They were really fast service and even offered a ride. They had the best rate I could find !
LOVE PREET, really did an amazing job with bringing my car out of a small garage, I even didn’t have my car keys. He was so expert, knowledgeable and friendly. And the price was less than other places. I wish I could give a 6 stars to him! I definitely recommend this place.
Great service, very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely call next time!
Very fast and nice. He really understood the problem and help us kindly. Strongly recommend😌😌
Had great experience with Quick towing they tow my car from where many towing companies denied to take out of my car from my apartments garage. Must recommend quick towing if want safe and quick towing service

Zaidi was so kind and helpful with assisting my car and towing it to the service center when i got a flat tire! Was so patient and took care of everything no problem! I highly recommend Long towing and Zaidi helping out, thank you so much!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Unbelievable Service at 3 AM – Lifesaver! I’m beyond grateful for the incredible help I received from Satvir at Long Towing Inc. At 3:00 AM, I discovered that I had lost my car key and was parked in the wrong stall in my apartment’s garage. To make things worse, the complex had already placed one of those green tow warning stickers, threatening to have my car removed. I thought for sure this was going to be a disaster — no key, tight space, and a looming tow. But Satvir showed up and handled everything with calm professionalism. He walked me through how to put the car into neutral without a key, then expertly maneuvered it into the correct stall with zero scratches or damage — and in an extremely tight space. I honestly didn’t think it could be done, especially not without the key. Thanks to him, I was back home by 5:30 AM, and able to get some rest before work at 8:00. I can’t overstate how thankful I am — Satvir went way above and beyond. Not only is he highly skilled, but he was kind, patient, and really cared about helping me through a stressful situation. Satvir, thank you — you saved me. – A very appreciative AAA customer
After my truck broke down in an alley in Seattle, I needed to get it back to the dealership (only had the truck two months!). Working with AAA, I got hooked up with Long Towing, with Charlie as the driver. The truck he came with was a pretty standard flatbed style truck; clean and organized as well. The truck appeared to easily handle the loading and transport of my own truck. Charlie was great! Professional and personable, he offered a ride to destination, which saved me about $150, by not having to use an Uber. Easy ride to Marysville from Seattle, and would definitely recommend Longs Towing for your towing needs. Thanks for the great service, Charlie!
We needed help, so we called AAA, and they sent Kimbi. He did an outstanding job towing our car when we needed it most. Since the car couldn’t be moved in neutral, it was a tricky situation, but Kimbi arrived with the right equipment, expertise, and know-how to safely pull it out of a corner without causing any damage. We truly appreciate his professionalism and skill. Thank you, Kimbi!
Charlie gets all the stars! He got my Tesla on the tow truck with careful attention, making sure the process didn’t cause any damage. He was a professional. I’m very grateful,

Locked my keys in the truck at 6pm near Greenlake and called a few tow companies- auto Towing was the first to answer and was very friendly and gave me an actual accurate time of arrival. He arrived when he said he would and was super fast and professional. Very friendly and nice to work with. I'll be referring them!
Auto Towing was a great help. Helped jumped the car and towed my rental vehicle where it needed to go. Auto Towing also was very kind enough to give me a ride back to the rental car facility. Would definitely recommend using.
The person was very helpful. I broke down in I-5 express. He got me my car and myself safely. Definitely recommend this business.
I cannot say enough good things about Assad, the person who towed my partner’s truck tonight after it was broken into and was not drivable in the aftermath. We were both very stressed given the theft and Assad was very patient and kind and resourceful and was a lifesaver for us. He went above and beyond and deserves a raise, truly!
Received wonderful service from Auto towing ! I have to tow my car from a far away body shop to my house and auto towing offers me the best price. They are cooperative and patient when waiting for me to get my car out. My car was then handled properly and they add extra wheels to lift the car. The driver was friendly and offered to look for mechanics for me that would fix my car at a great price point. I’ll choose their services again next time!

He was sent through my insurance roadside service. Was very prompt and courteous. Thanks to his help I didn’t need a tow after all! Would recommend using his company if you have a need.
I had an amazing experience with Lion Towing! Jason helped tow my vehicle to my residence due to dealer not having an overnight drop-box. He was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. To make things even better, I needed a second tow within 24 hours making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Moe showed up exactly when expected. Both were kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend Lion Towing – they truly go above and beyond!
Outstanding service!! Friendly, professional, and efficient. The best price out of 3 other companies. Meron has the best customer service and dashing smile! Thank you Meron you saved the day! I'll be referring you to my family and friends.
I can’t believe how quick from phone call to being serviced! I just called in and Meron was able to get on the road in a few minutes to tow my co-worker’s car. I think the whole thing took less than an hour. Super satisfied, paid and received an invoice by text a few seconds later. Totally makes sense why they are so highly rated! Will be choosing them again the next time a tow is needed in the Seattle area.
A true life saver! Our car broke down around 9 pm on a Saturday night and Lion’s Towing was the only company to pick up the phone. He offered us a reasonable quote and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. Meron was extremely kind and made good conversation despite the circumstances. While I don’t live in the area, I would definitely recommend Lion’s Towing to anyone in Seattle and the neighboring cities.

Very prompt and friendly service. I was worried with it being late at night and rather cold out that I'd have to wait an hour or so but they were here in under thirty minutes.
Called and they showed quickly and timely super late at night. Very reliable service!
Hamza was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. Appreciated that he let me know the spare was low and asked if I new the max speed for the tire. I would highly recommend him.
Malik was great. He followed my direction and called as directed before arrival. I would recommend his service. Thank you.
Had an issue with their service and I reached out and they made it right.

The driver was prompt in arriving. Well mannered, professional and very efficient and careful with my car. I will request this driver in the future. As a business owner myself, I would recommend you keep this employee happy and around for a long time. A great worker. Thank you. Heath-
My tow driver was excellent. They listened to me and what I wanted to happen and they made it happen!
Just helped us out last night when car broke down near 405 during rush hour great service friendly and helpful highly recommended
Ali was very kind, helpful, and respectful. He demonstrated great composure and professionalism while towing my car in heavy rain and darkness, right in the middle of a busy freeway.
Had to get 2 cars towed on the same day and they did it in a couple of hours. From talking with them you can tell they care about the job and want to do fast, reliable work. Thank you and I will always call roadside champion.

Gurpreet Was absolutely phenomenal! Quickly arrived when we were stranded late at night due to locking our keys in truck and had us on our way. Just did a fantastic job and was very kind. Can’t say enough good things about this towing company. Great response time and excellent service
Great Customer Service and the Price always Very Reasonable! The wait was about 30-45 mins but luckily there was a restaurant next door. So my tow truck driver SP called me gave me an eta, towed my car from NSeattle NE128th to Lynnwood 196th st. They quoted me at $240ish gave me a discount with the Price with tax $225 . I gave $10 tip for their honesty and customer service. I would recommend Choice towing! Thank you!
Garry was excellent; he was kind, professional, and helpful. He responded promptly and arrived within the scheduled timeframe. Everything went smoothly the moment he arrived.
Gary did an amazing job getting my car back home. He was very quick loading and unloading the car and he was very friendly. I highly recommend Choice Towing.
Gary was extremely professional. Arrived an hour earlier than the eta displayed on State Farm. He communicated very well throughout the process and was very skilled at towing, and ensuring the vehicle is safe

Captain Doug was great! He was quick to respond, friendly, safe, and professional. Pricing was reasonable - substantially lower than other quote received. I hope not to have another towing need but, if I do, I would call Tow Boat Seattle.
Had a great experience. My boat was stuck and needed to be towed within the same dock. I explained the problem over the phone and the owner drove over to us and helped us move it for free. We tipped but he was genuinely doing it to be nice. Will use him for toes and likely his docking class as well
Service received was professional, personable, capable, confident and confidence inspiring. Our tow was anxiety producing, getting ready from our end as customers, getting going once we were ready was easy - on time and well-prepared, excellent communication throughout. Would 100 percent call on them again.
I don't often call a professional, but when I do, I call Doug at Tow Boat Seattle. Stellar work and service. And reasonably priced to boot. One of the better values I've come across in the marine world. Highly recommended.
The fuel pump on our boat went out as soon as we got to Andrews Bay - we called Tow Boat and Doug the Stud answered . We told him our cousin might have gas and that we would call back if it was something more wrong with our boat .. Doug was very kind and said no problem, give us a call back. Well it turned out we needed a Tow, Doug did bring more gas in case it was just gas. Overall, we enjoyed the tow back to our dock, we kicked back and enjoyed some additional time together as a family and Doug the Stud got us right into our slip with no issues. Thank you Doug - truly grateful 🙏🙏

This is the best towing company in seattle, I have used Seahurst as well as Seawest, they have horrible customer service and WILL disrespect you if you call them. They are always atleast a few hours late, and they are extremely unreliable and doesn’t give you any updates at all to when they are coming and when they do, they are always wayy off with their promised time. Guardian Towing was different, I felt respected and they updated me throughout the whole process by phone call rather than text, they told me exactly when they were leaving, they called me periodically to update their arrival time and towed my car extremely quick and simply. Overall, the best towing company in Seattle!! Would recommend to anyone if you like reliable service and respect!
My ‘57 BelAir was broken down and Guardian showed up for the tow. The operator, Jerry, was fantastic! No chains on the car so the paint would stay good UNDERNEATH the car. Soft straps, nice and controlled lift and obviously experienced! And really enjoyed talking with him. He got my baby to the shop fast and professional. What more do you want from a towing company. First Rate Service!
My whole transaction and experience using them for the first time was great, Tony made sure we will be coming back in the future for any tow. Great guy and great job Tony!
Have had only great experiences with these guys. Got my car towed from Mercer Island to Seattle with them. Tried to fix it and it ended up not being worth my time. Called them to scrap it afterwards and they came and got it. All super easy and fast service with enjoyable personalities and professionalism. Definitely would recommend.
Thank you for your fast response. Alejandro was great and the guy who answered my initial phone call and set up the towing was also great. Overall, I recommend guardian towing. They are caring staff.

Good service !!! Very fast
Absolutely above and beyond. I made a mistake in the location to pick the car up, absolutely foolishly, and Lovepreet was generous with time and money and handled it graciously. Fantastic service.

It was my first time using their service and I was really happy with it. Adeel came to help me to tow my car to mechanic. He was really fast and knows what he was doing. He had really good attitude the whole time really fun person. Would definitely have Adeel tow my car again if needed in the future.
Call Adeel at Collision Towing if you need help! He arrived within minutes and had my car open in no time at all. Friendly service too! I called another towing company and was told they would call back. Thanks to Adeel at Collision towing, I was on my way home by the time they called me back. Thank you so much Adeel!

We’ve been working with this trucking company for container deliveries and they’ve been nothing but excellent. Always professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. They handle everything smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for reliable container transport, this is the team you want to work with. Highly recommended!
For the last year I've been here, this business uses the sidewalk as their own property. With the multi use bridge path to Elliott Park closed I have to take a different route to get to the bike path. When I left home and when I came back their truck was parked on the sidewalk, causing me to go into the road where everyone is driving 40+. Absolutely ridiculous! The sidewalk is the one place on the street for NO VEHICLES. Please stop this.
Great communication throughout the process with updates throughout the ETA. Super friendly and knowledgeable driver/service techs. Having a broken down car sucks, but it sure was nice having the guys from Easy Towing there to help me deal with it! Thank You!!!
I had such a positive experience with Easy Towing. The tow truck driver was incredibly kind and professional, making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and safe. Not only did he get my car securely to the destination, but he also made sure I was comfortable as a passenger along the way. He drove carefully and kept good conversation, which really put me at ease. I’m so grateful for the help and kindness—thank you for going above and beyond!
Art was so helpful and kind when I was really freaked out after my breaks gave out. He showed up in a timely manner, worked quickly to get the car hitched up, and it was comfortable to ride with him to the mechanics. Thank you Art! You truly were a lifesaver! Oh and the dispatch woman seemed very kind and was quite helpful as well.

Hanna is reminder to all women how bad ass we truly are. You need a tow? She'll be there quick and her professionalism and knowledge is top tier!
10/10 would reccomend Hannah if in West Seattle and surrounding area. Hannah was incredible getting my dead subaru from a very tight parking situation and to a mechanic in Kirkland. Great communication, fast responses, fast service. My neighbors are impressed and I have already reccomended Hannah to be a resource for them. Thank you Sunshine Towing!
I was hesitant to call, but Sunshine Towing proved to be the right choice. My car broke down in a tough spot, and they arrived fast, expertly navigating a tricky situation. The service was efficient and reassuring. Definitely 5 stars for their professionalism and care!

My 82 year old parents had driven in to north Seattle for a medical appointment, and when they came out their car wouldn't start. Hal came out to them in less thN half an hour, tried to jump it, realized it was a starter issue and tried a few tricks to get it working again but that didn't work. He towed the car to the garage they chose and was very kind and courteous to them.
Helped me out with moving my car to a really tight spot. He went above and beyond and got me out of a bad situation. Great tow company. 10/10

Unluckily had to tow my car several times by different companies for example Lang towing, ASAP towing, Am Pm towing, Lincoln towing and couple more don’t really remember their names since they all suck !!! However I’m so surprised the driver from ALL NIGHT TOWING very professional. Called me and said he was gonna be there in 1 hour however he showed up just in 25 minutes. Before he arrived 2 other companies couldn’t tow my car. But this professional driver made it happen. The car was towed and ready to roll just in 7 minutes. Thank you so much for your dedication to your work. Will strongly recommend ALL NIGHT TOWING, specially if you don’t want to waste 4 hours of your life just to get your car towed. ALL NIGHT TOWING will do it faster !!
Rapid response time. Owner is a delight. Waited for ASAP towing for 4 hours. Called All night towing instead and the driver/owner responded in 25 minutes! Gieco gotta ditch ASAP for these guys for sure.
Firstly I would like to thank you Zaidi. I don’t really have time to write reviews but I really had to do this. Couple companies showed up to tow my truck but they couldn’t do it. It was hard for them to figure out how to tow a truck with a broken wheel in a tight spot. One of them was ASAP towing and the other one I don’t remember. The third company that showed up was ALL NIGHT TOWING. This young gentleman whose name was ZAIDI was training a gentleman as well. ZAIDI was so professional with his work that he helped the trainee with his guidance and experience it turned out so well while loading it up and unloading. Couldn’t ask for much. Highly recommend this TOWING company. Ask for Zaidi !!!!
The professionalism and expertise of Zaidi was second to none! From the start he was timely and very communicative. With extreme clearance and space restrictions, Zaidi was able to remove my vehicle from a very restrictive underground parking garage.
Zaidi from All Night Towing turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond by dropping me off right at the rental car location instead of a distant parking lot. I highly recommend All Night Towing and would use them again without hesitation.

Helped us with vehicle broke down due to suspension parts. Very professional. My family’s new go to tow company
Quick and fast service
Nice and convenient
Original Review from early 2024: The first company to actually pick up among the many 24 hour companies I rang when my car broke down on the highway. Extremely fast, professional, and very reasonable prices. Not a scratch on my vehicle after it was dropped off. Thank you! Edit (Nov 2024): Well, I was hoping to not ever need towing services again, but unfortunately last weekend I required towing services when my car broke down near an off ramp in the pouring rain. Fortunately, I knew I could count on Legend Towing to help me out again and they delivered 5/5 service just as before. They came as fast as they could and are very knowledgeable about the roads/highways to make everything as smooth as possible. The operator was professional, efficient, and made sure everybody (humans and car) got home safe. Thanks again!
Exceptional service. Friendly and on time.Towed my scooter from downtown to Shoreline. I’d absolutely use them again.

Bill and Jacob were very friendly and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. Was a pleasure working with them
I would like to express my appreciation for Big Jim. He not only saved the day by towing our dead car in the nick of time to get it to a service station before the close of the day but, was also kind, easy going and funny (not to mention fast, efficient and skilled)! thanks Jim and Columbia Towing.
Great experience, twice in about a week. Both Erik and Bill were friendly and helpful and the company was good at communication. They made the whole trials of getting my old car into storage as painless as possible. Would recommend.
My guy Jacob is THE MAN, a lot of these tow guys don’t actually know as much as they should for their job title but Jacob was careful with my Audi, strategic with the way he lifted it and was very wise with his on the fly thinking. If you’re not requesting Jacob specifically I guess you don’t care about your car as much as you think you do.
So apparently if you have a vehicle stolen from you , you are forced to pay towing fees and storage fees to have it released back to you. That is the most disgusting and pathetic thing to punish a victim of a crime. Great job on being that pathetic.

I was able to schedule a tow. Jacob helped me realize I just needed a jump, so saved me the cost of the tow. Appreciated his advice and help taking care of my car.
Tesla service sent ABC towing to swap my destroyed tire late one night. RJ arrived, and noticed the jack pad was missing on my car. He could have stopped and brought in a flat bed tow to Tesla for an overnight visit, but instead spent 15-20 minutes to jury-rig a temp solution, was able to finally jack the car and get us back on the road. Above and beyond on a cold dark night! Thank you RJ, and thank you ABC!
Bryan(tow truck driver) did a great job, I was stuck with a broken lift gate that was stuck on the ground and he was creative enough to get the lift gate off the ground and towed to the repair shop. Bryan was very communicative and helpful.
Derek Haag from ABC towing was incredibly helpful tonight. I got a flat tire in my Tesla Model 3 on my drive home from work and was forced to stop 20 minutes from home. Tesla service contacted ABC Towing and Derek came to provide a loaner tire. He quickly changed the tire, explained the loaner program and I was on my way. Thank you!
I had to have a car towed from my property to an auto recycle location a couple of days ago. I was fortunate that I got to work with Brian from ABC Towing. The car had been sitting for awhile, and we had some trouble getting it into neutral. Brian was absolutely unflappable in getting the issue resolved and the car transferred to its destination. He made this a way more pleasant experience than I had expected. Truly appreciate his work! :)

friendly, and awesome service provided! highly recommend!
Excellent service. Reasonable charges.
I was assigned TMK through my insurance roadside assistance service. The insurance company’s initial estimate was 60-90 minutes. They kept changing the status of the driver saying 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 8 minutes, and so on. In every call the person who spoke was unpleasant and rude and would scream the ETA and hang up. 3 hours later I had my insurance cancel on them and book a different company. If they had just told me they would take 3 hours I would have planned my day accordingly instead of waiting for 3 hours and not doing anything else.
Great Service, friendly staff Best in the West
I love people who talk courteously and work efficiently, and then charge reasonably.

Why don't they offer negative Stars? This place surely deserves it! I parked in an area that did not have no parking signs and did not have any Towing signs which in the state of Washington is illegal to tow a vehicle without them and this company absolutely towed my vehicle in this situation! I took pictures and video and when confronting the people charging me nearly $500 to tow My Car 2 miles and then made me wait for more than 2 hours outside their business at 11:00 at night in a very ghetto sketchy part of town before they would release my car charging me extra for after hours release! I complained and said they were no Towing signs and they said no they're absolutely were and I said yes I have pictures and video and they had nothing to say and still charged me before they would release my car. Also I asked how they backed my car in or picked it up without damaging the bike rack on the back? He said because they use tires to lift up the car. But then when I checked my bike rack on the back it had gravel on both sides of it because they had pushed it into the hill and bent the bike rack leaving gravel up in the tray for the tires. I confronted the guy about this and he had nothing to say just that he's a worker and doesn't deal with these things. I took photos and video. I have contacted a lawyer about this action.
I had a great experience with this towing company , they are like family , you are allowed to ride with the driver if your in a desperate situation, they make you feel like your in good hands , Muhammad is a true professional and I would recommend my friends and closest family to use this company .
WOMEN BEWARE!! BE SURE YOU BRING A MAN WITH YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH LANG TOWING! My car was towed today, entirely my fault when I parked it in a tow away zone. When I got to the *first location* in Ballard to fill out paperwork, my boyfriend dropped me off and I went inside alone while he went to find a place to park. Meanwhile, the guy at the counter has me fill out paperwork…no problem. Then he takes my credit card and pushes it thru for 500 bucks (in order to release it from *another location 30 minutes away*) As soon as the card went thru, he asks me if I want another tow. I tell him no, I will be getting a ride to location #2 to pick up my car. He then tells me I cannot pick it up and will need to pay for ANOTHER TOW, because my car had a BROKEN SUSPENSION when the driver picked it up. He shows me a picture of my car with the wheels turned to the left (which is how I parked it due to being on a hill). I tell him, “no, that’s just the way it’s parked”. he starts to argue, saying again that his driver picked it up with a broken suspension. It is now conveniently *after hours* at 5 PM, so I will need to pay double for the second tow… At this point, my 6ft 2 tall boyfriend walks into the office. I tell him what’s going on- boyfriend calls 911 to get a police report made- at which time the counter guy tells me he imagined the whole thing and I can go pick up my car now…. It’s obvious they are trying to extort me for another tow, and he still hasn’t released my car for pick up…waiting on SPD now to file a report. BAD NEWS AT LANG TOWING.
Great company with excellent service! Cesar helped me transport my car to the mechanic shop. He was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my car. I didn’t have to wait very long even at 5:30am. Good conversation on the ride over and I felt like I was in good hands for the entire experience. Will definitely use this company again if I run into car troubles in the future.
A shout out to Adil at Lang Towing who was very kind and caring. I was stuck on the I5 heading towards Vancouver, BC. My engine overheated. He did a great job of towing my van to the best auto repair shop. Thanks very much!

Yaa
These guys are the best! Responded within minutes, super professional and kind. If I've got to get a tow... this is who I want to do it.
Someone drilled out my gas tank while I was at work. Anthony came and helped me tow it to the shop near by and called the city to help clean up the mess. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Anthony was professional and went above and beyond for me. Even after sitting through rush hour traffic to deliver my vehicle he was nothing but pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Hand down one of the best company’s out here in the PNW who treat you like your family to them. They respond quick and professionally and make sure you get safe to your destination. They provide services for lowered cars or any size needed car truck or even a shed or container they get the job done. Thanks for your great work
If you're a car person (you know you are), Nerd Towing has to be in your contacts. I've been using them for years, and i honestly can't say enough good things. Whether it's a daily driver or a weekend toy, you can trust that they'll treat your car with care. Yes, even if you're irrationally attached to your 'baby' (guilty). Lowered? Modded? No problem. These guys know what they're doing and have the right equipment and experience to handle it all without a scratch. It's rare to find a towing company that truly gets car enthusiasts, but Nerd Towing absolutely does. Highly recommended!
I have been using nerd towing since it opened and their service has been amazing! They always care for my vehicles and I’ve had them tow my trailer, never had an issue with anything always on time and always reasonable on prices. Tomy is a great guy who cares for your vehicle or anything he’s towing for you as well as makes sure your ok. I would use nerd over any other company.
If you need assistance without the shake down or extras, call on Nerd Towing. True professionalism and knowledge that ensures the job gets done. Best in WA hands down.
When you need your car truck boat rv or storage container moved call NERD. Their service is next level and not your typical towing business. They move everything not just your car or truck. NERD TOWING is the most multifaceted Towing businesses in the industry.

On Wednesday, October 15, my Mercedes was towed from my own apartment complex (Trailside) without any warning. While the situation itself was extremely frustrating, Big D Towing and the employee who helped me (I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me all the details I needed, and even sympathized with me about how unfair the tow was since it wasn’t my fault. Despite an awful and stressful situation, he treated me with patience and understanding. I really appreciated how respectful and compassionate he was, it made a bad experience much easier to deal with.
I had the best experience with these guys. You can tell that they really value the customer and are trustworthy. My car had been dead for a couple months, until Terry showed up and got my car up and running! He was wonderful! I highly recommend Big D Towing. If my car ever dies again, I know who to call :).
I had my Car towed by Big D Towing today and it was the best experience with a towing business I’ve ever experienced. They were kind, patient, and beyond helpful also not to mention really well priced especially for the work they did! Our driver BJ went above and beyond and gave us lots of really helpful advice on our car and even set us up with an auto shop that he trusts and is well priced. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to call them when I need a tow.
Big D towing arrived promptly to help us with an emergency situation. Great trustworthy business. Thanks!
Would like to just give a big thanks for the great service today. I couldn't get my car to start even after a jump. So I was already in a depressive mood thinking how much a tow was about to cost. Mark came through, checked out the situation and confidently said that he could jump it and get it going so that I didn't have to pay far more money with a tow. Sure enough, Mark was right! He successfully got it to jump with big ol'truck! I appreciate the honesty of this service and in general, Mark was a great guy to go through the situation with. If you're in a rut, don't hesitate to call up Big D Towing. I've been ripped off by many car towing services in the past and this place serves our community with honesty. Thanks again Mark!

SB was great this evening. He called a couple of times to check he had the right location while en route, was faster than my app showed he would be, and was very friendly. He got my car hooked up faster than I've ever seen and it was a very smooth overall experience despite the stress of me having just had my car break down.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. My insurance State Farm dispatched my towing request to them. During the call, they said they would be there in 25 min but it turned out to be 70 min. When arrived, they told me that they can’t tow my car from the parking garage because it needs more work comparing to towing a car on the street and the insurance company won’t pay for the extra labor costs. They tried to jump start the car but failed. I already had someone to try it the day before and that’s the reason I need a towing service. If they can’t tow a car from parking garage, they should decline the towing request so I can have someone else capable of doing the work to come. I made it clearly in my request to insurance company as well as the call with this towing company that my car is in a parking garage with clearance of 6ft 8in. I considered this to be unprofessionally rude.
The best service in half hour he came to my address and he become my car very friendly
Gurpreet was so kind and so skilled as a driver! He maneuvered the tow truck masterfully into a 7’ clearance area and made it look easy. He was so careful with my vehicle and we made it out of some very tight spaces without even the whisper of a close call. I’m am eternally grateful.
nothing cheap about the service at all was goin to charge me $175 before even knowing location of the car ,then $199 just to put in the garage parking is crazy .Never will i us them , had 3 better quotes before calling them, the name is the only reason I did .

Exceptional Towing Services - A Reliable Companion in Emergencies I cannot thank Sharokh with A Rose Towing enough for his exceptional and professional towing services. From the first moment of my car accident, the week impoundment in their lot, to the two subsequent towing services I required for my damaged vehicle, they were nothing short of amazing. Sharokh was always available, accommodating, and displayed a level of flexibility that truly stood out. His impressive expertise in handling towing operations was evident from the start. He had a firm command of the tow process, navigating difficult spots with ease to park the car securely. His skills, speed and precision were unparalleled, making a stressful situation so much more manageable. He was also supportive in going above and beyond by bringing a cinder block to prop my damaged vehicle at no additional cost, and with a smile! Overall, the experience with Sharokh at A Rose Towing was a testament to their commitment to providing excellent, reliable and professional service, with the client in mind. I highly recommend A Rose Towing to anyone in need of reliable and professional towing assistance.
The customer service from initial call to drop off was the easiest, quickest process I’ve ever had to do for my car. I called around 6:30 am for an urgent tow this morning due to a flat tire. The person who answered the phone was super efficient and calm, estimating time to be between 30 - 60min. Easy peasy. The man showed up earlier than expected, loaded my car and on the road in five minutes. He even offered to take me to my car’s destination (ironically to an appointment for new tires) and was so so patient and kind. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being nothing to worry about at all. Thank you so much to the folks at Rose Towing!
Fast and friendly service! Would 100% use them again if my car breaks down anywhere in the city in the future haha
Great assistance! I had a collision on the road and was extremely anxious about the next steps. These individuals provided me with much-needed support, and I am grateful for their help.
