Technician was on time and quick hook up to the Motorhome. Quick disconnect of the driveshaft and we were on our way. Phone # is saved in our phones and will defiantly call again if any issues should arise! He was very respectful of the coach and took extreme care of its low clearance when hooking it up.
I blew my tire on a Friday evening, and Ryan the tow driver was there in under an hour. Both Ryan and their dispatcher made a really frustrating night way better and made me feel safe in the situation I was in! They will be my go to tow service moving forward and would recommend. 10/10 would high recommend.
They rescued me within 20 min. Once called, the text message showed me the ETA, origin and destination. Tow truck operator was very careful and courteous. Price was very fair. I paid cash $160 for a 12 mile tow from Lenexa to Olathe.
It was 2am and I broke down on a sketchy on ramp and they showed up sooo fast! The guy was awesome and even tried to see what was wrong so maybe he could fix it. He gave me a ride to the mechanic and was super cool 😀
Great service, great communication, and exceptionally prompter response than I was expecting on an incredibly busy day for jump-starts. I waited for over 24 hours for AAA to never show up. Santa Fe called me, gave me time to get back to the site, and serviced my vehicle in under two hours; half the initially quoted time. ..... My AAA ETA is still six hours out and continually updating to a later and later time.

I highly recommend Big Master. While I was at a business appointment, my car battery died and I needed a jump start. I called several businesses in close proximity to my location but they were either extremely expensive or the wait times were ridiculous. When I talked with Mr. Dereje Mamo, at Big Master, he was courteous and professional. He gave me a good price and a decent estimated time of arrival. He arrived a lot earlier than the estimated time and had my car started in less than five (5) minutes. On a roadtrip and caught a flat tire heading west on 70 outside of Kansas City. Called this amazing place and their amazing dispatch had Joe in his truck at my car within 30 minutes of calling the first time. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
My truck’s oil sensor had gone out (as I later found out at the mechanic) leaving me stranded. It was already late in the day, going on 7pm I believe. This was the only tow service that responded and came out to help get my truck to the mechanic. The tow guy took amazing care while loading my truck onto the flatbed and delivered it safely. If the need ever arises again, this company has my business. Professional, prompt, and available for me when the chips were down. Thank you so much!
I hired All City Tow Service to load a wrecked quad-axle dump truck onto my trailer at MHC Kenworth. Tim showed up on time (or a little early) in a big blue W990 tow truck and did a fantastic job from start to finish! He was very helpful and even open to suggestions on how to get this loaded quickly. Everything went smooth and he was even less than half the cost of Jackson County Towing! Driver Damaged my driveway. When spoke with the manager Chris. Chris set appointment with me saying he was going to come out and inspect the driveway but never showed up to inspect my driveway since then Chris been ignoring my calls and has never contacted me back even with multiple messages left with the person answering the phone at the office.
All City towed my car after it was totaled in an accident. Jeena in the office was very kind and helpful with all of my questions. Hopefully I won’t need a tow anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call! Thanks again!

I used EB's towing this morning. When he took over getting my vehicle ready for the tow truck. I reminded him beofore he started doing anything not to move it, he said "oh he wasn't going to" he started it, I assumed to put it in neutral. He then started to move it. I said "don't move it" he continued moving it, but then stopped. He said I have to move it. I reminnded him of our conversation this morning before I hired him. He seemed to get upset. This was not what I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing. This is beside the point, I had set up the towing service based on he not needing to move my vehicle. He was disrespectful of my concerns, and gave me an altimatum of hiring someone else. Believe me I wanted to, I had paid him, and even though he said he would refund my money. (I know how that goes) Customer service was disregarded. I didn't catch his name. I've called the phone number a couple of times to get it with no one answering my calls. He's the one that proclaims, his illterate when it comes to being Tech savvy, and that "he's not as old as he looks" Thin man, bushy eyebrows, with graying hair. ***Also when he pulled up to my home, I waited for him to get out of the truck, but didn't. Instead he hollered at me, that I would need to come to the truck to do the paperwork. I did so, because it was cold. But the manner in which he hollered, instead of getting out of the tow truck and professionally addressing me. He continued taking calls, and texts. I asked him if he would be able to tow my vehicle soon; he did stop taking calls, texts and started the payment pocess. (I had ask him when I had called, if he could hook up my vehicle without moving it. I was concerned because of the seriousness of the problem with my vehicle, he assured me he could take care of it without moving it) I encourage you to try EK towing, I called this company afer EB left. His starting price was quite a bit lower, and seemed professial.

Super thankful I stumbled upon calling EB. My battery died & he towed me to his place & got it replaced. Was super informative & helpful thru the whole process. He only had my car for a few hours. Even my boyfriend said he was so kind and explained everything he was doing while I was at work to help figure out why my car wouldn't start. Would definitely trust him in the future for any car needs!!

A driver by the name of Logan helped me. He gave me a ride from KCK all the way to Topeka. He was super friendly and nice and made sure that it was not an awkward trip. He was very professional and kind. I would hire him for every tow if I could. Thank you Logan. On June 12th 2020 had another tow from this company with a different driver Vincent was his name. I had the same great experience as the time. He is very polite and professional and took great care of my car even tho it was broke down. He has respect for his carrier. Great job again midwest tow.
My car broke down on the highway and the first company the insurance sent me had a 2.5hr wait time. Patrick from Midwest Transport Specialists was there in under an hour. The drive home was quick and he provided a calm and professional attitude the entire time. I will definitely be going through Midwest Transport Specialists, should the need arise.
Wouldn't recommend this company. First they are not with the BBB. Second they double charged my wife for their services towing a car from one car lot to the next. She was asleep after a 10 hour shift and their excuse for not dropping it off where requested, was "we were afraid we wouldn't get paid"... so why start the service if you weren't sure you would be paid...
Patrick was a big help, with the patience and friendliness you'd never expect from a tow driver. Got the job done quickly. Also mechanically knowledgeable and helped me figure out what went wrong with my truck. Great driver of course.
All I can say is WOW! Dustin was my driver and he was absolutely awesome. Very fast, high quality truck. I have a lifted truck with a trailer and it was no issue with no harm to my stuff. Just wow, these are the guys to call when you are in need!!!!!

This was the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with. First off, the driver brought my car to the wrong address. Instead of my car going to the repair shop it got sent to a dealership. On top of that, the driver turned the hazard lights on and kept them on overnight. Another tow driver got to it the next morning with a dead battery. As if that wasn’t enough both the female and male I spoke to over the phone were super rude. No empathy or concern whatsoever. They were complete rude and 100% unhelpful. They actually tried to act as if it was my fault!!! They tried telling me the driver told them I said it was ok to bring my car to the dealership lol. NO! Lies. Then they tried saying the driver told them that my lights were already on lol. NO, why would my lights be on during day light hours? These people did everything EXCEPT do their job and admit they were in the wrong. Unbelievable. You brought my car to the wrong place and killed my battery!! Then they complained they only got 40 dollars from my insurance company for the tow. You shouldn’t have gotten paid anything since you didn’t do your job!!! Completely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t ever recommend this horrible business to anyone after my experience
Let me just start by saying the receptionist is amazing, I was in a tight spot and my phone had low battery, the lady let me text her locations to get something setup, and gave me a heads up on eta via text. My truck was stolen, and it got dropped by some people in an inconvenient spot to be towed from. Corey, popped the curb and reversed 400 meters into a tight spot in the forest through a walking trail. Pulled me out no problem and got it to the shop. 10/10 thank you Corey and Hook and Book👍🙏
I had the best experience when my vehicle had to be towed due to a brake issue. I was incredibly stressed and worried about the situation. The dispatcher was extremely helpful, the driver was very friendly and he picked up and towed my vehicle to the repair shop all with an hour! Overall they provided excellent customer service and helped put me at ease! Use them! You won’t regret it!
So today on a hot Sunday morning, I had a mid-size SUV overheat & stop on a small exit off I70. I called & "Danny" answers. He gave me pricing over the phone. He said an hour was what he thought the timeframe would be. He was true to his word. I received a call early within that "hour" from the driver "James". He let me know he was 10 min away. They arrived early. James tells me what to do with my car in neutral so as to position it for his rig to reach it. He gets it to my house and backs it up in the driveway without damages. It was fast & simple. I will use them again if the need arrives.

Today I was ran off the road on NB I-35 and stuck in the grass. Without my even calling, these guys pulled up to help. After 10-15 minutes of sitting in my car, in the grass, with backed up traffic and shot nerves, these guys were the first to stop and help. They got my car out safely, and towed me to a tire shop to get fixed up, taking me and my kids in two different vehicles to get us squared away. When it came time for the bill, they were more than fair. I dont know what I would have done without these guys. They put me at ease, and genuinely cared about my and my kids wellbeing and safety. I wish there were more people like them in this world. Best towing service I've ever had. If you need someone, these folks will take good care of you.

I had something hit my truck window early morning in the fricking rain basic rush hour on I35. He was there in no time, he helped me get out of my truck safely on the highway, hook up truck quickly. They have new equipment and technology so it was safer for them to tow my truck. Dropped me off at my house and took my truck to the dealer. They worked with the insurance to get paid, he was super nice and I would call and use them again. Felt safe and was taken care, I only regret not getting his name.
Friendly, fast and fair price. One thing that struck me was the guy on the phone thanked me for my business. When’s the last time that’s happened? Rare and appreciated. Hopefully I won’t have to but will definitely use again if I need their services.

Drove my car into a hidden ditch, while getting quotes for a tow a Sunflower tow truck was passing by. The driver(I didn’t get his name but he was so kind) stopped and helped me get it out. I drove off but a piece of my undercarriage was dragging and I was worried about getting it caught on something. Obviously I called Sunflower since they’d been so helpful and they had a guy out to me in half the time other places had quoted and the cost to drive 60ish miles was less than $200. I had gotten other quotes for about $400. 1000% recommend this company. Edit: I’m dumb, it was like 25 miles. Still recommend them 1000%
They were very professional. The ladies who answered the phone were so sweet and kind and made the experience easy and painless. The driver was nice and professional. He was there quickly and the hook up was quick. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a tow. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Recovery Tow Service, is the best tow service in the Metro area, Public and Private... use. When an ignorant, neighbor wouldn't take the advice of the Manager or others... Do Not brake the rules of Residence. We'll they stood up to the base.
The service was prompt and courteous. HOWEVER, the man that changed the tire was in his private truck and was unable to take a credit card for payment. I don’t usually carry much cash but LUCKILY I had the $70 fee in cash. I have been unable to receive a receipt for the cash pay, therefore, I am unable to get reimbursement from my insurance company. The service was 14 days ago. I have texted 2 times and called 2 times requesting a receipt be emailed to me. It is very unprofessional to not provide a receipt. I will not use them again and wouldn’t recommend Recovery Tow Service.

It was a cold rainy day I locked my keys in the car along with my coat. When my tow was a few minutes out per ETA from Allstate roadside assistance in the early afternoon, I went out in my sweater to watch for the tow truck. They were late. Didn't call me to let me know, so once I had waited as long as I could outside went into the building lobby to call. Phone went to vm. Once warmed up a bit, braved the weather again. Finally received a text that they would be late as I spotted the tow truck. I could tell the driver was searching for me and my car. He tried to call, but we both had a poor signal, and he decided to end the call after telling me I had a bad connection. I tried to hurry and call him back and get to his line of sight to flag him down, but it looked like he was turning to drive away. In my dress clothes ran after him in the slick and puddled parking lot. Once he parked, the driver was curt and appeared he was trying to park and had seen me earlier, but hadn't flashed his lights or anything to let me know. The driver didn't talk to me at all. He thrust his cellphone toward me to sign...no idea if it was a disclaimer or to claim I owned the car. He didn't ask for my id. Then quickly unlocked my car. So almost 2 hours from the 45 min original ETA I had my keys and an unlocked car. This is the 2nd awful experience with companies working with Allstate roadside assistance. Is Allstate overpromising on the ETA? Either way this rude impolite employee was all on the tow's company. He made a bad day worse. He was fast with the unlock so that is why 2 stars.
They pulled my van out of a ditch, it was the cheapest rate offered out of the 3 places in the area I called. James was very efficient and skilled at his job. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do I'll call them.

My vehicle was towed for having expired tags over the weekend on Saturday night. Woke up Sunday morning and was told by calling 911. They were conveniently on sunday (which i was charged for) so i showed up on monday around 8:20 because i left my wallet in the vehicle and i needed it pay for renewing the registration. Had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for one of their employees to retrieve my wallet because they forgot to ask for my keys. Came back 2 hours later to pick up the car only to have the receptionist quote on quote ask me if I was sure my car was there dispute being there the earlier the same day. Found out in all the time it took me to register my vehicle they hadn't even bothered to put my vehicle in the system so they could charge me over 200 dollars for storing it for 2 days!!! Nothing was stolen, missing or damaged in my vehicle. But a combination of incompetent employees, lack of any organization, and high charging fee. When i first looked them up i thought the previous reviews of the place may have been a bit harsh. Now, after suffering through it i see that Alandon's Towing earned every single one of them.
I dealt with an embarassing situation yesterday and the guys and gal that work for this towing service helped me with it. From sitting in the middle of the highway and the driver helping the troopers try to get a mattress off of my car, to the drive back to the shop, and to them removing my tire to get the mattress unwrapped, they helped make a crappy situation better. They helped me laugh about it and I gave them a first ever experience unwrapping a mattress from my tire. Thanks to all of you for helping me yesterday. It was much appreciated. Next time...I will leave the mattress at home! :)
The driver was excellent ,very polite,knew exactly what to do and prompt .Friendly and I was very pleased with his service. For the person who answered the phone sounded like it was his first day or still in training.told the driver wrong place to go and ask me address several times after I told him there was not a address ,I was in the middle of intersection. But overall I rate it a five star.
