I called to help get my car into the garage. Chuck came out, got my car on his wheel lift and got it in the garage in less than 3 minutes. They are a top notch business in the community.
Expensive. $295 for a tow. 5 mile tow. Guess the can charge what ever they want. When it's not your choice. Customer service wasn't that good. Like they where trying to find more fees to make it cost more. Last time I needed a tow. I paid $120. For a 10 mile tow.
Your day never starts out well when you have to have your vehicle towed to the repair shop first thing, but that is the situation I found myself in. I called Loop Hi-Way and they showed up (pretty much) on time, loaded my truck onto their flatbed, and took it down to the dealership. They were professional, timely, friendly and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to people who find themselves in my position, and will use them again in the future if need be.
They were awesome my car broke down in middle of the street off 181st and division the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until tow truck got their. It was a sunday morning so I was lucky. The tow truck driver was very helpful I give them 5*s
I have to say that these guys are amazing! Warranty work for Jerr-dan, installing wrecker beds or fixing something we need fixed. They are on top of it. Easy to work with it and the communication is on point. I can not thank them enough for all the work they have done for us....

When my car wouldn't start after work, I called for a tow. The dispatcher was nice and gave me the right time updates. The tow truck driver was competent and did a great job. I will definitely hire this towing company again if I need to.
Flat tire and stripped lug nut left me stranded. They had the tools to remove it and got me back on the road fast.

Called for a tow at 3:30 ,said they would arrive around 4:10 then get an update saying 5 pm ,then another update saying 6pm, then I got a call saying they were going come around 7 to 7:30. I said the garage would be closed at 6pm so it wasn’t going to work. The caller said they would still come at 7:30. I said no I’m not going to have my new truck setting outside the dealership all weekend in the Portland area. I finally called the dispatcher and told them I won’t be letting them take my truck and leaving it unattended outside the repair shop all weekend and wanted someone else to come get my truck and cancel this pickup. I would never recommend this company.
I had a specialty container move. The job was to pull a container out of a tight spot. Then, move it to another location and into a shop. Literally inside. Clearances were tight, and there was no room for error. The guy who moved everything for me was spot on, and it was very clear he is a professional and knows exactly what he is doing. It is difficult to find folks who can do this sort of work. I called around and nobody really wanted the job. I was happy to pay, and felt like i got a good deal when it was all said and done.
Both times that I called on (separate occasions )they were expedient and professional over the phone (note make sure to have start and finish address so they can give you an estimate) And both times Ali came and picked me up it was pro at handling (loading and unloading) my car onto the tow truck. I recommend them and will call them again if and when I need another tow
I had an unintended mishap with my car. I was going to have it towed to Les Schwab but learned it wasn't the alignment but the suspension that needed to be fixed. I was unaware Les Schwab doesn't do suspension. So the truck driver offered to tow it for free since they would be working on it told me that it would be ready by the end of the day or the next morning. The gentleman named Ali was very communicative, and seemed up front and honest. He was very timely and as far as I'm concerned he was very kind. The work done on my car has allowed me to drive my car comfortably and is almost like new. As far as the price I am not very aware of what prices to fix vehicles are but I was in a pinch and AJ towing service was very helpful to me. Thank you.

My daughter was involved in a car accident and I am trying to get her personal stuff. Gresham Towing are not giving any flexibility to when I can come to pick up the personal belonging. They keep saying that if I come after hours which is 9 to 4, they will charge me $100 dollars. I am a public official and I work from 8 to 5 five days a week. I could not find anybody else to do the job for me. I am really having a bad experience with is company. I would not recommend them to anybody.

5 stars for sure! Lowest price I could find at short notice and they delivered! My car was towed within a hours time and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I will also say they have a really nice 6500 rig too!!
I had to abandon my car on 223rd Wednesday evening when it got stuck in the road along with many other cars during the snowstorm. The roads were too icy to get my car on Thursday so I called them on Friday when the roads were still icy and explained the situation. I explained that I could get my car tomorrow (Saturday) and ask if there would be an additional storage charge. The woman was sympathetic and told me they would work with me on storage fees due to the weather. I went in the next day like I said I would and they were closed. I called them number on the sign, and they told me that they are closed on weekends, even though it says online AND on their sign that they are open 24/7. The woman said that is only for towing. I confirm again that I will not be charged for all the storage fees due to the weather. I got to the tow yard Monday morning at 9am, when they supposedly open. It is closed. I call and the woman tells me that the person is out on a tow and won't be back for a while. Apparently only one person works the whole yard, towing and releasing cars. There are two other people waiting out front. As I am waiting, one of the people told me how they tried to pick up their car on Friday and nobody was here even though they said they would be. They finally get back in half an hour. When I check out my car, my charge is $435. I explained how the woman on the phone told me they would work with me on the days due to the weather and the man behind the counter refused. This place is extorting people. Do not use them!
They were fair and on the spot with helping us out the driver was courteous and came to help us out right away I highly recommended them for any towing needs and will definitely use them again if needed

This guy is not only rude but he charges double what most other tow companies charge for the same job. He quoted me 185$ for a job that another company, that was further away from me than this guy, quoted me 65$ for. He is ripping people off dont go to him!! Some tow companies are scam artists and this is one of them. DO NOT USE THIS PERSONS SERVICE THEY OVERCHARGE AND ARE DISRESPECTFUL!

I gave been trying to find my car that was towed and I called repeatedly and never an answer or call back. I drove to the address provided and suprise no towing company in sight. So dude where's my car?
