I had the misfortune of having my non-running car impounded this week. Since it was kind of a tricky situation to both get the car out of the impound lot AND have it towed back home I expected to have a hassle trying to get someone to do it. Quick towing understood my situation, and had zero issue grabbing my car from the lot. Pricing was very reasonable and the response was FAST! Like 20 minutes fast! Will definitely be using again!

I have been planning to write this review forever, but life got in the way. But here I am here ready to share my experience with this company. They are THE BEST! How many times have you had a good experience with a towing company? Almost never or never, right? Well Assad went out of his way to help me tow my Mercedes. It was parked in a tiny garage and the car wasn't working. He did the impossible to make sure the car could be towed without damaging the car. It took us a couple of hours to get the job done and I was impressed by his patience and kindness. I 10000% recommend this company!
Syed is a life saver!! Car was completely dead, and stuck in an intersection. We could not get our insurance company to send us a tow truck, so we called this company. Syed even gave us a ride to and from the auto shop or else we would have been stuck in the Seattle rain waiting for an Uber. Truly a great human!! Would highly recommend to everyone in need of a tow.

Meron was completely on top of his game. Gave me the best rate out of 5 other Seattle towing companies I called in the middle of the night. Told me he would be there to tow my car in 20 minutes but arrived in 15min. I wouldn’t trust another tower in town after this experience.
I had an amazing experience with Lion Towing! Jason helped tow my vehicle to my residence due to dealer not having an overnight drop-box. He was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. To make things even better, I needed a second tow within 24 hours making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Moe showed up exactly when expected. Both were kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend Lion Towing – they truly go above and beyond!

Unfortunately for me, I locked my keys in my car very late Saturday evening. This service arrived quickly (within 30 minutes) and kept me updated with an ETA. Upon arrival they were very friendly and patient - my vehicle was a bit difficult. If you ever lock yourself out of your car, this is the service to call! So relieved!

Amazing service, fast service especially the driver SP. My car was inside a hotel garage with some height restrictions and I needed a tow. I was advised by my insurance that they need to send a special tow truck that is low enough to pull it out of the garage onto the regular tow truck, and a dolly to lift the tires a bit because the car isn't turning on also and wont be put on neutral. Went through 3 tow truck companies and despite me explaining the needed special equipment. They agreed they would send the right guys but all off them ended up either canceling or just not showing up at all. Nobody wanted to put in the extra work of taking it out of the garage and lifting the wheels. SP pulled up and asked to see the car so he can assess the situation and figured out a way in 5 mins to handle the scenario. He assessed the the car needed a jump and would last long enough on to be driven outside the garage for him to tow it. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Didn't waste no time and got the job done. Thanks SP
My driver, SP, arrived exactly in the phone operator's suggested time. He was so nice, explained the 2 differences of towing options, and even helped get my vehicle running long enough for me to park in my designated spot. The cab was clean and the travel was quick and smooth. I do have a service animal for my driving needs and she just stayed in my vehicle while I was in the tow cab. I understand the need for clean environment but sad to not have my Daisy next to me. I will be working with this company in the future. Thank you for helping me stay stress free in a rough situation.

I don't often call a professional, but when I do, I call Doug at Tow Boat Seattle. Stellar work and service. And reasonably priced to boot. One of the better values I've come across in the marine world. Highly recommended.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Captain Benjamine (Doug) for your boating needs. Very responsive good humored and friendly. He's come by our dock several times for minor engine repair and battery jumping/charging. Always reasonable pricing.

Captain Doug wears many hats in the boating industry. His wealth of boating knowledge is not only impressive but also very resourceful. As a new boat owner, working with Doug boosted my confidence in overcoming my anxiety and stress of docking and operating my boat. I had hands-on boating training with Captain Doug. He taught me everything I need to know. To name a few, docking/undocking, boat safety, navigating between tight spaces, anchoring, boat launching. Don't hesitate to connect with Captain Doug. He will make sure you are taken care of, regardless.
Had a great experience with Tow Boat Seattle. When my boat broke down, I happened to see Doug passing by and flagged him down. He stopped his boat and bailed me out of trouble in less than 10 minutes. After he got my boat tied up he towed me to my mechanic nearby and didn’t even charge me for it. Doug went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his kindness and generosity. Highly recommend his service for anyone in need!

Honestly, this was the best towing experience I’ve ever had. I called and they showed up super quick, way faster than I expected. The service was awesome, really friendly, and made the whole situation way less stressful. I have a Tesla and am always paranoid about using towing. The service was smooth from start to finish and you can tell they actually care about helping people out. I’ve had a few towing experiences before and none of them even come close to this. If you ever need a tow, go with these guys. Hands down the best towing company out there.
I am rating 5 because I have used Guardian towing 2 times this year and both times the drivers first communication was to be sure that everyone was okay and safe. Both times the drivers were compassionate, calm, and very good at their jobs. When a vehicle is turned over, it's quite an experience to see it get from there to on the ramp of the tow truck. I did end up coordinating traffic this morning due to the accident being at the corner of a turn. I'm very thankful for the help I received from Guardian Towing and pleasantly surprised that I fulfilled a desire of being a traffic flagger for a couple of hours. I now know how dangerous flagging can be from a different perspective and it gave me more gratitude for how they keep people safe during transportation. 🥰 It did take longer for the drivers to arrive than estimated which is never fun, but maybe Guardian should should get an app like all kinds of businesses have that can show you the driver's name and their location while on the way to the accident site. I did read some other people with this complaint. I believe that providing a possible solution with a perceived problem is more productive than letting it make me feel like a victim. I would like to say again how important the drivers are. I hadn't thought about if before because I didn't have these experiences previous to this, but the drivers can arrive on some accident scenes where way more terrible things happened. Just the thought of losing my daughter in this way is creating trauma for me (not to mention her own experience). I was in fight or flight mode first thing in the morning when my daughter called me and told me she flipped the vehicle. Once that mode is on, it doesn't just turn off because she is alive. I had a period of time where I was cold and shaking from this. The immediate concern from both driver experiences (this morning, we were lucky to have Izzy arrive to the vehicle site) literally had an immediate, calming effect on me. This really makes me think deeply about humanity and the way people treat one another. Words and body language can have so much power and I am thankful to live in a world where I can experience people using their inner power for good.❤️ This morning cost $811 to get the car out and take it 2 miles home. It was around $400 to $500 to move the car the first time. It was in the ditch across the street from the house I live in. I would complain about the prices but I have seen a dozen eggs be $16 at the grocery store and 2 chicken breasts for over $20. Yes, my financial status definitely took a way bigger hit than I expected, but I'm more than thankful that I was able pay for the service and have my daughter intact.
100/10. Our driver, Abel, was super quick and TALENTED! 👏🏻 Picked up our SUV on a PACKED residential street out of a spot we had to parallel (PUSH) park it into. He got it loaded in less than 10 minutes and unloaded it directly into our driveway (as requested!). Thanks for coming to our rescue! 🙏🏻
Can't recommend this place enough, the owner picked me up quickly and was really friendly. He was able to help me out and get in touch with the tire shop across the road to get my vehicle fixed and took me to a breakfast place so I wasn't stranded in the cold outside. Awesome people over there made a rough experience a hell of a lot easier to handle
I thought the starter had gone out in our car because a jump pack wouldn’t help start it. I called for a tow, and when Yassir showed up he had a better jump pack and our car started. Turned out it was just a bad battery. Yassir was super friendly, professional and helpful. I’ll call them next time I need roadside assistance.

3 days ago our car engine overheated and we were stranded on the highway. We called a towing company and they recommended Collision towing. Collision towing was professional, on time, and got us home safely. They charged us a fair price and no hidden costs. We felt safe and got home safe. Just wanted to give a thumbs up.
Was stuck in downtown Seattle in need of a jump and got an immediate response via phone. They made sure to keep my phone number handy and the driver kept in touch to update me on when he'd arrive/where we were. Very communicative and relatively quick process. The guy who jumped us gave us a recommendation on where to get a better battery and ask for information on where the issue would've risen from. Very happy I went with them!

What an amazing tow service!!! I called them quickly to have my car towed and the driver, who was a distance away, arrived to my home much faster than I had expected. They called me before they came out asking for pictures so they wouldn’t “waste their time”. I took some. They arrived, waited for a long time while they called my insurance (State Farm) then refused to do the job and left, telling me my insurance “probably wasn’t going to cover it”. My insurance got a replacement towing company that did the job no problem, and since plenty of my neighbors volunteered to help too I honestly don’t think the job was too difficult. I think they just wanted to try to charge my insurance company extra. Super disappointed that Gary didn’t actually do the job! I guess the name means they only do the towing that’s easy? Had to wait several more hours for a replacement company to come out after they refused.
So fast to get to my car, great customer service, offered me a ride, trustworthy reliable company, definitely recommend. I lost all power in the middle of the road at 5:30am in front of T-Mobile stadium and my car came to a stop right in front of a fire hydrant, cars were honking at me and driving crazy… I definitely though i was going to get hit. He showed up quickly and made the situation so much safer for me. He took about 5 minutes to load it up, tie it down and leave for the shop.

They seriously lived up to their name! We slammed into a pothole that took out our right front tire, and then called our insurance company to sort out getting us towed for a replacement (our car doesn't have a spare, nor a jack, how stupid). They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!
It was a very busy rainy windy night when our assist came. Power outages too. He kept us advised of where he was & when he'd arrive. He fixed the problem. He made sure we were reassured before he left! Very good, professional.

My car wouldn't start and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or starter. Called them around 6pm to request a jump and if that didn't work to schedule a tow for the morning. Our car broke down suddenly during rush hour. All Night Towing was dispatched by our insurance company. They showed up on time, the driver was extremely professional and took care of the car. Price above the deductible was reasonable. All in all zero complaints. Solid stuff!
Just a background on my experience: (If i can find the right page for ASAP Towing i would leave them a review as well.) Originally, Geico dispatched ASAP Towing and i was told that they will be at my house at 9:11am since i won't be home until that time and I'm coming from downtown Seattle. Around 8:10 a.m., i got a call from an ASAP tow truck driver saying he is already outside my house. I told him that i am not home yet and that he is scheduled at 9:11am. He asked me how long it was going to take me to get home and that he could wait. I told him 30 minutes and he said ok. So now i had to rush. Not even 5 minutes later, a Geico representative called me asking why i canceled the tow, and she said that "i" told the driver it was for 11 am. I told her that he probably heard the 11 part of the time 9:11am. 🤦♀️ The representative then said, "i will dispatch a different tow company for you," and I'm glad she did. All Night Towing was professional. Excellent customer service from their dispatcher to my tow driver. The dispatcher called to verify what was wrong with my car so they know what type of truck to use. The tow driver texted to let me know he was 2 minutes away and called when he got there. He said his name, but i totally forgot. He was able to get the flatbed into our alley. He told me everything he had to do to ensure me that i know what he is doing. Which i appreciate. He was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!
Tony, the owner, came out quickly, was extremely professional, and got the job done when another truck couldn't. They're 550 managed to get my F250 out of a ditch high centered on the axle with no damage to my vehicle, amd delivered it to a very tough parking spot with no issues. Thanks guys!
Zaidi is an exceptional driver, and All Night Towing's prices beat every other company by far, with still exceptional service and response times. With Zaidi I had a flat tire and was already using a spare, he brought his flatbed in only 40 minutes and communicated clearly about routes, destinations, and prices, as well as being both friendly and professional. 5/5 across the board.
Zaidi is AWESOME! You’re typically not in a good position when you call a tow truck. I made a mistake and parked a vehicle where I shouldn’t have. I was so stressed that I inconvenienced a customer. Zaidi showed up fast. He was really calm and moved the vehicle within minutes. Totally a lifesaver! I highly recommend All Night Towing.

So apparently if you have a vehicle stolen from you , you are forced to pay towing fees and storage fees to have it released back to you. That is the most disgusting and pathetic thing to punish a victim of a crime. Great job on being that pathetic.

The dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called for assistance because my car wouldn't start, and as I was explaining the situation, the car finally started. Instead of being understanding, the dispatcher began cursing and insulting me. I could understand some frustration if the tow truck had already been dispatched, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely would not recommend their service!
Derek Haag did a fantastic job helping me with a flat tire on my Tesla - this was my first flat on the Tesla, so I was not sure what to expect given they contract out service calls. Derek was super responsive, showed up very quick, and helped me understand the process. He did a great job swapping out the tires so I could get on my way with minimal impact from the flat. Beats changing your own tire! Thanks ABC Towing!

Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. Terrible. Reeks of scam. Had to go to nowhere in Ballard to pay over $1100 for a truck that was towed two days ago. It took just under 30 minutes to be able to get someone to answer and let us in. Then had to drive to the middle of nowhere in Sodo. No signs. No address posted. Then had to wait over three hours for someone to show up and let us in. The guy that finally let us in was a nice man.
My experience yesterday 9/1/20 was exceptional by Cesar. This was a tow from my work in Bothell to a dealership on Everett. He communicated and sent me pictures when he picked up and dropped off my vehicle! Thank you for your time!
I was connected to this company via my roadside assistance plan through Better World Club. From the moment I realized my mistake of locking the keys inside the car by accident, calling the roadside assistance team and then the moment that one of their employees, Adam came out - it was likely around only 45-50 minutes thankfully. They saved my day since I had to get going asap to the airport to catch a flight too! Adam was polite and professional and it only took them maybe 5-8 minutes total to unlock my car. Very thankful for their help! I’d definitely recommend them for car lockouts! Since my roadside assistance company handled the logistics, I am unaware of how much it all cost, but it was covered 100% for me.
Wonderful service from start to finish from Cesar this morning. He kept us informed via text on his ETA and provided pictures once he delivered our car to its destination.
Seattle avoid this place at all costs! I recently had an emergency where I had to pull off the freeway and get medical services and the state troopers called this horrible company to tow my car and damage it. They charged me $300-400 to get my car out of the yard and the tow truck driver damaged my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, my vehicles breaks weren’t working, my gas cap is not closing correctly, and all my sensor lights are turning off and on. I will be taking this company to court soon to sue them for the differences. You can run and avoid the emails and calls, wait until I see the owner in court. This business should be shut down for its illegal practices.

After calling multiple places we decided to go with Focus Towing, it was the only place we got straight forward honest answers over the phone, and we're so glad we did. Anthony truly went above and beyond and turned my dad's day completely around. Anthony was friendly, understanding, patient, professional and determined. I was stranded at O'Rielly's and I called 9 other mechanics before Focus Towing and they all gave me ridiculous prices because of Covid-19. My destination was literally 4 minutes away. Thankfully Anthony was here to save the day! He is probably the most honest tow truck driver I've seen. Most people work for people but this tow truck driver works with people. Such an understanding worker during tough times. If you want quality care of your vehicle give him a call. He will get there quick! And I mean quick!! Responded quickly after calling them and helped us get our broken down car out of a parking lot and to our hotel. Being stranded 700+ miles from home in a city we've never been too and at night was incredibly stressful for us, but the tow driver was super understanding and really helped calm us down. Super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got us set back up at our hotel in an hour or two. If we are ever back in the area or have a friend/relative in the area who needs a toe, this is the company we are calling. Cannot recommend them enough.

Would like to just give a big thanks for the great service today. I couldn't get my car to start even after a jump. So I was already in a depressive mood thinking how much a tow was about to cost. Mark came through, checked out the situation and confidently said that he could jump it and get it going so that I didn't have to pay far more money with a tow. Sure enough, Mark was right! i used travelers insurance to call roadside assistance and cheap towing came very quickly. my car was stuck in mud and they did a great job assessing the situation and towing the car with car as to not damage my car or the cars next to me. would recommend!
Never even showed up! Called hours early to verify pick up.. they said yes and now i call they said they dont even have me on file... pick up time has now expired and im stuck waiting... trying to find a capable tow company to help they're super disorganized, idk how they even stay in business..
My insurance company arranged a tow with this company who is just down the street from my house! The driver was especially competent, friendly and efficient. He had a great attitude. I called State Farm roadside assistance for a towing service and got connected with Cheap Towing right away. The estimate arrive time was 60-90 mins, SP called me while he was on his way and arrived in 20 mins after they confirm the tow. Very helpful, kind, and efficient. Before the tow truck arrived, a police officer was able to jumpstart my car to move it somewhere out of traffic. I was too afraid to drive it any farther because I didn't want it to die on the interstate again, so the tow truck driver said he would follow me to the dealership to drop off my car to be looked at. These jerks towed my locked car around noon. By 2pm I arrived at their facility at 3400 16th Ave W. I paid my $250 fee and filled out the paperwork, then was let into the locked yard to find my car unlocked with damage to the drivers side door (latch and interior). They claimed their drivers don't unlock cars and that there was no way anyone accessed their locked yard. Yet the business from which the car was towed made it clear they called the tow truck just minutes after they saw me leave their parking lot (tried to warn me it was a private lot but couldn't catch up to me). So, who else but the towing company could be responsible. To make matters worse, when I called later to explain that the evidence suggested that someone had broken into my car on their property or that one of their drivers was violating their stated policy, they hung up on me. SOOOOO unprofessional!
