Flew in to Phoenix today. Daughter says her car won’t start. Was referred to Polys towing. He comes to our house within 30 minutes. Helps charge the battery to where the car can start. Has me follow him to get a new battery. And no shit. He puts in the new battery for me. Can you say full service. Such a nice guy as well. Highly recommend him. Thanks again for your help.
OMG, Jose was the man for me! Him and his partner took such good care of everything. They were conscientious about my yard and plants. My office conex was delivered without delay. I was amazed at the skill of the driver of that big rig. I couldn't believe he could maneuver that truck around in such small spaces. I could not be Happier! I am saving Poly's number in my phone for anything like this that I need moved. 6⭐️'s I was not paid for this review. I paid them, even tipped happily. They deserve every kind word I said. Thanks Guys.
Fast Service and even better customer service. Affordable pricing, if you need yourself a great tow! They have taken great care of my Car the entire time they've had it. Great company!
The towing services were absolutely amazing! From the moment I called, their communication was clear, professional, and super helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend them for their reliability and excellent service!
Amazing and friendly service. I couldn’t find someone to help me tow my Jeep but Poly came through and took it all the way to the destination it needed to go to. Very affordable too!

I just bought a car and needed tow service, I called Hovik and he was there in 10 minutes. He loaded my vehicle and me home in record time. Would strongly recommend his service if you’re in need of a tow truck. He’s the best!
My car’s charge died at 2:30pm, and I thought I’d be stuck for hours. But John saved the day! He arrived just 20 minutes after I contacted the company. He was quick, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks, John!
Fast and friendly service. It was my first time with a blown out tire and needed towing asap. Would recommend to my friends and family in the Pasadena area and would definitely call them again for any future emergencies
Me and my husband needed a tow asap because of a mechanical failure. I left before the tow truck came but my husband stayed and he said that His tow truck driver ,Hovik , went above and beyond and it was perfect customer service. If we ever need another tow we’re calling you guys. Thank you. I highly recommend them💯💯💯

I needed a tow and took a chance with Sam and he was very professional and showed up in a very timely manner. Not only that, his quote was very reasonable. I would recommend Sam. I was very satisfied with the service.
I fully recommend working with Savior Towing & Recovery company, Sam was extremely professional and exceeded our expectation during our time of need. Our car completely stopped working at a gas station so we were browsing different towing companies and Sam was more than willing to work with us not to mention he made it super quick! Which not all towing companies do! I will definitely recommend his business and keep his contact for any emergency. THANK YOU SAM I can say all those reviews are real by experience!!
Sam is a legend, guy made sure i made it to my destination safely, helped me out immensely and most of all gave me peace of mind. Guy came through clutch, would recommend him to anyone in need of a tow.
You know those stinky tow truck drivers… NOT THIS GUY! It has been a pleasure to have Savior Towing & Recovery come assist me this evening. I am pleased with how fast Sam the driver arrived to save the day. Sam was able to pick up our truck when other tow companies would not do it. He was able to carefully put my truck on a flatbed and take the truck to a reputable mechanic that was quite a long distance away from where the truck broke down. I was very impressed with his accommodations and customer service. He was being very careful with strapping down the truck, I can tell he has done it for a long time and takes pride in his work. His towing truck was in pristine condition, which made me feel good about sitting in the back of a tow truck. He was entertaining and hospitable. I highly recommend this company to anyone stuck in a pickle.
Great Towing Experience with Sam at Savior Towing. Very professional. On time. This guy knows what he’s doing. Thank You!

James was incredibly helpful and professional and addressed our concerns directly with explanations and was able to help access my car promptly even though it was a weekend.
This is the second time I have used Vigilant Towing. I had a very good experience with them the first time around so of course I called them again for a second time. They didvery not disappoint they were on time and Mike was very professional and well dressed I could not ask for a better job to be done. The price for the distance they towed me was very reasonable I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow at a good price. Thank you Mike I appreciate you and all your hard work.
I can’t thank this tow truck company enough! My truck broke down during rush hour traffic and I was feeling pretty stressed. They answered the phone right away and sent someone out within 20 minutes. The driver was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and treated my truck with care. He even made sure I got home safely after the tow. It’s rare to find service this professional and kind these days. Highly recommend for anyone needing fast, dependable towing!
Truck showed up within 15-20 minutes. Driver was AWESOME! Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loaded my car in minutes and drove me straight home! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow!
I was very impressed with the dispatcher and that he sent me a text asking all the important information about the vehicle where it was going who was with it everything so the driver had no surprises when he arrived. The towing job was top-notch no issues. They were quick and fast and when I had to hold off on doing repairs, my truck I needed it towed back to my house. They parked it where I wanted it, and then realized that that wasn’t gonna be a good spot and the driver suggested another spot and put my truck right up against the fence in front of my shed and I couldn’t agree. It’s not the best place for it And the equipment they use is new it’s well-maintained and they don’t look shady or flaky one bit. The driver was professional and very informative so I recommend this company all others.

Awesome towing company, on time, really easy to work with and great pricing!

Really a great company poly did a great job towing my Mercedes to the shop also best price on the service really friendly. Thank you Dynamite Towing
If I could give it zero stars I would. The man who answered was very rude so I decided to go with another company. Reply to business comment 4/21/25 I did not call about a repossession. It was about getting towed to a dealership. Your response shows how you have workers that are rude to customers and you can’t keep track of who they are being rude to. Also your response was unprofessional. The zero stars still stands!
I called and got a message machine. Rick called me back before I could finish my text message. He was very knowledgeable about the situation I presented and was flexible about the time window I presented. He called me back to let me know the vehicle had been picked up and delivered per my request. I would recommend him any time. I have added him to my contacts in case of an emergency.
Fast & professional. Ball joint went out on my dad vehicle which I thought it was going to be difficult to pull vehicle onto the flatbed, but Nicholas was able to get it done and get my dad home safe!!!!
Dynamite towing is a great company to use. I was in a accident I paid out of pocket for everything. Had to tow two vehicles and he gave me a good rate for both of them with one being towed pretty far. He also recommended a good body shop to fix damages. Super friendly reliable kept me up to date when he was going to arrive. I will recommend his service to anyone I know who needs a tow

Thank you for all your help today. We appreciated your friendly staff who got us taken care of quick for a fair price. Definitely recommend.
My car battery died while I was at Westgate Entertainment District, and I had no clue who to call. They were quick to get to me and had my car towed to the shop in no time. The driver was really professional and didn’t make me feel like I was just another job. Great service, and I’d definitely use them again if needed.
I had my car break down in the middle of the night off Bell Road in Glendale, and I didn’t know what to do. I googled "towing near me" and found Roadside Ranger Towing. The guy who showed up was super friendly and got me sorted out quickly. He towed my car to the mechanic, and the whole process was smooth. If you need towing in Glendale, AZ, I highly recommend these guys. They were lifesavers!
Had to call Roadside Ranger Towing when my car battery died in the Fry’s parking lot on 67th Ave. They got there faster than I expected, and the driver was super nice. He made sure my car was towed safely to a nearby shop. Amazing service, fast response, and a fair price. Highly recommend if you’re ever in a jam and need towing in Glendale, AZ.
My car got a flat on the Loop 101, and I had no choice but to call for towing. The guy who showed up was friendly, professional, and super fast. Great service at a fair price. If you’re stuck, give these guys a call!

The person who drove the tow truck was nice and told me when they thought they will get there. Good communication.
My automobile overheated on a scorching day, so I needed a tow. The driver was polite and took care of my car, and the whole thing went smoothly and quickly. Very highly suggest.
Suprizingly inexpensive
The battery wouldn't retain a charge, and I had already jumped it twice. I called them, and they towed me to a battery store without making me feel bad about it.
I hit a pothole and bent my rim. The driver brought air equipment and even checked the other tires before towing. Very detailed.

Husky Towing is the best! They are so fast and nice. You couldn't ask for an easier experience. In addition, they recommended an amazing mechanic, who I will be using in the future. They are located in a nondescript alley, but do not let that stop you, as their location is just off Brand.
Very Expensive and poor customer service. I got far cheaper and great service from another provider.
The Most friendly and honest towing company in Southern California, Quick, Reliable, Affordable, Best service you can find, I’m glad I found him on google.. He saved the day for me.
Excellent service ! If I knew them earlier I'll use them, if would be 7star they deserve all seven. Quality job done, never knew that there are kind towing companies up there, Husky auto towing the best towing service!Brand new trucks! I love it! Thank you very much for your help!

My car didn't start and I called afford a tow cause of the great reviews.. when I called they came out under a hour. The tow driver helped me out so much, I was so relieved from the stress of my car not starting.
They were great, much appreciated.
Guy came out super quickly. He is super friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely recommend.
Okay. So, first we broke down at Glendale Community College on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I googled this company, received a live voice on the first attempt. The scheduler/dispatcher spoke clearly, verified the location and information I provided, and told me an ETA for service. I was also quoted a flat rate for the trip. They didnt add extra fees or try to change rates once they picked up the car. Anyway, two days later, we broke down near 19th Avenue and Adams. We received timely and friendly service, again with honest rates!! :) I was very satisfied with this company and grateful for their help!
The owner was very understanding of situation and he reassured everything was going to be okay. I had him tow my car to the location that it needed to go. He is very professional and reasonable.

I had to have my car towed last Saturday night. Although the arrival was later than anticipated the driver made up for it, his name was Riley. Riley was very professional and friendly. The cab of his truck was pretty immaculate too which is a first for me, usually tow trucks are super messy, even a lot of the hi-end vehicle transport services I have used in the past for my show bike ( I think if you let the person ride with you the vehicle should be clean and sanitary right? ). I recommend this tow service because of Riley, as far as the other folks employed there, I can't say, hopefully they are as good.
My wife’s car broke down. We called prestigious towing they were so prompt. The cost was great. What impressed me the most was a man name Riley he had somebody with him name Roman they were both so amazing. I work in construction so I know what it’s like to work in the heat. They were so professional, outgoing personable I felt my car was in good hands. Riley‘s attitude made everything so worthwhile if I ever need towing service again you better believe I’m going with prestigious towing Riley 10 stars for you my man you’re amazing. I hope I get you the next time my car breaks down.
Ron from Prestigious Towing is a great guy. He came out to my car as soon as he could within an hour ish (I’ve waited upwards of 4 hours for a tow before). He was professional, kind, and helped jump start my car. My car didn’t end up needing a tow luckily, but he took it another step by offering to follow my car while I took it over to my local auto shop down the road in case it broke down again. I’m truly grateful to him and this towing company.
Literal thieves. Did not deliver my car to the dealer "because they do not have a night drop" and took it to their yard. Verified with the dealership that they do have a night drop and cars are delivered as late as 2AM. Several days later they are still trying to hold up the insurance company for more money and not releasing my vehicle from their yard, where they were never told to take it. Neither you nor your driver contacted the dealership before taking the car to your towyard. You just took the car to your yard and tried to stall and rack up storage fees. You then continued to stall and delay following the insurance company's subcontractor paying you and having another company's tow truck waiting outside your yard for hours to pick up the car. Maybe there really is some elaborate conspiracy by multiple insurance companies, a car dealership, and people just to inconvenice you. Or you run a dodgy tow company trying to scam people for a few extra bucks.
This is an amazing towing company! We had the pleasure of working with Josh, he was very professional, kind, and efficient.

Mario great guy great customer service 💪🏾🫡
Best service when in need ! Grateful for a good team
I appreciate Mario, Sandra and the staff for the help they have given to me. Good business.
I needed my truck towed and I was worried because my truck has a sensitive 4x4 system and custom suspension. Monterey towing showed up with a flat bed so my truck wouldn’t be damaged. I am so grateful and they saved me potentially 1000’s of dollars. When I came to pickup there was not a single scratch. Kudos to my driver Alex who saved my day. Thank you sir. I highly recommend this company
Look no further! They helped me when AAA wouldn’t. I got my car recently towed out of my parking garage and it was so quick and efficient! Mario was beyond friendly and a total pro! Sharon (sorry if I butcher the name) but the woman answering calls and calling me is such a gem of a human, she made this whole process extremely seamless and worked with my schedule. Thank you both so much! I will be referring and using them in the future if need be

Awesome company to deal with. Our insurance dispatched Nexus out for us and Robert called on the way, showed up on time, picked up our car and got it safely to the mechanic. Friendly as well. Couldn’t have been easier. Thanks!
Great company and great customer service!!
Said they couldn't find my vehicle but never actually showed up at the address.
7 dollar fee to use a debit card is a scam
Doing business with these guys was a pleasure. No nonsense old school approach to a business that predates the automobile. You honor your trade gentlemen and I appreciate that.

My car was it an accident and it was towed to DV towing. It is now being charged $50 a day for being in their yard. That’s incredibly high. I then called them to verify my car was over there and they hung up on me twice before I could even get the question out, I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so rudely by any company of any kind. I wish there was a zero rating I would’ve given him that. I finally was able to get my car out, and it was minus the 2 amps that I had in there, and the woofer speaker. So my lawyer is going to sue them for free. That’s just disgusting.
My son is just trying to make an honest living he was in a car accident his car was taken to this company by the traffic cop. The workers here broke into his trunk and took his work tools. What’s even more disturbing is that when we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they admitted the company isn’t known for being reliable. That alone speaks volumes. It's heartbreaking to see someone take advantage of another person during such a vulnerable moment. We believe in accountability, and while we may not be able to change what happened, we trust that justice—whether through karma or higher powers—will prevail. No one deserves to be treated this way. We will be submitting a claim with the BBB, I’m sure this is their practice and they need to be shut down.
DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES. They say you will get a quote for the signing over of your car, and to WAIT for the "boss" to call you with an offer. They tell you he's a super busy guy! He never calls, and they get to charge you yet ANOTHER day, even though you could have signed your title over the SAME day you first went there. Also, they give you a number to "follow up" on the quote, but you are taken in a circle, back to the same office number that you called in the first place. DONT WAIT TO SIGN YOUR CAR OVER AND DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! TOTALLY BEWARE of this place, there is no integrity. ALSO BRING YOUR CLOSE TOED SHOES. they send you away without them, but dont tell you when you call. Thats kind of important.
Extremely disappointed with this towing company. They have a policy that prevents any locksmith from making a key for vehicles—even when the car is sitting in their parking lot and not secured in the yard. This forces people to tow their vehicles again just to get a key made. It’s a completely unnecessary and unfair barrier that adds stress and extra cost to an already difficult situation. People usually end up here because something went wrong. Instead of helping or even just allowing a simple solution, they seem to go out of their way to make things worse. It feels like they're exploiting customers at their most vulnerable. Would not recommend unless you want your problems multiplied.
Daphne is the best, very honest, and her personality is the greatest.Heather is a very honest and wonderful person. My husband left $9500.00 in cash in his car when it got towed and Heather actually turned it in. Thank you so very much Heather you are truly AWESOME

I can't thank you guys enough for transporting my van back home last evening. Being new in the city and scared to death of the DUI laws here, I had no desire to even attempt to drive home. One phone call and my van made it back safe and sound. You guys rock and will definitely use you again on my next bender in Scottsdale. AAAA++++++
Man this the second time I have attempted to used them for a towe. I called to ask about a towe they told me 80 to travel 0.9 miles. I felt that was a little high but I was still going to pay. The lady was a little rude when i asked If 80 was the lowest they can go before I can finish talking she cut me off told me to hold on and put someone else on the phone. I was given a wait time of 1hr to 1hr 30 min at most. I waited 2 hrs before I called back for an ETA. The Dispatcher said she wasn’t able to get a hold to the driver so she will call back, She called back about 10 minutes later just to tell me that I would have to wait another 2 to 3 hours because the driver ran into some issues. Instead of them letting me know as soon as it happened they let me wait TWO WHOLE HOURS , 30 minutes AFTER my given max time. I probably would have still been waiting if I wouldn’t have called to check myself. This is the second time they made me wait for hrs without even calling me. Very careless and unprofessional in my opinion, I understand things happen but to leave people hanging is not cool you never know someone’s situation ..NEVER EVER again
Terrible. Lied and said they were on their way for 6 hours....then poor phone help as well.....use someone else
My brother broke down in camp Verde and all the tow truck companies wanted an arm and a leg ! But not Tom! He was super reasonable and friendly!! And the best deal we had all day!! I'd give more stars if I could! Definitely found our new tow truck driver!!😊
It’s a pretty pathetic working strategy to have a 24hr service and label online yet have no one employee ready to do their job till 10a...but you’re 24hr....they’ll probably take an arm and leg too just putting it out there

This tow company is illegally towing (aka: stealing) vehicles without proper notice or signage, as they just did to my daughter this morning. Contacted the HOA who had not been made aware this company basically went rogue and is towing vehicles during hours in the community they’re not supposed to, as well as not informing the HOA before towing. They’re literally driving up and down the street towing vehicles indiscriminately to make money. Unfortunately for this business, they stole a vehicle from the wrong people. So many other reviews I’m reading of people getting screwed over by their illegal towing practices. You are not allowed to tow without proper signage. The necessary reports will be filed and restitution will be sought. We need to get 3TV on to this company, as it seems they’ve made quite a business out of their unethical practices and should be highlighted on their news segment about shady businesses ripping people off.
Kwik Tow 22750 N 21st Ave I 11748 W Glendale Ave I 3555 S 24th St They are super helpful time and time again. Very fast response times and always willing to help. John will be towing my car (again) today and Liz is always great to work with. Thank you all!
Received a notice on Tuesday that my tags were expired. Honest mistake on our part, I work nights so as soon as I got home that next morning (Wednesday) we went to the DOT to pay the registration. Now today (Thurs) we find they towed our car anyways, while we're waiting for the tags. While legally we're paid up.
Quick response saved my day completely
Towed my car for being in the fire lane for NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES, cars park there all the time and never get towed. Even I parked my car there several times when the tow truck driver was in the complex and STILL NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!! You would think it’s allowed or at least a grace period is given. But for some reason this one time I get towed when I RAN INTO MY APARTMENT TO GRAB SOMETHING!!!! There’s not even a sign on the road to tell you so, this was a very unnecessary setback.
