He was fast and responsive definitely a 10 out of 10 and cheap
The man was able to pick up the car where it broke down, and towed it to me at my location across town. Courteous, friendly and professional! This place helped me out in a big way.! Thanks, brother!
Excelente experience with tow. On time and not to mention a smooth tow and handling when loading and unloading my vehicle!! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!
Great Company to have on your side when you need any kind of tow day or night. Thanks Mario and his crew.
Quick to show up and went the extra mile by stopping by the gas station and giving me a jump both at no extra cost

Highly recommended. Kind, on time. Fast! Great service. Will definitely be using It towing again. Ivan did an awesome job. Thank you Ivan.
IT towing was accomodable to my situation, so responsive, and very kind! They were able to work with me in the moment with my situation and provided more help than I could have asked for. IT Towing is a great small business to support here in Phoenix! If I ever need a car towed again- I am gonna call them :) thank u so much for your help and kindness
Blessed! Ivan, you made light of a very dark/ bad day. My Lincoln suv broke down near vee quiva Gila River casino on my way home from work. Already calculating newfound mechanic expenses, tow truck fees etc. I was dreading it. With the passed experiences Ive had with Tow trucking services, was only gas to the fire. They’re normally super expensive on top of having you wait 2 hours, best an hour and change. IT towing was the opposite. I wasn’t there long enough to sit down after looking over my vehicle when he arrived. He was shockingly fast and literally I paid half of what I was expecting. Blessed thank you so much. I’ll save your number and recommend 100%
Brother ivan is very easy to talk to and really reliable!
Great professional father and son team. Reliable. Professional. On time and took care of business. Affordable towing in Phoenix. Will def reach out again.

Amazing driver, good conversation, knew his stuff and wasn’t hesitant to lend a helping hand once we got to our destination. Would highly recommend them and will use them next time the need arises. I think my drivers name was mark, super nice guy, kudos to him!
Great people! Would use them anytime! Thank you Dave for your help !
Chris with Barnetts towing was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, involved with towing the broken down tractor and trailer back to the company yard for repairs. I would recommend Barrnetts to any semi truck driver in need of towing services! 😁
Richard is great 👍🏿 😊 very professional and goes with the flow great at responding and making the situation great 😊 that’s what i call Expirience professional driver 🙏🙏

Fast arrival time, reliable and customer service is 12/10. By far the best tow I have ever had! Will absolutely use again! Highly recommended!!!!
Hydroplaned, survived, however our truck was not fit to drive. 45T responded quickly and helped us get where we needed. Super friendly and professional.
Called on Mike from 4T5 Towing at the last minute to pick up my car from a shop that I had my convertible mistakenly dropped off at. My car is freshly painted and rare so I couldn't just trust anyone! Mike took a 360 VIDEO when he was dropping her off and sent it to me, Mike took care of her like it was his own! Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!
My driver was great. He was sure to take care of my vehicle by correctly loading and unloading. They were on time as promised and charged a fair fee for flatbed service. Great job!
Gilbert was the person who brought the car from NU car rental un Phoenix airport to N Scottsdale street in Scottsdale AZ. My car would not start due to battery failure. He is a great professional with excellent customer service and very reliable. He gave me the car promptly and said he will take of the defective car. I was very impressed by his calls before arriving and hus helpful attitude. I commend him highly. He is a credit to hus firm. Sincerely. J A Kirdar MD

Vladimir and Poncho, are a blessing, I thank God for them being able to tow our family vehicle to a safe location. Very down to earth reliable and reasonable thank you again. Guys.
Called two different companies both said it would be an hour wait. Reached out to Ayala’s and they were there in half the time. Definitely affordable and very reliable.
Highly recommend their service. So So grateful,, Vladimir was fast in arriving on a Saturday night compared to my insurance. My insurance went from 1hr to 3.50 hrs in less than 30 min. But Ayala Towing came through in less than an hour. I was able to get my car where I had to and get home at a decent time with my girls.
I’ve used his tow trucking service multiple times and he never disappoints. Always reliable, follows through every time, and is beyond attentive to his customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy service.
If I ever need a tow again, I will for sure be contact Ayala's Towing. To set-up things was easy, very responsive, and affordable. Vladimir was great! I highly recommend.

Bashar came quicker than the time I was quoted , and the price was very affordable. They handle my car with car and gave my mechanics suggestions. .. thank you Lazy Tow
Great company. Would recommend them to anyone for a tow truck anywhere you are! Great price and great ppl. I would 100% call them for my next tow as this is my second in life and prolly won't be my last. My tow truck driver made it a comfortable experience and stress free.
Came fast in the end offered/able to give me ride home towed car was reliable witness for claims made
I can't say enough great things about this company. To provide some backstory, my car had been experiencing issues with the starter but being in a tight spot I've been putting it off. This past weekend it finally crapped out on me. Most places were closed but Bashar picked up almost immediately. Incredibly friendly, took my car in and gave me a very reasonable quote. Not to mention, the super fast turnaround (within 24 hours) and gave me progress updates every step of the way. I only expected a starter replacement but he cleaned the engine bay, changed my spark plugs, changed the cabin filter and gave me a 1 year warranty. To top it all off, to save me an Uber trip home gave me a lift and even dropped off the car at my home. Bashar was a pleasure to work with, and next time I plan on getting anything else done! Please do yourself a favor and anytime you have car trouble call Bashar! Thanks again!
Bashar with Lazy Towing & Ehsan with Quick Towing came to my rescue. I was stranded for 5 hours on the side of I-10 in the Buckeye area. These 2 gentlemen were very helpful, friendly & professional. Their services were outstanding. They are fast and efficient. If I ever get stranded out in the Phoenix area and nearby cities, these would be my first go to Towing Professionals. Gratefully, Erick Felix

I had a flat and Patrick was great. He changed out my tire quickly and with ease. Thankful to Patrick from 101 towing and AAA for their help today.
James was very prompt, professional, and courteous. We had him two times within a few days, once during a storm, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service!
Thank you so much for the quick service. I had a flat and after waiting for 45 mins for another company they extended the wait to 60 minutes. I called my insurance and they sent 101 towing. Patrick was able to get to me in 25 minutes and was very professional and provided great customer service.
Patrick got to us so fast. He helped remove things from the car he changed the tire and he removed what was under the car. Then he put all of our luggage back including the busted tire. He was so kind and helpful to us. We appreciate him.
Thank God for this man and all his help! Our old Mustang lost brakes and my husband ran over our cactuses. But 101 saved the car and got it back in the garage. He was super nice and helpful!!

Thank you Gruas Solis for being so professional and arriving right away when my parents were stock on the road. I will definitely recommend everyone to Gruas Solis Towing
The service, communication, and price were great! I am currently out of town and needed my car towed. They were able to help me out same day, and sent updates throughout the whole process. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who is ever looking :) ¡El servicio, la comunicación y el precio fueron excelentes! Actualmente estoy fuera de la ciudad y necesitaba que remolcaran mi auto. Victor came within an hour of our distress call. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable about his work and safety, and was more than eager to do whatever was needed to help us out. Very pleased with him and the whole process. He even brought our vehicle all the way to Tucson and was happy to do so. Thank you Victor!!!
Highly recommended if you need the tow service. Quick to answer, dispatched immediately, ETA from dispatch was to the minute exactly, on time, professional, knowledgeable and the most advanced equipment able to tow our camper that several other companies were not able to. Customer service from Jose was professional and kind. Saved the day. I’d use them again if needed. 5 Stars!!
Oh my God Israel from Monkey's towing was super polite and super efficient and I really appreciate him. With that being said today at 11:38 a.m. it is now 5:35 p.m. I'm just now getting my door open. The first company that USAA set me up with was Woody's towing in Phoenix, 3 hours later they never show up and I call up there and I was actually being super calm and she pitched a fit and said I was throwing an attitude when in fact she was actually throwing the attitude. And then she complained that USAA doesn't pay them enough. And gave me a billion excuses about people losing their keys during the weekend and they were super busy. I simply said then you guys shouldn't have took the job it's been 3 hours and she says you know what I'm going to unassign our driver and we're going to find somebody else. I said fine the next company was this company monkeys and he contacted me almost instantly told me an ETA and actually showed up with a smile. Monkeys towing over Woody's towing big difference.
100 ⭐️ stars The best company in the valley. They are fast, kind, friendly, and very professional. They take pride in what they do and really care about their customers. Our truck over heated and we were stuck on the side of the road, Victor got there so fast and took care of us quickly and efficiently. Thank you Monkeys Towing!🙏🏻 for all your towing or roadside assistance needs call Monkeys Towing 1000% Recommended!!
These guys are amazing, they drove 2 hours into the sticks to winch out my camper, starting at 7:30pm! They arrived way after any traces of light had left the sky. It was a tricky job but my man Israel came with the best cheer, problem solving, and professionalism. Stressful to get my house stuck but because of these folks, it turned into a positive experience. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

Dispatcher Jeromy and the driver Pedro have been a huge help. My father has dementia and had a hard time remembering where his vehicle was. These guys were empathetic and accommodating. I hope everyone gets this kind of treatment when they are in need. Thanks guys!!
Taylor was very detailed in his hook-up & drop-off so I had no worries at all, and he was a pleasure to chat with on the way to our destination. Freeway Towing was available, arrived within 20 minutes of my call & texted me several times to keep me posted on their ETA. Price was reasonable. Very pleased written my experience.
Used them today. Was a decent price and the driver was amazing. Got to north Phoenix in 25 min and communicated well. Definitely my best tow experience I’ve had. Thanks guys
Five stars for these guys. I was parked in a really precarious place on the freeway and they handled the whole issue very carefully with concern for my safety. I was towed to a local garage. The price was very fair and the tow truck operator was extremely helpful and professional. This is a tow truck service I'm going to save in my contact list.
The team at Freeway Towing & Storage was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived quickly, handled everything with professionalism and made a stressful situation so much easier. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care with my vehicle. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and their prices were very reasonable. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Kevin was amazing. My car was totally dead, stuck in a difficult spot and he was so resourceful with getting it towed to the shop. Would use again any day!
Amazing customer service and timing! John was quick and professional. He made the process easy and smooth. He was kind enough to drop my car off at discount tire then bring me to my apartment complex. Great experience would definitely recommend!
Very quick and timely. Great price! Friendly experiences all around from the quote call to the final drop. I will definitely be recommending professional towing to anyone who might need their services and personally I will use them again as well. We worked with Joel and he was great! Took great care of our car.
I can't say enough good things about the service I received today. The driver (kevin) was very professional and arrived incredibly fast. Not only did he handle the tow efficiently, but he was also genuinely caring and had a great sense of humor. He was funny and put me at ease right away. Five stars for going above and beyond!
John was very sweet and helped me change my battery. He had to get some extra tools to get it figured out since my battery was pretty tricky to fix but came back in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long for him at all.

Have used their service twice for trailer equipment, they are exceptional at their job and have excellent service with customers. Very reasonable and kind folks.
I’ve used Azteca towing for about 5 years and they have always been prompt, reliable, professional courteous and my vehicles have made it to their destinations safely. I can recommend them knowing they will treat you as well as they have me
The best towing company i have ever dealt with, the driver was on time and took good care of my car. Very professional, I appreciate you guys!
They were courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable about towing at every step. They communicated with me as to the best course of action, and made sure everything was done in a safe and timely manner. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending these towing guys. They were a welcome sight when my car was stuck – Joseph

Muy buen servicio y rápido. Los recomiendo👍
This company deserves 10 stars!! We called them today on Mother's Day for an emergency tow and from the time we spoke to them to the time they showed up was a total time of about 30-35 minutes. The gentleman told us his other guy was on the other side of town and he didn't want to make us wait so he drove out to help us himself which we truly appreciate and couldn't be more grateful. They were very professional and very quick to get the job done and for a great price as well. I highly recommend their services and will tell everyone about them. Thank you so much!
My Father dodged an accident, but he blew his tire. Sonic Towing just happened to be there. When my Father got out of his truck, he was shaken up. Sonic Towing noticed that he was shaken up and told my Father to sit down. Sonic Towing, even gave my Father a ride home, when Sonic Tire was leaving Planet Fitness, on their personal time. Companies don't do this on their own time. They then went home and got their tow truck and brought the truck home and changed the tire. This is a 5 Star, "A" Plus company.
Excellent service out of the four towing companies i tried he was the only one that promptly returned my call. Great communication while, before and during pick up and drop off. Good price. I would highly recommend. Thank you!!!!!
My experience with these guys was was really great! They’re very knowledgeable, on time, good at communicating, and give pretty good prices. Would definitely use these guys again in the future!

Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them now just based on the service alone!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Fast and on time. I was given a 45 min to 1 hr window and Mike58 arrived in 45 minutes on the dot. He was fast, courteous and very helpful late on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend. Good conversation on the ride to the drop off. I’d use Priority if the need ever arises again. I’d also request Mike if he was available.
Dominique responded right away and rolled our van over with ease. She was polite and courteous. She brought our truck right to our yard with out a problem.
Sure fast, and super nice! Driver was happy to take my key and deliver it to the service advisor at the dealer. These and the photos Priority Towing took and sent to me. I'd use them again!
Dominique was freaking fantastic tonight!!! Reassured me and helped me understand the process, this was my first time getting a vehicle towed. She definitely understood the assignment. In and out like flash. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Best tow experience I’ve had! Johnny was very friendly and a genuine guy, was quick and provided excellent service. All in all great company, got to me in around 20 min, and was one of the cheapest tows I’ve had so far. Keep up the good work guys!
This is the best towing company I've seen so far they come so quickly once you call them they have some of the best drivers. I suggest calling this amazing company for towing or even transporting. Keep up the good work!
These guys came early. I can’t stress enough how great their customer service was. They have a great rating for a reason. Don’t hesitate to call them.
I called DHS towing last night (3-19-19)at 203 am to get my car towed home from surprise. The guy I talked to on the phone was very nice and gave me one heck of a quote on getting towed home. The tow truck driver was quick and he got my car home without any problems. I will definitely use them again if I break down or will refer them.

A wonderful family business. Israel answered the phone right away and was very professional and polite. Showed up faster than he estimated, and had my car lifted in just a few minutes. At the tire shop he backed my car in like a boss. Waved the travel fee too as it was less than a mile. Price: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Recommend: 5/5 Call in the future: 110% -Cory G.
Great service ! Payday was still a week away and all other towers were far to expensive for me. Their prices are very reasonable. 100/100 would definitely recommend!

Parked for less than 5 minutes to unload my things… a driver came up and started towing my vehicle while my wife was inside! He then started to demand $100 dollars to put it down. We were actively moving the car when he started the process. I explained that we only have a set amount of money. I just used a good chunk of my vacation money because I was preyed upon by this company.
Keith #22 was a life saver! I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk, and the rest of my car was locked as well. He was super friendly and even though we encountered a few challenges, he was very nice, positive and professional throughout the entire experience. He did not give up until we were able to get my keys out. If I could give him more than five stars, I would!
AJ with Quik Pik Towing was great. He explained the process and took great care of my classic truck that was stranded on the side of the road. His tow rig was clean and comfortable as I needed a ride home. I would highly recommend Quik Pik Towing and especially ask for AJ if you’re in the Phoenix area.
We were doing our best to remain respectful and cooperative throughout the entire situation, but unfortunately, the tow truck driver was extremely rude from the beginning. Despite our efforts to be polite, he continued to be unprofessional in his attitude and behavior. To make matters worse, there was noticeable damage to the vehicle caused during the towing process. Afterward, he offered to come back and "help," but his attitude remained the same—disrespectful and dismissive. We feel that we were treated unfairly despite our patience and respectful approach. Best way to describe the whole situation is that he was a high school bully that picked on people, especially when he knew they didn’t have money . If I could give zero stars, I have never been so disrespected my whole life. And I will be letting people know about this company and putting it on social media. And also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
Excellent customer service. They communicated constantly to ensure the scheduled pick up time was met. From Susan, who was my initial point of contact, to Mike who was the tow truck driver. They were all great. They made the entire process seamless. Can’t recommend them enough.

This was my first time renting a crane so I was a bit nervous. The guy I booked from was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to easily answer all my questions. The crane got there early and the driver was beyond kind and helpful as this was our first crane rental. I make heavy concrete furniture and I always though renting a crane would be super expensive. Well that is not true one bit and Smiley Cranes just got a new client for life! I can't say enough great things about my experience.
Smiley is great. Their crane operators are always patient and professional. And they're always early. Never ever ever have they been late. It's always a minimum 20 minutes early. So you better have your work site prepped and ready cuz these guys don't screw around. When I'm really wanting to procrastinate and be late... the smiley guys always make me get my butt moving so I don't miss them!!
Always safe and efficient service provided as well as prompt service at a fair price. Been doing an air conditioning for 21 years in Phoenix have used Smiley along with other crane services, but always come back to Smiley not saying any names cause I don’t wanna hurt any feelings, but the guy run the 75 ton lately. He’s been awesome. Quick response with his first aid. Kit was a big help and all the dispatchers and office staff are great as well.
Our company has been using Smiley for years. Great staff on the phones and the drivers are always helpful and professional. All the employees seem to enjoy their work and speak highly of Smiley. I recommend them for all your crane services from small to humongous
Stephanie in the accounting department is amazing! I was trying to close a job and get payroll ready, I was just waiting on one PO... I asked her about it and she had it to me in less than 5 minutes... Super nice to speak to also! Erik is also great when it comes to having to schedule all the time. Good people!!!! They will work with you to make sure that they get out to you when YOU need them! I made the mistake of waiting for the last minute to schedule a crane... It wasn't just the normal crane... they still had it out to me the same day! I thought I'd be charged a super high rate for requesting this at the last minute... Nope... They were awesome!

Oh my goodness! Freddy made my car troubles no trouble at all. He is kind, professional, and conscientious. He took extra special care of my car and my garage/driveway he had to tow it out of. His friendly, caring attitude is infectious. That excellent level of customer service started with the dispatch office. Thank you Freddy and Central Towing!!
It's not everyday you get honest service professionalism and fair pricing!! Celina the receptionist was very professional and completely upfront with the charges over the phone. And Tino the tow truck driver was very friendly bilingual and handled my vehicle with care. If you are ever in a situation where you need to tow Central towing is the way to go!!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Central Towing is fantastic! I had to make a desperate call for a jump, and Francisco arrived within twenty minutes. The price was extremely reasonable, and quite a bit cheaper than competing, similar services. The customer service was quick and friendly, as was Francisco himself. I will absolutely be giving these fine folks my return business, and referring friends that find themselves in situations like my own. Keep up the good work!
Francisco turned a bummer experience into a much more tolerable one when he arrived to tow my 50 year old VW back to my home. Francisco is a gentleman and consummate professional at his work. And does it with a smile and wit far too uncommon these days. Thanks for all your considerate assistance Francisco and best of luck to you!!
Called and they arrived in under 30 minutes. The man named Javier let me ride with him to my destination and even told me about a body shop that would be more in my price range. I’m really grateful for his help and would recommend central towing for anyone in need.

On a Sunday took them long time, and only towed 1.5 miles and charged me $148.00 rediculous but the driver was cool and knowledgeable and was kind and considerate. Ask for prices!!
I had a very different and annoying job for them, and they handled it with tact and efficiency. Valley is great!
Could have towed our car to a lot 2 miles from crash, instead.....towed to Deer Valley. We paid 300 to get our car out. Plus they give you the run around on weekends so they can charge more! Accidentally wasn't our fault, we didnt WANT to deal with a tow company and the city called them! Horrible customer service and company
Never, ever do business with these people. They will rip you off. It happened to me. There is nothing you can do. When you Call them for a quote on a job they will give you a very good price at the end of the day. They will just make it take so long that you pay more than double the price. They quote you and if you wanna talk to the manager he's never in the office or around, he's a six-year-old child. If it was possible I would have left no stars. You have to select at least one.
This place is AWESOME!!! You won't get that west-coast attitude like you get in most places here. I needed a Tow on 06-25-23 due to this heat wave my semi trucks ECM overheated and I could not run my semi trucks A/C or anything. The dispatcher I spoke with, I believe her name was Shauna, was very VERY sweet and kind and understanding with supreme professionalism in customer service. Thank you for that Shauna!!! Richard showed up with his Rig as soon as he could after swapping rigs for towing me. He was quick after arriving hooking everything up and then said "Young man you are riding with me so you can get out of this heat and have some A/C." He saw I was sweating massively. He towed me over to Velocity. Thank you for that boss man!!!

We needed a car towed from the freeway to our home. We called and it was a very smooth process. Candace was very helpful in getting us set up with Joey and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Joey arrived and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He also gave us great advice on troubleshooting the car’s issue. Joey absolutely went above and beyond! We will recommend this company to friends and family and also use this service if needed in the future. Thank you!
Dominique was my dream driver. I love this company. On time, fair prices, excellent communication and skilled behind the wheel. They did a last minute tow after a noted company failed to follow through..Thank you for being honest to this single mom. Thank you all so much!
Nick was very nice and helpful with towing my car, he also let me know if it was the alternator or the battery that I needed to replace!
I blew a tire on my way to visit a friend with my toddler & the dispatch lady was so sweet & very calming. I was worried and stressed with a little one. Joey picked me up and he got there very fast. He was so kind and helpful with the little one. Recommend this company for anyone
Scheduled a tire change was told 45 minutes. More than an hour and a half later driver shows up. Does great job however, he forgot to return my wheel lock. Company could not locate my wheel lock. Told they would replace and send a new one. Never showed up. 🤷♀️

I called this company today to tow a car and take it to a location that was 9.3 miles away. When I called to get an estimate the woman I spoke to asked for the pick up location and drop off location so that she could give me an estimate. I gave her the info and she said it would be $150 and since I was paying with a credit card it went up to $157. I accepted and they sent out the tow truck which got there in about 40 min. I gave them my number to call me in case of anything but told them that my husband would be waiting there since it was his car. The guy had some trouble finding the location and the car so he gave me a call. apparently my husband wasn’t there either, since it was a big park the guy got lost, so I went to the pick up location to tell him where it was. I was less than 5 min away. My husband showed up a bit later while the guy was still towing the car. So I left thinking there would be no problems. Next thing I know the tow truck is leaving the car at my house which was not the location we agreed on. Mind you, my house is only 0.5 miles away from the pick up location. Apparently my husband told them to change the location and no one thought about giving me a call to ask or anything. (My husband doesn’t have a phone and we are separated. He doesn’t live with me). I was the one paying for it and I was the one who asked for it so I was very upset when I saw them show up. The guy who brought the car said it was out of his control and that the company had been trying to contact me which was a lie because I had no missed calls. How was it out of his control when he was the one towing it? When I called them to ask if I was going to get a refund or if the price could be lowered the guy I spoke to said no. He said they charged for service and not for miles. I was already very upset about the whole situation but didn’t want to keep arguing. I just wasted $157. Very disappointing and upsetting. The company should have called me to ask me first. Wish I could get a refund. I’m sure for them it was free money so they took advantage of the fact that I wasn’t there.
Very professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend them for any towing services. The driver Izzy provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. My dad needed to be towed to a CNG gas station and while getting dropped off Izzy noticed he was having issues at the gas pump. Without hesitation Izzy stayed with my dad and paid for the gas with his own card which shows they care about their customers. We did reimburse for the gas, however we are very grateful for Izzy as he went out of his way to help my dad!
Awesome fast and reliable. Was super satisfied with today’s service. Shout out to Vincent the tow truck driver who helped me today. He was super professional and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this company to others.
My car died getting into the turn lane on Thomas Rd. I was on my way home from our veterinarians office so I had my dog with me. The available driver had no problem having my dog in the truck & got us home quickly. I didn't get his name but he was very friendly & courteous. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do, I'll call this company again for sure
Bruno was a great dispatch. Got my truck towed to my buddy’s place at 3 am. They gave me an option to leave the keys with the vehicle and go home since it was late. I also want to thank Sam for jacking my truck up on the wheel instead of sitting the bed on the ground. Good quality, decent pricing.

Tony was a very great help, he showed up early and fixed my flat tire and jumpstart my vehicle, I would highly recommend auto express tow for any roadside assistance! Thank you!
Super awesome and friendly service. Ziggy and his team showed up when they said they would. They treated our vehicle with care and concern. Highly recommended!
Our motorhome broke down about 95 miles from Phoenix. We called ZK towing, made an appointment for the next day. Everything happened just as promised. Equipment was first class, the driver was on time, driver was friendly, and was very careful of our rig. The charge for the long tow was reasonable an delivered to the shop that morning. We reccomend ZK.
Exceeded my expectations in many ways: punctuality, price and service. The driver made our day after ours of frustrations with other tow companies. Definitely recommend.
This service is wonderful and very timely in response. The driver was real nice and very helpful . Thank you so much!

Cristal to towing came and jump started my semi within 30 minutes of me calling and the driver Omar had me back running within 3 minutes. Awesome and very professional and fast service. I highly recommend them
Thank you for coming to the rescue in less than an hour. I called multiple 24 hour towing companies and no one answered my call. You didn't answer my call either, but you did text me with in 15 minutes of my call asking how you could help. Very scary when you car just stops working while driving. You made things so much easier. The only down fall is that when you called me back with a quote you did not say you only take cash. But still 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ service. Thank you again. Will keep your number on hand and will also recommend
They were extremely fast, great customer service and they were really great on the prices.

Just wanna share my appreciation to Valley of the Sun Towing. Called at the last minute this morning. They were able to be there in less than 20 minutes. Pick up my car and take it to the repair shop. This is what Customer Service is about. I highly recommend them very professional.
Jose was friendly & very polite.
Incredible and amazing service! Jose with Valley of the Sun Towing surpassed my expectations in every way and saved the day. I had a wrecked car that was not able to drive in any sort of direction after an accident. The tow truck that picked it up from the scene left the vehicle in the middle of the street in front of my house making it unsafe. Jose came with his truck and not only was he able to move the vehicle but he actually managed to placed it inside my tight garage which was next to impossible and no other towing company would even dare to tackle the job. I spent a whole day and night calling around trying to find someone to help me and if it wasn't for Valley of the Sun Towing I honestly don't know what I would have done. THANK YOU JOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We recently needed our Tesla Model 3 towed to Phoenix from Sedona. José was absolutely fabulous in his customer service. He knew how to use his portable 12V battery to activate the car to make it drivable to the truck and safely load it. Delivery to Tesla in Phoenix was flawless, and two days later we had a fully functioning car again! Don and Bev
Professional, courteous and on time. I needed a tow, I called late on a Sunday night. Jose qutoed and locked in an 8:30a tow the next day to my local dealership. Also they carry the proper insurance which allowed me to ride along which was very helpful in saving ride share costs

My car was towed and when I went to pick it up, Erick made the whole process so much easier. He was quick, professional, and very sweet throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated how helpful and respectful he was it turned a stressful situation into a smooth one. Thank you, Erick, for the excellent service!
claudia and sofia were super sweet and super helpful .
R&M Towing towed my vehicle from an apartment complex and due to either ignorance or lack of care, they dragged my AWD vehicle rather than the correct way which is picking the vehicle up by all 4 tires. Due to this, my transmission needs to be either repaired or replaced. I’ve submitted a damage claim form with them 3 weeks ago. Nobody has reached out to me and every time I call in regard to it, nobody is available to speak to me. I’ve been out of a vehicle for 3 weeks now and was trying to be patient with them before submitting any reviews or complaints. I’ve attached photos of where the car was towed from, showing transmission fluid all over the spot they towed from as well as the spot I had to have my own tow company, tow it out of. Beyond frustrating experience and they do not care.
Erik was super helpful and courteous today. He was super busy but remained patient and attentive to each customer needing assistance.
Sophia B. was so amazing! The process to get my car so so quick and easy. She was sweet and professional throughout the whole transaction. Hopefully I don’t need my car towed again lol but if it does happen, I know my sis Sophia’s got my back. Thanks R&M Towing :)

I had to alter my tow at the last minute. They were flexible and adapted to my new timing. Great customer service and no attitude.
When I had a flat tire on a major road, I called this towing company and they came straight quickly. The mechanic was calm, worked quickly, and even helped me put on the spare tire. When I truly needed it, the customer service was great.
Their towing of my car to the body shop after a fender collision was smooth and quick. The driver was also very courteous and professional.
Tow truck driver showed up earlier than expected and made me feel calm after a fender bender was getting me upset. Explained the process clearly and was extremely polite.
My car broke down late at night, and they got there right away. Good communication and fair prices. Very good.

Great rates, fast response. Justin is very friendly
Justin has a great thing going for him and for his customers that most others do not…. He is personable, professional and truly appreciative of his customers trust. He was on time and ready to within the time slot I provided. Picked up, secured and protected my bike, and delivered her safely to my mechanic. Texting a photo of where he left her and gave the keys to the shop. I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with Roadrunners <3. I highly recommend you give Justin a call for your future motorcycle transportation needs.
Roadrunners towing really helped me out on a weekday morning. I need my bike towed from Phoenix to Chandler and they were the best price hands down. The whole process was easy and he showed up exactly when we planned. I've used other towing services in the past and this will be my go to whenever myself or my friends need a bike towed. Best price and service out there. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed.
Just use Justin’s services for the first time today. Called him this morning, made sure the bike would fit on the trailer, met him at the bikes location, and delivered it to the shop. Super convenient and hassle free. 10/10 would use his services again!

Very satisfied with this company. They were very professional over the phone from start to finish. The driver went over and beyond by picking up my car at one location then stooping by me in route to its destination to pickup keys @ no extra charge. The owner also was very professional and understanding to a stressful situation he didn’t charge me $40 for an extra service I required for not leaving my keys during tow. Great Service all the way around definitely made a stressful situation a little better. Thanks
I got a flat tire on my gas powered bicycle when I was over 7 miles from home. Called them and got a free rate. They were super helpful even though they were going to be towing a literal bicycle with an engine on it. The tow truck driver I had was awesome his name was seven. That guy does whatever he can to put a smile on people's faces. Definitely calling this place again if I need help on the road.
Driver Barry Mckeown was fast, reliable, communicative, safe, and professional as any tow driver I've ever seen. This guy understands that it's never a good day when you need to tow a vehicle, yet he makes it as hassle free as possible. He pays close attention to detail and keeps his truck & equipment in great shape. Great job to Barry and I hope this review finds him well.
Broke down on the side of the highway, Desert Valley was professional, courteous, and punctual. The driver made sure to communicate with me and double checked my location. The rate was not abysmal, and the team was very polite. If I need a tow again I would definitely call Desert Valley Towing first.
Very professional when I called, took card over the phone. Was quoted a time of 1hr however they arrived in 30minutes. Saved us a lot of headache. I was able to rely on them instead of AAA which took 4 hrs to even say that there was someone on the way.

Ali was amazing and extremely helpful! He was professional and punctual. Will recommend his services to all friends and family.
My cousin and I recently had a blowout on the 101. After requesting roadside assistance through the insurance, A&M was called to tow our vehicle to a safe location. The wait was 1 hour, while we waited we called the dispatch to confirm that they could accommodate 2 passengers and the dispatch said it was no problem. Upon arrival the driver (William) blatantly told us that he only had room for 1 passenger and the other one was on their own to walk or find their own ride. We pleaded that we had called dispatch to confirm and ask why he would leave one of us in 99° weather on the side of the highway miles from any exit he rudely answered that he "couldn't" lift his center bench seat. I called the dispatch again and filled him in on the situation and the dispatch called the driver to inquire why he wouldn't take us both. The driver lied to his dispatch to cover himself and stated that he would be able to take both of us, but one of us wouldn't have a seat belt. Thankfully the dispatch (Alex) was able to explain to the driver that he couldn't just leave one of us. The driver still refused to lift his center seat and required one of us to sit on the elevated seat during the 45 minute ride home. Thank you again Alex, your assistance, resolution, and help was greatly appreciated and if it wasn't for you I would've been left without water in the heat. I hope that actions are taken to ensure that this situation wouldn't happen to anyone else.
!!!!BEWARE!!!!! My son’s car was towed here after an accident, and the experience was terrible. The tow driver assured us we’d be contacted — but neither my son (the driver) nor I ever received a single call. I had to track the car down myself after leaving multiple messages that were never returned. When I finally reached someone, they confirmed they had the car but refused to release it until I paid inflated storage fees. They charged $50 per night in storage, even though their posted sign clearly states $32.50 per night. When I asked about the discrepancy, they refused to explain it. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay by check in person, the employee who was supposed to take the payment had “stepped out,” forcing me to pay by credit card — which triggered an extra 5% fee. In short: They ignored repeated phone calls and never contacted my son. They overcharged compared to their own posted rates. They refused to explain billing discrepancies. They added an unnecessary credit card fee after refusing my check because an employee decided to "step out for 30 minues" This company effectively held our car hostage, running up charges. Their lack of communication, poor service, and dishonest billing practices are unacceptable. If you have to deal with them, just know it will be a very long wait before you hear from them...after all, it helps run up the overnight fees.
we were told we could come by to pick up belongings from car - when we got there, the gate was open so we went to find someone to speak to, a guy aggressively came up to us and started rudely yelling at us, saying "who do you think you are what makes you think you have the right to be here, get out right now and never do this shit again, who do you think you are," and when we apologized he yelled at us that sorry was not okay and kicked us out. the whole time he was very aggressive and rude, yelling at us and never let us speak or tell him why we were there. we called to ask what to do and the guy who answered the phone apologized and said he would call the location and ask, after that the guy that yelled at us drove away and closed the place and we were told that there was nobody to help us and to come back in an hour and a half. very bad experience, mind you, i had just been in a bad accident and all they did was yell at me and make me feel even more terrible. the only plus was the guy that came to the scene of the accident to tow my car was very nice and patient, explained the process to me, and arrived within half an hour of contacting them. they made us feel terrible. go somewhere else. update: alex called us back to apologize about what happened after we called - cleared up that it was a disgruntled employee that had just been fired and that theyvwere really sorry it happened and apologized for his behavior. so aside from this employee that is no longer with them, everyone i have interacted with was very nice. update2: we came to pick up belongings, arrived at 12:30, there was no one there. an operator on the phone told me to come back at 2pm, someone would be there, but when we returned there was still no one there. we called back and they said 15 minutes away, but only showed up at 2:40. We spent a total of 2 hours just waiting in the heat for someone to be at the actual location. wasted so much time.
would rate ZERO STARS if i could!!!! broke a ball joint in the literal middle of the parking lot and then told me i would i have “file a claim for an accident”… all i did was break a ball joint. or my other option was to pay out of pocket. i used roadside assistance through insurance. so we told him we were not in an accident and he said he would not tow us and then walked away saying “call another company. RECEIVED NOOOOOOO SERVICES:(

Very rude
I had moved the abandoned vehicle into the garage to keep the HOA happy, the driver called and I didn't have a chance to move it back out before he arrived. He backed the truck right up to the garage, hooked up to the very crooked vehicle and pulled it out with about 1 inch of clearance (tall vehicle). Thanks for the service!
I was involved in a rear end collision and they towed my car here. The people there were very nice, and kind enough to let me get my things out of it before it was towed to the repair shop for assessment.
Good all around service
I can't say enough good things about AE!!! They were right there when I needed help with fast and friendly service. . . even at 11:00 pm! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone/everyone who needs their services!!!!! Thank you AE - and especially Anthony - for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience!

One of the baddest fleets out there
Super helpful. These guys are the best at what they do! Tanya Globe Life
These ppl are dangerous, don't use them ,accident after accident, don't know how they stay in business !!!!
Sad job. You put your best into a job just to be thrown under the bus for someone who couldn't stand up for theirs self. Don't do it. They look out for their own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
