Fair and clear pricing quote. Prompt service, yes, the same “Tim” who owns the company actually answers the phones, gives the quote and schedules the driver!! Weird, right?! Mike the driver was awesome and helpful getting the car out of my garage and promptly to the repair shop.
Excellent customer service. Fast and reliable. They were on time performed the work efficiently, and the communication was perfect. I will always use Tim’s Towing!!! Thank you
Seth was the one that came and he was awesome. Wanted to turn the car on to see for himself and for a sec it seemed fine til we test drove and then it was doing exactly what I explained was wrong. So we met at the dealership. Overall super nice and helpful.
I had a great experience with Tim’s Towing! Seth and his wife Jasmine did an amazing job delivering my old square-body Suburban, special kudos to Seth for tackling the drive up and down the canyon on the 60 to Pinetop Lakeside. Thank you both so much for your courteous service, being easy to work with, fair pricing, and excellent communication, truly 10-star service!
They were super fast on scheduling, had a truck there within 2 hours for a custom delivery request. Quick, efficient and helpful. They are my new go to.

Awesome tow service. Arrived earlier than expected. The truck was super clean and he handled my mercedes with care. Thank you again!
Joshua took care of me! I had to call for a tow when my car wouldn't start. He texted, gave a time, put it on the flatbed, and delivered it to the stealership for me. Thanks again, you made this really stress-free.
I have used Joshua's service twice in a week. He had the best prices, very good at communication, and was punctual. He even sent me pictures of my car at drop-off. I would recommend this tow truck company over any of the other 7+ that I quoted in the Chandler area. Thanks for much again for the amazing customer service.
Joshua is truly an excellent owner / operator of Desert Emerald Towing! He is quick, meticulous and helpful. You will need to text him as he operates through text. So when you call just give it a moment and an automated text message will be sent to your phone. Overall we would highly recommend Joshua!
Desert Emerald is by far the most superior tow company myself and my husband have encountered. He handled my car with kid gloves.. my car was loaded on the truck and handled with such care. He was the most prompt in response and communication the whole time. This tow company will be the only company we will ever use again. Beyond impressed!

Just watched guy cut everyone off at Pecos and Ellsworth . Because he don't know where he's going. Plus that red Colorado on the back keeps sliding around. He don't know what he's doing..
The service is TRASH I was referred to this company by Midas in Tempe on a Saturday just a week ago and when I went to pick up my Lexus it was damaged! The entire front fender and on the driver's side literally hanging off! KEVIN is who picked up and crashed our car he kept calling me saying he was having a hard time towing the car when we were waiting for him over an hour not sure why he had a hard time if the car was parked in a regular parking space, open parking lot with not even one car beside it. This HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL guy couldn't even figure out how to push to start my car! Which tells me he either HAS NO CLUE what he is doing or he was DRUNK on the job! When I called to see if he found a body shop to do the repairs he just HUNG UP ON ME & is now ignoring our calls claiming he did not damage it after I verified with Midas and he even spoke to Midas saying he would contact a body shop but now is denying owning up to all the damage he caused! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! He is not here to help but instead make your life more stressful DO NOT TRUST!! ZERO STARS!! NO WONDER HE'S GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!
Have used them multiple times. Prompt and professional every time.
Was on the road today and saw a KJR tow truck driving absolutely recklessly, going into other cars' lanes and well over the speed limit on Chandler Blvd. All of this while towing a car... Driver sped over a railroad crossing between McQueen and Arizona, which is about 10ft above grade, causing the car to get scraped on the bottom, messing up the muffler. Looked at other reviews and found that this lack of professionalism and care is unfortunately common with this company. Do not recommend.
Very rude and unprofessional
