I had a great experience with Midtown Towing! They arrived quickly, were professional, and handled my vehicle with care. The driver was friendly and helpful, and even took the time to explain everything to me. It’s never fun to need a tow, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Midtown Towing if you’re ever in a bind!

“I had a great experience with this tow service! They arrived quickly, handled my car with care, and the driver was professional and friendly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast and reliable roadside assistance.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast, professional, and reliable! Midtown Tow LLC came through when I needed them most. The driver was courteous, arrived on time, and handled everything with care. Great communication and affordable pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tow services in the area. Definitely my go-to from now on!
🌟 **100/100 Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Service!** 🌟 I can’t say enough great things about this tow company! From the moment I called, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly courteous. Within minutes, I had a clear ETA, and they actually arrived *earlier* than expected — which was a lifesaver during a really stressful situation. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with extreme care. They explained everything clearly and even offered tips for next steps once we got to the shop. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, safety, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. This experience turned what could’ve been a disaster into a smooth, stress-free rescue. If I could give more than 100 stars, I would. Don’t waste time with anyone else — this is *the* tow company you want on your side! Highly recommend.

Super flexible and easy to work with! They helped with a forklift. The whole thing took about 90 minutes and they were competitively priced. Bubba, the gentleman driving the truck, was a ninja with the tow truck and all-around awesome to work with. Appreciated the company while we waited for the forklift. I'd definitely recommend them!
My husband suffered a stroke this morning while he was driving out on 410. A passerby saw that he was struggling and called for help. After the police had my husband's truck towed we ran into the issue of getting his truck out of impound. Because my husband suffered a deep brain bleed he won't be driving anytime soon., therefore we thought we wouldn't be able to get his truck out if tow. Thanks to Tommy making himself available and coming to my husband's hospital room we were able to get a notarized statement releasing the truck to my son. Tommy was gentle and patient with my husband and we are so thankful for his help! So in short, we had 2 angels intervene today, the passer by and Tommy from nerd towing (Tommy is also a notary and we are so thankful for him). Anyone who reads this, please take care and let the ones you love know what they mean to you!
I was in a minor accident but needed Nerd Towing to bring my car from there to the shop and then to home. The lady on the phone walked me through the pricing and was even able to give me a few dollars off. I'm glad I called them.
Jared was exceptionally fantastic! He loaded and unloaded our non running 89 Suburban with ease! He is super friendly and hard working. I have used this company before and I was as equally impressed. Can't beat the prices either. I work for a collision center and I will be passing out his business card from now on.
Tony was professional and super responsive and had my car towed with care, efficiency and got it done when said get it done! Had called other towing companies but were unable to do the job due to dead electric car — thankfully got referred to Nerd from our vehicle service center and so pleased as took care of it no problem! Thank you!

Super long story short, quite a while back, I had a car towed into Honda. They were supposed to evaluate the car because it had been in an accident, and we needed to address damage for insurance purposes. I had an appointment with South Tacoma Honda, and even told them when the tow truck driver(I think Gabriel) had picked up my car, and left to bring it to them. Well five days later, I get a call from Honda. I assumed they were just really busy and hadn't gotten to it yet (I had a rental so I was trying to be patient/ didn't care), anyway, they called five days later to tell me that they didn't even realize my car had been dropped off, they had no idea why it were there, and had the rental car agency not called them to check in on everything, they STILL wouldn't have known my car was there! As well as having no idea who's car it even was, although I left them with my plate number and discription of the car, a long with why I had wanted to bring it in, ect, and the tow truck driver did as well. Long story short again, they blamed the tow truck driver, they said he snuck into the building, dropped my car off, dropped the keys in the drop box with no info whatsoever, and said he brought the car in after having it for an entire day, blah blah blah.... So I was pretty pissed, called this poor tow truck driver and kind of chewed him out, he then explained his side, and was shocked that they lied about all of this, on top of blaming him, but he was able to give me the exact description of the lady he dropped my keys off with, and stated that he gave her all of the info he was supposed to, and after some investigation I found out that he was telling me the truth, and Honda was the negligent party. Thankfully everything ended up getting resolved, but the driver of this company (and possibly the owner?),was nothing but helpful, honest and amazing. I just realized I never left a review, and I did complain to my insurance company before hearing from him, and I told him to make up for that i would leave a detailed review explaining what had really happened, and how far out of his way he went to help me figure everything out! These guys are legit and I would absolutely recommend this company, and super appreciate them!!
Had to tow my daughter's car today in Tacoma after another tow company couldn't come. AD picked up the job, arrived pretty quickly, driver was friendly and handled our car with care. Would use again.
When I had called, they immediately gave me a great quote. After we scheduled a time the guy that was helping was early and made the whole process super easy and simple. I highly recommend using AD towing if you want a easy fast and cheap tow.
DO NOT RECOMMEND Hidden fees. Truck was never towed to destination but still charged full price. Called to request refund for services not being received. Employee was very rude asking why I would want a refund since they connected the truck but did not tow it. First tow truck company to charge without towing the vehicle out of the parking lot. *UPDATE A manager called asking about this review & how to help, I requested the refund again for services not received & was told I would not get a refund. Not sure how much longer they will be in business
Absolute hero. Tonight Sat. June 21st I didn’t catch his name, but in the 7/11 parking lot off 74th/Custer Rd. and Bridgeport, he absolutely saved my night by randomly helping me out with a jump. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, any day. Super nice guy, must have been either his company or a guy that’s just on call. But if your reading this right now, you’re a hero man and I greatly appreciate you doing that for me. Btw I didn’t even ask him, he came up to me and offered help. That is what this world is lacking now a days, simply one human seeing another human in need of a simple helping hand. Which he did just that. Thank you to whoever you were! 🤝🏼🤝🏼🙏🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Gabe helped us out big time by coming out at midnight to lift a trailer that sank through the asphalt. Highly recommend. Prompt and professional service.
Gene's saved me from a AAA disaster and was there in less than 45 minutes. The driver (forgot his name unfortunately) was super nice, helpful and the bright spot in an otherwise crappy day. I'll recommend Gene's to anyone.
Sold my car to a junk yard. Gene’s Towing was contracted to pick it up. Dealing with Gene’s Towing, staff and driver was easy as they are friendly and very professional.
Got towed yesterday by Nacho, super chill guy and he made it a quick and simple process. Great guy deserves a raise for sure. If I ever need a tow in the future I will definitely pick Gene’s Towing and ask for my guy Nacho.
Service was great come in 15 minutes after my call and the driver (Chris) is friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this towing company to anyone.

Joey was my tow truck driver He was right on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous and handled my car with care. I would highly recommend Joey from Liberty towing to help you with your towing needs. He also communicated with me after he dropped my car off at the repair shop.
UPDATE, they are refunding the $165 after hours fee. 🙏 Ours car was impounded in Fircrest and towed to their yard in Fife about 7 miles. It was there from 11pm til we arrived at 4:45pm the following day , so 18 hours they had the car. We called at 4pm and was quoted $660. So high. Then no one answered the bell or knocks, so at 5pm we called the number and they said it was 5:01 pm and now after hours, the charge now is $828.84! Not even 24 hours in their custody and they were the ones that weren't answering the door before 5pm. There is no instructions on the trailer door so how were we to know that ringing the bell and knocking wasn't the thing to do ?! So disappointed in this business! And they would give us an itemized receipt either! 🤑🥵
I spoke with Jackie over the phone and she was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service was a relief compared to a few other places I called. First impressions are important and I’ll be glad to give this company my business.
I wish I could give more stars than just 5. Where do I start it was good customer service. Communication was great. Customer was really good they way they handled my situation was mind blowing I was in an accident t boned and spun into a ditch. Chris the driver winched me out and towed us home safe sound thank you for service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
During a recent Monsoon rain storm I had to change camping sites. I pulled into my new site in my F 350 with my 36 ft 5th wheel attached only I did not see the "edge" of the site through the leaves, water, & rain. My truck went up on a large log and slipped over the slope, my passenger wheel was up against another log and my front passenger tire had a large log on the inside of it. My truck was on a slant and my 5th wheel attached and to make mattters worse a huge tree was 5 ft in front of me! I called my roadside assistance company (FMCA roadside) and after 3 companies wanting to charge thousands of dollars to pull me out-- Liberty towing accepted the job! Stephen Chudy from Liberty came out and what a wonderful man, he was able to pull my truck free with his winch. He was very understanding, professional, and helpful! Once the truck was free I was worried about the 5th wheel and towing, etc. He assisted me with how I would be able to pull out of the spot without having any trouble and explained to me exactly how to do it. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them!

Fast and reliable!!! Very respectable people. I won’t hesitate to call atm towing ever!
I broke down off the freeway yesterday was very nervous about calling a tow as I have never done before. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was very friendly understanding and let us sit in his truck while he loaded up mine onto the tow truck. He made us feel comfortable and welcome on the ride home. He was very Nice and made us feel comfortable. He did a perfect job barking at where I wanted it. They are now in my phone as my tow company. Great job. Great service great representative. Thank you.
Super quick AAA told us 2 hours when we were on a main road truck dead! Hector was there in less then 10 minutes awesome service
Hector came out to us so quickly after being called. He was friendly and the price was very reasonable for the short 1 mile tow. So happy with our experience. I would highly recommend hector and ATM towing.
Everything went smooth and did an amazing job. Really cheap and fast. Would recommend!

It says specifically that they can tow an RV. When I called the guy said they don't do that kind of thing? Might want to update your business description then because it's misleading.
Great guys! Fast and freindly. I use these guys as much as I can. They always do their best to show up on schedule and stay in budget.
Down to earth staff willing to do what it takes to get the job do safely.
Kyle! What a life saver you are. Thank you so much for your help and your awesome attitude! Prompt & excellent service! Highly recommend JBT.

Ready Set Tow has helped hundreds of customers of ours. They are always ready to rescue a customer regardless of the day or time. Appreciate all the help over the years!
These guys are fantastic. On time the hookup was fast and the wait time was minimum Ready set go is exactly what they are.
My car broke down on the highway during a heat wave, and Ready Set Tow rescued me! Doyle was so great… he made sure I was safe, and worked quickly and efficiently. My insurance originally dispatched a tow truck that was going to take 1.5 to 2 hours, but these guys only took like 35 minutes to get to me, despite a huge crash on the highway and bad traffic. I was grateful for Doyle’s speediness and friendliness, especially given the heat that day. Thank you!
I didn't contact them directly, I went through towtruckservicenearme.info and they sent Ready Set Tow my way. I never caught the name of the driver, but he was fantastic! He cared about the car as if it were his own! I needed my car towed to a buddy's house to do some clutch work. My car is low so he needed some help to make it easier, which was perfect because I wanted to be involved anyways. Took some creative use of some wood blocks to get it on without scraping. On the offload my buddy said, "He was perfect getting it off!" Best part, the price for the tow was like half of what I was expecting. This was my first experience having a car towed and I'm glad it was a positive one!
Stephanie and Taylor are fabulous. They provide great customer service and were a pleasure to work with. Good customer service is hard to come by so I really appreciate it when I get it, especially when I’m already stressed out because my car is broken down. Many thanks to Stephanie and Taylor.

The tow truck driver Cat was on time professional and went above and beyond. She even was willing to park my wifes car in our car port that was difficult to get access to due to a back ally. If her manager sees this you have a diamond as an employee.
Excellent service from start to finish. Respectful of my vehicle and patient with every step through delivery at the designated location. Thank you.
Don't use or trust this company, Money greedy my house is 3 blocks away from them they towed my vehicle in front of my house took 5 days before i got the notification and got charge $2,000, stay away from them if you don't want to get rip off
I am very impressed with the service by Burns Towing. This was our first experience with them. They made the whole process go smoothly. Sharon was so helpful when we called. Josh gave excellent service in the yard. He helped to get the car started and even showed us why it kept dying. Garrett, in the office, worked with us to understand our options and was accommodating with our wacky schedules. Kudos to everyone here. I wil definitely be calling this company for any future towing needs.
Cat help me a lot getting suff out my car thank you cat
