I highly recommend Tim’s Towing! I interacted with Tim when I scheduled the towing service. He was informative along with transparent with pricing. Mike assisted with my vehicle being towed. I received multiple text messages with updates regarding estimated time of arrival. My vehicle was handled with care. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the customer service, pricing, and efficiency.

Seth and his wife Jasmine did an amazing job delivering my old square-body Suburban, special kudos to Seth for tackling the drive up and down the canyon on the 60 to Pinetop Lakeside. The tow truck driver was excellent. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and even helped me push my truck farther back into the yard after he'd unloaded it. I was very satisfied with the service and appreciated that they were patient and price-matched the tow.

Great experience! They’ve earned their high rating! Tim quickly got our car towed to the dealership for repair. He also let me know that my Hyundai has an engine recall and I should follow up for a reimbursement on the tow charges. Highly recommend! This is the best towing company experience I've ever had. Desert Emerald is by far the most superior tow company myself and my husband have encountered. He handled my car with kid gloves.. my car was loaded on the truck and handled with such care. this company absolutely shredded my car and said they would cover the damages and are now saying i have to sue just to even get them moving?¿! absolutely ridiculous that i have to deal with the after math of someone not being able to do their job correctly. especially since this was my first car and i never hired them or agreed to them towing my car in the first place! don’t use them

So even though it was a lil’ more than I wanted to spend, the Experience was well Worth it!!! I love my car and she’s sometimes hard to tow because she’s lowered, but my Guy Ty took care of her like it was his own vehicle. With it being a Standard transmission, he secured every tire individually and I was more confident than ever that my car wasn’t going anywhere. It was completely dead in my garage with a bad starter, and he helped push it out of my garage and and placed it perfectly. Couldn’t have gone any better and I’m very appreciative. Thanks Ty
John was the Man!! He came to pick me up as soon as he could, he was there in a flash! We had great conversation while he drove me back home! Very personable, and very friendly! He is so awesome, he was even willing to put my car in the garage where I normally park it. He made sure I was taken care of and made the whole towing process a breeze and very helpful! Thanks John, I appreciate you and your willingness to go the extra mile for me! This man deserves a raise!

Kevin and the team at KJR Towing are the BEST! I recommend them highly...
Was on the road today and saw a KJR tow truck driving absolutely recklessly, going into other cars' lanes and well over the speed limit on Chandler Blvd. All of this while towing a car... Driver sped over a railroad crossing between McQueen and Arizona, which is about 10ft above grade, causing the car to get scraped on the bottom, messing up the muffler. Looked at other reviews and found that this lack of professionalism and care is unfortunately common with this company. Do not recommend.
Great price and the driver dan did the job fast and was very careful with my car!! Would definitely recommend for a tow!
Having to interact with Kevin was a horrible experience. Initially, as he thought he was going to make money he was nice enough, but the moment I relayed the options I needed to utilize and that I was unable to have him grab the vehicle he immediately raised his voice, expressed how much of his time I was wasting, cut me off as I was talking and trying to explain my situation, told me to never call him back and then hung up. This is the owner? I will never ever refer this man’s services. I would leave zero stars if an option. If you’re calling a tow company your day clearly didn’t start off very good, but to be completely mistreated and talked to unprofessionally by this man was unacceptable. As an adult I will leave this review for others to observe, and move on, but I hope none of our young drivers ever have to deal with his compete disregard for others.
Charged $90 to tow a car 1.7 miles and then on top of that, was really rude.
