Had a rental car go bad on us in the middle of nowhere. Big Jim's picked up a replacement for us and drove it 3 hours from Spokane to our location. This was in the middle of the night! Driver probably pulled an all-nighter. Kept us updated on the journey the whole time. They took our broken rental back too! Highly recommend these guys! They go above and beyond!

When my RV fell apart on the road, I was kind of a wreck myself. Your driver showed up and had an immediate calming effect. He got the trailer safe to move and got me safely to a repair facility quickly. Professionalism and kindness go a long way when someone is having a horrible day. I would give 270 stars ot of 5 if google let me.
These guys did a great job towing my semi and trailer. They showed u when they said they would and were in communication with me before that which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
Appreciate they showed up, 2 other companies bailed out. Very spendy, $600 over my quote total $3k to tow 60 miles and not to my address. I had to tow last 1/2 mile. Would have been worth it if my vintage 1954 trailer toilet tank had not broken. Unable to replace. I would ask in future if professionals are moving your valuables. They secure the load or offer insurance.
Awesome service blew an engine around 4am and they were there in 45 minutes and got it done quickly

Absolutely phenomenal service from Pro-Tech Automotive and Towing! My 2009 Tacoma decided to act up on me in Spokane Valley, and I was in a bit of a bind. He got my truck to the dealer with no trouble. He had a good rate for a Sunday! Wasn't there when he said he'd be but he was responsive when I called so, all good! Overall, very satisfied.

One man operation, he goes above and beyond to help you out when you need a tow. We were stuck 60 miles out of Spokane and he towed us in. Saturday afternoon and was 3 times cheaper than the other companies we tried we payed 200 dollars and the lowest other price we could find was 600! His prices are very low and reasonable! Tow truck driver picked up the car and transported it to my property adequately after I blew out my front passenger side car going over a pothole. Delivering it to my property was another story. He backed over and decimated sections of my neighbor's lawn when backing the car onto my driveway. After contacting a Devine's manager, my neighbor was told the driver quit the next day but Devine's was willing to pay to get the lawn fixed. A few days later, the manager reneged on the agreement and offered her $100 after she signed a detailed legal form. Now we are trying to fix this mess with $100 and little thanks to Devine's towing.
Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Showed up faster than time quoted. This made a big difference because it was 100° out. Fair pricing. I highly recommend and will use in the future.
We were stranded on the on ramp heading south from Spokane with a trailer carrying about 2 tons and a blown tire. Chuck showed up and swapped our tire out with one from his personal trailer (we agreed to return it of course) and aired the other low tire up before sending us on the way. Saved. Our. Asses. I called several places to try and get help changing my tire. All had 3+ hour waits, but finally I got in touch with Divine’s. Joshua was out in 45 minutes and was fantastic! Very reasonable price and great guy. Had me on my way in no time!

My nephews vehicle got impounded by this company today. Got to the shop at 320pm called and he kept hanging up... 3 different times and then had to wait around for someone to show up at 415pm. As soon as Rodney the driver got there all we got was yelled at by him and his wife which was with him. Horrible tow company. I would not recommend this tow company even with the $30 1/2 day storage fee waived for his attitude 😔

Car was towed at 11am...At 2pm when I contacted these folks about getting my car back... They wanted me to pay them $457 plus dollars. What a racket. I was parked on 2nd street by the Donna Hanson apartments for less than ten hours...and now I don't have a car anymore. Can't afford to get it out of impound. After they auction it off, I wonder how much they will charge me for "storage fees"?

Jimmy's Spokane Towing is exceptional. They do what they say they will do for you, and their prices are reasonable. We called them and they arrived within 15 minutes. Since we were blocking an emergency entrance for a hospital, it was important to have us moved out of the way immediately... they did this for us. I recommend them hands down to anybody. I’ve had 2 experience with B&B towing. The first time my insurance company sent Devan and he was great! Quick response time and got my car door open within 1 minute. The second time my insurance company sent me someone from a different company and they were unable to get my car door unlocked, so they left and I had to get back in touch with insurance to send someone else out. I remembered Devan and asked them to look up the company and they sent me Devan again and once again, he was fast and got my door opened within seconds! I wouldn’t go to any other towing company!

If I had the option of 0 stars I would pick that. My car was broke down and was told they would tow it to Hayden to get fixed. Went to auto shop this morning with my car not there. Told they went to wrong place ( no call to me that they couldn't find my car) and never went to pick up my vehicle. No answer no call. STAY AWAY GROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
Very good service ! Had to repo my truck from a lady that was not trying to pay the rest of her payments on my new truck . I called pacific towing and he was on it told me he would be at her house to get my truck in 45 minute’s and he was their on time. Very friendly and good service. Also it was half price and after hour’s !

My roadside assistance service used Pacific for my tow. I did a quick Google review search to see what to expect. What I found is that you need to also read to company's response. Always two sides to every story. Here is my experience. As soon as I got the message who my provider was I called Pacific. Rosa answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She told me that it would be two hours, because there were two customers ahead of me. I was called by Rich when he arrived. Went to meet him and that's when things got crazy. I couldn't find the keys. OMG, I couldn't believe it. After 20 minutes of looking I told Rich to get going. He said that if I found the keys he would come back. So understanding of him. After much running like a chicken with my head cut off, my wife finally found the keys after 2 1/2 hours of searching. Called Rosa and Rich and they were great. Rich showed up at 8pm, we got it loaded, and he delivered it to the dealership. Anyway. Great communications. They were very understanding and flexible with my issues. I'll use them in the future. BTW, they also do lock-out service.
Wasted 7 hours of my day waiting for tow truck that never showed up! Lady that answers the phone, lied to may several times about how they were on their way several times throughout the 7hr wait. Never called me or texted about being late or any updates whatsoever!

Rude! They have a pickup and a car trailer. I don't understand why they are even listed as a legit "towing/wrecker" company. Do yourself a favor and hire only a true towing company not some "guy" that has a "car" trailer and a pickup.
Horrible service!!! Talked to the guy, he said he was about an hour out and then an hour and a half later I find out he cancelled and wasn't coming. Very bad way to run a business. Untrustworthy!! Luckily my car is just at my house and I was not stranded on the side of the road. Definitely call someone else if you're looking for to get towed!!

Repo companies that trick disabled veterans who are struggling to make ends meet are the worst kind of people. Tricking me into coming out to meet them and close a deal on a piece of custom jewelry, not showing up blaming a sick kid, then likely following me home and taking my only means of transportation to my new job at a middle school is just dirty. Two days later when we went to pick it up, they told us it’d be in Nixa, but instead they decided to take it to some hollow in Spokane down dirt and gravel roads that no *car* should ever go down, to a storage lot with an RV for an office and a run-down shed that reeked of burnt plastic and garbage. Best in the business? Hardly. Taking out a child in a wrecker to do repossessions while living in a trashed RV in the woods while lying to people like myself who fall on hard times due to inflation, a move, and a job change, just shows how fly-by-night this business is.

Where do I even begin? This so-called “24-hour” business can’t even answer a phone, let alone operate with any real accountability. I called—repeatedly—and only after spamming their number did I get a half-hearted answer. I left a clear, slow, detailed voicemail. No one ever called me back. But poor communication is the least of their offenses. What this company is doing is far more dangerous: they operate with the arrogance of a rogue law enforcement agency, but with none of the accountability, oversight, or respect for constitutional law.
