Friendly professional driver went out of his way to help us get our car 30 miles home. After another tow company treated us abusively, it was a relief to hear this driver on the phone. He was timely, helpful, and very personable. Highly recommend this company.
EXCELLENT! Went through my insurance since my vehicle broke down, they sent out this company. The 2 guys who came out were so great! Super friendly and even tried to help me jump my vehicle too! Also spoke with the office and he was super helpful as well! I wish I could remember all their names because they were awesome! 10/10 would recommend
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write one today because I had a flat and didn't know how to put a doughnut on...I called to just get the car towed, Ty showed up and not only did he change the tire and saved me a few $ but he also gave me a lesson on how to do it myself next time! Despite this unfortunate event, the level of professionalism and great service I got made this experience much more positive. Thanks Ty
They came to fix my tire and as soon as they left not even a minute later it got flat and they told me I had to pay an extra 190$ just for them to come back.
They don't know how to estimate time, they said they will arrive in an hour, but it turned out to be 5 hours. Chris was so nice and experienced. He did the process smooth and carefully. Chris is a great and trustworthy employee

First tow I’ve ever had that didn’t scrape anything, and I’ve had many… Very professional, nice guy too. As well as the fastest tow response I’ve ever had!

Harrison totally saved my life today. Old Town Scottsdale towing was the closest tow service available to my location. Every other tow company I called told me they would take at 3 hours to arrive, some even said the earliest eta would be tomorrow. Harrison got to me in an hour. My alarm system is interlocked, and my key fob malfunctioned. So I couldn't start my truck. In order to put the truck in neutral, I had to leave the key int the ignition. Unfortunately because of the type of alarm system that I have, the doors lock automatically wants the door is shut. Old Town Scottsdale Towing is a great company and they employ people with some of the highest Integrity I've ever seen. Thank you Harrison
Take you for coming out and helping after my dog locked me and my daughter out of the truck. Showed up in 30 mins as promised, price seemed a bit high(maybe its normal price now or Scottsdale) but nothing to do in this situation. The driver was awesome, thank you and God Bless!
Extremely fast and professional service. You will pay more, but it's worth it.
Harrison towed my car to my hotel last minute and super late in the evening. I was too sleepy to drive it myself. Thanks!
Literally just saved my life!! I hit a curb which resulted in a flat tire on the side of a busy roadway and they got to me so quickly & got me & my vehicle home safely. Thank you so much!!!

Small yard.. Great people. Really nice and informative.. Additionally they don't overcharge like a lot of other companies.. Thank you rezhawk!! Highly recommended!!
Great customer service
I haven't picked it up yet! I now have to locate my insurance info again and get s 3 day tag. I saw a little pony at the two yard and one dude was very aggressive. And someone told me that the urine I left in a cup got drank . I want to come get my car now without incident.
If I can give a zero I would went to the weed festival and was told to to park and pay then my car was towed by this company and then this company didn't not care what had happen even at the business that the person chargered us and told us to park bad service
