Ramon was very professional and friendly. His customer service skills was outstanding and he is a great driver. The area where my car broke down did not leave him with any room to get my car. He still managed to Maneuver his tow truck around my car to put it on the back of the tow truck. Only a professional driver would be able to do that. Bronco Towing was super easy to work with! They picked up the call quickly and had someone (Alan) on site within 15 minutes. Alan was SO helpful and efficient! Our driver was great. He instantly showed what he was competent and knew what he was doing. He took care of my car and made sure it was safe on the trailer. We got it home safe and sound. I called them because I was in a vary bad situation it was raining and the person I talked to told the driver the wrong direction they quoted something extremely high but I didn’t have any other chose so I greed the driver finally show and informed me that the drop off location was not what he was told he started yelling at me because I Questioned it and his words was “ I don't have to tow it you can figure it out” he called him boss and his boss said Its my fault for giving them wrong directions they charged me 160$ extra because of there mistake. Tried talking to his boss to try to help me out since again its not a situation anyone expects to be in I Just don’t understand why are you so rude if you hate your job there is other careers to be in.Vary ride driver and vary rude boss. I recommend ANY other company but them!

Martin and Isaiah saved me after hours of trying to get someone out to tow my semi. Everyone I called either didn’t answer or had excuses like not having their heavy driver available, trucks down, or not being able to go out of Tucson, but Five Star was ready! After discussing pricing, I got a call from the driver and immediately sent a pinpoint of where I was at so the driver could find me easier, and I couldn’t have been happier! These guys took me, my truck, and my delivery off the freeway and all the way to the shop in San Simon! These guys risked their lives getting me off the freeway! Couldn’t be more thankful! Also would like to add that the dispatcher I spoke to was very professional and polite. I hope I won’t be needing to tow my truck again, but if I do, I won’t be wasting time calling anyone else; I’ll be calling Five Star Towing!

We used five star towing this afternoon to tow our 2000 pontiac grand am the lady who answered the phone at dispatch. Was very polite and courteous. The driver was already there when I got there. I wasn't allowed back in the tow yard so he went back there by himself my car had flat tires and wouldn't start so I needed to jump the driver could have easily told me that he had to tow my car back to an address outside of the yard instead he pumped the tires up himself and jumped the car back there. Allowing me to drive the car home from the yard that's honesty right there

Someone answered the phone right away, and I was contacted by the driver within a couple of minutes. The driver left where he was at immediately and didn't make me wait at all. This was especially appreciated, since my car died on a busy freeway entrance ramp - not exactly the safest spot to be sitting at! Upon meeting him, I was impressed by Jordan's level knowledge and experience (he's pretty young lol). He was also one of the nicest, most polite and friendly people I have ever met! Jordan, thank you for rescuing me off the freeway on-ramp! He turned a scary situation into one that was filled with relief! Also, their prices are much lower than I had anticipated for a 15-mile trip. Thank goodness I called these guys first! I highly recommend and will always reach to them before any other company, for any future needs.

My car broke down and I found myself suddenly stranded. Randomly called Gavin and got the best tow service ever. He even helped diagnose my car and found me a repair shop
To say the least, you can see just by the reviews how awesome Gavin is! Long story short. I called a few places prior and they all wanted to charge a ridiculous flat fee and hookup charges etc. I seen Gavins reviews and called him immediately. He picked up right away and told me not to worry he will get it done to sum it up. I couldn't be there cause of work and never even met him, but he picked up my car and drove it to the destination and called me and said all done. He even re -seeded my left front tire and filled it up with air! I wish I could give him a 10 star review honestly. It's good people like this that you know you can trust! I very truly appreciate the help you gave me Gavin! You are the man! I will definitely be only using your company and referring out to family and friends from now on! Great service and they were able to accommodate me at after 7PM in an emergency. Jesse (who towed my car) was very professional and laid back to the point that I felt like he was a friend I haven't seen in a long time. I would highly recommend them for anything related to towing.

I called Just Towing, and my call was answered immediately, no wait time at all. The person taking my call was professional and efficient, quickly gathering my information. Within 30 minutes, the tow truck arrived. Dominic (apologies if I’m misspelling that!) was the driver, and he was incredibly courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to move an old, large vehicle for me, handling everything with skill and care. By the time it was all said and done, I was ready to call Dominic a friend. Seriously, come over this weekend, let’s BBQ! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and really knew his stuff. I can’t recommend Just Towing enough. If you want fast, professional, and reasonably priced towing service, these are the folks to call. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Mike was the sweetest man, he managed to find my car on the highway in the dark even though I didn't know exactly where the car was and gave him bad directions, he never gave up and got my car to my Airbnb safely. (I'm from out of town) then he changed the tire right there. Because my ordeal took 5 hours (we had tried other tow places and we were stranded on 1-10) my Hazzard lights drained my battery, also causing my doors to not unlock due to the type of car it was. So he and his partner? Friend? Jimmied my car open, and jumped the battery. And since I have no idea what I'm doing with cars, he's helping me get newer tires today. And he didn't judge me for my car ignorance or try to take advantage of my ignorance to get me to pay more. Great guy, great company, great service, 10/10. Absolutely would recommend, he saved the 1st vacation I took with my kids since my husband died.

These guys are awesome. They always answer the phone and the drivers are amazing. I've used them multiple times over the years but today they really came through. My ex-gf had her new bf block my truck in with his BMW and almost no space and even after I said its cool we'll try tomorrow they spent 30 min getting my truck out and to me perfectly unharmed. No matter what car or where it is these guys can get it!!!!
I’m honestly not sure why they only have 3.6 stars. I called them with interest of getting a pod container towed and my car from the south side to the east side. My driver (Larry) was awesome. I gave them a time frame that I needed them there and they called when they were on the way. Larry put everything exactly where I wanted it and was very friendly. They towed the pod first and if they wouldn’t be worth using again I definitely would have hired someone else to haul my 68 Fury. They did great for me twice out of two times so I think I’ll stick with em next time.
Exceptional service and kindness during a particularly difficult moment. Larry was calm and joyful when we felt like falling apart. His sunny demeanor helped to lift our spirits and he took such care of our delicate vehicle. We were traveling from Phoenix to San Antonio and had a blow out on the 10. Larry, our driver towed us to Wal-Mart, where he knew everyone. He was very courteous and is an Army Veteran. Best experience to an unfortunate situation.

Arizona Crane & Rigging was contracted by my HVAC technician to remove an old roof-mounted A/C unit, and move a new unit on the roof. They did 2 separate visits since I had a roof coater come and paint the area inbetween visits. On the second visit, the operator negligently drove the truck slightly off my driveway, which caused a tremendous amount of pressure on the edge of my driveway, damaging and loosening many pavers, including those on the edge that were set in concrete. The weight of the truck caused the underlying concrete to crack as well. This was negligence on the drivers' part, in my opinion. My HVAC technician witnessed the whole thing. When I called this company and asked them to reimburse the cost of repair, I first reached the receptionist who said that the owners were out of town and would come by to inspect the damage when they returned. However, to my knowledge the owners did not come by to inspect the damage, but merely reviewed the photos/video I took of the damage and then summarily denied any responsibility, stating that I signed a waiver that exempted them from being accountable for damage. First of all, I did not sign this waiver on the day of the incident. Second, I think it's absolutely low to hide behind a waiver because all that does is enable negligent crane operators. I understand waiving any damage during normal operation of the equipment, but I believe driving off the driveway does not count as "normal operation" and is instead negligence. When I tried to explain my case, the owner was extremely dismissive of my point of view and, in my opinion, outright rude. During our phone call (which was recorded), he tried different avenues to deflect the fact that the crane operator was negligent in driving and dismiss my concerns. This included blaming the paving company for their work despite the fact that several of my neighbors also have pavers and their edge pavers are also set in concrete the same way (by different contractors), and that I had these pavers for a year without any issues with large vehicles such as UPS/Amazon delivery trucks. He also fell back to the "waiver", which, again, was not signed by me. I wouldn't even have a choice but to sign it anyway, because otherwise the operator wouldn't have performed the work. Then he tried to dismiss my claim by saying that it was an easy fix that he could do with 1.5 hours of time, and because of this he would not comp me the ~$475 my paving contractor quoted for repairs. This was directly contradicting my paving contractor who stated that numerous pavers would need to be replaced and re-concreted. The owner also accused me of being rude to his receptionist as another reason to dismiss my claim, which I found extremely ironic considering his conduct during our phone call. The most inflammatory thing I said in my call to his receptionist was that from my perspective, I felt like the owners "did not give a s[redacted]" because they just summarily dismissed my claims. I think anyone who has their driveway damaged by a vehicle would have the right to feel the same way I did. In no part of my conversation with the owner was I rude. However, the owner abruptly hung up on me as I was trying to make a counter-argument. And I'm the rude one? This is all my opinion based on my recollection of my conversation with the owner. At the end of the day, any reasonable operator would know NOT to drive on the edge of a paved driveway, waiver or not. I would never recommend using these guys. I hope the $475 you saved was worth it.
AZ Crane was awesome! They lifted our big play set into our backyard without issue. I would definitely recommend.

Very amazing I had a problem today Oct. 27, 2016 at 7:20pm to 8pm My car went over a curve to were I could not reverse or go forward. I call different company's and they couldn't help me I call elite towing and they helped me even though I was far from where they were located. They helped me and got my car out safely lucky my car was not damaged. I really highly recommend this towing coming the guys were great nice and friendly. Thank you so much for your help

We received great service from Habib! He called us right as I was getting off the phone with my insurance company and said he'd be there in 8 minutes. We were so happy when he got there so quickly, loaded our car and we were on our way to the collision center to drop off our car. He was so generous to give us a ride to the collision center as well. Otherwise we were going to have to call for a ride so we are so grateful to him. He was very friendly and such a pleasure to chat with. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Disappointing. The Hours say 24/7, I called for a dead battery, reached an answering machine and left a message. After 30 minutes I called Just Towing that answered right away and received service. After 2 hours still no return call from IRS Towing.
They sent a car with a jump pack, even though I stated I was stuck on a highway offramp and needed a battery. Not a truck, a little car. They did nothing. A ripoff. I had to push the truck to a parking lot and deal with it myself.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I needed a tow this past weekend. This company was sent to me by my auto insurance provider. When my vehicle was being dropped off at my residence, the driver damaged my back bumper by releasing my car and it backed into my boyfriend’s vehicle that was also my property. Now that I’m trying to get this situation fixed, they’re playing stupid. Acting as if it didn’t happen. I cannot believe the unprofessional treatment I’m getting. So incredible & sad! They keep giving me the run around “let me give this information to my manager.” Yeah, uh huh. I’ve heard that one way too many times before. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO MESS YOUR VEHICLE UP!!!

They’re great! The best at pricing and were fast to get to my daughter on the side of the road! So grateful! I called other places and they were charging obscene amounts for a tow less than 3 miles from point A and B! Los Plebes were fast and the driver was friendly and professional. If you need a tow definitely go to Los Plebes!
They didn't give me a receipt to file with my insurance company. Now I'm out $100.

My car was towed to garys and they got mad at me for following behind a different tow trucks company into their yard as I was given permission to do so, being completely disrespectful Garys company had no idea where my car was in their lot and seemed lost. we pulled up aside the guy that worked for Garys and told him we passed my car already and he tried to start a conflict with my buddy and I, we just wanted my car, extremely disrespectful.
So my car was recently impounded, and I got it out from Gary’s towing. The funny thing is the same day. I got it impounded I had actually had a tire two tires replaced because they were bald. And when I got my car back, not only is the hood now dented, but the tire that I got replaced with a new one is bald as hell and literally like there’s no tread whatsoever left on it. Has anyone else encountered the same problem because since I approved I think I’m gonna go after them legally. I just wanna know if anyone else wants to join in.

My vehicle was at a mechanics being worked on when it was stolen. Unfortunately they didn't realize the theft or notify me until days later. I immediately filed a stolen car report with TPD & they informed me that Gary's had my vehicle. I felt relieved that it had been recovered! It was reported abandoned & towed for safe keeping is what I was told. I called Gary's Towing & they wouldn't give me any information about my vehicles condition except that there were no keys in it & with the hitch fee, Towing, mileage, storage per day plus some other fee's it would be about $400.! I understand they're a business but their lack of ethics & lack of empathy for someone having their vehicle stolen & completely totalled is disgusting! They led me to believe that I should have a locksmith meet me there to make a ignition key, pay all their fees & I could drive my vehicle away! They wouldn't budge on the charges even with a police report! They insisted that the only way to avoid the fee's were if I had proof that I reported it stolen before they towed it. Since I wasn't even aware of it until 2 days after they towed it, I was basically screwed. I will say that TPD sent a letter to my mailing address (which is at P.O. & I didn't have transportation to) saying I had 5 business days to get my vehicle without having to pay Gary's Towing fines which would have been great had I known I would have found someone to drive me there! Gary's could have been ethical & told me that especially when I let them know that I didn't have the money as I'm on disability. I found someone willing to buy my vehicle & pay to get it released only to get there & get the run around. They wanted $800. now, as it took me a few weeks, but up front before letting us even see my vehicle! Ridiculous! & all because all they care about is getting your money! After an hour they agreed to let us see it, probably cuz they were closing! It was completely destroyed inside & out! Cracked frame, missing parts, flat tires, Totalled! I barely got a picture when the guy said if we were not paying he was putting it back behind the fences & did so, rudly dismissing me! I was in such shock! If they have your vehicle, get down there ASAP & demand to see it! Then get it out of there, even if it has to be towed 2 your house, mechanic or a salvage yard! Had they been straight with me I would have been able 2get it out for a small mileage fee & sold it to a salvage Co. for $500. Instead I'm stuck paying $500 as an abandoned vehicle fine & $60 for the locksmiths time & Gary's keeps it! & I'm sure they'll sell it 2 salvage co! Nightmare!
My car was stolen and recovered but unable to drive. I called Gary's which was recommended by TPD. The price was fair and they allowed me to use 2 separate payment methods without any hassle. They had someone to us in 30 minutes. It was the least stressful part of a very stressful situation. The woman on the phone as well as the driver were very friendly and professional.

Jay came through and towed my jag home. Wait times were within timeframe and although I see bad reviews- I will use them again. Please keep up the good work guys, I have had bad experiences with tows before, not tonight though thank God, thx to Jay/B&C. 🤘 👍
Had them tow our disabled vehicle and they damaged it. We didn't see the damage until after the driver left and now they keep giving us the run around of "we'll have a manager call you in a few days." Then we waited a few days and we haven't heard from anyone. At this point I'm thinking they don't even have any coverage.
B&C Towing provided fast, reliable service when our company van needed immediate towing. They were prompt, professional, and took great care of our vehicle. Highly recommend them for any towing needs!
Got dispatched through my insurance. ETA was 90-120 minutes. Got there in 60 minutes. Operator was courteous and respectful.
As an Uber driver I know you can almost always get from anywhere in Tucson to your destination in 40 minutes or less. I waited an hour and 40 minutes until someone showed up. This is unacceptable. And when I called at the one hour mark, the person I spoke to was very condescending and unapologetic. I don't I need a tow truck very often but I will certainly not call these guys again. 2.2 stars is too generous for this company.
