesy, but that changed when Midwest responded. Javier from Midwest was highly professional and truly went above and beyond. The guy could probably double as a counselor because his personality and demeanor alone reduced my stress level. I was stranded without a working car, laundry and groceries needing to be taken home, fearing I would need a tow to the place that “fixed” my starter, probably would’ve paid a ton to “fix” it again. It was a Saturday night, Labor Day weekend. Had plans, would’ve been without a car til Tuesday. Javier jumped my car and got it running. He said I should go to O’Reilly’s and get the battery checked, maybe buy a jump pack. I had to stop at my apartment first and didn’t want to leave my car running or unlocked to be stolen (because that would happen where I live). JAVIER OFFERED TO FOLLOW ME HOME AND WATCH MY CAR AND JUMP IT AGAIN IF HE NEEDED TO. Who does that? His job was done. He could’ve left to his next tow job, but he chose to make sure I was set. Because of Javier, I got my battery checked, it needed to be replaced. I still made it to my plans I had that night with a lady friend and I’m not paying RACKS to fix problems that aren’t there. I told him he deserves the best review he’s ever had. Javier legit LOVES his job and has a passion for helping people in desperate times. If everyone at Midwest is like that, you gotta call these guys. You’re getting taken care of.
We had the unfortunate incident of having to call a tow on new years eve of all times, when both my wife's jeep wouldn't start and then my son-in-laws truck blew a power steering hose and was disabled. We called our insurance and had us set up with SS Tow but they never came even though we were getting texts from them. Then they said we never came up on their docket. Everything is closed by now and its cold, we have no heat, so we call the insurance back and then they say the new tow company should be there in 30 minutes and heck if they weren't just spot on their time. Very nice guy Robert did an excellent job and got us back to our house safe sound and warm. Most definitely recommend these guys..Refer them to my family and friends. Thank you Midwest Tow!
Seriously amazing service. My driver Chris went above and beyond by trouble shooting the best way to get my SUV up onto his truck to tow. My control arm was sitting on my wheel thus scraping the wheel really bad when the tire rotated so he helped me shuv a jack underneath the car to replace the wheel temporarily. Amazing service. 10/10

We had a flat and unfortunately didn’t have the tools to fix the flat. I used AAA and they sent out Midwest to help get the tire changed on the side of the interstate. Let me just start by saying the receptionist is amazing, I was in a tight spot and my phone had low battery, the lady let me text her locations to get something setup, and gave me a heads up on eta via text. My truck was stolen, and it got dropped by some people in an inconvenient spot to be towed from. Corey, popped the curb and reversed 400 meters into a tight spot in the forest through a walking trail. Pulled me out no problem and got it to the shop. 10/10 thank you Corey and Hook and Book👍🙏

When I worked with this company I had my work cut out for me. Great guy to work for. I would use him. He knows what he's doing and did a good job helping me transition from a flat bed to a wheel lift. Definitely give this guy a call for help.
I had to get a tow from work yesterday, and Danny was great! we had to push my car to the entrance of the garage and he did it with the up most care and didn't complain. He was very informative and actually diagnosed what was wrong with my car. He was correct, the service center where I took my car said the same thing he did. I would recommend this tow co!

The only reason they get ONE star is because I can't leave a rating and comment without it. The man I spoke to on the phone was nice. But the driver was RUDE from the beginning. He was obviously not wanting to do the job. He was a jerk from the time he got there, until the time he left, without doing the job. I'm pretty sure he would have done a crappy job, so it was probably for the best. He was one of the RUDEST people I have ever come across!!!!!!!!

I will use these guys for all my vehicle emergencies. They were punctual, friendly and affordable. Best experience I have ever had. I have used them twice recently on different vehicles and Anthony was our driver both times. He was so kind and polite and made the experience easy.
Set up appointment to get my car towed approximately 10 miles. Driver was great. Paid $135. Other tow services were asking for $190+. Will use again if necessary.

We used Sunflower to tow a truck almost 100 miles, and it was good value and very good experience. Our driver, Patrick, communicated well and let us know everything we needed to know. He was a super nice guy and I would definitely use this service again if need be.

Read them and you will be able to recognize the real reviews. videos don't lie **Damage all along the front of my car** Friday October 3, 2025 afternoon Pick up:68th Street and I-29 QT to drop off: Telle Tire and Auto 92nd McGee Tow truck driver: Terrance and another male seen on the video My car was on its back tires at one point air born on back and front lifting my car up using front spoiler as a lift. then scraped by their tow truck a hundred plus scrapes/scratches on my cars under carriage and bounced around aggressively. l was pretty upset once I saw the video. It reminded me me of those videos from a well known car place who delivers cars to your front door. They got in trouble for it, and so should this company. A very disrespectful way to treat a vehicle and kicking an elderly woman with a 3 year old grandchild in an already very stressful/vulnerable situation. In the heat of the day with a car having engine problems. SUNFLOWER TOW OF KCK 👎 A Terrance (tow guy) and another guy with him damaged my car while unloading my car off a Sunflower tow truck at Telle Auto and Tire. Scraped the front underneath entire spoiler with over a hundred scrapes/scratches. I have a 3:01 minute video of the entire incident. Repair shop was caring enough to share with me what my poor car had gone through. Oh and another thing they charged my credit card twice over the phone, does look like they refunded the mistake already. No one was rude to me of the three different people I talked to over the phone. I blame Terrance for the poorly done job. But I do blame this Tow company for defending his assault on my car. I let them know I was writing this review and she didn't seem concerned about it. Her take on things was I should have had my emergency brake off. He had no choice but to do this. I was like what??? Who would do business with a tow company that damages their car??? WTH? My daughter blew a tire today, in below zero weather. Chris, the tow truck driver arrived quickly to save the day! He was so kind and professional! The cost was less than I was quoted by dispatch. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company!

One of this company's business practices is to pick up vehicles and them sell them at auction. They sent me a certified letter indicating my vehicle was recently picked up by this company and was slated to be auctioned. I called to address the matter and they informed me that I had to pay a fine of +$1000 due to storage. I never asked them to pick my my vehicle and found it odd that they had my information and decided to not proactively inform me to avoid the penalty. When I addressed this they said that this was within their right as the vehicle was considered "abandoned". They knew I was the owner yet they are in their right to sell my vehicle because they didn't proactively communicate that they had my vehicle. I am beside myself. I would have been willing to pay to get the vehicle towed back but the person I spoke to had zero consideration for the issue. To me, this company practice lacks integrity and ethics. While I am sure they are an amazing service for towing, I disagree with the way they handle auctioning off other peoples' property.

I had a flat tire and was waiting over two hours for their service only to be told that it was going to be another 30 minutes. When I called I was extremely polite even through my patience on waiting when they kept extending time. The man that answered was nice at first but then got rude and hung up on me when I told him I was sorry but I was going to have to cancel. Very unprofessional. Seeing from these comments and my own experience I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Extreme high price that makes no sense Tow was not far and yes they had to wrench a car out a hole but $800! So he said $800 if using insurance or $415. I swear tow drivers are robbers ! So we agreeed on $400 and I thanked him. I go to body shop to get car and he tells the lady $415. I call him and he reminded him we agreed on $400. I swear this world full of greed ! I know he did not forget we agreed on $400 but I guess they try to squeeze you dry. My advice , get AAA!! This was for my sister but I have AAA , you don’t pay extreme inflated prices. Once I had a wreck and e tow guys showed up and I needed car towed not even a mile to a very close body shop and their prices were ridiculous !
Justin from Roy's Tow and ReCovery LLC did a Amazing Job Towing our Vehicle that was in a difficult condition that was stored in a tough spot. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was not damaged any further and helped with positioning the car just as we asked for an easier reach for further repairs. Best Tow we ever had! The service was prompt and courteous. HOWEVER, the man that changed the tire was in his private truck and was unable to take a credit card for payment. I don’t usually carry much cash but LUCKILY I had the $70 fee in cash. I have been unable to receive a receipt for the cash pay, therefore, I am unable to get reimbursement from my insurance company. The service was 14 days ago. I have texted 2 times and called 2 times requesting a receipt be emailed to me. It is very unprofessional to not provide a receipt. I will not use them again and wouldn’t recommend Recovery Tow Service.

Had my vehicle towed there after a wreck. Went there the next day and they told me that we needed a release from Edwardsville PD and that it was going to be $460 for towing it 4.2 miles from the accident and their tow lot! We went to PD and they told us we didn’t need a release to get my vehicle back since it wasn’t a DUI or anything like that. The front office guy was shady and so was the two guys that were in the back lot. They had a guy that was one of their friends come try and look at my truck since he had the same type of vehicle as mine, he probably saw some parts on my vehicle that were gonna be able to fit his. As soon as they both saw me and my brother they both left the lot where my truck was. I made sure to record and take pictures of what was in my truck and what was around my truck before leaving to go get something to fix my blown tires since they popped both my front tires so then we probably wouldn’t be able to tow it home! They kept giving us a run around the whole time we were there and when we got to asking about why the price was so much the front guy started stuttering his words like he got caught in a lie! I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND having your vehicle towed to this lot! Go to Sante Fe Tow instead they’ll get you better taken care of!
From reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about going to pick up my car. When I got there everyone was polite. The guy that came and took me to my car was very friendly very helpful because when I tried to start my car the battery was dead. He went and picked up a machine brought it to my car and hook my battery up to it and it started right off. And as a matter of fact I was $4 short from what my bill was and they let me get my car with absolutely no problems. I had $40 cash in the seat of my car when it was towed and the $40 cash was still in my seat when I got in my car. Thanks for such a pleasant experience I appreciate you guys.

The driver was excellent ,very polite,knew exactly what to do and prompt .Friendly and I was very pleased with his service. For the person who answered the phone sounded like it was his first day or still in training.told the driver wrong place to go and ask me address several times after I told him there was not a address ,I was in the middle of intersection. But overall I rate it a five star.
Great services they provide and Freindly all of them . I usually work with Aaron he is really Freindly and helpful and professional. And they never put me down on any job . I own repair shop for semi trucks and always call them and Aaron . Fast and really affordable as compare with other tow companies I used in past

Picked me up on I-70 and return me and my Nissan titan to DeSoto. Reasonable price too!
Great service in the rain on the side of I-70. They saved me. You just need an app on your phone to run credit cards. I use square and can take payments on my phone.
I’ve been using Bakers for years, they always take care of me with just a phone call. We have over 30 trucks, something is always breaking down and it’s nice to be able to make a phone call and they pick up whatever it is and get it to our shop for repair.
1st time using Bakers. They were Fast friendly and affordable. John was my driver and he was very professional. I will use them again if I ever need towing services.
