I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i recently and got hit a week later. I attend college as a freshman in the LA area but am from the Bay Area. I was stuck in a super hard position where I needed the car moved as soon as possible because I was moving back home. I called 20+ tow companies and nobody wanted to take the car. Finally after searching on Google for hours, I called Savior Towing and Sam answered the phone. I explained to him the situation that I was in and he immediately jumped to helping me. He drove from Glendale all the way to the Bay Area in under a three day notice just out of the good in his heart. His actions speak for themselves and don’t need much explaining. You know those stinky tow truck drivers… NOT THIS GUY! It has been a pleasure to have Savior Towing & Recovery come assist me this evening. I am pleased with how fast Sam the driver arrived to save the day. Sam was able to pick up our truck when other tow companies would not do it. He was able to carefully put my truck on a flatbed and take the truck to a reputable mechanic that was quite a long distance away from where the truck broke down. I was very impressed with his accommodations and customer service. He was being very careful with strapping down the truck, I can tell he has done it for a long time and takes pride in his work. His towing truck was in pristine condition, which made me feel good about sitting in the back of a tow truck. He was entertaining and hospitable. I highly recommend this company to anyone stuck in a pickle.

Dynamite towing was able to get it all taken care of right away, with no issues. A few weeks later I contacted Dynamite Towing about possibly purchasing the car they towed for me. Driver waa on time and very friendly. Wonderful service.
Maybe the driver was having a bad day but he nearly ran me into oncoming traffic because he was in such a hurry to get by. Then proceeds to go across several lanes on traffic without signaling and nearly ran several more people into the next lane. When driver noticed i was taking his picture he took exception to it and flipped me off. Again this has nothing to do with their services and most like the result of a driver in a bad mood.

The driver did a fake jump start, because he wanted to charge me $ for 120 for 12miles. He was saying 120 is chap.The car was jump start at mechanic, and it started. The Mechanic told me nothing is wrong with your battery. You just need to start your battery because you had you heat running all night. Business is all about service to community. I even offered to pay 50 for jump start. But he said his pilot doesn’t allow

Hi, I'm leaving this common to update the owner that I was wrong. I did have the wrong towing company and I wanted to apologize. From my perspective this towing company has done everything they could professionally and I want to give them a five out of five for how they handled the situation. As such I have nothing but good words to say about this company. And I hope towing companies that abide by their rules and are not fraudulent should remain in place.

Literal thieves. Did not deliver my car to the dealer "because they do not have a night drop" and took it to their yard. Verified with the dealership that they do have a night drop and cars are delivered as late as 2AM. Several days later they are still trying to hold up the insurance company for more money and not releasing my vehicle from their yard, where they were never told to take it. Neither you nor your driver contacted the dealership before taking the car to your towyard. You just took the car to your yard and tried to stall and rack up storage fees. You then continued to stall and delay following the insurance company's subcontractor paying you and having another company's tow truck waiting outside your yard for hours to pick up the car. Maybe there really is some elaborate conspiracy by multiple insurance companies, a car dealership, and people just to inconvenice you. Or you run a dodgy tow company trying to scam people for a few extra bucks.

I had a great experience with Monterey Tow Service. My car wouldn’t start before work and I was parked in a place that could get a ticket, I called up Monterey and they were very polite and efficient. They also gave me a very fair price. They had a driver out to me within 15 minutes and he did a great job getting my car to a mechanic. And then, when all was said and done, their driver saw the direction I was starting to walk, he told me he was going my direction and offered to give me a ride. That saved me at least $15 on a Lyft/Uber, so I was grateful for that, especially with everything else I had been dealing with that morning! I highly recommend them and will use them again anytime I need to have my car towed.

This place has threatened me to hold my car a hostage until their overpriced bill is paid. I do not recommend this company.
I needed a private tow for a very low to the ground sports car that had carbon fiber and was located in a very tight parking garage that required two tow trucks. Bobby and Preston did an amazing job and were extremely cautious with my vehicle. They treated my car as if it was there own. It was a tough job but they were definitely the right people for this job. I would highly recommend Mid Valley Towing Inc. I will definitely be requesting Bobby and Preston in the future to help me tow the car out once more.

Extremely disappointed with this towing company. They have a policy that prevents any locksmith from making a key for vehicles—even when the car is sitting in their parking lot and not secured in the yard. This forces people to tow their vehicles again just to get a key made. It’s a completely unnecessary and unfair barrier that adds stress and extra cost to an already difficult situation. People usually end up here because something went wrong. Instead of helping or even just allowing a simple solution, they seem to go out of their way to make things worse. It feels like they're exploiting customers at their most vulnerable. Would not recommend unless you want your problems multiplied.
Had a my vehicle towed by them. Was in a bad accident, went straight to the hospital so I did not have an opportunity to empty my car. I eventually had someone go retrieve my purse, wallet, and debit and credit cards and they were not in the car. Either the staff of DV are thieves, or they run a lot that they can't secure. Regardless, I strongly recommend to not use this company that doesn't even know the definition of integrity.

I was in a car accident and Phoenix police said they’d tow my car through DV Towing. Worst mistake made. They damaged my car in the tow and won’t own up to it. Insurance and Caliber Collision shop already ruled that it was not caused by the accident. The owner swears up and down that it’s from the accident, the front chrome piece was broken and the front dumper of the car was scratched. We had an investigation done with the second tow company that took pictures and confirmed that it was indeed DV Towing. I have video of the driver dragging the car when we told him something about it he said “it would hop”. They left my windows open so animals went inside the car and paw prints were inside when picked up. I don’t know how these people are in business, the location my car was towed isn’t even open anymore.
The drivers of this company are super aggressive people, they have no road etiquette. From reading all the reviews, I notice that this isn’t the first time someone has had an experience like this. On my way to my destination, one of the drivers of these trucks nearly hit me three times and to add to that they kept speeding in school zones. This is not ok by any means and I will be reporting said driver for unsafe driving practice. Your drivers are putting people in danger and making people feel unsafe when conducing on the road. Terrible company would not recommend giving them your business. There are many other companies that will 100% take better care of your vehicle, Arregaldo’s towing, to name a few. Have the day you deserve.

We had a fantastic experience with this company. Steve was the gentleman that helped us, he was prompt and polite. My daughter had bought her first car that she had been saving 3 yrs for. The guy we bought it from sold us a broken car. We didn't even make it 2 miles and it broke down. We had to leave it in a shopping center in an unfamiliar part of town. We had called a couple places before these folks, ( 24/7 towing- said they weren't towing in our area on this day- LOL what? ) and another one who just wouldn't answer. Well, it turned out to be a blessing, These guys were cheaper, fast and efficient. THANK YOU!!
I called needing a tow, and the guy answered the phone "yo, what's up". I thought it was very unprofessional given that it was a company number I called. Then after I asked if this was a towing company, he relied "sorry I'm busy" then hung up. Hmm, I thought this was a 24 hour company???
Vary quick and helpful and inexpensive.
I can't thank you guys enough for transporting my van back home last evening. Being new in the city and scared to death of the DUI laws here, I had no desire to even attempt to drive home. One phone call and my van made it back safe and sound. You guys rock and will definitely use you again on my next bender in Scottsdale. AAAA++++++

They rummaged through my purse and took $120!!! So my kids and I were visiting my boyfriend at the Sagewood apartment complex. The kids and I just picked up some groceries and yes, I did park in backwards to take groceries out and up to the apartment. We were away from the car like not even 3 minutes and when we went back down to my car, it was gone. My purse, which had mine and my kids’ wallets, and my cellphone were in my car… I was freaking out, I thought maybe someone broke in and stole my car. Called 911 right away. (This was at 3:48pm on 06/24/2025) the officer on the phone said that Kwik tow had picked up my car at 10:15 am. I told the officer that is impossible because I had my car until just a few minutes ago. So that’s lie number 1. They gave me the number to the towing company. Called them, the lady on the phone was really rude. Told me that I needed my ID and $225 cash or $235 card. I told her how can I get my car if A, that was the only vehicle I have, B, all my money and ID was in the vehicle when they took it, and C, I’m a single mom of 2 kids from out of town. The lady told me “I don’t know what to tell you, maybe get a lift? We close at 4:30.” Then she hung up. FYI, my bf was at work and couldn’t get home until 4:30pm. Today 06/25/2025, my bf takes this morning to pick up my car. Lady was nice. But we noticed right away, that my car was broken into. My back passenger window was down and it wasn’t down when we had left it parked outside the Sagewood apartment the day before. At first it didn’t look like anything was taken. But after we got back to the apartment, I looked through my purse and realized that $120 was missing from my kids’ wallets. They said that the they took pictures when they picked up my car and the back passenger window was down, but that’s lie number 2 because all my windows were up. Is this really how towing companies do business?? Stealing money from kids? Hell, stealing money period!
MY MOTHER CAR WAS TOWED THIS MORNING AND SHE HAS A HANDICAP STICKER IN HER CAR. THIS COMPANY HANDLES THINGS FRAUDULENTLY WITH NO CONSEQUENCES!.. THE MANAGER ELIZABETH IS A VERY RUDE PERSON AND IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I WOULD ADVICE PEOPLE TO USE OTHER MEANS OF TOWING. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Terrible company damaged my car
Absolute dirt bag company! We were 100% wrongfully towed, the owner claimed to not be a dirt bag company and he was just that. They towed us out of our gated community, claiming we were parked in fire lane, he would not accept that our HOA was vouching for us and confirming that we were not in a fire lane. We were in fact parked right across from a fire hydrant, that is proof enough for anyone except this dirt bag. They took horrible quality, doctored photos, and after some research has had many law suits. Definition of DIRT BAG!
This afternoon, I visited a residential complex that contracts towing services through your company in order to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived , I was directed to a window where a staff member handed me a phone and asked me to sign it. When I asked what I was signing, she refused to explain and stated, “that’s just how things are.” I asked to review the document before signing, but she dismissed my request and instead told me to “get out of there and get my car.” I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and was denied the opportunity to read or understand what I was being asked to sign. She then proceeded to say she would just sign for me and proceeded to forge my signature. I wonder what Phoenix PD / Tow Liaison, adot, bbb, as attorney general will think about your employees forging my signature. Luckily my friend was recording and caught the interaction including your employees forging my signature so good luck!
