It was a holiday weekend and I was worried if I was going to be able to find a towing company that was open. Adam Express answered my call, picked up my car and towed it to my auto body shop. They were quick and made the process very easy for me, and had reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them.

I was able to call in and schedule a time to get vehicle towed up to a shop. They fit me in on 1 days notice and towed my vehicle with no issues! He even made sure not the break my front lip! Very fair pricing as well! I will be recommending my family to him as well.

I'd like to say THANK YOU to Justin with NS Towing! He was personable, incredibly efficient (this man loaded up my suv with a flat tire in a few minutes onto the flat bed). The drop off was just as fast too. He unhooked the suv at the drop off location quickly too. My pickup/drop off locations were pretty far apart but the pricing was fair. So thank you Justin! You made the tow experience painless as possible.

So rude and unprofessional. Tried to book a job with them on 09/03 but he wouldn’t listen to instead just talked over me and then abruptly hung up. Stupid thing is he hung up on me when I was asking if he’d wait for me to conference call my boss to pay for the tow. I don’t understand how you can have a business that requires you to be pleasant because people are paying you for a service but rather you’re impatient and rude. But I came out on top in the end because we didn’t end up paying for their shitty customer service.

Brought my truck in to get looked at. These guys charged me $200 (2 hours labor) then refused to fix my truck. So basically just got me for a couple hundred dollars. Doubt it took more than an hour to diagnose. I need to think of a racket where I just take people's money.

Called last night and the guy told me $260 to tow my car. Company is literally 1.5 miles from my house and i needed a tow to the auto mall, which might be a mole away at best. Told him no thanks. Called back this morning to try again and see if the price would be different because it wasnt late at night. Lady told me they only do towing for police and something else. I guess its not worth their time to do a quick and short tow job. Smh.

The Rudest, nastiest, unprofessional staff I have ever delt with. What happens when you give authority to a would be lesser person in society, TYRANT. The staff is very rude from the very first step into the office. They are not there to help. I don’t understand how owners let some people control their business knowing how they treat their customers. Not only is it bad service but I would have to say poor ownership to allow your employees to treat public customers the way they do. They definitely need to be recorded and broadcasted for the world to see. Accountability of your employees needs to start somewhere. If you have to do business in this office, be prepared for a very untrained, unprofessional, tyrannical staff. Good Luck.

If I could give this company a 10 star ⭐️ I would do so. I would like to first start off by saying thank you so much Jorge for your great and wonderful customer service. This is the fastest towing I have ever had. I called to have my vehicle towed and I just knew it would take about an hour or so for the tow truck to arrive. This company had someone there at my location within 20 minutes. Not only was the tow company quick and efficient, but Jorge waited on me to arrive at the location. I was riding my bike 🚲 and if you live in Vegas we all know how hot it’s been, so my arrival time was thrown off. Jorge patiently waited on me to arrive. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Just know when you call for towing be close by because their response time is quick. This is a very reliable company. Thank you again so much for your wonderful service

This company is harassing my neighbors by placing warning tags on their cars which are parked legally. I called and got hung up on. Left a message for some assistant. Turns out this is a scam people like this run with HOAs. The HOA allows it and gets kickbacks for each tow. Traverse Point condo residents are now on high alert recording these people and are preparing to report them to the BBB and the police for harassment and illegal towing. If you see their truck, watch out. Absolutely shady company.
Whoever works this place is the lowest of the low. Stuck a sticker on my car that I can't get off, this should be illegal, how is it any different to vandalism? There were no indicators where I was parked that there is no parking there. There was red paint by the fire hydrants so I didn't park there, there were no other signs. It's definitely not an area where someone needs a permit. If I'm not supposed to park there, stick something on my car that I can take off. Now I have a massive blind spot on my window. As I said, lowest of the low.
Here like the rest of you. Ole girl with the heart or star tattooed on her face, I am going to pray for her. I get this job must be miserable, but babygirl is just defeated. Nasty attitude over the phone and worse in person. Fees coming out of nowhere, poor communication regarding fees, then retrieve my car for the battery to be dead. Give me a break, I didn’t leave any lights on in the car. I guess if you don’t always sign your name the same way, she, “will keep your car” and “she’s not playing!!!”. I asked her was she okay, tried to make light of the issue considering I’m coughing up the $, but nope, she’s just miserable and I leave this review praying for her, genuinely. Oh, and don’t try to use your coping skills to calm yourself down, like walking away to deep breathe because that’s also not okay with her. She made sure to mention it to me when I didn’t sign the paper to her liking, her words, “no you wanted to walk away and sign it however”. I said, yes, to calm myself down. Great business model because you never hear of bad things happening to them and not that I want that for them, just saying, everybody is slick at the mouth when behind glass. Won’t be me to give them a knuckle sandwich but I guess I could understand if someone ever did. Don’t be upset girl at the front, it’s not your $ being spent. All you need to do is say “cash or card”. Anyways…my review is solely on customer service alone. Praying for peace and happiness over all.
‼‼Frustrated and Feeling Targeted by the front office manager, Nicole Barton, HOA and Titian towing spoke with Eric‼ I'm a resident at Canyon Creek Villas, and I've had an ongoing issue with my 1990 Chevy Camaro being repeatedly tagged with tow stickers--despite the fact that it's a working, drivable vehicle. I moved the car after seeing a chalk line and was told that would be fine. Still, a sticker was placed on it again, most recently during Father's Day weekend and the week of Juneteenth. I live directly in front of the office, and they can clearly see that I drive my car. When I tried to get help at the front desk, I was told it wasn't their call and that I needed to contact the HOA--but they refused to give me any contact information and told me to "do my own homework." That's completely unhelpful and unprofessional. This also happened on Valentine's Day earlier this year. The timing of these incidents feels more than coincidental, and I'm starting to feel singled out. I take care of my vehicle and follow the rules, so I don't understand why I'm being targeted. This is not how residents should be treated. I just want fair, respectful treatment and clear communication. I currently do not feel safe enough to even keep my car in the parking lot that I pay monthly because the front office and the tow yard told me that I would have to have my car moved 24 to 48 hours every day or they're gonna come harass me and draw chalk line 24/48 on my tires(my property) so that they tow my car!
I’m going to start with this: whoever the Hispanic female is that answers the phone, her customer service skills are at an all-time low. This company is a scam. I called and asked her a simple question: How do you determine if a car has been sitting or is considered inoperable? She couldn’t properly articulate an answer. Instead, she got frustrated, defensive, and hung up on me. That’s unacceptable. My issue is this: Why are stickers being placed on cars labeled “inoperable” when there’s no actual proof they are? When did assumption become a valid reason to take action against someone’s property? I asked her why the vehicle next to mine hadn’t received a sticker—even though it hasn’t moved since the day I moved in. Her response? “Worry about your own car.” Completely unprofessional. They also claim that vehicles not moved within 48 hours are subject to ticketing or towing, saying they “have a contract” with the apartment complex. Yet the lease says nothing about a 48-hour limit. They’re clearly creating their own rules to justify illegally towing cars and overcharging people to get them back. Let’s be honest—there’s no way they “noticed” my car hadn’t moved in 48 hours but somehow missed the huge truck parked right next to mine that hasn’t moved in weeks. Bottom line: this company is shady, unprofessional, and clearly taking advantage of residents. Do better.
