Muhammad was very kind and helpful I was scared when my car suddenly died and I was stranded in the smoke and after calling a bunch of tow companies American Eagle was the only one to respond and help. I appreciated Muhammad coming out and being comforting as he took my car to the shop and dropped me off back at my home. This was a wonderful experience and was not expensive at all I would highly suggest American Eagle Towing and if I need a tow I know who I am calling first.
Excellent service. I'd give 7 stars if I could! The driver, Mahamed, was extremely professional, quick, and patient despite the challenging circumstances of my tow. I was highly impressed. Had a good experience with the gentleman towing my car followed by an awful experience at the tow yard. My insurance company told me to make sure I take my license plates. I was told by the tow company that a new policy meant I couldn’t take them even though they are my property. This caused a big headache for me while I was in the process of dealing with insurance and buying a new car. I spent an extra hour and a half driving to the lot my insurance company sent the car to in order to get my plates. Had I not bought my new car before the payout, I probably would’ve lost the plates entirely.
Incredible service! Troy is the best tow truck driver ever! He fixed up my battery and didn’t even need to get it towed. Will call them again for any car mishaps.

I needed to move my Tiny Home out of a tight spot and I sent requests out to many towing companies, but only Randy from Hercules Towing responded. Randy was able to get my Tiny Home out with a forklift for the tight turn and tow truck for the final haul. The tow was not an easy one, but Randy found a way! Highly recommended!

Had a flat tire in a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with in North Portland. I was just about to get the last lug off when I realized it was too stripped to be removed. A Hercules employee was passing by and stopped what he was doing, jumped out of the truck and began helping me get the wheel off with his power tools. Unbelievable kindness, skill, and an overall dedication to the community around him. Still can't thank him enough as it got me out of a huge jam. Randy at Hercules Towing promptly answered the phone when I called, worked with me to get a tow out to my car when I needed it, was courteous and professional the entire exchange, and was also a lot of fun to ride in the cab with to my mechanic! We got stuck in Troutdale with our 36’ fleet wood motorhome and out of the 17 businesses we called, Portland City Towing were the only ones willing to help and they didn’t charge a ridiculous price, even on a Sunday. They were extremely fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation. They made a 3 day nightmare come to an end and I will always be grateful to them for their help and professionalism.

Towed my trailer let's too close to the Portland p. D when was finally able to get it out of tow? It was over six hundred dollars once I was able to get inside, I found my 60 inch sunny TV broke my toolbox has gone through all of my batteries, drills saws and grinders. We're missing that we're on my toolbox. As well as my son's Nintendo switch. Among many other items as well. I was going to leave when my children was being towed, and They were responsible for what was inside the trailer. Somebody open the door with pry bar to put my generator inside.But as nice as that is, they held themselves to whatever they wanted inside
Car wasn't able to start so I called this company after AAA couldn't give me an ETA. Needed a tow from Hillsboro, OR to Vancouver, WA. Had a 40 minute wait time and I was greeted by Chris, who was an absolute blast! Not only was he very professional, extremely knowledgeable, but super fun to talk too. Great guy to ride along with. My car made it to our destination in one piece. Pictures were taken of my car before and after. Paperwork was a breeze too. I high recommend this company and Chris is an extraordinary employee!

Broke down on freeway. Speeds was there in 30 min and quickly hooked the truck and got us to a mechanic. Always choose speeds. They’re dependable, safe and friendly.
He was a new driver. He had to call boss on how to pull me out of Railroad Rock that they put down next tracks. He did good - he was bery nerves I use to work for a out fit who used Speedy all time. I liked your crew . Shlly Sibert PS Driver was a great backer up driver too. Only problem I had - he left his backup lights on as we were pulling out. Hard to see where I was going.

I have over a hundred vehicles I am responsible for towing and in all my years I haven’t met a more profession, speedy, great attitude tow company to date- these guys truly are the Best!!!
Truck arrived within the estimated timeframe. Dispatch did a great job checking in with me and making sure of where I wanted my car towed. Driver was super nice and profession. Not only do I recommend but hope I get them again if I need another tow.
I had a wrecked trailer on the highway and this company sent 3 guts to help. Their crew was awesome and went above and beyond to help. There was a few thousand dollars or materials dumped and they stayed and helped me load it back on the trailer. Highly recommend them.
The two young gentlemen that showed up in 15 minutes were awesome. The other company was going to take an hour. I'm glad they work with Geico. I hope others consider tipping. They do a great job, and I can't think them enough for saving me from getting locked out of my commercial work truck.
Would leave zero stars if possible; customer service was rude and unhelpful. My truck was towed improperly as I can see the drag tire marks on the street. Truck was left for two days in their lot and I seen a rat in it while driving home.

Parker was my tow truck driver and I wouldn’t have rather had anyone else. Even though my cars somewhat of a junker Parker took his time to carefully get my car on the bed without cause anymore damage to the vehicle. Even used what I believe was called a scooter when he didn’t have to. He also didn’t seem bothered by questions he was probably asked daily and was in a positive mood unlike any other tow truck driver I’ve met. Thanks again Parker.

Not that I hope to need these services regularly, but I am a forever customer after my experience this week. I ran out of gas in a dangerous place (bridge/on ramp) with no shoulder, during evening rush hour, and had my infant in the car with me. I was unbelievably stressed dealing with my insurance's roadside assistance, worrying about my child, with cars whizzing by thinking one of them might slam into the back of us. When I found out how long it would be to get help I freaked out on the phone and told them not to worry about it and I'd just figure something out. Someone (very patient, angel!) called me back and calmly explained that I was their number one priority and they'd be there as soon as they could, she dealt with my crying on the phone and calmed me down. I was worried for our safety, while also being embarrassed that it had happened. They arrived quickly, told me not to beat myself up about it (thankfully I had calmed down by then), and took care of it so easily so I was on my way. Then, to completely blow my expectations out of the water, the angel who talked me down before called me again just to check in with me and make sure I was ok. This place really really took care of me in a way that got us safe, while also not making me feel like a complete idiot for what had happened. I really felt cared about, and in that moment it was exactly what I needed. THANK YOU.

Forward came with two people and had to get my car from a tough spot with the emergency break locked to boot. Another company said it could not be done but Forward did it and did it with an upbeat attitude. Highly recommend them.
Sabour was absolutely FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond any of my expectations. The car started when he arrived so he didn't need to tow it, but he actually called me an hour or so later to make sure I made it to my destination okay!! AMAZING. This is service we rarely see anymore! I highly recommend Forward Towing and ask for SABOUR!!!
DJ was the man! Helped diagnose a dead battery rather than a failed starter and saved us some money. He also came back on his own time later that day to help make sure the battery was replaced correctly. Would recommend to everyone needing a tow or just needing some mechanic advise.

I had an accident that blocked traffic a little so the police called the tow truck. That would mean paying for the tow and then storage. But as I was only a block and a half from my home, the driver, Logan Williams, said I could leave it in front of my house and circumvent the storage fees. He was also very careful with my electric car with one of the wheel rubbing against the fender. He let me know everything he was going to do and made sure I understood and was comfortable with it. He made a stressful situation more comfortable. Highly recommended.

When I was leaving work, my car wouldn’t start because I had left the lights on and the battery was dead. I google searched, found Eli’s, and called. They answered immediately (it was past midnight), told me the price and time estimate over the phone, were at my location promptly, and got my car started again very quickly. Fast and friendly service, with no hidden fees or surprises. I would definitely call them again if needed for future services!

I talked with these guys about coming to buy my truck as scrap. They set an appointment for 10am and didn't show until 12. Then, gave me 250 less than what they originally offered. Since I was trying to get rid of the truck I didn't argue, but after giving me the money the driver said she would be back in an hour to pick it up but never came back. Now, here I am next day, and they still haven't been back to collect the truck and have sent my calls to VM. I tried calling from my wifes phone and they answered, but when they heard my voice they immediately hung up and blocked both numbers. Beyond unprofessional!!!!!!

I was on I 5 over Hayden island yesterday when the outlaw towtruck was getting onto the freeway. He jumped over a lane nearly sideswiping, me even continuing when I was honking at him and slamming on my brakes. Keys were locked in my car last night so I called this place. I was at the Laquinta Inn across the street. They wanted to charge me $400 for them to cross the street. Said it was "labor" and for the drive. Across the street. Plus it was going to take 40 minutes. Busting my window and replacing it would cost me half the price. Called Ilan lock & key. Guy was there in twenty minutes, and it was $120.
Not very good professional service from the owner Daniel Daniel has no common sense when it comes to towing cars nor does he have any common sense when dealing with customers Daniel is not a good place to get your car towed add Park code from Vans Towing should be put out of business because the owner does not know what he's doing

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 25 years of life. The two different gals who answered the phone are SO rude, I’m sorry my stolen vehicle was towed to your lot.. sounded like a real inconvenience for them. Their prices aren’t even competitive so not only will you do yourself a favor by avoiding attitude but also a costly expense! (the tow truck drivers though are very kind, great social skills, I would suggest they train the front desk girls on how to interact with others). It’s a shame Portland police choose these guys to tow our vehicle, we used North Western Towing & Recovery to save us a headache & $$. Got our truck towed the heck outta there as soon as NW could arrive!
Shelly, the dispatcher, and JB, the driver, were excellent. Shelly went out of her way to give me a great rate since my tow was not too far, and JB was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you tow with these folks!
Very rude. I called to get a car towed Jan. 19,2023 because the property management at my home put me in charge & they did come out. But a lady called back asking why I was rude to her dispatcher and driver , and I was not even home when they came. She assumed wrong, yelling at me on the phone without fully knowing that I did not sign no waiver form when they came to tow the car. I let her know the situation and I told her to contact management the same way she went out of her way to do so with me. She gave attitude and was yelling. I run a business too, I would never approach a client the same way. Prior to this incident I had called them to tow a car, since it’s my job to do so for the property on the side and she was aggressive and unhelpful. Please consider another towing business. She will call you back to harass you.
The manager answering the phone was terribly rude. They spilt at least 5 gallons of oil on my driveway (see photo) and told me rudely to clean it myself. If a helpful employee at the very least acknowledged my issue, I would have spent my own money to clean it. TERRIBLE. The receptionist is GROSS!!! They don’t care about the environment.
I was a customer quite a few times over the last couple of years. The lady who answers the phone was always friendly and the tow guy (I have had a couple different ones over the years) were always very fast and efficient! One time I had to call them was during the winter and I was 6 months pregnant and couldn't figure out how to get my chains on one of my tires, the driver came out to me and put my chains on my tire in less than a couple minutes and didn't even charge me! Any other company would've still charged the cost of putting one of the chains on. They've always been very helpful and never once had a bad experience with them. I recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

Had contacted life 360 for roadside assistance,they sent out this trash company, driver calls me and I explain that I need someone to jack up the car and take the wheel off so I can take out the nail and use the plug kit which takes 2 mins and I’ve done before just my jack is broken. Driver Brian said I’m not gonna wait for you to seal your tire it’s not my job to wait.. like what then whats your job isn’t it to assist with roadside assistance? What a joke “my job is not to wait” you still get paid to wait you Moran.

I'm happy
I needed to have my car towed a very short distance. I really felt the situation was difficult and wasn't feeling very positive. Called and spoke with Kamal who was amazing and made me feel so much better. Set up a time and Jade came out to tow the car. Timely, personable, professional, he was great. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend!
This company has horrible customer service! I had to have my Volvo towed & this is the company my insurance sent. After being at the address for over an hour and my car not being delivered, I called the company. I asked who I was speaking w/ "sam" was rudely replied. I asked where my car was, he put me on hold, hung up on me, and texted, my driver would be there in 20 min. It arrived much later. Then the driver unhooks from the flat bed trailer 2 feet from the curb and 4 feet from a mailbox. I asked the driver to fix it, and he eventually called his boss, I spoke w him. He asked me what I wanted his driver to do? I said, move my car out of the road. He said my driver couldn't move your car, not my problem, give the phone to my driver. I do, and the driver walks off, gets in his truck, & drives off! The photos are from the drivers plate, the company name, that my vehicle having ZERO power he puts it in gear, and the coffee that was spilled on the passenger side after coming off the truck bed. Volvo called and stated that coffee had gone thru to the wires, and it needed to be cleaned. I called to report this to the manager (same voice & accent), which now tells me his name is "SEAR" said it's not my problem and refused to file a claim/complaint. I'm still waiting to see if anything else is wrong after he towed my AWD WITH NO POWER on a flatbed trailer! Which SEAR claims is my fault.

Portland Police say they often call in a private request tow through Emergency Communications. One of five companies are dispatched, and Green said all but Elite Towing charge the same standardized rate written into the city contracts - charging a median $413. Elite Towing’s median rate is $1,893. Totals vary based on factors such as crash location and time spent in the tow yard. That is a terrible business practice. I would avoid them at all costs. Good luck not getting into an accident.

Our brand new truck was towed yesterday and when we asked why, they said “failure to show trip permit” which was in the back window. We spoke with them last night and they wanted to charge almost $400 despite us only living six minutes away! They claimed it was for an “after hours” charge. We told the guy on the phone that we would be in today and when we went, we met a woman in the office who was extremely rude. When we walked in she asked, “do you have an appointment” and when we said “no we didn’t know we had to make one the person on the phone said we can just come” she laughed and said “oh, yeah I know you don’t have an appointment because I only had one for today yet I saw you guys pull in” and then said she “never answers the phone because people are rude.” Extremely condescending and then proceeded to complain about a homeless woman parked outside of their lot that she offered a FREE tow for to move her, but wants to charge us $521 when they told us yesterday it was $264 for a six minute drive. My boyfriend proceeded to show a picture of his drivers license (he lost his wallet) and then when she asked about the registration we mentioned we don’t have it yet because we just bought it a week ago, and we only have the purchase paperwork which we also had photo copy’s of. She told us she can’t accept that because of “AI these days” and didn’t help us out at all. We said that we’ll just go pick up the paperwork and she continued to ramble about nonsense. Horrible customer service. I understand people have bad days but no one wants to pay for their vehicle that’s been towed for no reason, and we were being nice and respectful the entire time.

Excelente servicio
I love taking my 1970 charger out for a cruise on a nice day. However, being over 50 years old the car does have its quirks and left me stuck on I-84. Called these guys and in 20 minutes a driver was pulling up. The driver was very professional, and loaded my classic car up beautifully. Would trust these guys with any of my cars and highly recommend
