Seldom do I comment, but Stewart deserves it. I have an Audi R8 with about 3” of ground clearance - it’s a challenging car to tow. Stewart brought boards to prevent damaging the bumpers, dealt with a rude Audi dealership at pickup, and knew exactly what to do to ensure a damage-free tow for my favorite supercar. Thanks Stewart! I will request you for all future tows.

I just wanted to say that this towing company was not only on time within just a few minutes of calling, but the service was impeccable. I highly suggest you use this company for any towing or roadside assistance or lockouts.
These guys were great. They showed up quickly and the guy was very friendly. Prices are reasonable compared to some other places I called. I also feel like he took special care when towing my car. Thank you guys!
Listen…I’m a car geek, husband a mechanic blah blah. Well today happened. I was driving and the weld, where the main cap is for the radiator-there is a hose that connects, any way that weld broke. Leaving me with no way to add fluid but needing a tow. I called these guys. The phone was answered right away. I gave a quick “I need a truck and how much.” I was literally on the phone only 4 minutes. The total time from call to end of run was literally only an hr. I was in an emergent situation, and these guys rocked out for me. THANK YOU.

Very rude confronted company of damages to my semi an they played stupid never did they inform me about damages that happened Monday seen the damages Thursday. They offered 100$ an remove review I told them 200$ watch the review go bye bye they said no so it stays. Also going to report them to the BBB

As a municipal customer I cannot say who I work for but.. we had a fire engine that was going to another vendor for a problem that was dealer specific. The truck died on me between vendors and I had to call for a hook. I believe Aaron was the operator, sorry if I am wrong. He was awesome and got the truck to Michigan Cat.

Bottom of the barrel company don't waste your time. My vehicle was in a accident. They withheld my truck from a wrecker service that had their liability paperwork in order to scrap up another day of storage. The reason they have allot of things for sell is because they " legally" stole it from the public. I'm an experienced wrecker driver and they do NOT have a good reputation in the Towing community. Will be filing a complaint with the city of Warren about their contract. Further more "first thing in the morning" turned into after 3:30pm the next business day. Which I'm sure is another day of storage. Unbelievable. Thanks Neuners... Oh and thank you Bob great customer service talking trash to my driver. The accident was on 12 mile between Hoover and Van Dyke to eventually get it over the collision shop they charged $765.00 and even after driving it up their deck to tow it cut my power cables. "That's protocol for the fire department to do." I'm sure.
This company blatantly lied to me and withheld my vehicle from me for over a week costing us hundreds of dollars in storage fees. We went up there the day after it was impounded to take care of it and they lied and told us the title and documents were not in the vehicle.. when they were in the glove box precisely where we advised them to look. Trashy staff and rude “customer service” - what a joke of a ‘company’…
If I could give 0 stars I would. Male employee was rude, had no basic customer service skills. Hope you never deal with them.
When you call they tell you on the phone getting access to your car is easy, when you show up it's a different story and there are so many hoops to jump through. Guy that runs the front desk has an attitude as well. Glad using this place wasn't by choice. Hope I never have to return here.
Bill's Tow Yard....I wish I could give a 0 because that's what they deserve and that's being kind.This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, not to mention the customer service is deplorable. My car was towed to this place after an accident, at no fault of mine and when I went to retrieve my car, it was nothing but a complete hassle. The staff barely wants to acknowledge you and they make you wait forever. I had a tow truck pick my car up, 1st I was told there would be an additional $45 fee for them to pull my car to the gate because I wasn't using their people, then when the tow truck finally arrived I was told he wasn't authorized to enter the tow yard because that company wasn't approved. The man suggested I use their company for an additional $145 or have AAA dispatch one of their (Neuners) trucks, so I did just to get it over with. Absolute complete horrible experience to say the least. After 2 visits and sitting there for hours trying to get an "authorized company" to tow my car, I finally got my car.

I will tell you that I was so frustrated with Warren Police for their ridiculousness. This company made things a little easier for me. Though having to get my car was an inconvenience, they were empathetic and worked with me. I know that they were just doing their job and I appreciate them for being helpful and not being Douche bags like Warren Police a**holes
