Had to get my car towed at 1245 am. They came around an hr later. Super affordable! I love that it’s 24/7 and affordable. I will definitely use them again. Everyone was kind and helpful with all my questions and keeping me informed on where my driver was.
Noah was very knowledgeable, arrived quickly, and got our vehicle started, allowing us to drive to drop it off for necessary repairs, rather than getting towed. The first towing company we called was unable to help us after driving down from Tucson. And Bronco charged a lower price for their more effective service
Our driver was great. He instantly showed what he was competent and knew what he was doing. He took care of my car and made sure it was safe on the trailer. We got it home safe and sound. My first towing experience ever and I am very happy. Plus the amazing fast service, he was there in about 5 minutes. Amazing job! We will use Bronco again.
Ok so Dispatcher Austin, and Tow Brandon, where awesome. Brandon was on top of it and very friendly, guy definitely should get a raise with how good his service was. I pump the brakes a bit here though the contractor that was above Austin was absolutely awful and deserved a 1 star,. Austin though was clear with his information and resolved all my confusion that was caused by the contractor that gave Bronco our tow ticket.
They are partnered with my roadside service and they were awesome. Within the hour had me loaded up and even let me ride with them so I didn’t have to take an uber. The truck was clean and it was a smooth ride. The driver was so friendly and talked with me the whole time. If you need help they are the way to go!

I only call Barnett's they are so dependable and have the best drivers. Thanks Taz.
It felt like I was a kid in a candy store when he pulled up. Very professional and punctual. Driver for Hogan
We needed help getting a non-running 1950 mercury on a tow trailer. We had naively thought we would be able to do it. Barrett’s towing came out and got the job done. The tow driver was awesome working quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this company.
Service was great. Prompt and very kind. Had great conversation on our ride together. Daniel made a bad day not so bad. Thx my freind. Carl Hurley

Had a tire blow out on way to work. Call Five Star to assist changing tire and wheel. Took a while to get there, but once there Martin did excellent job, he was quick to get me back on road!! Great job ,highly recommend this guys!!
Driver was very friendly, personable and was a straight up pro when loading the vehicle. He had it loaded in 5 minutes and took the time to donor with care. I would and will recommend these guys every time.
We used five star towing this afternoon to tow our 2000 pontiac grand am the lady who answered the phone at dispatch. Was very polite and courteous. Our driver Thijs was earlier than his estimated time of arrival, he was also very polite. And handled our old car with kid gloves, I would recommend using five star towing to everyone that I know. My wife and I would like to thank you for your help and kindness. John and Tammy
This is the second time we’ve used Five Star for towing services. We have been very impressed with the high level of customer service from both the office staff and tow truck drivers. Under very stressful circumstances, everyone at Five Star helped calmed our nerves and had us taken care of in no time! I would highly recommend their services!
Excellent service as always. I've used them a few times and they're always prompt, professional and friendly. Tre, my most recent driver was great. For a service that I hate to have to use, these folks make it tolerable.

Great people, very helpful, quick, and even better pricing! Very satisfied thank you TTR
Very fast response late night call thank you Dale
Someone answered the phone right away, and I was contacted by the driver within a couple of minutes. The driver left where he was at immediately and didn't make me wait at all. This was especially appreciated, since my car died on a busy freeway entrance ramp - not exactly the safest spot to be sitting at! Upon meeting him, I was impressed by Jordan's level knowledge and experience (he's pretty young lol). He was also one of the nicest, most polite and friendly people I have ever met! Jordan, thank you for rescuing me off the freeway on-ramp! He turned a scary situation into one that was filled with relief! Also, their prices are much lower than I had anticipated for a 15-mile trip. Thank goodness I called these guys first! I highly recommend and will always reach to them before any other company, for any future needs.
Excellent service
Good service and I definitely recommend them to others.

Very fast and reliable service. I had a non-runner car and he was willing to help me loaded onto my car hauler trailer. Very satisfied with service. Definitely will be using and recommending again.
I recently called Level Up Towing, and they responded promptly. The service was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Their prices are reasonable, and the driver impressed me greatly with his professionalism and the care he took with my vehicle. I would definitely hire Level Up Towing again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!

Excellent communication thru the whole transaction, professional. Everything went so smooth. (Even on Friday the 13th.) Thank You Gavin very much!!! I will call you again!!!
Gavin is GREAT! Excellent communication and prompt!! I unfortunately had to have my truck towed again due to a bad mechanic. This time had to pay out of pocket. Made quiet a few calls and Gavins price was the most reasonable and he was the friendliest!! THANKS for making a stressful time easier for me and not ripping me off!
I called Gavin to get a tow, and although he was booked solid, he went ahead and picked up my vehicle anyway within 30 minutes of my call. Super nice guy and highly capable operator. Top notch rig, and price was extremely reasonable. Look no further for a towing service!
Needed a tow today and called Gavin, I found him on the internet. He told me when he would be with me and was on time! Was really nice and helpful. Very cheap compared to other towing companies, just a great experience. I will call Gavin again!

We had the best experience with Hook Crane. They coordinated and flawlessly executed the move of our 7,000 pound 12x16 art studio and 10x12 Tuff-Shed across town to our new home. They said they would arrive at 7 am and at 6:58 I heard them rumbling onto our street. Tracey was great. Paul was great. The crane teams were masters--relaying hand signals around the corner and safely and expertly landing our art studio precisely where we had marked--from over 100 ft away, blocked vision, landing within a quarter of an inch.
wow! amazing service, ricky came prepared with all the tools and equipment neccessary to move our cnc mill machines, we encountered some spacial issues, but ricky is a whiz and improvized on the fly to work the problem and found sollutions. ricky is the best and will recommend him in the future for moving all machine shop machines! thanks ricky!
Hook Crane crew did an awesome job coordinating and rigging three large pieces of equipment into our facility and then positioning them perfecting inside the building.
We are so please and grateful with the great work these guys accomplished for us. Got the job done safely. We were pressed for time and they came through. Beautiful customer service.

This company has excellent service, extremely knowledgeable staff, and an uncompromising work effort, the best in the business from what I've seen, I will always recommend them to friends and family. They can handle whatever you throw their way. Five stars all around!
I believe their names were Mark and Ty? Very helpful and showed empathy! Worry turned into relief quickly with them there. Thank you for helping our Impala out!
Frank was super kind and helpful. I made a 'silly woman' mistake, got my car stuck he didn't make me feel judged he just did his job well and even stayed to make sure it was gonna run properly afterward.
Every person I have met from the crew is very professional and friendly. They are ridiculously quick to come help and always do it with a smile. Even helped me push my car into my garage after they were done towing the car! Will always use them to tow my vehicles!
Ty / Caitlin and their entire staff treat you like family. Reliable & Dependable service 24/7/365. My "go-to" towing service!

Had a blowout today, looked towing companies on Google and first one I saw was Lettys towing and it had great reviews. I called & spoke with Jesse, he was very polite, nice and provided great service. He was there in 3 minutes & towed my vehicle. Thank you for your great customer service. I will recommend to family & friends.
Jesse thank man really great service appreciate the quick and easy tow great price
Best towing company ever! Went the extra mile to get my car and me to where I needed to be. Fast, Professional and got the job done! Thank You Letty's Towing for saving my day!
Jesse was very kind. He kept me informed as to how long he was going to be. I only had about 30 minute wait which the other companies were over an hour. He was informed about insurance process. He took care of my car. I recommend this company.
my tire blew while I was in the process of moving. Jesse went out of his way to bring me a tire and accepted what I had, even though it was inconvenient for him. that kind of selflessness and willingness to help is hard to come across!

Maybe it's the long hours they have to work out in the hot sun instead of inside. But the people there are not too friendly. Plus they leave your car outside in an unfenced lot right on the side of south 6th Ave and 25th st. All night, alone, I'm the dark !

Prompt and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Great service overall!
I called him crying my little heart out on the side of the road because my engine had a seizure of some kind. He got to green valley 40 minutes after I called him and dropped it off inside my parking lot at work so my mechanic (who works next door to me) was able to get to it first thing in the morning. 100% recommend!!

Excellent service! They worked around my schedules and picked up my Fusion pretty fast. The driver was very polite and his truck was cool and clean. The cost was reasonable. Thank you for the great service Thomas!
I called for a tow since my car wouldn't move out of park. They said the problem might be with the brake switch, and they were right. I didn't have to pay for a repair.
Not all towing companies can tow motorcycles, but this one has the right tools. They took care of my bike as if it were their own. Thank you very much.
They sent my car to a repair shop and even called me later to make sure everything was okay. Great service for customers.
I called them at 9:51pm to get a tow. A gentleman answered, quoted me a price and said 1 hour and 20 min. 2 hours came and went and I understand people get busy and things take longer but I called back a few times and no answer and I still waited and extra 30 min and no show. By that time it was 12:30am. Then I had to scramble to find another towing company after midnight as my teenage son’s car broke down and he was stuck unable to drive it. If they weren’t able to come out just say that instead of making my son and I wait for over 2 hours. If they were to busy or it was to late for them don’t take the job and just say I can’t. That is really bad costumer service.

5 stars hands down! Came and picked up my car from my garage to get it to a repair shop stress free! 100% recommend! Great rates per mile as well!
After work... taking a trailer to a storage yard 2 miles before I get to it frame breaks rush hour call AAA "oh we don't do trailers". just then Precision truck drives by I stick my hand out he pulls right in. 45 min later my trailer is unloaded at the storage lot and I got home in time for dinner and Wheel of Fortune! Miracle I say. very courteous and fair price

We have used Red & White Towing for over 13 years as our go-to towing company. When we recommend a company to our customers, we have to put faith in them that they will give our customers great service. Red & White Towing has been providing that to us and our customers. We have never had a problem with their service or tow drivers. All of the feedback from our customers has been positive. That's why we continue to use and recommend Red & White Towing all these years later.
Dorianne in the office is very professional and upbeat. Would definitely recommend them for towing srevices.
Red and White has been towing for us now since 1997. Great staff and group of guys. Thanks Dory Ann and Ebony
BEST TOW COMPANY EVER! Helped my grandparents out a really tough spot :) TY Red and White! My entire family will recommend your company for towing needs.
Red and white towing is a fantastic company that will help you get out of any automotive mess. My car died today in the middle of the Grant and Campbell intersection, during rush hour. Kristopher showed up at the same time that the emergency police showed up. My car was pushed into a nearby parking lot and Kristopher went to work. He first helped me into his air conditioned cab, then loaded my car onto his truck. He was calm, cheerful and a wonderfully warm and caring man. He made me feel safe after a very frightening experience. I will always call Red and White towing in the future.

Mike is an amazing tow dude. He saved me when I was stranded. He went out of his way to make sure I was safe and secure. Thank you sooo much! 😃
Mike was the sweetest man, he managed to find my car on the highway in the dark even though I didn't know exactly where the car was and gave him bad directions, he never gave up and got my car to my Airbnb safely. (I'm from out of town) then he changed the tire right there. Because my ordeal took 5 hours (we had tried other tow places and we were stranded on 1-10) my Hazzard lights drained my battery, also causing my doors to not unlock due to the type of car it was. So he and his partner? Friend? Jimmied my car open, and jumped the battery. And since I have no idea what I'm doing with cars, he's helping me get newer tires today. And he didn't judge me for my car ignorance or try to take advantage of my ignorance to get me to pay more. Great guy, great company, great service, 10/10. Absolutely would recommend, he saved the 1st vacation I took with my kids since my husband died.
🙂 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOW COMPANY!!!I 😃have tried every tow company thru out the years here in Tucson and hands down I must admit this company did me the best all around the driver was personable Easy to talk to good to my car and wallet definitely worth 6 stars !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I called and Mike answered, very kind man who is trying to help you out. Pricing was really good compared to other places i looked at. Highly recommend
Was on site to where my my truck was within 25 minutes at little past midnight! Professional, knowledgeable and fast. Will use them in the future. A++

I can't say enough about this service. It took me over an hour calling around and trying to get someone to answer until I called Bullfrog and got an answer quickly. He showed up within 15 minutes! He was super friendly, great service, affordable and honest. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so fast. We appreciate it so much! I highly recommend Bullfrog.

It was my first time calling a tow truck, and I’m so glad I called Bullfrog Towing!! All the reviews are true. Excellent to work with. Had a carrier hauling a load for us that was in an accident and towed to Frontier. Jim at the yard was super easy to work with, was able to handle the transload for us, and dug out some ppwk I needed from the cab. I deal with a lot of tow yard working claims for a 3PL (Sunset Transportation LLC in STL) so excellent service at a tow yard really stands out. Thanks!
Rude people who dont care about customers only $$ i don’t recommend people usong them unless you want a big towing bill and a mvd lien on your car . The people there are awful.
It’s nice to work with a family business where people are still accountable. Frontier is always reliable and prompt. If they can’t pick it up, I think I’ll just do it myself.
Absolutely horrible. Everybody who has experienced tow yards in Tucson knows that they don't have the greatest reputation, but Frontier is on a whole nother level. My mother in law was in a severe accident in which she was hit by a drunk driver. Department of Public Safety had the vehicle towed by Frontier and was able to provide a inventory list of all items still recovered in the vehicle. When the vehicle was able to be recovered with permission from DPS, the employee Frontier was extremely rude not only to mother in laws husband, but the Geico claims adjuster there as well and attempted to prevent them from going to the car. Upon getting the car, items that were listed in the inventory list provided by DPS were suddenly missing. Frontier is attempting to say that the inventory list is incorrect and certain items were never in the car. Action will be taken against Frontier, but in the mean time, I would emplore anybody who has the option, to avoid this company at all costs!!
Muy mala experiencia con ellos por no hablar español me colgaron hasta el teléfono

Love there service and punctuality, and customers service
Would recommend you go elsewhere. They damaged my car and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. The owner was very rude and not helpful.
Great company and customer support. Quick and efficient. $85 dollar tow from valencia and campbell to speedway and alvernon. Accepts major credits including AMEX and cash, no checks if I'm correct.
I would not recommend this company to anyone!! They damaged my bumper and tried to blame the dealership. Don the owner was beyond rude, talking over me, yelling at me over the phone. I had to hang up because he would not let me talk. By far the worse experience I’ve had. Not helpful at all.

These guys are awesome! Fast, friendly service. I highly recommend them!
Unbelievable. I needed gas and tow driver (husband) wasn’t available. So wife packed her kid in personal car and brought the gas to me. Highest possible recommendation.
They were very friendly and helpful. They were pretty quick to get to me . will use again
Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Couldn’t of asked for better service. After paying one tow bill yesterday to another company for bringing it to the repair shop only to find out it needs to go to the dealership I was in search of an affordable but reputable company to deliver it. Matt was great! Thank you again for making a headache of a week a little better with a great rate and excellent service. I’ve stored your number in case we are ever in need again

Great place to pick up a load at and easy to work with.
Can't speak on their crane services because I could not bare to continue speaking with the receptionist that answered phone very rude tone and attitude. Not a great first impression for first time potential customers.
Good folks
I have seen these trucks driving around dangerously. Not good advertising.

Came here to rave about how awesome Habib is, and happy to see I’m not alone! Habib arrived earlier than expected, and despite me not having the car ready(couldn’t get it out of park), Habib not only resolved it for me, but took the time out of his day to teach me how to get the car out of park should I have a similar issue in the future. As a totally car-ignorant person, there’s always a level of anxiety dealing with professionals in this field, but when it comes to Habib, my anxiety couldn’t have been more misplaced. Thanks again!
Horrible Timing I Waited For 4plus hours without hearing anything else back very alte from ETA I canceled and went with another provider unprofessional
Great company to work with, especially Habib who helped us in a pinch when my car got stuck!
Great place to sell your car running or not
We ordered a towing service from this company around 2:30pm, they said the tow truck would be at the location within 90 minutes, we received several texts delaying the time of arrival. It’s now 5:40pm and they just texted and said it would be an additional 20 minutes from now. I would suggest you use another towing service.

Disappointing. The Hours say 24/7, I called for a dead battery, reached an answering machine and left a message. After 30 minutes I called Just Towing that answered right away and received service. After 2 hours still no return call from IRS Towing.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I needed a tow this past weekend. This company was sent to me by my auto insurance provider. When my vehicle was being dropped off at my residence, the driver damaged my back bumper by releasing my car and it backed into my boyfriend’s vehicle that was also my property. Now that I’m trying to get this situation fixed, they’re playing stupid. Acting as if it didn’t happen. I cannot believe the unprofessional treatment I’m getting. So incredible & sad! They keep giving me the run around “let me give this information to my manager.” Yeah, uh huh. I’ve heard that one way too many times before. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO MESS YOUR VEHICLE UP!!!
Should have got the man's name, but I had an emergency flat tire AND my car wouldn't start. I Googled a towing company and he arrived in 30 minutes. My insurance company was closed, he was extremely helpful and professional all the while it was cold as hell outside. I made it home safely and he gave me a couple recs for tires. Thank you again!!! Definitely above and beyond when I was panicking.

Very reasonable price and fast! Friendly service, I definitely recommend them.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute lack of any professionalism when dealing with customers. Was told my car would be fixed in a month and then it continued to be in the shop for 3 months afterwards with absolutely no communication unless asked about it. 4 different times the car was "completed" for it to shut down 20 mins after driving off from the shop. At this point I just wanted my money back, which he still has failed to pay almost a week after he promised the money to be paid back
They didn't give me a receipt to file with my insurance company. Now I'm out $100.
Super fast and to the point, great pricing and highly recommend.

Staff is kind amd helpful. My friend was in a car accident and their car was towed here. The staff allowed them to get their items out of the car. Make sure you have proof of ID, Insurance, and or registration to access the lot. The also have public auctions for cars. Check them out online.
I brought two friends here that had been in an accident. Doesn't someone have to call for a tow truck? Anyways. GT wouldn't let them (friends) take anything out of the car before they whisked it away to their tow yard. Didn't bother asking if they wanted it brought anywhere of their choice, just pretty much stole it. And speaking of which... friends claimed that nearly half of their possessions from inside the car were gone, including tools. This is a reputation that they are famous for as I've heard it countless times. There's some other stuff that I don't really feel like getting into right now but yeah, shady company...
I don’t know what’s worse, getting your vehicle stolen or having to go through Gary’s Towing and deal with the fees they charge to get your stolen vehicle back. They won’t work with you at all and refer you back to TPD to try and get reimbursed for the fees. Crooks.
Avoid if you can. This place will do anything to get a penny out of you. The manager lady is a bully and will not work with you.
They are criminals they charge me to get my car after I have already been stressed out by having my car stolen and yet they have audacity to charge me to get my car out of towing I have AAA I don't know why I'm being charged for towing what's the point of having a AAA so to avoid this they are absolute criminals

My vehicle was just illegally towed from an event without permission from the owner of the property or myself.
The towing company, contracted by Progressive, displayed an unacceptable level of negligence and unprofessionalism. It took them over three hours to arrive for the scheduled vehicle pickup. Upon arrival, my husband attempted to hand the driver the key in order to properly place the vehicle in neutral. The driver disregarded this and instead forcefully manipulated the gear shift, resulting in significant damage to the transmission interlock system. Following this incident, we contacted the towing company, and the manager initially acknowledged responsibility, assuring us that they would cover the cost of repairs. However, since that conversation, the company has consistently ignored multiple follow-up calls from both us and the dealership, clearly attempting to evade accountability. This conduct reflects a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter, including full payment for the damages caused by their mishandling. The response is false the dealership did not agree with the response made and has been attempting to reach B and C towing for days now multiple times a day as well as we the owners. The vehicle was not handled by anyone other than B & C towing. Avoiding payment is no good faith there.
Emailed these guys Nov 6 asking for insurance information due to them damaging my vehicle. They dodged me until Nov 22. The GM calls me today after his internal review saying they won't cover the repair because the circular dent in the center couldn't be them because their tow trucks have diamonds, and not circles, stating it must be from before. What a clown. Update 4/2/24: These clowns don't even have insurance or they simply refuse to respond. Either way, avoid this place at all costs.
Omg Shaun saved my day I had ran into an issue with my alternator and he came in clutch with the ride, just in time to save me from the hottest part of the Day while I had zero power... Y'all have a real hero on deck and hopefully your driver's learn from his superb Humbleness he presented to us. He even told me where I can get one cheaper if I needed (a you-pull-it yard) ,which is awesome service. Thank you again
Called the Volvo road assistance line at 9 am they set me up with this company. After their 90 minute eta I called and was given another 45min- an hour eta time. When that time was up I called again and was given another 30 minute eta an hour later still no tow truck called again went straight to voicemail and I had to call Volvo to switch company’s. Wouldn’t Recommend this company to anyone.
