Saved the day for my husband and I!!! After standing on i20 when my bike broke down (and on a Monday/holiday) for 2.5 hours trying to find a tow truck to take us literally 24 miles down the road…we called T Dog and he didn’t even act like it was a bother. He told my husband it would be roughly 30-45 minutes due to where he was but he would be there. He was informative and very courteous. I will definitely use them over the other ones in Augusta just because of the awesome experience!!!
Needed a tow and call this company they were fast to come out and get my truck home. The three of them very professional and treated my property as if it was their own, if I ever need a tow again (hopefully not ) I would not hesitate to call them and I will be giving the number to everyone I know. I have to say also they were very kind and respectful.
Excellent very professional gentleman and fast. I called him and he showed up and his prices were non to match. I would highly recommend.
Mr.Phillips picked my BMW up with the quickness! No problems, very fast and cheap high quality towing! Highly recommend for anyone!!
Good service and handled everything great

I recently used Little Lady Logistics/Towing to transport my vehicle, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the two individuals assigned to my shipment. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start, as they patiently explained the entire process and answered all my questions. They treated my car with the utmost care and respect, ensuring it arrived safely and on time; I have a 31 year old vehicle so this was extremely important to me. What stood out most was their kindness and personable approach, making me feel like a valued customer throughout the experience. I highly recommend Little Lady Logistics/Towing for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction!
Jeff is the best, he got my car towed in a very very timely manner, was respectable and easy to communicate. Will continue to be first call of any issues arrive 10/10 service.
My insurance covered everything needed! Initially gave me a wait time for 90-120 minutes. When they are located 30 minutes from where I needed my vehicle towed from! After the 120 minutes passed they called and gave me a ETA of 35 minutes! After being frustrated I still said I needed the tow to only receive a message seconds later saying they were unable to tow my vehicle! I will not ever use this company ever again! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had through any towing company!
Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. If you want exceptional service and a job done right, just give them a call and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for helping when no one else wanted to!
Little Lady Logistics/Towing was amazing to work with. Jeffrey took great care of my car when it needed to be towed back from Augusta to Atlanta. His communication and professionalism was exceptional, and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition and on time. I highly recommend Little Lady Logistics/Towing.

Watkins towing is by far the best in the CSRA I have dealt with a lot of the "big name" companies in our area and no one comes close when it comes to customer service. Best rates in the city. I called Watkins towing on a Saturday afternoon and explained that my in-laws broke down almost 3 hrs away and he sent a driver right away and made sure they made it home safely. I am forever grateful to have this company to call on when I'm in a bind.
Watkins towing is hands down the best. They were professional and responsive when my son got into a wreck . So compassionate and kind . Only company we will use.
Watkins Towing always goes above and beyond for its customers. Excellent service, reasonable prices and great people! Highly suggest using them! Thanks!
Great customer service by the owner and his driver, driver showed up before the given time frame and was very kind! Easy pay over the phone with a card and the wrecker itself is pretty bad ass! Well taken care of! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Watkins Towing! Needed one of my vehicles towed ASAP, and Justin sent Matt to save the day! We only had to wait about 15-20 for him to get to us. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. Justin and Matt, thank you, again! I appreciate both of you.

Fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again if needed. They can get on Fort Gordon through any gate as long as you call the MP station and give them the gate number and towing company name
These guys can get on Gordon. I wont name drag but another company quoted to get me in 1.5 hours. Cool deal. I wait and get stringged along for over 3 hours and still couldnt get a ETA. I call up Chastain's and they had a truck out to me in 20 and the driver was cool. If im in need of tow service's, I know who to call.
Very Professional! Would definitely recommend !
Responsive, friendly and professional. They were able to take a vehicle to a mechanic and, when that didn't really work out for us, they promptly brought it back.
I had a very limited amount to spend on a car. I was introduced to the owner as a reputable person. I bought a car from him. He said he had fixed it and the insurance company hadn’t paid him. So the car should have been fine. I had it less than a week and it ran hot and left me stranded in the middle of a 4 way intersection. My husband came to help me. Water was pouring out of the back of the engine area where a water hose had come loose. We replaced the part and it continued to run hot. We replaced the thermostat and it would start to run hot if you went over 60 miles an hour. I wanted to go out of town so we took it to Christian Brothers in Evans to try and figure out why it was still having problems. They said that the radiator cap had been damaged and was not sealing properly. So they changed it out and ran a pressure test and they said once pressurized water started gushing out the head gasket. I bought this car at the first part of September 2025. It has left me stranded twice. Now just 2 months into owning this car he was supposed to have fixed, we find out that it has a bad head gasket! Not only that but the motor mounts were bad too. Obviously, a tow man is no mechanic. Let him tow your car but otherwise do not buy a car from him! I will have to see what the lemon laws are for the state of Georgia to try and get my money back.

They terrible they added more damage to my car, asked me to send pictures of the damage and when I did I never Heard anything else from them
I called Wayne's Towing at about 5 o'clock after breaking down in my neighborhood. Front ball joint collapsed on my SUV. At 5:55 their truck pulled up. By 6:14 the driver was hauling it away. Awesome Service! Cannot ask for any better than that. Toney was the driver. Very professional employee. Thank you. Mack Holland
Worst service ever. They caused damage to my truck and didn't want to be responsible always try to inspec you vehicle before making a payment
Driver showed up 1 hour later than he was supposed to, he was clearly inexperienced and took over an hour to hook my truck up. In addition to tardiness and inexperience, I was charged an additional $75 for femoving my driveline. 4 bolts had to be removed and he tied the driveline to the chassis, after which I was responsible for putting back together. So they charged me to make my truck inoperable. I called up to see if there was any way to exercise discretion and remove the additional charge since I had to get someone else to reattch driveline and was hit with all types of justifi ations for the charge. Criminals taking advantage of people in a bind.
These guys were great! Just when I thought I couldn’t find anyone to move a large storage shed that my parents gave me, these guys came through for me!! Very professional, very nice and also very helpful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone if you have any hauling needs. John & Brian were great if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
