Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick to get to us and did a great job. Best case scenario for a tough situation.
AE Towing did not disappoint! They were dispatched through a roadside assistance option on my cell service. I received accurate updates on their ETA, which I appreciated, because the cell benefit updates was incorrect. I was able to connect with their live disoatch agent who verified that their info could be counted on. Francois arrived with a flatbed, he took pictures at every stage, including the drop off location. Professional through and through. My benefit only covered a ten mile tow, and it was less than $5 for the additional mile. Thank you for everything!
The communication via text message was consistent and accurate. Brett the driver answered our questions with kindness and professionalism. His actions and experience made us feel confident that our vehicle was in good hands and would be taken care of. Would highly recommend.
The driver was quick and very friendly. We had an nice chat on the ride to the mechanic. His driving was excellent. He spotted my car before I even pointed it out. Highly recommend. He arrived at the time I asked promptly as well! Thank you!!
Excellent service. Ford assistance use them and they really came through. I'm sorry I forgot the drivers name but he did a great job. He is in one of the photos!! Highly recommend AETowing.

I’ve never had to get a car towed, I was extremely nervous for my first time. Billy was my tow driver, by far the best experience with him. He assured me everything was okay, and not a problem. He has really good energy, did the job quick and smooth. :)
James Petersen was fantastic! Very quick, kind, communicative, and supportive. Even offered to stay with me until I was able to get picked up. Very professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Steffanie was really helpful getting our car towed on short notice! She was friendly and communicated with us when she would arrive, and was quicker then expected! Thanks so much!
James was so wonderful and helpful! I believe that was the best Customer Service I ever received from a towing company. He explained all the steps and was super resourceful. Thank you so much will be using if I ever need a toe in the future.!
Alpha towing is awesome. Steffanie was my driver and she was amazing. She was super helpful and very nice! Overall great experience. I would recommend.

Excellent service! Nate did a super job with my new yellow Chiquita!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rick to the Rescue! Huge shout out to Rick from Roger's Towing and Transport! He swooped in to save the day right around dinner time—on a busy highway, in the middle of brutal heat, with barely any space to work. Not only was I stranded on a hill (never fun), but he also had to drop me off on another hill. And he handled both like an absolute pro. Rick was kind, courteous, and all business—in the best way. No muss, no fuss, no stress. He made what could’ve been a long, miserable evening so much easier, and I genuinely appreciated his calm, capable presence. If you ever find yourself stuck on the side of the road, I highly recommend asking for Rick at Roger's. He made a tough situation feel way less overwhelming, and for that, I’m truly grateful. 🚗💨🙌
We were stranded at Linslaw Park in the dark with a destroyed boat trailer wheel bearing. Michael was dispatching and saw that our AAA tow request had been sitting for hours. He quickly came to load our boat and made the delivery we requested at midnight. Michael completely went above and beyond to help us and keep us safe! Do not call AAA, call Roger’s Towing directly to get AAA service!!! Victor Wright Eugene, Oregon
From the time I called for a tow through AAA, my car was picked up and delivered into my garage in less than an hour. Couldn’t have gone quicker or smoother. Driver was professional, cautious and obviously great at his job. 100% satisfied
Quick response, diagnosis, and worked with us to change tow from the night to the next day and gave us a ride to PDX, which we could not find an Uber.

Quick response and great customer service. Driver also worked with the auto repair shop to position the car in a crowded parking lot.
A few days ago went to start my vehicle before heading to an appointment.. to my frustration it would not start, even messed with battery cables..Called a tow truck.. now expecting a hefty repair bill that I just can not afford right now. John showed up in estimated time frame and asked what was going on.. he was so kind to trouble shoot, and turns out this did not have to be a spendy repair.. I was beyond thankful for his help and getting me back on the road. I have used this company a few other times in the past and had friendly service. But really want to give John a huge KUDOS as it had already been a rough week, and I could not have been more grateful for his help.. will always reccomend these guys when asked!
A long overdue review but Herman with A+ towing is incredible! He's rescued me on two occasions when my battery died and my tire popped since my car doesn't come with a spare tire. He make sure to bring my car to FIrestone since they are the only tire shop open on Sundays so I could be back on the road ASAP.
Amazing service. Fast and reliable. And talked through the details of the loading and towing. Thank you Herman for the amazing work today.
The gal at the front desk was very nice, understanding, and cooperative. Big guy in the office was extremely helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience !!

The state police call this business , State Farm does, & I see why. Driver made a scary experience go smooth . Driver was so personable & took extra time to tell me about the auto place I was going to , and he jump started my car , & all this made me feel safe. I would tell anyone in Eugene to call this tow truck company.
When our 1955 Tbird broke down, Jesse came to our rescue with a fancy new flatbed tow truck. They were on time and great service! He was extra careful with our baby and even helped me get the car in the garage. Emerald Valley Towing is my new favorite tow company.
Truck broke down right as I got back into Eugene from a job in Florence, Emerald Valley Towing was the tow company called through my insurance's roadside assistance. They got there a little sooner than expected, got me home, and my driver managed to get my old F-150 cleanly into my driveway from a busy road. Great service, quick tow, and zero issues!
Great service from Emerald Valley Towing! Didn’t need a tow but someone turned to soon in hospital parking garage and the fender well was over my bumper. They couldn’t get the tow truck in the parking garage so the driver carried up some cool tools and got our vehicles separated. Good response time, friendly service and went above and beyond! Thanks so much!
If they tow your car and leave you stranded in the night, you will have to pay $460 CASH to get your car back the very next morning. And they damaged my front tire so now I have to buy new tires as well. The two gentlemen working at the office were polite and respectful and even called the owner to ask if I could use my debit card to pay and I could hear the owner/manager yelling through the phone that he supposedly had already told me twice that they accept cash only which was absolutely not true.

UPDATE: They reached out a few hours later Monday afternoon and made it totally right!, Thank you Rays for reaching out to us! Called Saturday night around 12 for service, was told the driver would be there in 45 min. I waited for almost 2 hrs before I called back thinking maybe somthing had happend but.... No, when I got back ahold of Herman, I told him the driver never showed, he calls the driver and he had apparently fallen back asleep and was on his way! Mind you its now almost 2:30 am finally shows around 3:15am and tells me that the guy I was talking to on the phone was the primary and told him he would come for the service and showes me the texts that proved it! So I had my wife call them Monday morning to see if the company would make it right in some way, they pretty much told her oh well not our problem! I could have gotten my family and I a motel or somthing for the night, called another company, nope my kid had to sleep in the back seat and be cold all night because of thier screw up! The gentleman that came to finally get us was very nice and efficient!... but...Thanks Herman and Rays towing for leaving your customers stranded on the side of the road!
Ray's was the best towing experience I've ever had... quick, kind and courteous. Ray also gave me alot of useful advice on how to take care of my car issues which was highly appreciated. This guy cared and was a huge help to me. I'm glad I called his business. If ever I need another tow, I'd call him again.
They were prompt and professional. James was great at troubleshooting my EV with a completely drained battery. Thank you!
The company does good work, and Chris is awesome. He arrived early, was quick, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered some pointers I hadn't known about when working with a dead battery. The whole experience was a pleasure.
I was helped yesterday by your service. As always your company delivered great service. Was careful with my vehicle and your driver went the extra mile to help this old lady into the truck. Casey made a very stressful situation so much better. Thank you

My power steering pulley shattered on i-5 and of course everything is operated by one belt so I didn't make it very far. I called puddle jumper towing and being it was in the middle of the day on Friday they were there less than 2 hours. The young man that helped me was pretty cool ,he had it loaded and headed to my house in less then 15 mins and the price was very reasonable. anyone I come across, this is the one and only tow company I will recommend to them.
I had a really good experience with puddle jumper towing. Nate was quick to help and super nice. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to use a tow truck due to it being parked in a packed parking lot, but he reassured me and did a great job! Thank you Nate and puddle jumper towing. 10/10 recommend!
My son was in a remote location locked out of his truck and could only send me his coordinates, due to signal issues. I’m located in Michigan and was referred to Puddle Jumper Car Towing. I explained my situation and Anthony was extremely helpful. So much so that when the coordinates didn’t match, he reached back out to me while his driver was looking for my son. We worked together. Via text to try to locate him. The driver located him once he was in the vicinity and honking his horn. I’m so grateful for the team and all their efforts to go above and beyond to help someone in their time and need! I HIGHLY recommend their services for simply being professional,, timely, thorough and going the extra mile!
Hadn’t used my car in a week or so and the battery died on me. The technician arrived very quickly and was fast, knowledgable, and friendly. Thanks you guys!
in a very stressful situation (broke down along I5 with the family) these guys showed up in an extremely professional matter and got us off the interstate and where we needed. The driver was very good at his job and really surprised me with his ability to maneuver a camper and pickup behind his tow truck. Highly recommend these guys!

A big thank you to Jack Hall for helping me with my lockout service this morning. He arrived well within the ETA with a big smile and got my car unlocked carefully and very quickly. He was also nice enough to give me a good contact for a new key fob I've desperately needed to replace. It's so nice to find great help and comforting to know that he's local. I'm definitely keeping his card on hand for future calls. Thanks, Jack!
I was in a horrible accident and Jack hall Showed up and was amazing at helping me get all the information I needed from the person.
Locked my keys in the pu as I hurried into the ER to be w/ my husband, 6 hrs later, not realizing they were Locked inside, the hospital guard called a towing company which was Webfoot Towing, they were there 10 minutes later..Logan Dempsey a very kind young man made me feel safe and secure as he VERY quickly popped that door open and freed my keys. Thank you Webfoot Towing for having such an amazing young man working for you. And Thank you Logan for you quick response and opening of that door. Lily Thompson
Driver Jack changed my tire today. He was Very Friendly and Professional. You could tell he was someone that loves his job, and his tow truck was beautiful and well maintained. Very Good Service. 👍

Thank you, thank you, thank you to an amazing team! We needed a towing for our 40 ft motorhome while on vacation in Waldport, Oregon. The team arrived at 8:30pm and worked until 2:00am to get the motorhome ready for towing (including rain) to the Freightliner garage in Albany. The crew were professional, knowledgable and hard working. We highly recommend them!
While traveling to Cummins Coburg to have a new Coolant Shutoff Valve replaced I started to lose lots of coolant in my engine. Shut it down and called Coach-Net ERS. They contacted Crockett Interstate Towing Service. I could not be any happier with the way they handled my emergency. They brought out a Class 8 tow rig to tow my 30 foot cargo trailer to the Cummins Shop. The also brought out a Low Boy to put my coach on to take it to the Cummins Shop. Tim and Rod were very professional and handled the situation easily. If I ever were to break down again in this area I would want ONLY Crockett Interstate to handle my towing needs.
We got our tractor and trailer towed to Eugene from on top of the Willamette pass. The driver Ethan was very nice, he even gave us a ride from Volvo to the TA. We will totally use this company in the future.

Awesome staff, helped me grab a few things from my stolen car. Customer service was excellent during this stressful time. They have a very large selection of motors and parts.
I called to find out if my friend's brothers property was still there. Inside are the ashes of her mom & sister. I was wondering if I could get the ashes only. Nate was very nice & took the time to check & got back to me. Mahalo Nate
Confused at first pick up day was Tuesday didn't happen reschedule for another day they did come out. The driver was awesome he took his time to make everything was perfect on his end for paper work I respect that. Funny with this the Manager of br called me ask me every thing is ok the time me and the driver was at the spot. Thanks
I appreciated the understanding employees had and fact they took time from personal affairs to help me recover my vehicle from impound, very personable, thank you. I'll be bringing my business to you in the future concerning parts and accessories.💪👍🐸
Dylan Mathews sold me a really good pair of used tires. They were willing to ship the tires across town to their other store for my convenience?!? I can't count how many times I've needed a part and B&R has always been there. Thanks Dylan!! You have a lot of patience ☺️

Great fast affordable service. I had him haul heavy equipment, and pull a U-haul out that I got stuck in the mud. He was there in minutes and really saved the day.
Been in business for a long time.

They took almost 3 hours longer than initial quoted to come get my vehicle. And there was no communication on their part during that time. After 2 hours I finally called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they finally showed up. I get being busy and short handed but communication is key.
Used a 3rd party roadside assistance for car tow twice this week. Was assigned Stealth towing both times. On the first occasion my app said they arrived I called them at 1hour and 30 mins and they advised their tow truck had broke down and they had cancelled my tow. They did not call me or the 3rd party. So a middle of town tow ended up talking me 4.5 hours to get my car home. Now my car still not able to be fixed by me so I repeated the process and guess who I'm assigned yet steal again. Stealth!! This time they took 4 hours from the assignment to pick my car up. With very poor communication or updates without me calling them. The driver was the only pleasent part of the whole interaction. So if you get stealth on a 3rd party roadside assistance I would cancel and order a different tow right away.
They were very nice and friendly and worked with us so that we could afford to get the car out of tow
Poor service. I waited 2 hrs in a broken down car in 97 degree weather. I actually changed to a different company because they were going to make me wait even longer. 12:30 I sent in my request. 1pm-1:30pm tow time 1:30pm I call and they say 30 more minutes 2:00pm no answer/phone tag 2:10pm office says 5 more minutes 2:15pm I get a hold of the tow driver and he says 30 more minutes At that point I switched
Fast and kind service. We ditched our car in a creek avoiding a deer. It was a hard one to get out but they weren't worried and saved our car. We are super appreciative to the guys and their service. 💯 Will use again.

The woman on the phone was very helpful and able to address all the concerns I had about my car and somewhat small parking lot. The driver had years of experience that really shone through and on top of that he was a pleasant fellow to have a conversation with while my car was being towed.
Guy came out to Veneta and brought my car and myself back to eugene.
I love this family. What a great team.
Horrible customer service! They need to know how to speak to customers instead of yelling their lungs out. Horrible just horrible.
Even gave me a ride home! Top shelf boys!

I've had to use them several times for towing and jump starts. I'm terrible at giving directions and knowing where I am, but they always find me and get me home safely. So nice and also AFFORDABLE. Thank you so much!
