I called a day prior to request T-Dog’s towing services. I had additional questions and they were all answered. The gentleman text me his name and amount of cost. I text him the next morning to provide him with my address where my car was parked. He arrived at the time we agreed upon. I was locked out of the car that needed towing. He was able to unlock it🙂. He also waited on me after he delivered my vehicle to the place towed!
Mr.Phillips picked my BMW up with the quickness! No problems, very fast and cheap high quality towing! Highly recommend for anyone!!

Five stars for Little Lady Logistics/Towing because they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. From the moment I called, their team was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They understood the urgency of my situation and were willing to confirm they could handle the job, even making it a priority tow. Although I ended up not needing their services due to some good samaritans who stopped to help, I have no doubt they would have exceeded my expectations. I even offered to compensate them for the time and effort they’d already put in to get someone out to me, but they declined, which really shows their integrity and compassion. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring towing service!

Great customer service by the owner and his driver, driver showed up before the given time frame and was very kind! Easy pay over the phone with a card and the wrecker itself is pretty bad ass! Well taken care of! Highly recommend!

I will never use this place again. They never called after charging over $800, dropped the vehicle in the road, facing the wrong way on a busy street with the key in the ignition. When talking to the owner, he said there is nothing he can do, supposedly the driver tried to call, yet I have no history of any missed calls received from the driver or anyone else. He told me the vehicle is drivable and we can just drive it up the driveway ourselves, however, the brakes don't work, which is the reason for the tow to begin with. When calling the owner back,asking why nobody came to the door, he said because of covid, yet nobody in the office was wearing masks. Ridiculous
Best towing company in town! Their service is always top notch, the people are always friendly and they are very honest people. Make them your first call whenever you need a tow!
Y'all are a minus zero . My experience is the worst . They tow my husband ride while I was in hospital I couldn't get none of my stuff. Now they saying I can't get any of my stuff unless I sign it over or pay the whole fee . Which I had over 200 dollars and my sister ashes that had just passed away couple days before . They are very rude on the phone . And the fact my husband out the country and they won't even let me get the car off the lot if I paid the fee. So keep my money and my baby sister urn. I will never suggest Watkins to anyone

These guys can get on Gordon. I wont name drag but another company quoted to get me in 1.5 hours. Cool deal. I wait and get stringged along for over 3 hours and still couldnt get a ETA. I call up Chastain's and they had a truck out to me in 20 and the driver was cool. If im in need of tow service's, I know who to call.
I have used Chastain's towing a few times in the past. They have always been on time and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. In an emergency I will always call Chastain's Towing.
I had a very limited amount to spend on a car. I was introduced to the owner as a reputable person. I bought a car from him. He said he had fixed it and the insurance company hadn’t paid him. So the car should have been fine. I had it less than a week and it ran hot and left me stranded in the middle of a 4 way intersection. My husband came to help me. Water was pouring out of the back of the engine area where a water hose had come loose. We replaced the part and it continued to run hot. We replaced the thermostat and it would start to run hot if you went over 60 miles an hour. I wanted to go out of town so we took it to Christian Brothers in Evans to try and figure out why it was still having problems. They said that the radiator cap had been damaged and was not sealing properly. So they changed it out and ran a pressure test and they said once pressurized water started gushing out the head gasket. I bought this car at the first part of September 2025. It has left me stranded twice. Now just 2 months into owning this car he was supposed to have fixed, we find out that it has a bad head gasket! Not only that but the motor mounts were bad too. Obviously, a tow man is no mechanic. Let him tow your car but otherwise do not buy a car from him! I will have to see what the lemon laws are for the state of Georgia to try and get my money back.
We used Chastain towing today for my sons truck and he was very polite as well as on time. He gave me a approximate time and he was right on time. Very reasonable priced as well. I would recommend to anyone including my family!

They terrible they added more damage to my car, asked me to send pictures of the damage and when I did I never Heard anything else from them
07 w900, took 6 hours to pick it up, had to convince the guy you have to pull the driveshaft before you can tow it. (Would've destroyed the transmission) stripped bolt's on driveshaft, didn't put driveshaft back up, so dealership charged me to put it back. All of this for the low low price of 700 dollars for a 20 mile tow. Still think you want them?
Today is sunday im in allendale sc i could not get a wrecker to tow my semi. Waynes towing was the only ones the would and could help so glad they got me off the side of the road in a timely and efficient fashion. Drivers were great and the office was quick to dispatch thank you.
I called Wayne's Towing at about 5 o'clock after breaking down in my neighborhood. Front ball joint collapsed on my SUV. At 5:55 their truck pulled up. By 6:14 the driver was hauling it away. Awesome Service! Cannot ask for any better than that. Toney was the driver. Very professional employee. Thank you. Mack Holland
My granddaughter had a tire blowout & was stranded on the side of the road. I called Wayne's at the recommendation of our car service center. Their driver got there in about 15 min and was able to put her spare "donut" tire on. She said he was extremely nice and polite and made her feel safe. The price was reasonable so we are pleased overall and would use them again.

Even though I've seen bad reviews, I had no issues with this place. I was able to get my stuff out without any charge, and the guy was very nice. Definitely wouldn't have any issues to use them again.
I was broke down at 3:00 am out in the middle of nowhere. I called four different companies for a tow.Two companies no answer,leave a message.The others, wait time was 2-3 hours.I came across Don's Towing and they answered right away and got to me in 30 minutes.The driver was very polite and stayed until my friend got there.

They left my baby seat on the road my car keys an credit card. It fell out when my car rolled over. They could of picked it up when they towed my car smh.
