I was visiting from Seattle with my family for a funeral when my car decided to seize up in the middle of a busy street. I quickly looked at the online reviews and called Big Jim’s. They were easy to work with, professional, courteous, and prompt! The technician who towed my car was great! He was very pleasant and excellent at his job. We had an incident with Big Jim’s towing one of our cars was damaged and our shop door was damaged. He immediately took care of it. We didn’t have to wait on insurance and he was professional and kind courteous about it. He understood our situation and what we wanted to have taken care of and he took care of it I really appreciated it. It didn’t make it too much of a hassle and we’re all happy with getting stuff done so it was pretty cool.

Jerry was very kind and helpful. I got a flat tire on my car and Jerry not only did his towing job but he even looked at the wheels on my car. We found out we had to replace the wheels due to Jerry taking the time to inspect the wheel. He noticed that the car was in fact holding in some air, so he stuck some air in the wheel and was kind enough to escort us to Les Schwab tire centre. He emphasized that if we felt like we were losing air in the tire to please immediately pull over and he would be there on the scene. Once arriving to Les Schwab, Jerry proceeded to show us how to fill out the paper work and was very thorough in explanations on what to send to our insurance company and how this all worked, as it was in fact our first time having a flat tire on this specific car. I went inside of Les Schwab to get a quote on some tires, but I am ignorant to information on cars. I got 3 options for tires and brought the paper out to my husband so we could make a decision. Jerry politely asked to see our options and suggested option number 2 out of 3. He also suggested that we add Siping to the wheels, and even took time out of his day to thoroughly explain what Siping is and why it’s important to have on the wheels of your car. Shortly after finishing all of the paperwork, Jerry wished us well, and you could see that he meant it. He emphasized it. I explained how I have had such bad luck with cars in 2020, and he said he hopes my luck gets better. My husband and I headed to the inside of Les Schwab, full of confidence in telling the employees our decision on the wheels to get for our car and how we wanted to add siping. I turned to wave goodbye at Jerry as he drove away, my only regret was that he did not see my wave. Thank you, Jerry. Jerry is who every man aspires to be. Be like Jerry.
Great service and friendly people. I called to get my 66 Plymouth Sports Fury towed from storage to my house. The dispatch lady was very kind and polite, ensured me she would send out a flatbed and that the wait time would be about an hour. A short time later the Driver called me warning me he may be over an hour because he was just getting back from lunch. The driver ended up showing up in about 30 minutes, I believe his name was Ryan. He help my move my Fury out of the garage, loaded it with car and when it came to dropping it off was even able to back into my driveway off a narrow street and pull out in one go. Would recommend them to anyone with confidence.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Pro-Tech Automotive and Towing! My 2009 Tacoma decided to act up on me in Spokane Valley, and I was in a bit of a bind. I called Pro-Tech, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. The tow truck arrived much quicker than I expected, and the driver was super professional and careful with my truck. They got it loaded up safely and towed it back to their shop without a hitch. Throughout the whole process, everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care. My family and I basically got robbed $555 from Pro-Tech. For 1 hour and 20 minutes (starting from the time a property manager made the phone call to Pro-Tech), Pro-Tech charged us $555 for their tow. Now, we can’t visit home for the holidays, because Pro-Tech basically robbed $555 from us. The worst part was watching my son standing out cold in the rain at night that whole time, waiting for our vehicle to return.
Pro Tech team members were kind and also funny, but most importantly very helpful. They helped me out when the police found my car after it was stolen, and Pro Tech gave me a good deal for their services as well as a little trick from the driver to get my car running enough to get it to a shop. Good people. Highly recommend them.

I called the same morning I needed a tow. The young man was kind and professional and knew what he was doing. He charged me half what other companies were wanting and was efficient and patient with me when I wasn't able to meet him at my vehicle at the original planned time. He came to my car a second time and only charged me ten dollars more than the original quote, even though he had to come twice. I would recommend this company and will use them again should I need tow services again. Really great people.
Very pleasant experience for something that is never a pleasant experience. Luke showed up when he said he would and charged me exactly what he quoted. My car wasn’t in the easiest of spots to access, but he was quick, skilled, and friendly. I’ll definitely call him again if I ever need a tow (no offense, but hopefuly I won’t).

Came out at midnight after a 1 star company hit Sent by my insurance company first. I can't tell you how happy I was to know after 3 hours I had Divines there to get my vehicle. Tyler from Divine's Towing was very kind and helpful to my wife when her car died and needed service. He diagnosed the problem was with the battery and got it jump started. Then he went out of his way to escort her to the nearest auto parts store for a new battery, making sure he was right behind her in case there were any problems along the way. Once there, Tyler patiently stayed with the running car while she went inside to buy the battery. She said he was truly a Godsend and highly recommends Divine's Towing. Thank you, Tyler! My daughter sold her car to a lady who lives in Washington. My daughter lives in Idaho, and the car was sold in Idaho, and she has a bill of sale and a signed release of liability form. The lady who bought my daughter’s car never registered the car in her name and for some unexplained reason had “her” car impounded. Now Divines Towing has been harassing my daughter to pay the impound fee or the difference that will be owed if it goes to auction! My daughter has tried calling and explaining the situation to the obviously incompetent receptionist and she has no idea what she is talking about. She actually sighted a “RCW” code trying to prove her point. “RCW” = revised code of Washington!!! The car was from Idaho!!! I contacted my attorney and he said that my daughter did everything correct and filed everything required by Idaho department of licensing. Divines should be going after the lady who bought my daughter’s car. And either the police or the Washington department of licensing should find this lady and fine her for not registering her car! I’m pretty sure that is a law in Washington! It would be in Divines best interest to quit harassing my daughter!
Joe and taylor and the mechanic were amazing -car was impounded and had lost my job and received an eviction notice and my final paycheck was less than what I owed and due to getting evicted, My only option was to move to California, and they severely understood and worked with me and made it to where I was able to get my car out of impound - great people , and very kind , if i was staying in town i definitely wouldve came and worked for Joe

Had a pleasure to work with Nick. Helped us to get one of our trucks out from the ditch, used 2 tow trucks , no damages on our equipment or load. (it was a Flat Bed trailer) , they drove all the way in North Idaho for that, other towing companies gave us much higher estimates and longer ETA's. Thanks again for your hard work our there helping us fixing the problems.
Good rates. Friendly staff. Just make sure the person you talk to records the quote they gave you. Even though i had to pay $10 more than originally quoted it was still cheaper than everywhere else i called. Driver got my car to my house quickly and was very friendly.
Blaine was amazing! He was fast to respond to our call and very friendly, knowledgeable. When he came to tow our 40ft motorhome he even drove it down our driveway for me since my husband was at work and I do not know how to drive the beast myself. He was very professional and such a nice person. He even took the care to put the drive shaft in a plastic bag with a tag on it and placed it on the entry steps as a reminder to whomever is going to be doing the repairs that the drive shaft (or line, I'm not sure what it's called) has been removed. I was on my way from the Tri-Cities Washington to a repair shop in West Spokane (^140 miles) . I made the entire trip with out issue until I was 10 miles away. I only had a couple hours till the shop closed, and I had a broken throttle cable. I called AAA, , and they sent Evergreen Towing to assist. Alex was amazing. He was on a previous call when he was assigned to my case, and he went the extra mile in order to ensure he was able to not only pick me up, but to deliver my vehicle to the repair shop prior to their closing. He was extremely careful with my customized 1974 Volkswagen Beetle convertible, including padding the rim straps to avoid any scratches. The style of flatbed that he uses is articulated, which assists with a lowered vehicle. I would highly recommend Evergreen Towing for any tow, but especially those needing extra expertise, such as an exotic or a lowered vehicle. Extremely great customer service. Highly recommended.
Zero stars if I could. I was blindsided by Douglass property and Evergreen towing, As one of the workers at the plaza that got their car towed and forked up $500+ dollars that day to go to work that I've been parking for 2 years in a vacant lot with no warning or accommodation to drop my car or any notice that I was not authorized to park there anymore. All of the employees of this plaza including the customers have always parked in this lot. It's one this to tow vehicles for sale. It's another to start towing people hard working people and customers. I personally was only in my shift for 2 hours before I herd my car was being towed. On top of all that, they went out of their way to hire a security team to ensure no one parks there anymore. Even better they didn't have the proper signage for this lot, I do have proof as of previous one sign was posted v.s. now multiple has been posted for every entrance. I would like to personally dispute this if you would provide further contact information.

AAA set up my RV to be towed 29 miles total from dispatch by this company. There was to be an additional charge over the approved $500 by AAA I agreed (half heartedly) to pay. I was told by AAA they were dispatching the tow and I would pay the company the difference (approx $111). When I was contacted by this company via text they demanded the difference upfront over email. I questioned their tactic and asked for clarification to which they canceled my tow without further information. I now still need a tow but I do not recommend this company after the way they treated me. I did know who text me and felt strange about the demand for upfront payment without any service done. I would have gladly paid had they shown up and done the job they were hired to do. I never pay anyone online I don’t know and I did ask for clarification. I received no service and I will require none from them in the future for leaving my broken vehicle on the side of the road.

Jimmy's Spokane Towing is exceptional. They do what they say they will do for you, and their prices are reasonable. We called them and they arrived within 15 minutes. Since we were blocking an emergency entrance for a hospital, it was important to have us moved out of the way immediately... they did this for us. I recommend them hands down to anybody. Their charges are reasonable and needless to say, I am so proud of the driver we had - Brad. He was calm, professional, organized and efficient. Thank you all so much. Had a great experience with Inland towing. They were helpful, honest, punctual and professional. They allowed me to make an appointment quite a ways in advance (a couple other companies I checked with wouldn’t), quoted me an exact price that didn’t change and showed up on time while being very friendly and professional.
They were best towing company I have seen in this area

LastI week, I witnessed a tow truck with this company name and number speeding and driving EXTREMELY recklessly on the highway. The driver appeared to be texting or otherwise distracted and was swerving in and out of his lane, at one point narrowly missing my vehicle (my 2 young children were also in the car!). Quite terrifying. I attempted to contact the company with these concerns. No one answered the phone so I left a message. Never heard back. Nice! Had I not been driving, I would have written down the license plate and reported this truck to Crime Check. While I cannot speak to Inland Towing's roadside services, I would absolutely recommend against a company with such a blatant disregard for the safety of others on the road.
The driver was so conscientious of our vehicle, and our surroundings, we had a tricky spot to get the car out of, and wow, the care to not damage our car was so appreciated!!! I highly recommend Inland Towing, communicative, fast, efficient and thoughtful!!! Thank you for your help today!

My husband called and pre-scheduled an appt to pick up a car at 3:30p on a Tuesday (having to take off work early to get there). We both understood that someone rear ended the tow truck and the need to wait for an officer had to happen, but the lack of communication and no responses is truly upsetting. After he and I have both left messages at 7 and 7:30p the car still has not been picked up and no one has returned our calls.
Waited 4 hours, called insurance and they contacted Pacific recovery/towing again, it's been another 3 hours, company phone has message machine, no one answers, or returns calls. Worst service ever. Arranged for different tow company.
Highly recommend this company especially Rick he made a bad day a better one. Had me off the road in less than a half hour from the time my wheel and axle fell off in the middle of the road. Thank you again you have my business for life.
CASH only. They were understanding when they found out we missed that memo. They also gave me a free tire and put it on for me. They drove me to their house late at night, which sketched me out a bit but they were really nice in the end. Little miscommunication here and there, but overall, did a great job.
We were so pleased with the services Rich from Pacific Towing provided us during a stressful time. He hauled two classic cars for us as well as a travel trailer. He definitely went the extra mile and we really appreciate it! Their pricing is also very affordable compared to other companies another bonus! highly recommend

These folks are amazing! Dave, and his wife, came to my daughter’s rescue, on a holiday, when I couldn’t even find a locksmith. Towed her car home in a matter of minutes. Then proceeded to back the car into the garage! Which is a miracle, being as the garage is located on an incline, off a busy street. Caring, friendly, skilled, and professional. Thank you so much Dave!
I've had Mr. Miller tow several of my cars and trucks, and also for my family, freinds and acquaintances. His prices are very fair, he's prompt and very professional. And I will continue to recommend his services to anyone that needs them.

Rude! They have a pickup and a car trailer. I don't understand why they are even listed as a legit "towing/wrecker" company. Do yourself a favor and hire only a true towing company not some "guy" that has a "car" trailer and a pickup.
My experience was awesome, extremely fast service for 10:30 pm on a Thursday. Mahalo nui Lao
