Benny rescued my dad from the side of the expressway after AAA/BP motor club couldn’t dispatch anyone for hours. He was super nice to deal with and I highly recommend!
Benny got to my car within 15-20 minutes of putting in my roadside service request. Very professional and even switched the destination when I found out the shop I wanted to use wouldn't be able to look at it until 5 days later. Very easy process to use Skyline.
Got my van towed from Chicago to Waukegan for a reasonable amount and no complaints. Gave me a good story with great lessons
Fantastic service Ben showed up within 15 minutes after I called and charged me a reasonable rate compared to other places I had called previously that were charging astronomical prices with longer wait times (approximately 1 hour and a half wait). I lucked out with Dan tonight He’s got a customer for life after tonights save. Thank you again!
Benny was very helpful getting our van to our home. Highly recommend. Price was very reasonable.

Literally called because my car was stolen and found. They came expeditiously and towed my car to my home 45 minutes away with no issue at all. Would highly recommend their service 100%
I called around to get prices for a jump, as my battery died over the night. AWP towing had the BEST price and they arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was a complete gentleman! It started raining hard as my stubborn battery refused to accept a productive charge. I became even more stressed as it seemed to get colder outside as the rain became more aggressive. But the driver didn't give up. Though my battery sucked the life out of his portable charging box, he recharged it and started again and again. After around 30 minutes, my tears became uncontrollable, as I'd almost given up hope. The calm and extremely patient driver tried one final time and voila!!! It worked!! My car came to life as my tears turned into happy tears! AWP Towing is the Most incredible, patient, productive, reasonable, dependable company in Chicago! God knew what he was doing when he led me to them! Hands down, they are the best! Simply an incredible company. Thank you sincerely!
I needed an emergency tow and AWP came to my rescue. Super fast, efficient, reliable and professional service. I really like them and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Outstanding service. Answered the call very quickly and arrived very quick. The best assistance I got. My car got stuck on a curve and they told me all the parts that I needed and took my car to my house. The guy was super nice and honest, tow truck was nice and warm. Really great price for a tow. THE BEST IN CHICAGO!! Always there when you need them.
My cousin recommended me AWP since my dad needed an emergency tow service, I called and Alex responded quick and he was able to get in touch with my dad, my dad mentioned the service was excellent and they were very professional, we highly recommend thank you AWP!

Nice guy very accommodating. I wanted it brought to my local auto shop and he was happy to drive it over there.
Excellent service. I had my car on their tow truck within 15 minutes of calling. Very professional and will be the first call I make next time I need a tow.
I recently had the pleasure of getting helped here, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. First and foremost, the professionalism displayed by the team was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully assessed the condition of my tires. Their expertise was evident as they provided me with clear explanations. Not only did they offer top-notch service, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The efficiency with which they handled the tire replacement was remarkable, and I was back on the road in no time. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their attention to detail. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to educate me on proper tire maintenance, ensuring that I could prolong the lifespan of my tires.Overall, my experience here was nothing short of exceptional! Industrial towing & recovery did an outstanding job towing our car this morning. I had already called competitors and found that Industrial towing offered the best price. After telling me it would take about an hour to arrive the rep called me back soon after and said they could do it sooner. Probably within 30 minutes from when I had called, it was super quick. He did a great job, when he parked the car on street parking he left the car close to the sidewalk which was perfect so it wouldn’t be on the way of other cars that would pass by. He was nice, professional and sympathetic. I recommend this towing company to anyone who ever needs it.
I can’t say enough great things about this towing company! I was stranded in Chicago during rush hour, IN THE BUS LOADING ZONE ant my kids school and they were incredibly responsive from the very first call. The dispatcher was friendly, reassuring, and gave me an accurate ETA—which they actually beat by a few minutes. The driver arrived quickly, was professional and courteous, and handled everything with care. He made sure my car was safely loaded and even gave me some helpful tips about the nearest repair shop. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and customer-focused these days. If you ever need towing services in Chicago, this is absolutely the team to call. They truly go above and beyond!
Had a great experience with my tow today. Mr. Garcia was professional, friendly, and really took care with my vehicle, which I appreciated a lot. He also offered some helpful advice that showed he genuinely knows his stuff and cares. The whole process was smooth and didn’t feel rushed at all. I was also dropped off safely nearby, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Definitely grateful for the solid service—things like this make a big difference.
Really did a great job towing my car. And the service was great. Plus he is quick and to the point. Really recommend it to anybody that needs one immediately. 😃👍🏻
Got in a car accident when someone made an illegal left turn and hit us. After calling a dozen different tow companies, they were the only ones who answered their phone and were able to come tow our car. Towed it at an auto body shop nearby where I live and charged a very reasonable price. Mr. Garcia left the receipt in the window of our car but when we requested the receipt from body shop, the body shop never gave it to us. Called Mr. Garcia and he sent a copy the next day. 10/10 great customer service and would highly recommend if you ever need a tow.

5 Stars Had an amazing experience with JM Towing Services today! They were fast, reliable, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. The driver arrived right on time and communicated clearly with both us and the drop-off location. He went above and beyond by helping make space and moving things around just to get the car out safely. The price was also a great deal—very fair for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be using JM Towing Services again and again. Highly recommended!

Blew an oil line on I90 in my classic car. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and took great care to load my car. Hope it never happens again, but if it does, I’m calling Robert.
I highly recommend this towing company they were awesome they hooked up my car right away they had no problems he was very professional. And Robert was very good looking too thank you Chicago towing for helping me with my car I'll call you every time I need you thank you very much. I had a very bad experience with a tow truck driver before villalobos towing tore out the whole front end of my Ford fiesta last year I paid him for the tow to get it to my house. I did my part I paid $75 and he never fixed my car he never ever even helped me wouldn't even give me his insurance information. I was very comfortable with Robert he did a great job I didn't even worried because I knew he knew what he was doing. Robert you are great thank you so much.
Service was exceptional! Robert arrived to the location quickly, loaded my van on the flat bed in no time and dropped off the vehicle in less than an hour. I will be using this company again.
Stop looking for other options because these guys are the BEST!!! From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy and effortless. My situation was that trans gave out and I was left stranded in middle of street. Not only that but had to be at my sons graduation within 3 hours. Meanwhile I am 45 at the soonest away. They handled everything; told me where to leave key, took description of my car and any other information that may have been of importance and told me to not worry and to go see my son graduate. Stevan reached out to my to let me know he was on his way, he reached out when he got my car, he notified me when he dropped my car at my home. He even went above and beyond to ask if I want my car in the driveway or street. On top of that left it with consideration of surroundings. Not like how others just drop go and pay me. Seriously, knights in shining armor. Did I mention that they also told me that they were able to diagnose what the actual problem was with my transmission? Now I did.
Great experience! Friendly answering service and even friendlier driver! Handled my car with such care! Super quickly loaded and unloaded! Without a scratch! Robert, you are an amazing human! Don’t lose your sparkle! You made this messy situation bearable! ❤️ will 100% use this service again! Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with this towing company after my car accident. They responded quickly, were very professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend!
Having to get towed usually indicates it’s going to be a bad day, but Ray was wonderful, helpful, and such a bright personality that it took the sting out of the event. Highly recommend!
Vey professional on-time and good communication on timing and if there was going to be a delay. I thought I needed a tow after my car wouldn't take a jump and Bill who showed up jumped my car and then discounted the original price of the tow. I will call them anytime I need a tow and recommended to friends and family in Chicago.
Bill picked up my car on a Sunday evening within an hour of calling. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend.
Ray was sooooooo helpful! Ran into car trouble where I needed immediate help and they got to me super quick and got me set up to be on my way. He also called to make sure I was able to make it to my destination safely. The service was incredibly professional, timely and seriously helped me out on a rough day.

Called chris at 6:42 am he was to me by 7:10am ! Was very fast , very reasonable prices and attentive to my car issues! I needed a jump start I was back on the road by 7;18am! Thank you Chris !!!
Nice guy
Talk about above and beyond! Found myself in a bind and ended up needing a tow. I don't know if I could have had a better experience. Chris not only exceeded expectations, but he also went out of his way to assist with some minor troubleshooting. That was was something he didn't have to do. I offered more money and he refused.. Good people still exist. Pricing was fair and the over all the experience was great despite the situation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Chris has earned a customer for life! Prompt, great communication, and a great experience!
Such a great company! From the very kind lady that answered the phone to Chris the tow truck driver such a professional company!! I would use this company if God forbid something like this happened again.

Shout out to Henry. I was in the process of moving apartments when my U-Haul battery died, and Henry came to help me. The battery was completely dead and Henry stuck around until it was fully charged which ended up being over an hour. We need more employees like Henry in the world, when he starts a task he is going to finish it.

After “roadside assistance” sent literally 8 different low-budget tow companies to try and take my car out of an underground parking garage, none of whom had the proper equipment, the dealership’s sales manager reached out directly to XL Towing. They showed up promptly with the correct equipment. Eddie was efficient, professional and courteous. He had the car loaded and on it’s way for service in minutes. I could not have asked for better service from a tow company.
I just had to get my car towed to the dealership. I called XL towing & spoke to Sherry who was so courteous and helpful with connecting me to Blair & Eddy. My car was parked in my alley on the side of my courtyard building. Eddy was impressive backing into the alley especially since people park back here. Blair spotted him and Eddy was able to tow my car to the street. Blair loaded my car onto the bed expeditiously and the entire process was very smooth and professional. I recommend XL Towing. 👌
MARV CAME CLUTCH TIME EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL BEST TOW COMPANY AROUND
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THIS TOWING COMPANY, I HAD REACHED OUT TO 3 OTHER TOWING COMPANY, AND THE FIRST GUY, THEY SENT OUT, DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO JUMP MY VEHICLE, CAUSE THERE WAS A COVER OVER THE BATTERY, AND IF IT NEEDED TO BE TOWED, HE LEFT THE TRUCK, A HALF BLOCK FROM MY VEHICLE,.....XL TOWING CHICAGO (WBE) WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, AND STRESS FREE, THE DISPATCH KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE LOCATION OF THE DRIVER AND WHAT TIME TO EXPECT HIM, WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL, THE DRIVER JON IF I'M NOT MISTAKE, WAS AMAZING, HE CALLED ME, TO TELL ME, THAT HE WAS NEAR, AFTER EXITING THE EXPRESSWAY, HE WAS VERY PET FRIENDLY TO MY SMALL DOG, AND VERY HELPFUL IN ALL AREAS, AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME, WHAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM, IT THE ALTERNATOR, AND EVEN WENT FAR AS ADVISING ME TO TAKE MY RECEIPT TO MY INSURANCE TO BE REVERSED TOWING FEES, THIS GUY WAS LIKE NO OTHER TOW DRIVER, I EVER MET, IT WAS A BLESSING FOR ME TO HAVE CAME ACROSS THEM, AFTER DEALING WITH OTHER TOWING COMPANIES, THAT WASN'T PROFESSIONAL AND TALKING ABOUT 2 1/2 -3HRS WAIT TIME, EVEN TRIPLE A AA TIME WAS 3HRS AND I WAS JUST TOWING MY VEHICLE TWO BLOCKS AWAY, AND THESE OTHER GUYS, MADE IT SO STRESSFUL, WHEN I LOOK AT MY RECEIPT, I WILL CORRECT, THE TOW DRIVER NAME, IF NOT CORRECT, HE AND THIS TOWING COMPANY (XL TOWING CHICAGO (WBE) WAS A BLESSING IN DISGUISE, IF I EVER NEED A TOW, THEY WILL BE MY GO TO TOW

XL towing not only meet my expectations but they exceeded them. My roadside assistance carrier contacted 3 other tow companies all of them gave a 60 minute ETA then canceled at the last minute. XL took the service request and arrived within 30 minutes. The tow truck driver, Andrew "Drew" was professional, courtesy and he gave me a great restaurant recommendation...LOL. Kudos to XL and their fantastic staff.

I had a double blow out on the expressway after running over metal bracing from a truck. I called Dark Angel and spoke to a very polite dispatcher who said Alfonzo would be there with the flatbed I requested. They told me upfront the cost to tow my vehicle. Alfonzo arrived earlier than expected and was very personable and reassuring that as long as I was okay, the damage to my vehicle can always be repaired. Alfonzo’s truck was clean and provided a comfortable drive to my location. I would never hesitate to use Dark Angel towing. 5 stars for sure.
Had such a great experience with these guys. Ended up in a situation where a tire blew out and every place I tried to go was closed and awful. They took me in right away, were very friendly, did a great and quick job, and were very reasonably priced. I felt they were very trust-worthy and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Called for a tow, was told they’d be there in 30 min. An hour later I called them to check eta, after calling them 20 times with no response I gave up and called someone else.
We got a bad flat tire at midnight and were stuck, and Dark Angel saved the day, taking us and the car back to the facility, changing the tire, and replacing it with a great quality tire at a great price. They were so helpful, kind, and transparent. Really recommend them!! Great experience working with them.
Be very careful have someone else tow your car they will take advantage of you and then hold you car hostage. Notified the Aterney Genral office and there is a investigation. Notified better business bureau. The local authority's are aware and do not recommend using this company. It really is all in the Name. Beware

They illegally towed my car then said I need to pay 240 to get a receipt !
Tony was very kind and thoughtful. Really prompt and friendly. Ask for him every time
Service is very fast and sufficient Cassandra the receptionist was very helpful and patient with all my questions.
I thought i was going to have a hard time but thank you to Cassandra for being really patient with me and helping me resolve my problem!!
The place is called contract towing, and they’re money hungry. I parked the car downstairs to take the water cases upstairs and they towed my car wanting me to pay $238.20 that’s literally a scam by Praire shores buildings.

Extremely courteous and kind.
Again 0 starts were going on day 6 and I was just able to get in contact with them. They are trying to charge my insurance company 4000 when the young man I spoke to previously said wouldn't have to pay a thing. It's ridiculous and extortionist like. This company needs to be shut down and I'm making it mission to make sure they get what they deserve
Excellent people helped me during my car break down
I wish I could give 0 stars. Not only did they lie and essentially tried to steal my car and parts out of my car. There is no other way to contact them clearly and I cant get my keys. I told them where to take my car the took it to this lot that is miles away from my home. They blocked my number when I tried to call and all the other numbers I tried to call from. This a scam/theft operation, I’m filing charges against them as soon as possible.
My experience was great and they were on point I talked to Tony I say they did what they came to do and I say great job I was tired and had just got home from work they came and saved the day

Tow guy - bad communication Owner - will over talk you - will become the problem and not the person to provide solution. Plus, I had to wait for them to install my battery when they called to say my car was ready. The alternator that was put in I didn't work. I had to take my car to another shop to be fixed.
Professional, reasonable & swift! Got a quote from the dealer that was unreasonable. Stopped by here got it done for a fraction of the cost! I found myself a new mechanic.
Good service

Worst place and very bad service they need to be out of business
Company is set up to rob people. Trolling for unauthorized vehicles so that they can illegally tow to make money.
The driver Lee was amazingly caring and helpful.

A predatory towing company that has people actually sitting in their cars in the parking lot monitoring customers hoping you don’t see the very obscure sign that the parking lot belongs to Staples/Chase on 1130 canal street Chicago IL only so your car can be towed if you don’t enter Staples/ Chase and enter a different store. How about putting up a bigger sign so customers can be duly warned before they park. They watch you and hope you don't see their sign. So very wrong for a business to behave like this way
Needed a tow, my vehicle had a flat and they were very quick to assist. They are open 24/7 so thats also a plus. Hopefully i don’t need another tow but definitely would call them again if i had to do so.
Absolutely terrible. Got my car towed from Staples and Chase on Canal and when I called to figure out how to get it back the man that answered the phone is yelling at someone in the office, swearing, and not once apologizing. After an almost 1hr commute from the Orange line and the bus, arrived and they took forever to give me my car back.
I had a similar experience. My car was towed minutes after parking in the Chase/Staples parking lot and I encountered the most unprofessional and rudest employee. At first she told me they had "video" of me leaving the premises, and when I vehemently denied it - suddenly it was "their mistake". I asked them to bring me my car back and they said they only had one driver, so I had to come get it from their location. When I went to pick up my car, I asked if there was any reimbursement for my time, emotional stress and mileage. Their illegal towing disrupted my entire afternoon. The extremely rude employee told me "I apologized - do you want me to get on my knees too!". I was appalled, infuriated, and disgusted at the ridiculous antics of this company. They seem to function in lies, scams, and illegal towing. Is there no recourse for this behavior?
Either Chase or Staples (possibly both), running a classic “patrolling”towing scheme. This scheme usually involves a spotter, could be the tow truck driver him/herself or a paid third-person, catching any drivers who did not enter both establishments and then towing them within minutes. And it is a pretty clear scheme considering my car was towed within 2 minutes of me leaving (does not matter even if you shopped in Staples or Chase). It is illegal? Possibly. Under Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/4-203, commercial towing companies need to fill out proper paperwork and notify law enforcement of a tow within 30 minutes of the towing. However, more digging needs to be done on how this scheme is been implemented and if there are any kickbacks involved between the establishments and Rokaitis Industries (the employed commercial towing company). Regardless, all of this process is somewhat hard to accomplish within minutes, so I doubt Rokaitis Industries follows the strict legal procedures prescribed by the state law. That begs the second question, is it unethical? Without a doubt in my humble opinion. There is many ways a private business can prevent cars parked illegally by taking correct measures before issuing the tow. “Patrolling” towing also preys upon financially vulnerable individuals as people without power tend to be more reserved when it comes to confrontational issues with authorities and legalities. Towing any parked car should be the last resort for any establishments and something to be done if the car has been unaccounted for for a long duration of time. Sadly, the state of Illinois continues to have weak legislative laws against bandit towing (unlike California that requires a car to be towed off a private property after an hour or longer stay). Additionally, there is insufficient signage within the parking lot that warns drivers of a possible toll as the only few signs that are available are all minuscule and shoved away in the corners of the parking lot. Nonetheless, I hardly believe there is no kickbacks involved for Staples or Chase since no companies would risk regular and speedy towing without a clear monetary incentive to do so. Looking back at all of the negative comments, it seems like this scheme has been going on for a minimum of four years. While it is difficult to pinpoint the legality of this issue, since it is a private lot and the Illinois’ overall bureaucratic incompetence, victims should no doubt contact the towing company at first (don’t get your hopes up, expect typical scammer attitude) and file complaints accordingly to the ICC and your local alderman. More importantly, avoid the Chase & Staples parking lot and the businesses at all times since there are also many victims who had their car towed despite showing evidence of themselves conducting business within the proper establishments. Better not to use that location and avoid the hassle if you can.

I can't say I love them, but I did park in the wrong parking lot, so it's my fault I got towed. I called them, confirmed they had my car, then went and picked it up. All in all the paperwork took about 10 minutes, no nonsense, no drama.
Thieves, crooks, extortionists, whatever. This business is built on taking people's cars hostage on a devious premise, then demanding ransom aka "fees" to get it back. It's a classic business model. For example....I parked my car in the lot of a closed business at 8am on a Sunday. The business was not open, and the parking lot was - no surprise - empty. I was in a rush because my next stop was to buy medicine for my 15 month old daughter so I quickly decided that I'd park "illegally". Went in to get coffee next door and returned about 5 minutes later. Car was gone. Now....did they have the right to tow my car? Yes. Does parking a car in the lot of a closed business on a Sunday morning warrant getting towed? And paying a bogus $196.00 (plus their bogus $2.50 "invoice fee")? No. Was their driver hanging out and waiting for me to come along so he could tow my car? I think so. There was not enough time for this to happen otherwise. NOW, there is something that these jerks do that is technically wrong. They wrote that my car had "nicks, dents and scratches all around" on a form that allows them to abuse your detained car without any consequence. This is completely fabricated and I will be filing a compliant with the Illinois Commerce Commission. Hopefully they are fined at last as much money as they lifted from me. Jerks, thieves, extortionists. This is a shameful business.
These people don't deserve to be called people. They are trained scum sucking scavengers. They will tow your car from a parking lot even thou they have no agreement with property owner. Will hold your car hostage until you pay ransom. Police can not do much since they mastered their way of using loopholes in the system. These bandits are thieves who will do anything to get your money. Their business is very simple: grab a car and wait for a payment, ignore police and send them empty handed. I witnessed their driver mistakenly towing cars from a wrong location. My car was to be next, they hooked up their fork and yanked it out partially but they couldn't succeed since there was not enough room. Damaged this and another vehicle while doing so. Denied the whole incident even thou i have it all filmed on DVR. They claim my car was parked at different address that's why they tried to tow it. Video is time stamped and shows what happened, precise location included. Based on their reputation, they should loose their business license long. long time ago. I wonder why they still exist, what body of government allows them to be licensed and to legally steal without any punishment.
This is a place where you are easily scammed. My car was towed here and it took me $ 218 to get it out. I paid in cash for 11 $ 20 bills. I counted 3 times before paying them. But they said I only gave them $ 200. In the end, I had to give another $ 20. In all, it cost me $ 240 after I took the car. They did not return me change. It is recommended not to pay cash to them if you do not want to lose more money.
Everybody go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint or scam review to get this place shut down. Something has to happen to this business and their employees for all the wrong they have done to so many people.
