There’s a reason these folks are so highly rated. Great customer service, fast, careful… I needed my SUV towed and it was in a tough spot to pick up. As a relatively new and maybe sorta nice SUV I wanted someone to use a little care and concern and not just jerk it around. I didn’t have to ask, Remi was awesome. Can’t recommend Neptune enough!
For the past few days, I’ve attempted to get service for my vehicle and unfortunately had a hard time securing anyone. Multiple services didn’t answer, didn’t show up, or just cancelled. For this reason, I decided to get a tow. The first call was to this company, and I spoke to Danny. He was extremely friendly and had a reassuring demeanor that put me at ease during a stressful time. I called a couple of places afterwards, but no one gave me the same service. I then decided to go with this company. When I called back to schedule a tow, Danny said he could get to me within an hour of my calling. He gave me an ETA to my house and kept his word by arriving on time. He treated my vehicle with care and patiently answered any questions I had. He even went above and beyond the expectations of professionalism by taking me to and from the service provider for my vehicle. Thank you again for your excellent work and outstanding customer service. I felt well taken care of and will highly recommend him and this company to anyone in need.
Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!
Both the gentleman who answered the phone and the driver were polite, knowledgeable, honest, respectful and helpful. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKLOS TOWING IN TULSA !!! GREAT TOWING SERVICE. MY HUSBAND HAS USED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. 1. The first time I called this Towing Service in Tulsa, about 2 years ago, we got stuck in the mud at keystone lake, and they showed up with a whole recovery team & they brought the proper equipment to winch me out of the mud. 2. Michael showed up in under 15 min, to tow my husbands GTO. The towing service performed was outstanding. They take pictures and videos before and after the towing service to prevent any problems. He handled the vehicle with care. "While I'm performing a towing service, I handle a customers vehicle like if it is my own" is what Michael said. THANK YOU AGAIN
Miklos has been my go-to for property management towing for quite some time, but today they came thru for me. Quick, professional, and truly saved the day. Never expected anything less!
My driver was very nice and professional. I had some confusion with drop off on the shops part and the driver called me to fix everything. Above and beyond seems to be the norm for these guys. Thanks!
WOW Super happy with the Service! Needed help loading a unit on our trailer, called Miklos Towing! Super fair price, fast response and was charged exactly was i was quoted , no hidden fees ! Thank you Team! !!! Sindy Alfonso
Wonderful experience! Helped us pull out one of our trucks that was stuck. Great customer service!

Called needing roadside tire change for my daughter. They dispatched a guy right away. Passerby stopped and got tire changed. So I called Mike's Towing off and paid the call off fee happily. Quick to respond and helpful
Very prompt and highly competent. Transported a motorcycle for me and that's always a bit nerve wracking! Did a great job securing it with no damage, same with the delivery. Really nice guy too. Price was reasonable. Great service, I recommend Mike's Towing.
Derrick, my tow driver, was prompt and professional. I didn't wait long for Derrick to get there and enjoyed the conversation on the way home too. Also, Mike's beat the lowest bid from from other tow companies by 50 bucks!!!!I Great service and great rates!
Dispatch will send out a truck that can’t even pull your vehicle after waiting 3 and a half hours. The rating they have (1/5) is being too nice. Worst towing company in Oklahoma. If you use them get ready to wait minimum 6 hours.
Going to court for something they did. Double thumbs down for me 👎🏼👎🏼

This company is a scam. Do NOT use under any circumstances! They will bs you on arrival times and basically steal your car, then make you pay more to "get it out of impound". Their own inpound. then pay for another tow from their inpound lot to the original location lmao. My situation was a simple tow 15 mins away. It did not involve the police or anything. Totally dishonest
I can’t thank Allied Towing of Tulsa enough for their fast, professional, and compassionate help when my car got stuck in flood rain water. It was a stressful and scary situation, but they showed up quickly and handled everything with calm confidence. The driver Doug was incredibly kind, made sure I was safe, and explained everything clearly. In a moment of panic, it meant the world to have someone so reliable and understanding show up. If you ever find yourself needing roadside assistance, especially in a tough situation like I did, I highly recommend Doug from Allied Towing of Tulsa he truly went above and beyond!
Doug saved my life want a great man glad he is working for yall company thanks Doug
I had an outstanding experience with Doug from Allied Towing of Tulsa! He provided me with a smooth and professional ride to the dealership in his truck, making the whole process so much easier. The level of service was impeccable—truly top-notch. I can't recommend this company enough for anyone in need of towing services!
Answer service states you can pick up your belongings with a title, OR insurance verification. After driving all the way after having a wreck the employee states you need the title. But that’s not what their answering service says. Also if your 3 minutes passed 5pm you get a $20 charge for “after hours” having a fee for “after hours” when this is a 24 hour tow yard is odd. It’s unfortunate this place sucks so much. I wish insurance wouldn’t even pay them for the tow service. They should probably update their answering service.

I give Dominic and Jose 5 stars! We really appreciate your hard work and service. Our semi caught fire on the highway. No one injured! That's the main thing. Your professionalism under this stressful situation was very kind. Thank you!
Did not get the gentleman’s name, but after waiting too long for another towing company that was even close by me, I went through this one and the associate arrived in less than an hour to tow my trailblazer. He was courteous, professional and made it look easy. Thank you!
I usually have good experiences with speedys since my car has been towed a lot but not today. The driver did not listen to my request since I know how my car can be towed and damaged my car in the process now I need a new rear bumper that I cannot afford so THANK YOU SPEEDYS. I will never use this company again. 👍🏻
They ripped the axel out of the transmission housing of my car tried to call to talk to a manger about it and the manager hung up the phone on me after lying to me about documents his driver took now I’m stuck with a broken axel and fender and a wedged tire when all it should have been was a simple bolt to fix my car can’t believe they are still in business with the people running the place will be filling an insurance claim DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CAR ABOUT YOUR CAR AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY Photos of my car before tow included
Speedy’s Towing went above and beyond when I needed help with my motorcycle. They showed up quickly, handled my bike with care, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not easy trusting someone with your motorcycle, but they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend Speedy’s Towing for anyone needing reliable service!

Great Service!!! He saved me from when there was some flooding during the storms!
All they do is drive in apartment parking lots find vehicle and grab one pray on people with nicer vehicles that will have the cash to get out
I know they are just doing a job but waiting for them to show up and then taking $300 just to give my son back his truck for parking in the wrong spot to go see Fourth of July fireworks really was crappy. They did not damage the truck and once they showed up we paid them and they provided proper paperwork and we left. Just a business that I expect nobody wants to deal with because of what their job is. So I gave them two for that and not a one.
Laz was very helpful and thorough I trust this company over any other in the Tulsa metro! Keep doing yall thang 🫶🏾
Very profesional grate service called and was there right away very cheap as well

Smooth Movers !
Over a couple of decades I've used several rigging companies, a couple were just OK at best. Then I reached out to Taylor around 10 yrs ago, since then I've only used them and a few of their supervisors. However, Perch is the reason I have used them over the past several years. He is an amazing person That I don't have to worry about the safety of his/my people or the equipment, He genially cares about both. as it shows in his professional work. Perch has moved/Installed over 50 large pieces of equipment for me and Jim knows when I call, who to send. I highly recommend Perch and Taylor crane for all your rigging needs.

1 star because there's no choice for less. Never showed for the tow. Lady who answered the phone was less than desirable to speak with much less completely un use ful as far as information goes. After being placed on hold and listened to the recorded message of how great the company was 🙄 she came back to repeat what she already repeated 5 times before.... Worst attempted tow I have ever had. Fortunately ST MICHAELS TOWING responded quickly after waiting over 8 hours for Morgan Towing. ST MICHAELS was Professional. Communicative and did a great job! 5 stars for ST MICHAELS TOWING!!
🚨🚨IF YOU ARE USING THEM THRU ALLSTATE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THEY WILL NEVER SHOW UP!!!!🚨 IF I COULD GIVE YOU NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I DIDNT KNOW I WAS DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF COMEDIANS. YOU ARE A JOKE!! 0/10 DO NOT WASTE YR TIME. THE ETA IS COMPLETELY IGNORED.
Everyone on the road is in danger with one of their drivers who always drives recklessly, speeding, tailgating, fast lane changes, cutting people off. I will say the lady I spoke with in dispatch to inform about this was very nice and professional.
Do not use this company. Five hours I waited for their truck. They never called or texted. AAA assigned the tow to another company and the driver called me in 5 minutes. Do not use this company. Zero stars.
Dillion was great at handling what I need very kind people.
