I was stranded for 5 hours waiting on another tow company! Call Turbo Tow and he came 50 miles to me within an hour and towed me back to Memphis. He even had snacks for me since I was without food for 5 hours! Great and friendly guy!!
I was given an estimated time of 1 hr and when the driver found out I was nervous about the area I was in, he was there less than 30 min. He also went over every detail that he was given and explained it to me. He took pictures before he towed my car and he took pictures when he dropped my car off. He is the best commuticater and very knowledgeable. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being extremely satisfied, he gets a 10 +. Thanks again
My car overheated & was I drivable. I called them right away. They were very responsive & got to me immediately. Very professional! Would use again & again.
Thank you so much for delivering my kia forte!! Very kind guy! Would use them again!
Had a fantastic experience with Turbo towing. There was an accident on the way to my location which caused an increased wait but as soon as Moe arrived he went above and beyond, even offering me water and a snack. Had excellent conversations with him and he even gave me some advice on what to do with my car when we got it to where it needed to go. Will absolutely be sending my friends to them when they need assistance.

My bumper of my 2012 Bmw was tore from my car fresh from the paint shop it seems no1 care haven’t gotten a response from dispatch driver was hostile and lied about him tearing up my car
If you’re stranded and need real help, do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else. This company clearly doesn’t value your time, safety, or even basic communication. I would give zero stars if I could!
This company provided extremely poor service and caused significant damage to my vehicle during the tow. When I raised the issue, they refused to accept responsibility or offer any resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a company entrusted with handling customers’ property. I am formally documenting this incident and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In addition, I am preparing to pursue the matter in small claims court to recover damages caused by their negligence. Consumers deserve to know how this company operates before trusting them with their vehicles. I strongly advise against using this tow service.
Courteous and professional from call to pickup. Had half the wait time of other companies early hour on Friday morning. Driver was meticulous on making sure my vehicle didn't suffer more damage from locked up wheel on the tow.
Amanda was great in communicating. It was clear from the beginning when she took my call for service. The operator of the recovery apparatus was effective in getting the trailer back on solid ground. Thanks, Paul, for providing exceptional service.

I found C&A towing through yelp, and I got a response almost immediately. I was able to call and talk to C&A towing and let them know where I needed my truck picked up and how to get it to where I needed it to go. He gave me a timeframe of when he could do it that same day! Good fast response time and communication was great. Price seemed fair for how far my truck needed to be towed. Professional and kind.

I cannot say enough great things about this towing service. The dispatch was very friendly and responsive. As a father of two daughters that got stranded on the side of the highway, they rescued them. They were professional and fast!! A+++ Thank you for being so awesome Paul and Crew.
I needed someone to tow my car from impound to an auto repair shop. Thank you for being responsive and timely. You saved me from further headaches. You’ll be the first I call for a car towing service. Thank you sir!
Took good care of my car during the tow
Fast, friendly, and professional. Jeanetta was especially helpful in getting me an additional receipt so I could jump through some wild reimbursement demands.

Most professional young man, great service. And have to say one of the best drivers i have ever meet. Price was fair and reasonable and would use them again and refer them as well. If i could give more stars i would give 10.
Extremely professional with exceptional service! I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my family and friends.
I had a car accident. I called three different companies. I spoke to George at 901 Express, he was friendly and concerned. He dispatched Pierre out in 15-20 minutes. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and came right on. I don't have insurance. Pierre was the person who towed my truck to my house. He has great Customer Service. They were awesome! I was already upset about the accident they made me feel much better . Kind, Encouraging and Professional!!
The business was very professional, courteous, punctual, and quite reasonably priced. I also like the fact they accepted credit and debit cards. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a wrecker or tow company!
Very professional. Very fast service. And Very reasonable priced. Highly recommend. They're great .

I can't thank Professional Towing enough for their incredible service! When my car decided to call it quits on a busy day, they came to the rescue faster than I could say "help!" The tow truck operator was not only a pro at what they do but also super friendly and reassuring. They made sure my car was in good hands every step of the way, and their upfront pricing took away any worries about hidden costs. For a towing service that feels more like a friendly helping hand, you can't go wrong with Professional Towing!
Got the job done. Excellent service. Thank you.
Used them a couple of times and they are always there in time. Friendly, courteous, and prompt. Not what I was expecting from a tow company. Will use them again for changing a tire or towing my motorcycle. Great job all around.
Arrived promptly. Pleasant and efficient offering good advice. Ptice was quite reasonable. Will use again if needed.

My only ride to work broke down in my driveway and they were there in no time with very reasonable rates
When i called for a tow, they Told me It would be 20 minutes Until our driver got there. waited two hours for a tow. Every time i would call for an update of where the driver was, they would just say 15 more minutes. They were aware I waiting for the driver to get there because I wasn’t leaving the car unattended with the keys in the vehicle like they suggested. Waited two hours and never got an apology they just acted like it wasn’t their problem. Edit 12/18 Owner messaged me and said i was over reacting and for me to take my review down Because i was his only review and it was negative and bringing down his ratings. I told him i would not take down my review because it was an honest review of my experience with his company. That if he gave me a discount or compensation for my time wasted i would edit my review to add that his company attempted to resolve the issue. He then told me i had an attitude and said that his explanation should suffice. He then had people he knows (below my review) give him positive reviews to override my negative review.
Best towing company .
Really great service, Brandon was professional and did a great job from start to finish cant recommend Next Generation Towing enough.
They didn’t have a tow truck that could help me but the lady that answered the phone was super helpful and nice. And after calling multiple places she was the first nice voice.

Very professional and helpful
If it was possible to give them zero stars I would have. When my car was towed into their impound lot nothing was wrong other than the sunroof being busted out. There’s proof of this. When I went to pick it up it was stripped of a bunch of front end parts totaling a few thousand dollars and ONLY then was I charged for it being there for 2 1/2 weeks before I was notified. They legally have 6 days. Makes a person wonder how many others have they done this too? They have got to be stopped! My only regret is not suing them. I’m not way this owner is going to be stopped from stealing from people like he does. And isn’t it a coincidence that they also have a body shop next door? Hmmm wonder where my car parts could have gone. Shame on them! Not sure how they sleep at night. If I could give a negative 10 stars i sure would !
I highly recommend this company. They are reliable, efficient, and super easy to work with. I know all of my vehicles are in great hands with Hilltop Body shop.

Towed my car out of my apartments because I didn’t have the new version of the sticker a few days after my complex issued them out .Then their location is ridiculously hard to find, maps doesn’t take you to their building, wasn’t just me because someone called the front desk while I was there and they had the same issue. Shameful Predatory practices.
My car broke down and SAT rescued me. It was an Excellent experience overall, they showed up quickly, the driver was professional, courteous, and made sure that my vehicle was well taken care of. I would highly recommend these guys!!!!!!

I caught a flat on the expressway I google some towing companies available within Memphis. Right after I searched for a towing service, I then called the number I searched and spoke with the Owner of “On The Spot Towing Service” the owner immediately sent someone right away. They was literally pulling up within 25-30 minutes right afterwards and may I add, the company were very reasonable with the price. If you’re ever stranded or need a tow this is the Company to call!!!

The guy that towed my car was very calm and clear about everything when he loaded it. Good communication and a smooth process from beginning to end.
Excellent service for customers. The driver was nice, informative, and made sure I was safe before he left.
I had my truck taken away from a job site because it wouldn't start. The driver showed up on time and had all the proper tools. A good towing firm.
I needed a flatbed tow for my old automobile, and these men were very careful with it the whole time. No hurrying, no scratches, just good service. It's apparent that they know how to work with specialty cars.
The tow truck had all the right gear for my AWD vehicle. No shortcuts, no damage. Just solid, careful work.

I rarely post reviews but I felt this review was warranted. I called the company to schedule tow service..was told 20-30 minutes arrival time. 45 minutes later they still had not arrived. I called to find out ..where they were and was told it would be 20 minutes.., they picked up another tow. I asked why, didn't they inform me and the individual hung up on me. Fortunately,we were able to get prompt service with another company and at a cheaper rate than this company quoted. I tried to call them at least 3times to inform them to cancel the tow but no one answered nor did they show. Poor business...
Driver Shalom is a professional and kind tow truck driver with Trustworthy Towing Service. My mom’s car broke down and driver Shalom noticed that she needed help. Without hesitation, he pulled over and offered assistance. The fee was very reasonable and the service was fast. I highly recommend this tow service and specifically driver Shalom. Thanks!
When I tell you this company was a God sent! I had the toughest time finding a company with the right equipment for my all wheel drive vehicle. I called and Shalom said yes without hesitation. I had a text within 2mins from Mike stating the time pickup would be; which I think the driver was there before the eta. The driver Paul Williams was knowledgeable and gentle with getting my vehicle onto the flatbed with skates because my car would not come out of neutral, but he knew how to get it done without damage. I never do long reviews, but this one was worth it. Will always be my go to company.
Speedy, professional and friendly service. My driver was super nice and even bought me a drink at the convenience store I was broken down at. I know it’s strange, but he had a cool sense of style - nothing like you imagine with a tow truck driver. Overall a completely positive experience.
Was in real bad shape yesterday and alone in the heat, and this roadside company thankfully moved me ahead in the queue to move my car sooner than other calls. I don't know what I would have done if I had to wait another half hour for some help. No shade and the nearest company near downtown Memphis was over an hour away. They showed up within 20 minutes.

We arranged for a car to be picked up yesterday in Clarksdale, Mississippi and returned to Memphis. The driver, Jeremy was excellent, the job was done correctly and quickly. We appreciate the staff that responded quickly. We only use Bartlett Towing for our needs. They are highly recommended.
Hit something metal in the road and my tire went immediately & completely flat. Called Bartlett Towing. Dispatcher was compassionate and someone arrived within 30 minutes. He was super professional, friendly but not creepy. He had my spare on and everything put back in my trunk for me in short order. Highly recommend.
This place is absolutely unprofessional and running and unlawful business. They will lie and take your items to keep for themselves and their staff of ex cons will sell them after trying to intimidate you. They want the registration however it is in the car and they will lie and say it isn't in there. Their staff member on a golf cart put his hand in my vehicle as I was in it and threatened me, calling me names and once I told him what he did he tried to apologize. Debra the supervisor wanted to know why the car was there which has nothing to do with the personal items in it and tried to charge me for the personal items which is illegal.
I called to setup a tow three days ahead of time and it was for my motorcycle the lady quoted me 175, when they arrived they said it would be 275?? Bait and Switch and then they refused to drop my bike after it was on the truck. Horrible thieves !!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
Terrible service I do not recommend them. Very rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional and will mess up your vehicle.

Marcellus was on point. He came out to an area that he doesn't frequent and towed my car to the mechanics place. He kept me informed on when he was on his way. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation and over charge me.
Would like to give a shout out to Marcellus. I was stranded off of Union Avenue tonight in downtown Memphis not in the safest place and Marcellus came to my rescue. My brakes had locked up causing the car not to start and he kindly came out to see if he could diagnose the issue. Then he thought best to tow it. He hooked the car up and towed me all the way to Hernando Ms. Thank you for helping me and for trying to diagnose the issue. Marcellus was very professional. I highly recommend Your Choice Towing.
Marcellus was timely and professional. Would recommend.

Professional and Quick towing services provided by B&B Towing they are 24/7 I’ve used this company several times and will continue to call them for all towing/hauling needs!
Once again. I am at the mercy of a tow truck company. Blew a brake line. UGH. Scary as hell! I called 7 tow truck companies. Either not available. Or something else. I called B & B!! Yeah!! 30 minutes later. He arrives. I think his name was Brandon. Nice, nice, nice. Extremely happy with the service he provided. I've meet many guys in this industry. He was great. Thank you so much for getting me to safety.. When I breakdown again anywhere near Memphis. You guys will be who I call. You charged me a fair price. And was very professional, friendly and comfortable. Thank you so much. All of the above is so important when being a female and broke down alone. Thank you!!
Kenneth was great. Got the truck where it needed to be quickly.
The customer service I received was abysmal. When I called to check on my towed vehicle, they hung up on me twice. It took 3 phone calls to get simple information.
Best tow truck operator in Memphis!! He takes pride in his job and making sure he takes care of his customers and their vehicle. 10/10 recommend Tony @ B&B towing

We pull mobile homes, and pur people was 3 hours away. Carl came by and helped us oit big time. Great guy great service.
Maces towing deliveries on any job at hand. I’ve used Maces several times in the past, from accidentally locking my keys in my truck, to broke down on Shelby dr. at 7:30 in the morning rush. To needing a winch to pull a drilling rig out of a ditch, or getting a boat ready for a tow. They have always arrived in a timely manner and been professional at doing their job. They will really get you out of a pinch when others will have you on a waiting list or guessing game. Maces has created a pace that’s more like a race and others are struggling just to keep up the chase. Longtime customer and highly recommend.
Mace Towing picked up my stolen vehicle and I wasn’t able to pick it up until after New Years Day. When I got there the ladies in the office were very friendly and professional and the storage fees were very reasonable. My new battery had not been removed and my car had been well taken care of. Thank you Mace Towing!!! Great Job!!!
Broke down just West of Memphis with a 40 ft 35,000 lb diesel RV on Friday night. Maces called before coming out to make sure they were bringing the right equipment. Then Buddy showed up, and he really knew what he was doing. This isn't just a regular tow job, with air brakes, and drivetrain disconnect, all involved. Thanks Buddy, & Mace's for pulling our butt out of the fire.
Dispatcher Aaliyah went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. She is extremely patient, friendly, and courteous. I've dealt with quite a few dispatchers in other companies regarding tows and she by far is the best I've ever encountered. She took her time and didn't rush me off the phone like most tow places do and she genuinely cared and showed empathy for the situation I was in and resolved it. Also I can't forget to mention Alec Jones. He was also by far the best tow truck driver I've encountered. Despite him being very tired from being worked all day and night, he waited patiently for my Lyft driver to show and pick me up to take me home, when he didn't have to do that and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much Aaliyah and Alec!!!!

Very wonderful and easy process. I didn’t get the dispatchers name but from the time I called, she was super friendly and helpful. She stated that it would about an hour wait time but the driver called and arrived in about 45 minutes. He had the car hooked up and ready to go in a bout 10-15 minutes. Drove and dropped at residence and had it dropped in about the same amount of time as hook up. Total time was approximately 1.5 hours. The driver’s name was Ty and he was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have to use a tow company again it will definitely be Trius Towing and I will recommend them to anyone needing a towing company. Thank you all again for the exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. It made our stressful day much easier to deal with.
Friendly, quick, and efficient. Showed up pretty much right on time and Terry was super friendly and helpful. Got my project car home and even got one of the brakes unstuck! Even dropped it off EXACTLY perfect in my garage. Couldn’t ask for more. Have used them twice and same great results.
Terry at Trius was excellent. Had my car up and on its way quickly and took care to be sure everything was secure. Delivered in short order to the service location. Definitely would recommend and use again.
I WIST I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS TRUCK NUMBER 33 just tried to run THREE cars off the road while getting off in the state line southaven ms exit. TERRIBLE REPUTATION. Then stopped in the road and flicked us all off just unbelievable on a wednesday evening.
They were very professional and helpful.

I got stranded at work cause my car wouldn't start, I called All Round Towing and he came right away. Thanks Reginald for your service.
I asked “All Around Towing” to tow my car to their shop when the clutch wore out, and to replace it. Reginald and his team did great work on the clutch/transmission! Also, the price for the repair work was the best I found when calling around for estimates. I will use “All Around” again.
Last Friday, Dec 15th around 10:00 pm my family and I were traveling on 240 S and hit a deep pothole. My tire immediately flattened as we pulled over to view the damage “All Around Town Towing”, pulled over within minutes Mr. Mark noticed the flat and offered to change the tire. He set of the perimeter as safely as possible and began the task of removing and replacing it with my spare. He ensured that my spare had an adequate amount of pressure before sending us on our way. Seriously, it was a dangerous task, changing a tire in the dark, with cars speeding by. We were truly grateful and elated that he took electronic payment. Thanks for being both professional and expeditious.
Let me tell you Mark Bean was a life saver!!! Came right out and picked up me and my 2009 Road King and took me to Harley in Memphis TN 45 minutes to me and 45 minutes back. Flat tire in I40 E mile marker 261 in Arkansas. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Great man working tonight
Super nice guy and very friendly. My only complaint is that there was only one method of payment in which I wasn't aware of. I suggest having other payment options for customers who don't keep cash or at least making it know so the customer can get the cash. Outside if that really great service. I will use this business again if I ever need them.

They do not answer the phone. The VM is full. Do not let them tow your vehicle. It will sit there until they feel like answering the phone.
They towed my vehicle to their tow yard right before the holidays which was an automatic $275. (If I'd had that amount at the time I would've had it towed to another location because they also charge $30 a day.) I called them wanting to go pick up my truck as soon as I made it home only to find out they had closed early & wouldn't re-open til after the holidays....Those fees add up very quickly! TOO QUICKLY!
They were very nice and helpful!! To be honest the nicest towing company I have encountered!
They were fast! Very nice and even called to follow up afterwards to make sure everything went good. Will definitely use again
I've done business with Frank's Towing for a long time. Always great service.

Another Towing rip off. Our truck got into the accident and this towing company being called by local authorities. And then of course everybody is taking advantage of the situation. It's such a shame.
Great company!
My son had an accident and Visual Perfection and Towing, Inc was the company utilized by the City of Memphis Department to tow the vehicle. The experience with this company has been a nightmare. We were instructed to go by the office to sign a release form for the tow company appointed by our insurance company to pick up the vehicle and tow it to the collision center. The insurance had already made arrangements providing information via the towing company which was sent over already. Of course the insurance company would ensure payment. We had driven 45 minutes to get there. When we got there we were told we had to have an appointment. I informed Lena the owners daughter or relative that we were not told about an appointment…only to sign the paperwork for release. Lena was so embarrassingly rude and lacked compassion. She kept asking us who was going to be paying for this. I felt as if we were being poorly because we were African American. The poor treatment was palpable. It is my belief that Lena would be better suited to work in a warehouse in the back away from anyone representing a customer. The very back..if you will. Lena came in the door angry. Her tone was very negative and unprofessional. She has no business in customer service and is definitely in the wrong job lineup. Notice that I said job and not profession. I requested an appointment and was told to come back at 01:00 pm. I said ok. Lindy did not like my answer of ok so she asked me again about the 01:00 pm appointment time. I again stated ok acknowledging the time. Lena then angrily went into the building locking the door leaving me and my son standing outside as if our presence did not matter. Karen at best except a younger version. The act was unkind and again highly unprofessional. I had to call the police because of how we were being treated. The owner came to the door prior the the arrival of the police stating that we needed registration to pick up the vehicle. I had to get the insurance company on the phone requiring an emailed document to which my insurance company representative stated they had never utilized. I would not recommend this towing to any human being in the City of Memphis nor the surrounding areas. Poor quality service. The company definitely lack in customer care and customer support. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. P. White
The tow truck driver was extremely rude and unhelpful at the scene of a devastating wreck. They do not answer their calls consistently during business hours, and I was told conflicting thigs regarding how to retrieve possessions from my vehicle. The only helpful staff member was the guy who helped me pry open my vehicle. He put some significant effort into helping me. All in all, I will never do business with them again, and I would advise MPD to take them off of their list of tow providers.

Terrible experience with this towing company. My insurance (State Farm) scheduled a tow through Trac 1 for pickup between 12:00–12:30 PM. I called at 11:15 to confirm, and they said the truck would arrive within the hour. By 12:45, no one had arrived, and I couldn’t reach them—their phone lines were disconnected. I finally got ahold of someone at 3:30 PM, only to be told that my wife said the vehicle wouldn’t run, so they needed to send a different type of tow truck and it wouldn’t arrive until the next day. For the record, the person they referred to as my wife was actually my State Farm agent. No one called to inform me of the delay, and I ended up losing an entire day of work because of their poor communication and lack of professionalism. Now I have to miss even more time from work on Monday just to wait for another tow. Completely unacceptable service
Canceled a trip on me after I already waited an hour and a half. By the time I got someone else out there I had waited nearly 4 hours. Why accept a job if you don’t have the personnel to do it? Good thing I wasn’t alone or it could have been bad. Was not in the best area to be broken down. Just highly un-professional behavior.
This company has been horrible to work with. I called the pep boys 1-800 number to get my wife's car towed to pep boys. I call around 2 on 1/19/24. I was given an eta pick up time at 5:39 same day. I never heard from the towing company until I called them at 6:00, 20 minutes after they were suppose to pick up the vehicle. I was told the driver wouldn't be at my vehicle until 7. I proceeded to reschedule the pick up for 9:00 the morning or 1/20/24. I get a call at 8:30 saying they just got the ticket on my vehicle and there was 6 more tows ahead of mine. I then get a call when the driver was fixing to head my way to get my vehicle and was told at that time I was gonna have to pay and additional $125 on top of the $80 tow fee. I was never told that on the front end. I will push my car before I use this company or even recommend this company.
Bad service would not recommend too anyone. I been waiting over three hours.
Wow, what an unbelievably horrible experience! I requested a tow truck through my insurance company around 2 pm. The ETA was originally 2-2.5 hours. By 5:00, they removed the ETA from my request, but still weren't here. I called Trac 1 to see what was going on. The person on the phone was almost inaudible and honestly sounded like they were at a house party with tons of loud voices around them. She told me it would be another 60 minutes for the tow truck to arrive! Well, that's absolutely useless because all of the auto shops closed at 6:00! So I was forced to cancel the service and I wasted a day without being able to use my car. Not even an apology was received for the inconvenience. If you have a choice, DO NOT CHOOSE TRAC 1.
