First responders! Emergency Towing and Transport has our backs!! Robert dispatched a tow truck to us right away to get us off the freeway and gave us a discount. We are paramedics but they also help out Fire and PD!! Thank you for your fast service and assistance!
I had an exceptional experience with Robert from Emergency Towing & Transport. When I called for assistance, he arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was very impressive. Robert maintained a professional appearance and demeanor, making a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. His expertise and efficiency were clearly evident, and he ensured everything was handled smoothly. Robert's dedication to providing excellent service and his attention to detail were truly commendable. For anyone in need of prompt and professional towing services, I highly recommend Robert. Thank you, Robert, for your outstanding five star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What an excellent towing company! We were referred multiple times because our vehicle was just a bit too big for a regular rollback. Upon contacting emergency towing and showing them my truck, they knew exactly what they needed. The dispatch quoted me 55 minutes, the driver showed up in 45 minutes, with the correct truck, and had 0 issues. I would like to especially mention our tow operator Albert. He had zero issues hooking up and did an amazing job getting it back the 30 miles to my house. He is definitely way and above a lot of other town operators. I would definitely use this company again as they have been a very positive experience compared to other not so scrupulous tow companies I have been forced to use in the past.
When my “bird bus” broke down the other day I had so much trouble finding a company that would move something so heavy. Emergency towing was out within 20 minutes of calling. Albert made the whole process so easy. They’re definitely my go to for any towing needs from now on.
These guys are amazing!! I needed assistance with my car that other tow companies said they couldn't help me with. Robert and his brother came out and got everything taken care of for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable and just all around great people. I didn't have to wait long at all for them to show up. I highly recommend them and if I'm ever in need again I will contact Emergency Towing.

I had an excellent experience with Ken at the Gilbert location Office. He was extremely professional, and treated me with kindness and respect during a stressful situation. Ken went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. It’s not every day you find someone in this industry who’s not only knowledgeable on the process following an accident but also genuinely caring. Highly recommend Ken and the team at the Gilbert office!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review: I had a great experience with my tow to Maricopa! The driver showed up right on time, was super professional, and handled everything with care. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy. My vehicle was loaded safely, and the whole trip went smooth from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable and friendly towing service in the area!
Brett was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that our car was running and we didn’t need further assistance before he left. His customer service was excellent. With so many people focusing on themselves nowadays, it is nice to see that there are still kind and respectful people who put their customers’ needs first. Thank you Brett!
Driver arrived promptly within the time quoted , got my vehicle to the destination, swiftly and safely. Driver was friendly. Only minor issue was that they did not call 10 minutes before arrival like my insurance said they would… But that did not cause any problems for us. I would say it took right around an hour from the time I submitted the request to my insurance, until my vehicle was at home, 15 miles from where it broke down. Quickest tow I’ve ever gotten.
Had Tyler come out in less time than I was quoted (which like never happens so shout out to him) He was nice, quick, to the point. Got my car loaded and taken to my local Auto shop. This heat normally brings out the grumps so thanks for being nice and quick!

Very reliable, satisfied and didn't have to wait long, at least 20min to tow my vehicle within mesa area. Overall a great tow service and very reasonable price. I recommend calling to tow in the mesa area.
I have been using Juniors Custom Towing for years. Would highly recommend this company. Junior is great and has always been very helpful.
Best Towing Company in Arizona, had 23 Corvette Stingray Stuck in a small garage and He was able to get it out and towed to the dealership in no time. He can make anything work!!! He is also the only tow company in the state that can do low profile cars !!! Trust me I called 15 other companies to get it done !!

Had a great experience with the driver. He was very considerate and kind.
Called them and came to my assistance very quick! Super cool dude, drive to the shop was comfortable. If I ever need a tow assistance again I know who to call 🤝🏽
Awesome job helped me out a lot when I needed them Thank You
I had a great experience with Apache Junction Towing! Although I didn't use their service directly, I called them for a stranded person outside my living complex who locked their keys and car inside their vehicle. The guy who answered was super friendly and helpful! He even contacted me later to let me know what happened to the poor stranded soul. I'll for sure use their service for myself if I'm ever in a bind! Thanks for your help!!!
We've used these guys on quite a few occasions for our fleet of rental cars. They're always pretty responsive, and the pricing is always fair proportional to the amount of work and distance we ask of them. They've also helped us out of binds when it's late at night, or a car is in a sketchy area, they find a way to get it taken care of for us. With over 200 cars in our fleet, they're one of the primary tow companies we call on these days.

Best prices in town, along with fast friendly service. I was stranded on the side of the road David quickly responded and sent someone right away. Gage quickly got me to where I needed to be. Whole process was simple, and they appreciate military veterans. I definitely recommend, thumbs up!
By far the best service I had for the price!! Saved me money and was fast. Will definitely use and recommend to friends and family!
On time, courteous, and took great care of my vehicle .
I wish I could give 10 stars. My daughter was involved in a accident and a different company was called by AJ police. That company was horrible to deal with. I reached out to MAKE IT EASY and their name says it all. Not only was the price was very affordable but they worked with us on a tight window to pick up before more fees would apply. Their customer service and professionalism is heads and shoulders above other companies. Their politeness and compassion for us during this difficult time was much appreciated. I will forever use them in my future tow needs and suggest them to anyone I come across needing their service. A huge THANK YOU to this family owned business for treating customer right.

There in 20 minutes after I called. Fair price. Quick and friendly service. Great experience to soften an unpleasant circumstance. Thanks!
So fast and efficient. They picked my car up within minutes and dropped it off to my requested location. It was crazy quick! Would use again. Affordable too given my other quotes
Picked my car up under 20 Minutes, sent my location they called confirmed it was mine for safety reasons, once i confirmed my car was picked up and delivered again under 20 Minutes all under one hour! This is truly professional company, don’t hesitate they will help you.

Called for emergency towing, and the dispatcher gave us a 20-30min eta. And they never showed up. I will never call this company again. And we called a second time to get an eta, and the dispatcher was just very rude.
Called the local Chevrolet Dealer to make sure they could take my truck from VALLEY EXPRESS when they towed it to their location. I scheduled the tow. The guy showed up then pitched me letting them do the warranty work. I waited for 20 minutes until he communicated that they could do the warranty repair but I would have to pay the labor. I declined since the factory warranty repair at the Chevrolet dealer required no out of pocket expense. The tow driver collected my keys and drove my truck on to the flatbed truck he had. Now it gets fun. Instead of taking my truck to the service department. He dropped in customer parking and never alerted the dealer that it was their for service. I called at 24 hours. The Chevrolet dealer found in customer parking with no keys. They has to make a temporary key to get in it. They found no key. I called Valley Express and explained what happen. The lady told me she would call the driver and call me back. That was 3 days ago. I called this morning and she told me he left them in the ignition. The truck has no ignition. Now I have to pay several hundred dollars for a new set of keys and get them programed. I would not let them tow a playschool kids car. I must have upset the tow driver that told me he gets a cash spiff when he gets the tow and then service for the new mechanic that does super fast work. No accountability form them. They had a responsibility to get me truck to the dealer with the keys. The completely failed. It's no their fault. No ownership of the problem or a solution. No apology. Still waiting for the the MANAGER TO CALL ME. My expectation is pretty low at this point. Valley Express trained me to have a low expectation of their customer service.
These guys are amazing!!! Thorough, cautious, courteous and kind. They did a Super amazing job getting our RV on and off a trailer and out of a really tight parking lot! Richard, Doug & Travis are the A Team! Thanks so much guys for making a Super stressful situation bearable! :D
My husband had a tire blow out on a very busy part of the I10/ 17. We called 2 tow services before calling Valley Tow. We got hung up on 2 times when we mentioned where my husband’s car was. I was so overwhelmed and unhappy!! BUT Thankfully Valley tow took the call and had a truck out to us within 30 min!! I can’t remember the drivers name but he was so kind. I would definitely recommend them!
Wonderful service. Tractor trailer made to tight of a turn and got stuck in the culvert. James was quick and efficient with the rig and got it righted very quickly. Dispatch was very friendly and communication was excellent.

Great service. Highly recommend. Fast service and very personable. Thanks again for the GREAT service.
My truck Brock down Arizona Heavy Duty Towing was an site with in 20min . Got my truck towed to a shop great company and ppl to work with ..
We broke down towing our camper between Payson and Mesa. Dragan from AZ HD Towing showed up very quickly and got everything hooked up and on the road in no time. He delivered us to our RV Park in Mesa and even offered to park us in our spot if needed. He was very personable and friendly and obviously cares about his customers. He was a shining light in a crappy situation.
the owner was very kind and responded to my issue quickly.
I had a one of a kind experience with AZ HD towing when I had an air leak the other day. Upon arrival he was able to identify the issue, towed me to my delivery and back home. It was a very long day but It was safe and enjoyable. Thanks again!

Scott was super helpful. On time and efficient when lifting a public art piece for City of Mesa OED.
Horrible service. Bald driver with long beard did not want to do any work. He was rude and had a terrible attitude.he knew he wasn't going to do the job before he got there. They have forgotten who the customer is and where the money comes from. That was the last time we use them for anything
I’ve been in the HVAC industry for close to 20 years. I’ve found a lot of Crane operators to be rude and impatient, which sucks when your already rushing to get a job done. These guys were fantastic! Super accommodating and they were patient and helpful when our company hit a few snags during the job. They will be my first call for everything moving forward.

B&M Towing came to our rescue last night. After waiting hours for our insurance company tow service, the guy that came told us he only had 2 weeks of experience and the way he wanted to do the tow would have compromised our vehicle. He argued with us and then just got in his truck and took off. For another 2 hours we waiting for our service to send us another tow and it never came so we found B&M. They were quick to respond at 9:30 at night, were there within an hour like promised and with a fair price. They were kind, empathetic, professional and fast!! I will use them for every tow need we have in the future. I am so grateful to the for saving the day for us!
Very responsive, polite, and reasonable prices. It was 8pm at night, my car died in front of a store, and I needed a tow. B&M was there in 30 minutes on a weeknight. If I ever need my vehicle towed again B&M will be my first choice.
Quick fast service . Quoted me a price and was exactly what was quoted . Fast and efficient .

Company is the worst! Husband's car was towed here after accident. We had no input where it was taken. When we went next day to collect rest of belongings, heard a lot of "Sorry, it's company policy this" and Sorry it's company policy that." All we wanted was to get our stuff.
Your power behind the phones ( I can't remember Her name I apologize ) completely took charge and resolved an issue that was holding up my claim. Thank You!
The best experience I've had with a towing company. From the guy that picked up my vehicle, to the helpful lady at the desk. I'm definitely keeping your business card, in case I ever need your assistance. Thank you All.
Had accident they towed car let us get our stuff a day later very helpful.
After a recent accident, All City Towing really helped ease the stress of the situation. The driver was prompt, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. I also went to their tow yard afterward to collect my belongings. While the wait there was a bit longer than expected, the staff was courteous, and I was able to retrieve everything I needed from my car. Overall, they were reliable and respectful throughout the entire process. I appreciate their help during a difficult time.

I had an excellent experience with Happy Car Impound. Their staff was very friendly and professional. They helped me retrieve my car with minimal hassle and provided clear instructions throughout the process. The facility is clean and well-organized, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone needing impound services!
Check your vehicles when you pick them up. They took our trailer hitch off our truck! Can’t move our trailer without it! Still trying to get it back!
I was searching for a reliable towing company, and from my very first phone call, I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this company and wanted to take the time to write this review because I genuinely believe they provide exceptional service.
We called them late and Josh came by quick, helpful, careful with our car and reasonably priced. We can recommend them!
Thanks for removing the abandon vehicles from my lot so promptly. Appreciate it!
