I was given an estimated time of 1 hr and when the driver found out I was nervous about the area I was in, he was there less than 30 min. He also went over every detail that he was given and explained it to me. He took pictures before he towed my car and he took pictures when he dropped my car off. Courteous and professional from call to pickup. Had half the wait time of other companies early hour on Friday morning. Driver was meticulous on making sure my vehicle didn't suffer more damage from locked up wheel on the tow.
Waited over 2 hours for two. Customer service was is horrible. They got loud, yelling etc on the phone. Tow driver was very friendly and helpful. But this company sucked. I can't understand why geico would even contract with them. Waited over 2 + hours in 100degree weather. Dealing with friendly tow driver ((who came from Forest City to pick us up) was the easiest part. These people are unprofessional! And should not be working in customer service. Horrible experience. Bye bye geico. Going back to AAA
This company provided extremely poor service and caused significant damage to my vehicle during the tow. When I raised the issue, they refused to accept responsibility or offer any resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a company entrusted with handling customers’ property. I am formally documenting this incident and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In addition, I am preparing to pursue the matter in small claims court to recover damages caused by their negligence. Consumers deserve to know how this company operates before trusting them with their vehicles. I strongly advise against using this tow service.
All I needed was a jump off. Quoted arrival time of 549 am. At eta I instead receive a call stating he is 27 mins away. One hour later I call Him, and he “had to drop a car, I’m twenty minutes out” you didn’t say anything about that when you called and told me you’d be here 27 mins after the original eta. So I guess I’ll get home sometime tomorrow at this rate! Still waiting as I type this!!!!!

Brian did an outstanding job on towing my truck to and from one dealership to another. There was a huge miscommunication and he handled everything I needed on what was an already stressful day with a breakdown of almost 12 hours of attempted repairs and ended up with a tow. Tonight the husbands vehicle overheated, and we called towing inc. to come tow it. They got there quickly, and we appreciated that. Also I must say the price was very affordable. We thought this would cost us about 50 more dollars than it did. The driver hooked our vehicle up in a timely manner and actually made it back to our house before we did. I had the best service I've ever received from a towing company here. They were quick to answer, quick to pick up my vehicle. I had to run to a meeting and couldn't stay with the vehicle, but they made sure the vehicle was delivered to the service center and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend booking here!
My loaner vehicle broke down middle lane of poplar. I called a different tow company and while I was waiting- they happened to drive by and pulled over just to help me move my car out of the middle lane. They offered me a lower quote and then once they learned it was a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, they towed it for me for free. Will definitely keep their card and use them every time in the future!
Paul and his team helped me off the side of the road and jumped my battery at no charge. I was alone in a bad area of town and they moved me to a safer spot where I was able to get my car repaired by a friend. So grateful for good people like them! This company ordered equipment from another from Texas. I am tasked to deliver it at their Memphis,TN facility. However the lady I spoke to was to busy to give me simple directions to get in there, she then transfered me to someones voicemail. I called her back and informed her that was a voicemail and I still need directions. So she transfered me back to the voicemail again. So I left a message with my phone number and politely asked for a return phone call. Do you think I recieved one? Ofcourse not! Poor staff!!!!

Had the pleasure of working with George the evening of 3/29/21 after our box truck got a flat tire. We were not in a rush as it occurred as we got back to our property. We are not from the area and we called several companies that did not pick up, we’re not professional, or just did not have good reviews. Some how this company did not originally show up when we went online but so glad we found them! George was professional, on time, and did as he said!

Called this company to pick up a family member that was in an accident near Jackson TN driver never showed up left them stranded for 7 hours. The driver gave his personal number and said to call it the price went from 350 to 450 and he stop answering the phone at 11pm. If you can’t do it just say that. Very dangerous sitting on side the road with a disable vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this company under no circumstances!!!!! Zero stars given

They have worked on three of my vehicles - Mercedes, a Volvo and a Honda. One several years ago and two recently. Do a very good job of explaining options, if they are available, and provide detailed estimates. Quality work at reasonable pricing. They were recommended to me by both the Mercedes dealership as well as the Volvo dealership. I see why. Told them, as we picked up the Honda recently, thanks for everything - hope to not see you again soon :-)

This company towed my Dad's vehicle and charged him $800 to retrieve it. The guy was very disrespectful and attempted to engage in an argument by constantly insulting my Dad. He would not answer any of my dad's questions. The other guy within the office along with him was laughing because he thought that it was funny that my dad's vehicle was towed. The guy continued to lie to him about why his vehicle was towed. My Dad's vehicle had been parked there for at least 3 months. He has watched them tow another vehicle that has service issues. The driver waved and kept going. My dad was even charged additional storage fee and his vehicle wasn't there very long. My dad walked outside to grab his card to pay and when he walked in. The guy was on a call. The person on the other end wanted to know if my dad was there. The guy informed whoever he was talking to that my dad was in the office to pick up the truck and to hold off. The guys had been in my dad's vehicle. He had had items missing. Everytime that my das asked a question the guy would say that no one had to tell anything.
I love this place best staff ever!!!!! I had some problems with my axles and they worked with me so I wasn't without my car but two days.... can't say enough about the quality of work and super efficient mechanics...

Towed my car out of my apartments because I didn’t have the new version of the sticker a few days after my complex issued them out .Then their location is ridiculously hard to find, maps doesn’t take you to their building, wasn’t just me because someone called the front desk while I was there and they had the same issue. Shameful Predatory practices.

Call Marion this morning and customer service was very friendly and dispatched Joe out right away. He was very nice and pleasant and informed me on how to get gear unstuck and even let me know to call me insurance to see if my policy would reimburse me for what happened. Thanks so much you guys!

The service was great the whole time. The driver came swiftly, loaded my car carefully, and took me where I wanted to go. The price was fair, and the whole thing was stress-free. I would tell everyone who needs a tow to use this firm.
Used them to tow an RV that broke down on the way to a campsite. Not every towing service can handle something that size, but they did it like it was no big deal.
I had my truck taken away from a job site because it wouldn't start. The driver showed up on time and had all the proper tools. A good towing firm.

My car was stolen from a Turo host who neglected to return it in a timely manner. These men tried to locate her for nearly 6 hrs. My vehicle was returned to me and they actually towed it over 3 hrs to Nashville. So thankful for their dedication, if it wasn’t for them my vehicle would of been gone forever! They even zip tied the bumper together to make it parkable until it can be returned to dealer for repair.
Dave with Trustworthy Towing Service was professional, timely, and very experienced with his craft. They were called at 9:30 pm and he showed up within 30 minutes and delivered the car more than 30 minutes away from where it was picked up. I highly recommend Trustworthy Towing Service!
We called to have an abandoned car towed from our business. Each & every timeframe we were given went by with the car still in our lot. The last call assured us they would be there by 11 am the following morning. When they did not show up, we called another towing service who said they would be here in 30 minutes. Trustworthy Towing Service can not be trusted to come when they say.

I was involved in an accident earlier this week and Bartlett Towing was assigned to pick up my car. The driver arrived and was incredibly professional and made sure I had everything I needed out of my car before taking it away. When dealing with the staff today at the tow lot, that same level of professional service was given to me. I was treated like a person. I was respected. Having your car towed because of a collision is never something anyone wants. But the staff at Bartlett Towing has made me feel a little better after this unfortunate event.
We were involved in an accident and Bartlett Towing took our totaled van. Their driver was very helpful and friendly. He showed concern and took pride in his work. When we had to deal with the office, they were also friendly and helpful. Our experience with Bartlett Towing was favorable.
We arranged for a car to be picked up yesterday in Clarksdale, Mississippi and returned to Memphis. The driver, Jeremy was excellent, the job was done correctly and quickly. We appreciate the staff that responded quickly. We only use Bartlett Towing for our needs. They are highly recommended.

Would like to give a shout out to Marcellus. I was stranded off of Union Avenue tonight in downtown Memphis not in the safest place and Marcellus came to my rescue. Really super great service Jason was awesome with picking up my bus from off the side of the road very friendly. Made me feel like I was part of the family . We experienced one of Mace’s drivers driving EXTREMELY wrecklessly last night on 40 between Jackson and Memphis sometime between 7 and 8pm. While I was in the left hand lane behind at lease two other cars, and this Mace’s driver came barreling up behind me, got WAYYYY too close, and was flashing his lights at me. There was nowhere for me to go, so he then swerved into the right lane extremely close behind a Tacoma, and flashed his lights at them as well. There was a decent amount of traffic, so there wasn’t really anywhere for us to go, and we were all traveling at or above the speed limit. The driver then cut me off and got in between me and the car in front of me, I had to slam on my breaks. The driver in the Tacoma was visibly as upset as I was. This overly aggressive driving continued. It was dark, on the interstate, and he was driving like only his life mattered. My husband called Mace’s because at this point, we were genuinely worried a wreck was going to happen. I mean, he was within 3 or 4 feet of the back of the Tacoma at one point, and had gotten so close to the back of my SUV that I couldn’t see his headlights anymore. The person who answered the phone did not care at all that one of their drivers was endangering the lives of others, and only cared whether or not he had been in an accident. She told us to just call highway patrol. This driver could have killed someone. I’ve included a photo we took so I could remember the name of the company showing the truck and the Tacoma, and this was not at all the closest he got to the rear of the Tacoma.
Stay away from this company if you are a truck driver he charged me 9k to fix a shifted load that took 5 hours, he charged 1800 to bring his big truck to get 16 racks to go 40 miles and 1800 to bring a forklift and charged 6300 for 5 hours of tow labor yea they are on my my no tow list and yea he told me 550 a hour and wouldn’t give me the total until I got to his yard to try to lock the truck in and then came with a charge for 9800
My stolen car was recovered and the city called them to tow it. While they did show up quickly to recover the car, the customer service throughout the process was horrible. When you call to simply ask questions about it they are rude, dismissive and uncooperative. While I understand there are policys in place the customer service is horrible. There are much better ways to speak to people especially when the person whos car you have is of no fault of their own and is not in any way being rude. I really hope they all have much better days than what they appeard to have when speaking with me. 1000x over do NOT recommend simply from the customer service side of this encounter.
5 stars for Jimmy! He brought in my reefer truck flawlessly! He unloaded it and even helped move cross ties to sit the box on. Thanks Jimmy! You’re my go to guy now, hands down!

Tow truck # 21 arrived within 30 min. after service request call was made. The driver, Theo, was friendly & knowledgeable about the specifics of my new car and quickly and professionally loaded the car on the flatbed. I would certainly call GYS again if needed based on my present experience.

Let me tell you Mark Bean was a life saver!!! Came right out and picked up me and my 2009 Road King and took me to Harley in Memphis TN 45 minutes to me and 45 minutes back. Flat tire in I40 E mile marker 261 in Arkansas. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Great man working tonight
Last Friday, Dec 15th around 10:00 pm my family and I were traveling on 240 S and hit a deep pothole. My tire immediately flattened as we pulled over to view the damage “All Around Town Towing”, pulled over within minutes Mr. Mark noticed the flat and offered to change the tire. He set of the perimeter as safely as possible and began the task of removing and replacing it with my spare. He ensured that my spare had an adequate amount of pressure before sending us on our way. Seriously, it was a dangerous task, changing a tire in the dark, with cars speeding by. We were truly grateful and elated that he took electronic payment. Thanks for being both professional and expeditious.
I asked “All Around Towing” to tow my car to their shop when the clutch wore out, and to replace it. Reginald and his team did great work on the clutch/transmission! Also, the price for the repair work was the best I found when calling around for estimates. I will use “All Around” again.

My car got impounded I went to get it out and they damaged it they didn’t tell me I didn’t see the damage until I paid the release fee.they lied as well as tried to deny it bt I I have pictures for proof they still charged me to get my car out and still haven’t called me to apologize or reimburse me any money! I have pics of them towing the car showing no damage and in the other pic is how the car looked once they released it in front the impound lot on cherry road with damage to the side and rear bumper horrible place refuse to take accountability they lied like the owner would call me a week later still no call! avoid at all cost and take b4 and after pictures like I did

Franks Towing Service WAS AMAZING!!!!! All of the employees were TOP NOTCH!!!! Very kind and Respectful! Our family has known them for year's! We go wayyyyyy back to when it was opened THE Original OG Frank was a family friend and a GREAT MAN! However, his grandson Frank was an Incredible Guy! He took such great care of my Jeep! Another Towing rip off. Our truck got into the accident and this towing company being called by local authorities. And then of course everybody is taking advantage of the situation. It's such a shame.

On time. Nice young man knew what he was doing. Took pictures of the car so if damaged it wasn't him. Delivered the car to the shop on time. Dispatcher was pleasant and helpful also.
My insurance company dispatched Trac1 to tow my car last Friday. With an ETA of 120 minutes, they were a no show. I called after waiting a little longer only to be told that there were 2 more cars ahead of me. The gentleman asked if I could leave the keys in my car or under the tire. Really? In Memphis, TN?!?! I couldn’t believe it. I called back to Roadside Assistance who said they could “schedule” my tow for the next morning. So, 7:21am I receive a text with an ETA of 90 minutes. Guess what, no show! (You are so smart.) I called and spoke with Amber who told me it would be about 9:45-10 before they arrive. Guess what?!?! No show! I called back again and spoke with Amber who told me it would be 30 more minutes. They had to stop and get some fuel. Do you recall me saying that I had an appointment? That should have been taken care of BEFORE the appointment. Anywho, Trac1 finally arrived at 10:46am. I am glad they FINALLY arrived because I had been trying to get my vehicle towed since 5:45pm Friday. I will give them credit for showing up. Then, when my car was towed to my home. I had to remind the gentlemen, who were about to leave, to remove the tow hook and replace the cover back on my car. 🤦🏽♀️ My thing is, if you have a business, you should run it like a business. I work hard for my money and I don’t just give it to people who don’t appreciate it. You are in business for customers. Word of mouth is SO important. If you cannot do a job and fulfill a job you have accepted or agreed to do, be the bigger person and just be honest with yourself and your customers. It will save a lot of headaches and complaints.
STOP!!!! EXAMINE YOUR BRAIN!! If you use this company or if you are thinking about using TRAC 1 Towing you' had better run for the hills!! This company is dreadful!! Awful!! They kept promising me that they would be there to tow my car in about an hour and I was left stranded until the next day. They then pulled my car up on the tow truck while it was still in gear and the parking brake was still on! I was like, "Hey! the car is in gear!" Did they stop?'" HELL to the NO!! On top of that, they damaged the hood and won't pay for it! this is ridiculous!!! Now why in heaven's name would Allstate use someone like that? I still haven't beem able to get my hood repaired. If you use these people do so at your own peril. Allstate should be ashamed of themselves!!! H

Tow man cracked my glass on my driver side when he was reversing my truck off the bed. Of course he said he didn’t do it but my glass wasn’t cracked until after the fact. This company is extremely flawed. The dispatcher basically hung up in my face when I told her about it. The glass cracked bc he lowered the windows while reversing the truck off the elevated tow bed, putting pressure on the window when it was let down. Don’t ever do business with them.
