I called based on the ratings and while it did take longer than we expected for thr tow to arrive, Mohammed was very nice and friendly. The car ended up being towed to my sons friends shop, an unexpected change from what we'd initially thought. We really appreciated Mohommads friendliness and he even discounted the tow. I have left my info twice when I called to whoever answered for there boss to call me back to schedule a time for me to get my belongings and never heard back. My girlfriend has called and emailed them explaining her heart medication was in the car and never heard back. When I called back for the 5th time they told me it would be $200 to get my stuff cause it's been over 25 days when I been patiently waiting for them to contact me and they never did. They just want to nickle and dime you any way they can. It's devasting enough to have your car towed and not be able to afford the cost which is more than the car but when your childrens things and medication and other items are inside that is a fina blow. if I could leave no stars I would.
I had a profoundly rough day and had my car throw every single warning light on my way home after work. Called a few places, got through to Elite first. They gave me a 90 minute ETA and my quote; not great but I could live with it. Troy rolls up 17 minutes later in his fantastic Ram truck, has me loaded up, shows me how all the parts work, and got me to the mechanic. He was efficient as all get out, kind, and funny. I'd like to be his BFF, to be quite honest. Thanks, Troy, for turning a rough day and a rougher situation into a much better one. You certainly left me in a better place than you found me! This was the first time I've used anyone other than AAA for a tow, and it knocked my socks off.
I've used them for towing several times, and their pricing is always fair and reasonable. The drivers are friendly, professional, and easy to talk to—they’re always happy to answer questions. The trucks are spotless, inside and out, which really shows the pride the owners take in their company. That pride clearly extends to their staff as well. They’ve helped me tow everything from farm equipment to project cars, and even my personal daily driver when it broke down. No matter the job, they’ve always delivered excellent service. I’m glad I don’t take everything I read at face value without checking the facts. I’ve spoken with the staff at the Elite office, and they’ve always been friendly and professional. Their phone etiquette is excellent. I’ve needed towing services more than once, and I can honestly say their drivers are the nicest I’ve encountered—always helpful and informative. Pricing is comparable to the other two tow companies I’ve used, and once it was even cheaper. It really depends on the service and circumstances. I have absolutely no complaints about this company.
Oregon roads thrashed my tires but thanks to Elite, I was able to get it home safely and quickly. Troy my driver was very prompt, knew what the hell he was doing, and even had great conversations heading to our destination. I have never had a bad experience with Gerlock. They have always been helpful with any issues I've had with my companies trucks whether it's been a breakdown an accident or just drivers getting themselves in situations the couldn't get out of. Othe companies I've dealt with I've had to have drivers wait several hours for assistance. Gerlach has always been able to make themselves available within a short time. Randy at Hercules Towing was extremely easy and professional to work with. I had an emergency of sorts, and he took the time to work with me and deliver my vehicle to where it needed to go. Highly recommend. Can't think of a single bad thing to say!

Randy is such a personable and friendly guy to work with. I called 20 places around Portland for a 25-mile tow and Randy's rate was equal to the lowest rates in town. He is on top of his phone calls, was true to his verbal quote, and delivered my car where we needed it quickly and easily. He even gave us some repair tips. Left feeling very positive about the whole thing, which is always a plus when you have a bunch of vehicle maintenance ahead of you! I'd call him first if I were ever in need of a tow again.

The service was excellent. My tire exploded on I-84 and the tow-driver came very quickly and got me and my car off the side of the freeway fast. When we got to a tire shop, he waited for me to verify if the shop had space to take me or not. Ideally I won't need this service again, but if I ever need a tow again, I would hit this company up first.
I can not speak more highly about the service and care I received from Portland City Towing. I had an issue that happened twice, both times my wait was less than 30 min and once they got there Joe was amazing. He even helped me push my car out of the road. And then when my car broke down again, they were the first place I called! The only place I would call! There is nothing worse than feeling vulnerable as a woman when your car breaks down. I felt safe, the wait was short and the service was professional and best of all the prices are reasonable! I would recommend Portland City Towing to anyone needing a tow.

Towed my trailer let's too close to the Portland p. D when was finally able to get it out of tow? It was over six hundred dollars once I was able to get inside, I found my 60 inch sunny TV broke my toolbox has gone through all of my batteries, drills saws and grinders. We're missing that we're on my toolbox. As well as my son's Nintendo switch. Among many other items as well. I was going to leave when my children was being towed, and They were responsible for what was inside the trailer. Somebody open the door with pry bar to put my generator inside.But as nice as that is, they held themselves to whatever they wanted inside

He was a new driver. He had to call boss on how to pull me out of Railroad Rock that they put down next tracks. He did good - he was bery nerves I use to work for a out fit who used Speedy all time. This tow company towed my car may 5th 2023. Upon dropping off my vehicle the driver damaged my vehicle (scraped it against another vehicle). I was Told i would Recieve a call in the morning to get the crash figured out. This tow company is registered with the city of Portland so i didn't think they would do something so illegal. Well a month later they still have not returned my calls and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages. They will be getting sued and reported to Portland for evading the cost of repair for damages caused to my vehicle by this tow company. Stay away!!

I got a tow for my oversized van last night after calling a number of places for an estimate. I went with zee because the price was the best. It ended up being a lot more work for him than I thought it would be but he was super good natured about it. Found myself in a terrible situation today. Got a flat on a major highway and was stuck in the emergency lane of the fast lane and barely fit. Called Northwestern Towing explained I was in a terrible situation and they had a tow truck to me within 20 min~during rush hour!! The driver was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding! After this experience I will not go to any other tow company!

I had a wrecked trailer on the highway and this company sent 3 guts to help. Their crew was awesome and went above and beyond to help. There was a few thousand dollars or materials dumped and they stayed and helped me load it back on the trailer. Highly recommend them.
Mac went above and beyond in getting my car onto a flatbed this morning. He had one of the hardest tows as my car was missing two tires. I haven’t had a better tow truck driver. This is a review to George's character. Met him yesterday and was struck by his openness/transparency. He didn't dress anything up in fancy speak. We were able to speak candidly. He even explained to me what was going on with supply chain issues with different truck parts and how that was effecting his clients. I could ramble on, but one thing I learned about George is he likes speed and getting the job done quick so I'll end this here. Keep doing what you're doing George! We need more people like you in this world.

Broadway is surely the most capable, willing, friendly, and smartest towing company around. Vadin arrived with an eager, can-do attitude, and ended up towing my Jeep when THREE other companies could not or would not. With every challenge that presented itself with my complicated tow, he was ready with an expert and creative workaround. His communication was above-and-beyond, too. Before and after the tow, he went out of his way to provide me with details. Other companies were grumpy, and gave me extended and delayed windows that kept me waiting, tethered to home for hours and hours. Vadim was dispatched within a remarkably short timeframe, and I knew exactly when he was coming. Again, THREE other companies seemed to look first for problems, complained and made me feel bad about them (not exactly sure why it was my fault), and did not complete the job. This company is contracted with my insurance company. They were assigned to come tow my vehicle and never showed up. I scheduled the tow for later and was assured a driver would be there within 15 minutes more than once. They ended up not showing for that tow either and I had to go with another company.
Very fast and efficient. It took about an expected time to arrive on a Friday in rush hour, but as soon as Courtney got there, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Thanks a ton! Would definitely recommend.
These guys are great, they got to me really quickly, they were super professional and they gave me a great price. I have a Super Duty Ford E350 van, giant van lol. All around town I was getting really high estimates for hook up feet alone, close to 300 bucks everywhere else. When I talk to the girl, she heard the frustration in my voice and she quoted me 200 plus mileage which I wasn't going terribly too far away. My vehicle is considered medium duty so it's really large, super heavy duty. I couldn't pay that price fast enough! Everywhere else I was getting between 249 and 300. This place really came through for me and I will make sure I use you guys for all of my towing services in the future. Thank you guys!
I ran out of gas on the side of the highway in a spot with almost no shoulder. I was told by several other towing companies they couldn't get someone to me for an hour or more. Elite got a truck to me in 20 minutes with gas, helped me troubleshoot my errant fuel pump, and then followed me to nearest gas station. They did all this for less than I was quoted by other companies who would've taken twice as long to get to me. They really saved me and they did so under-budget.
No masks dealing with customers during COVID. Made me sign with my hand on his personal cell phone. To be fair, did solve my problem, but not without risking my health and safety. Here’s be trying my best not to interact with him—I’m wearing an N95 but I’m still really uncomfortable with this situation.

My car broke down on the highway, and I called Flash Towing. They gave me a great ETA, and the driver arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and got my car loaded up safely and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Fantastic service all around!
Flash towing did a great job. They came and told my vehicle off the freeway. On I 84 towards the Dallas backend the Troutdale. They were there was very clean and the driver was very friendly.

We had an unfortunate accident in portland. Ladonna came in a timely manner and had amazing customer service. Upon meeting us, she asked about our well-being and made sure we were safely in the towing vehicle before she started working on our car. On the trip to our home, our conversations had put me at ease and I was able to calm down from this very stressful situation. Once we were at our destination, she made sure that our vehicle was not a hazard by disconnecting the battery. She is very passionate about what she does and cares about the customer! We need more women like her in this industry!! Kudos to you Ladonna!

Would recommend, and use again. Fastest and smoothest towing experience I’ve ever had. Came before their estimated time of arrival, arrived and communicated the whole plan right away. Parked the car perfectly once we got to the destination even though it was a tough spot without any issues.

Requested flat bed for my Audi that had been sitting in my driveway forever! Best towing
My work van broke down today on the Burnside Bridge in downtown Portland. It's a large van and I called probably 12 different tow companies before calling Van's. All of them quoted me a crazy amount for getting towed less than a mile and they all estimated that it would be multiple hours before they could get to me. Van's told me it would be an hour and quoted me the best rate out of all of them. The driver showed up in 30 minutes, which was half the time they had told me, and had the van hooked up and ready in probably 2 minutes. The driver was super friendly, extremely professional, and got the van and myself back to my shop in no time. I was extremely impressed and highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone that needs towing in Portland. If the situation ever arises where I need a tow again, this will be the company that gets my business every single time.
Showed up to Wilsonville with a flatbed tow truck to haul my classic Triumph Spitfire after I waited for E&E Towing, who never showed up and still cannot be contacted. I recommend VANS TOWING!
Worst U haul location in the country. Very unprofessional, dismissive and they ARE NOT open 24h. Beware of them. UPDATE: I wash charged by this location for 150$ cleaning fee. Clearly a scam, DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.

0 Stars. Worst service. The girl wouldn't give me a direct quote when I asked her to look at the location pick up and drop off like another place did for me, she said she wouldn't do it. I have the miles and all the car info and asked if she was just too lazy or didn't have a way, of course she got offended and hung up. Don't work here if you don't want to work lol. Don't waste your time.. I recommend Elite Towing, they were helpful! Emily G. Called 011724 @ 6:29pm.
The manager answering the phone was terribly rude. They spilt at least 5 gallons of oil on my driveway (see photo) and told me rudely to clean it myself. If a helpful employee at the very least acknowledged my issue, I would have spent my own money to clean it. TERRIBLE. The receptionist is GROSS!!! They don’t care about the environment.
I do not like to give reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand customer service is difficult and everyone can have a bad day, but as I look at the rest of the reviews, it seems as all their days are bad. I had the worst customer service experience of my life here and will be pressing charges as they tripled the charges they told me initially when I had followed all of their instructions. I came in within 24 hours, brought my title and ended up at the other location. As I was told I came to the wrong location, I was entirely willing to go to the correct one as it was my fault. They had told me no one was at the other location as it was a Saturday. They had contacted their manager, Shelley on what to do and she had advised them and myself to wait until Monday and I was ensured the price would stay the same. Monday rolls around and somehow the towing charges triple. I had contacted Shelley again, calmly explaining that the price was unfair, only to be mocked and have her tell me “well too bad” in a demeaning way and hanging up on me. When I tried to call back, they placed me on hold for over 30 minutes and the only available help had left as I stayed at their location by myself during their operating hours. After being tired of being on hold I had called the other location to figure out how to pay since no one was at the office. They told me to wait and that someone would be there within 30 minutes. I waited an hour and no one came so I left. A letter was sent to me for over $1,200 as I have continuously tried to contact them with either no one answering or Shelly hanging up on me. I have picture and video evidence and can’t wait till every single one of their customers that was treated wrongly to be reimbursed. Sad to see they treat their employees like garbage as well and discriminate against their African American employees :( Misha and Shelly are the ones who should be fired immediately. The department of labor needs to go through video footage and their phone calls to hear what kind of disrespectful tone and demeaning slurs were used to speak to a 16 year old child and a very respectful 72 year old grandfather.
These people, the management at A B towing, are the worst crooks to deal with that I’ve ever experienced in a professional business. They advertise 24/7, this is a blatant LIE, they refused to give us our car back on a Saturday afternoon telling us to come back on Monday and they would absolutely be charging us for the storage. They picked up my Mercedes after my girlfriend parked into a public driveway. She came back outside and car was gone. After several attempts at proving the cars ownership finally they would release it. After hours with a gate fee, of course. Not true, Saturday afternoon, told to wait til Monday costing us another $180, all told the stole over a grand from me and currently I’m filing suit in court to stop these thieves from continuing to rob people of their hard earned money. The drivers at this store, they were great, no problems
This is the worst company to do business with, terrible customer service from Shellie Smith. After expressing my concern about the invoice I received, she became aggressive then stating that I was the one being aggressive. I let her know all I wanted to do is pay the invoice and move on and never use their company again. Their tow man JB B absolutely did nothing except guide our manager on where to try and go, which we didn't need that kind of help. Charging $230 for guidance seems a little much. Then she sends me an email demanding payment after I told her I wasn't going to allow her to talk to me the way she did.

Freaking abysmal customer service
I tried to use this business to tow my vehicle fro. Where it broke down to where I've been stainh for past 3 mo which is a motel where the owner knows me to be always do what I say so he gave permission to tow my car here but they refused to because most places don't want that which is understandable but it is not understandable to refuse a customer service ( that I would have hired again on the 31 because I'm moving) when they have the owners consent to have my car here. Ridiculous and very upsetting . I had e to deal with this car for a bit and whomever is able to use common sense will be rewarded with my business which includes 3 future trips. Call any other company. The people running this business lack common sense so they likely aren't all that proficient in every other area.
Called early morning a lady answered she was so wonderful and helpful took my information got a driver to come out with in 20 min nice guy hooked me up on our way took a bad day and made it a better day thank you so much
I had to have my vehicle towed from my home to my local mechanic's garage. Mike called me to advise of his arrival, called again when he arrived and carried himself in the most professional way from pick up to drop off. His truck was clean and comfortable. He even pointed out where I could hold on the handles to help me in and out of the truck. We also had very enjoyable and light-hearted conversation. My tow was set up through my auto insurance road side assistance. This is the company I will be requesting for any future tows.

Following an auto accident, they were directed to tow my vehicle to Fix Auto on 9/22/21, but they did not! The driver said because it was late (4:30pm), he’d tow it there 1st thing in the morning. I went to Fix Auto & they did not have my car, nor were they accepting any new tows because their lot is full. Then came the issue of myself, my adjuster, and new auto body shop tracking down the driver and no response. It’s now been a week, and they’re holding my car in their shop without any of our consent. I highly discourage anyone from using them. They’re trying to rack up storage fees, although they have been directed where to take my vehicle & failed to.

I needed to have my car towed a very short distance. I really felt the situation was difficult and wasn't feeling very positive. Called and spoke with Kamal who was amazing and made me feel so much better. Set up a time and Jade came out to tow the car. Timely, personable, professional, he was great. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend!
Our car was stolen and recovered by the police. We called Fast Towing to help us tow the car 4 miles to a mechanic. They charged $360, parked the car the wrong way on a busy street and far from the curb. It received 2 tickets the next day for the parking job. I will not be using their services again. I'd advise anyone to find any other towing service. They suck.
Waited an hour later than they initially stated it would be. Then they called and said my car was not where I said it would be. I panicked and checked. It was still their he just didn't care to check. He refused to go back so I had to get a whole other company to go out. Because the hours of wasted time, the shop coded andy car was then unavailable until even Monday to be checked. Super frustrating chain of events because their driver didn't just look for the car in the tiny parking lot.

Portland Police say they often call in a private request tow through Emergency Communications. One of five companies are dispatched, and Green said all but Elite Towing charge the same standardized rate written into the city contracts - charging a median $413. Elite Towing’s median rate is $1,893. Totals vary based on factors such as crash location and time spent in the tow yard. That is a terrible business practice. I would avoid them at all costs. Good luck not getting into an accident.

Our brand new truck was towed yesterday and when we asked why, they said “failure to show trip permit” which was in the back window. We spoke with them last night and they wanted to charge almost $400 despite us only living six minutes away! They claimed it was for an “after hours” charge. We told the guy on the phone that we would be in today and when we went, we met a woman in the office who was extremely rude. When we walked in she asked, “do you have an appointment” and when we said “no we didn’t know we had to make one the person on the phone said we can just come” she laughed and said “oh, yeah I know you don’t have an appointment because I only had one for today yet I saw you guys pull in” and then said she “never answers the phone because people are rude.” Extremely condescending and then proceeded to complain about a homeless woman parked outside of their lot that she offered a FREE tow for to move her, but wants to charge us $521 when they told us yesterday it was $264 for a six minute drive. My boyfriend proceeded to show a picture of his drivers license (he lost his wallet) and then when she asked about the registration we mentioned we don’t have it yet because we just bought it a week ago, and we only have the purchase paperwork which we also had photo copy’s of. She told us she can’t accept that because of “AI these days” and didn’t help us out at all. We said that we’ll just go pick up the paperwork and she continued to ramble about nonsense. Horrible customer service. I understand people have bad days but no one wants to pay for their vehicle that’s been towed for no reason, and we were being nice and respectful the entire time.

Great service.
I love taking my 1970 charger out for a cruise on a nice day. However, being over 50 years old the car does have its quirks and left me stuck on I-84. Called these guys and in 20 minutes a driver was pulling up. The driver was very professional, and loaded my classic car up beautifully. Would trust these guys with any of my cars and highly recommend
