They were fast, friendly and polite. The driver Nick was very personable and professional. He made sure to be careful with my vehicle as well. Couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience all the way around. If u ever need a tow, u know where to go!
Mike pulled up within 5 minutes of my breakdown. He was able to get me loaded quickly and safely. Very nice man. Friendly, personable, and professional.
After a break down on I-5, B & B got us to a auto repair shop quickly. I appreciate their service.
I got into some soft gravel and needed a little help getting out. Professional and efficient service.
Fast and reliable. Excellent customer service!

Ten out of ten would recommend. My beloved Baja threw a rod on my way back from Portland last Thursday in Salem on the side of the highway and I googled local towing and J&J towing came in clutch. Absolute lifesaver. I called and let him know where I was on I-5 and he was able to get there in about 15 minutes and had me back home in Eugene in about an hour. Thank y'all for what you do.
Jesús just help me towed my pathfinder to an auto repair shop . My car break down in Salem. He is quick , fair price and excellent service . He even refer me to another tow company that had mechanic before he take the job but chose him and very happy with it . I would recommend them to anyone.
Very fair price. Other companies wanted to charge me up to DOUBLE J&Js price. Super quick service and friendly to boot.
The gentleman who has towed my cars has been very polite and friendly. They were able to work with me with my schedule to get my car towed. The customer service is excellent. I’ve used other tow truck company and they ended charging me double what I paid with these guys. Overall great experience. 🙏🏼🩶
Very happy with my tow. Price was great, work was done professionally, Elmer was a nice guy who did the job right. Highly recommended.

I scheduled my pick up for a flat tire the day before and the driver arrived right on time. He was pleasant, efficient, and professional. When we pulled up it was clear they had a good relationship with my tire shop. Needing a tow isn’t something you can plan on, but knowing you have someone reliable to call in the event that you do is a comfort.
The driver was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. When I called to be sure they knew where to go, the dispatcher had already figured out where I was because the insurance sent them incomplete information. Insurance paid them so I have no idea about pricing.
Very fast and courteous. Original bringing me a tire iron to help me after a blown tire. Needed a tow instead and got me home safe with my 2 year old. Thanks guys. I got another ford f250 I need towed I’ll call again soon.
Worst experience dealing with a tow company EVER. I will NEVER use this outfit again. They did not disclose important information and my vehicle was left with the drive-line disconnected. Customer Service was a joke. I couldn't Post this without giving them a undeserved star.
Amazing customer service Johnny Walker was very efficient took care of my car made sure I was safe and stuck around to help me at the automotive shop and I would definitely use their service again. They were quick, efficient, thoughtful, and very courteous.

Son’s car needed towing so scheduled with State Farm app. The first company didn’t respond after an hour wait so we called and they said it would be almost two hours more so we cancelled and submitted a new request. Had a personal call from AE within 10 minutes saying a driver was scheduled and would call me. Received another call from the driver within 5 minutes saying he was in route and 5 minutes away. He was super kind to my son driving him to the auto shop, was careful with the vehicle, helped to push the car into a parking space, was very quick and professional. Would recommend.
They've got the right gear to get the job done safely, with a positive attitude. Unfortunately it's the 3rd time our bus has been towed, but this is the first time it's been easy and done right. If you've got a larger rig, these guys will do it right!
Alexander was absolutely amazing to work with. He was personable and professional. The service was prompt, with exceptional communication from dispatch to drop off.
They were great about keeping me informed on the time they would arrive and the tow truck driver was courteous and professional he was quick. He also sent me a picture of where he left the key for the car as I could not follow him back to my house.

Very efficient and quality work!
The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. They took a little while to get to me but the service was so quick and professional once they got there. I was in a pickle and they really saved my trip. Thank you guys!!
"Exceptional Service! Highly Recommend!" I had a flat tire in the middle of a busy highway in the middle of the night and I called Fonsecas towing for help. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was friendly and professional. They arrived much faster than I expected, and the tow truck driver was not only skilled but also extremely courteous. He made sure to handle my vehicle with care, and he even offered some advice on a nearby garage where I could get my tire fixed. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, which is always a plus. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. If you ever need towing services, I highly recommend Fonsecas Towing. They are reliable, efficient, and go above and beyond to ensure you’re back on the road as quickly as possible!
I called and was told that their driver would be there within 30 mins. He showed up approximately 15 to 20 mins later well before the full 30 mins. He was really quick, got my car loaded and headed to my drop off. Driver was polite and nice. Got to my destination quickly and they sent a link to pay online which made payment easy as well. Highly recommended!
The Driver went above and beyond yesterday to help Us move our truck. He also diagnosed the issue with our truck, which saved us time and money. Best service in town!!!!!!!!

We had a truck stalled and NM came fast, he actually was able to figure out the problem and we were able to get it fixed. Very grateful for him, thank you!
I got stuck on the road and highway patrol phoned Wiltse Towing. I found there service very good, professional but I found them to be expensive. However they did put in the time to make sure my rig, would not get damaged in the towing. So basically you pay for what you get I reckon. If someone in the area needs a tow I would still recommend this towing company.
Well for the circumstances, I was there for I’d have to say it’s the most decent service I’ve ever had— for a tow company. Sometimes you’ll get somebody who’s not very nice over the phone but, if you’ve ever dealt with a tow company, you know that’s a high likelihood anyway. Make sure the last registered owner is there if you need to get your stuff out of the vehicle you don’t plan on getting out of there.
James showed up quick and was so easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable and an amazing driver. I thank him so much for making it feel not so bad to poor out so much money, on towing our vehicles less then a mile.
James was amazing and personable, as well as a genius for engineering our way out of a very sticky situation with a moving truck. He saved us!! We are moving our friends up to live with us, and my fiancé was alone, so without James’s help we don’t know what we would have done!! He helped us move the truck off of a gas station pole after a driver pulled out in front of the van which made us have to swerve with alll of our friends stuff in the cab. He even helped us mallet the bent side of the truck back into place! Thank YOU James for being a wonderful human being. We owe you so much!

Big Valley Towing is amazing! I broke down on the side of the road and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do. Aaron showed up fast and immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what to do. He treated me with respect, made sure I was safe, and got my car taken care of quickly. It felt less like dealing with a towing company and more like having a good friend there to help. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Big Valley Towing, and I can’t thank Aaron enough for going the extra mile!
They are amazing! They were super professional with a much appreciated personal touch. There are so many positive things I could say about their service and our overall interaction. It felt as if I was being helped by an old friend. I would most definitely encourage everyone to use them and would have never guessed they were such a new business. I wish I had more stars to give!!
The best towing service in town. Big Valley Towing was quick and kind. Aaron was so helpful and pleasant. I recommend them to everyone in the area.
Amazing service!! Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!! Thankyou for the great service
Huge thanks to Big Bally Towing! They arrived quickly, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe. It’s rare to find a towing company that’s this friendly and dependable. I’ll absolutely call them again if I ever need help!

I just watched a truck be towed from some apartments and it was not hooked up properly and there were no lights on the towed vehicle, they basically stole it because they did not follow safety precautions and we as a people allow these pirates to get away with it i did get a vidobof it amd plan to give it to the owner of the towed vehicle
When you come here expect a long wait. They lock the door and you have to call them to get them to come down. Even then it takes an hour minimum. Rude and upsetting stuff. They only deal in cash. Very shady.
Discustingly expensive was towed from my own residence. Landlord also in cahoots with company authorized tow without trying to notify me with a parking pass hanging from my rear view window. Totally unprofessional and i will still be expecting a reinbursment from my apartment manager or i will be leavening the place with $400 non payment of rent. Not sure who gets the last laugh but i won't go down without an aggressive fight. Owners of my property won't be happy with my retaliation.
These guys were very kind to me. I needed the best deal that I could get and they went far out of their way to give me just that. Everything automotive is very competitive. It's tough to offer good customer service and still stay afloat. These people are working their tails off to be the best. Give them a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
I'm sure if you call this company for a tow they will do a fine job for a reasonable price. my complaint is about the other side of their business where they tow cars from apartment complexes for an ungodly amount of money . my car was towed from my apartment complex because my parking permit fell off the mirror and landed on the center counsel even though it was clearly visible my vehicle make model and license plate was also clearly on the lease. my car was towed at 2:30 in the morning. And these guys wanted almost $500 for me to pick up my car a couple hours later. In cash only I might add. I'm sure everybody gets a little cut of the action but anyway be careful these guys engage in shady activity...................

They saved me! I had locked my keys, wallet and phone in my car and one of their drivers stopped what he was doing and came and helped me. He was very kind. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Amazing customer service!
