I contacted Mario brothers towing after finding them via Google. Mario was prompt to respond and agreed to tow my vehicle the next day at a reasonable rate. The day of the tow Mario followed up with me to confirm I stilled needed his service and provided me an eta of when he would pick up my vehicle. Once hooked he sent me a photo of my truck loaded and when he arrived sent me another photo of my vehicle delivered! Exceptional customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Vehicle was not starting and I gave them a call and they offered me the best price for how far I was going was really appreciative of them for helping me out.
I had an incredible experience with Mario's towing service! I found his company through a quick Google search and called around 9 PM for assistance. Despite the late hour, Mario assured me that someone would be at the vehicle by 11 PM as i requested. It's rare to find a towing service that lets you schedule during an emergency, especially when most other places quoted a 3-4 hour wait. Blessed! Ivan, you made light of a very dark/ bad day. My Lincoln suv broke down near vee quiva Gila River casino on my way home from work. Already calculating newfound mechanic expenses, tow truck fees etc. I was dreading it. With the passed experiences Ive had with Tow trucking services, was only gas to the fire. They’re normally super expensive on top of having you wait 2 hours, best an hour and change. IT towing was the opposite. I wasn’t there long enough to sit down after looking over my vehicle when he arrived. He was shockingly fast and literally I paid half of what I was expecting. Blessed thank you so much. I wish I could Give 10 Stars! These Guys are the Best in the Business in Phoenix! I've Been Towed Twice! They are Fast Friendly and Very Personable! Both Joe and Michael are Just two of the Best in the Company by my opinion both times have been a pleasant experience both Go beyond what they have to do to make sure you are taken care of! Barnett's is the First I will call every time!
Well I do see some good reviews here and I'm not here to validate those. I dont know how good they are in person, or with their work. My experience with them is seeing their drivers on the road and this morning was definitely the instance that brought me here. I was traveling from Wickenburg to PHX on I60 when a Barnett truck towing another truck was in the left turn lane to get on I74. The driver must have misjudged the left turn and decided to turn out onto highway 60 taking all lanes(2) with about 12 other vehicles heading straight at them including myself and 2 semi trucks. I was forced onto the shoulder, semis were forced to slam on their brakes because the driver for Barnett's decided his trip was more important than anyone else's. I'm an active commercial licensed driver, I've hauled heavy equipment, military equipment, and drove box trailers. I called this morning to notify Barnett's of the issue and the woman on the phone said the boss was driving, when she got sick of me complaining about the driver and his lack of courtesy she told me she would notify the supervisor. The boss has a supervisor? Lol Anyways, thank you Barnett's for the scare this morning. Everyone is tough behind the wheel of a big truck. Commercial drivers are federal, professional drivers, or at least they're supposed to be. If your tractor trailer combo is stuck on the side of the road options are limited so go ahead and call them, if you see them driving while you're in your car...stay clear! They might run you off the road and flip you off for wondering what they are doing😂

I bought a van in Surprise AZ that I needed to get to El Cajon CA. I called the day before I needed it transported and they were available for the job. They showed up the next morning at 6am as promised, loaded the van and transported it straight to the destination. Gilbert is a very knowledgeable and experienced transporter. Best tow service in the Valley! I’ve used them twice in the past before when my vehicle broke down getting off the freeway and both times they showed up promptly & had the best rates. The second time, it was dark and pouring and I couldn’t stay with my vehicle, but they still went to get the car & dropped it off to a shop for me and sent pictures of everything they were doing along the way. Unfortunately my truck broke down on the I17 and wasn't sure if it was a fuel issue or not. Tracy, Eddie and a younger kid whome i completely forgot his name, did their best to try and get my truck started but with no luck. These guys went above and beyond most other tow companies!

Oh my God Israel from Monkey's towing was super polite and super efficient and I really appreciate him. With that being said today at 11:38 a.m. it is now 5:35 p.m. I'm just now getting my door open. The first company that USAA set me up with was Woody's towing in Phoenix, 3 hours later they never show up and I call up there and I was actually being super calm and she pitched a fit and said I was throwing an attitude when in fact she was actually throwing the attitude. And then she complained that USAA doesn't pay them enough. And gave me a billion excuses about people losing their keys during the weekend and they were super busy. I simply said then you guys shouldn't have took the job it's been 3 hours and she says you know what I'm going to unassign our driver and we're going to find somebody else. I said fine the next company was this company monkeys and he contacted me almost instantly told me an ETA and actually showed up with a smile. Monkeys towing over Woody's towing big difference.
I love how you guys drop cars off in a red tow zone at our shop. If you cant see the red painted concrete their is a giant sign that says No Parking Tow Zone. Incredible lack and will to find a parking spot in the front of the shop and drop it. Better hope it doesn't get towed by the city in the morning as we won't be able to be at our shop till Monday.

Locked my keys inside my car and was told I'll be receiving assistance shortly. Robert was big help as he was swift and efficient when working with my car as I have a difficult model. Nonetheless, he was able to do it under 20 minutes as I struggled for a good 2 hours trying to do it myself. Great price, service, and attitude from this company! Recommend!!!

The company caused damage to my vehicle and refused to take care of the issue. Will not provide insurance information. And does not communicate. ALS the owner says the have 24 hour live coverage of all pick up. The owner told me that they have and would send videos coverage. But. That was a lie. When asked to provide video footage from the pick up the story changed to they have a glitch. Also they refuse to give me their insurance I formation
Thank you for being available at my time of need to get my family's vehicle back home safely on a Sunday evening with wet roads. Alex was courteous and helpful explaining the process even suggesting the tow driver would be capable of changing the flat tire if needed for a nominal fee. Just a few minutes of questions to provide the price and a 30 minute tow arrival which arrived in 10 minutes!! Tow driver Vincent arrived with a smile and friendly conversation while processing payment and confirmed arrival time of delivering vehicle. I will definitely add this company to my contacts and refer them!! Price was reasonable for the bind I was in and their staff gave me peace of mind. The driver for the tow truck was a really amazing great guy, my Jeep wouldn't start. He helped me push it to where I needed to go once we got it onto the truck and off into its spot. Everywhere else wanted to charge over $220 for a short 7 mile tow, but they did it for $130. Great prices, great service.

Kevin took great care of me with my tow today to Discount Tire. I had a flat tire on my Tesla and I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He also made sure I was ok during the ride to Discount. I would definitely recommend him for any future tows.

I was stuck with a flat tire for over 3 hours, waiting for a different tow company to pick me and my vehicle up. * ridiculous.. my insurance company canceled the original request, and then sent me professional tow. Adam tried to reach out to me to confirm pick up my phone was in driving mode. I never received the call. Adam still showed up! Adam was Happy, energetic and concerned. Beware shady company! They did the unethical thing while my son was in the hospital. When he was released, we went to get it, and they already put the car in his name even though we were in contact with them and let them know of the situation with him in the hospital. Who wants to do business with people like this?
Dominique was awesome!! I drive all day for work and was about to call it a day from a crazy and frustrating work day, and my tire picked up something and went flat on the highway. Was barely able to get off on an exit and into a parking lot. Priority Towing was super easy to deal with and Dominique saved the day when she showed up. She knew what she was doing and got the tire changed quick and efficiently. She was so nice and professional, and didn’t mind hearing about my crappy day. Definitely turned my bad day into a better one. I couldn’t recommend this towing company enough.
My Porsche 911 was stranded at a gas station in Mesa with an engine issue leaving it without power. I called Priority Towing and was greeted with a polite dispatcher who took my information and gave an accurate ETA of one hour. She called a few minutes later informing me of a $50 charge due to my vehicle's low ground clearance and extra work involved, which l appreciated so l wasn't caught off guard. Kenny arrived within the hour and had my 911 on the flatbed within a few minutes. He was professional, polite and took care to ensure my car was safely loaded. He had planks and blocks ready to ensure my Porsche wasn't damaged during the process. Upon arriving to my home, the vehicle was offloaded within minutes. Kenny kindly helped me position the car so it wouldn't interfere with neighborhood traffic. The entire process was quick, easy and hassle free. The bill was a little pricey at $237, but given how professional both the tow operator and dispatch staff were, l felt it was worth it knowing my car was in good hands.
Zach was courteous, highly skilled and on time. The dispatch was extremely helpful on a Sunday with my questions. Excellent experience!

Had my car in a mechanic shop because it died on the freeway. The operator I spoke to was very kind and she did everything she could to help me bring down the price of the tow. She even managed to get me a driver that day to pick up my car! My driver was quick and had it hooked up by the time I arrived. The conversation on the drive was amazing and he was very polite. He got it parked in my covered parking spot at my apartment and was gentle with my vehicle. Yes it still cost 290$ but thats comparitively low to other quotes Ive been given and I understand its expensive to tow anyway. 100/10 Id recommend them to anyone in a rough situation. Literal life savers!
Worst customer service worst vehicles these people should be shut down for their rudeness and slow service and that's just the first step once inside the trailer it's another 15 minutes for them to run the card etc then going to the yard to find the car is a joke the guy on site sits in his tv on the phone while we try n find the car n the keys it's a nightmare. What should take 30 minutes tops takes two hours close them down they are awful
Parked for less than 5 minutes to unload my things… a driver came up and started towing my vehicle while my wife was inside! He then started to demand $100 dollars to put it down. We were actively moving the car when he started the process. I explained that we only have a set amount of money. I just used a good chunk of my vacation money because I was preyed upon by this company.
I just wanna say I had the most awesome service my tow person AJ was able to make it to my location in a timely manner. It was great service. He was very polite and made a horrible experience 100 times better thank you so much.

This company blocked us in at a storage unit yesterday for over 30 minutes we asked multiple times may we get out theirs only one way in and one way out and your blocking the exit I was informed by the guy operating the crain that he can't do it and I had no choice to wait in my vehicle with my infant baby and no ac for 30 minutes very un professional co pant no common decently or respect for others

We used Smiley Crane to remove a large umbrella and base from the bottom of our, which was blown in during a recent monsoon storm. There was no way for a full size crane to reach it due to power lines but Smiley used what is called a spider crane to retrieve it. Jacob Genalo, the operator, had to get into our pool to rig it up and had it out in no time! Great service by a great company. Thank you Smiley crane! Also don’t leave your umbrellas up during a monsoon storm or you will need Smiley Crane too.

He had a fantastic attitude and was so pleasant when I asked a few questions [and took pictures for my nephews]. It was a joy to watch the crane come to life. I just had my vehicle towed from Central Towing. The customer service was great- the person answering the phone was clear and professional and assured me that the two truck would be at my location as soon as possible. It was there shortly after the call and the operator, Francisco, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and comfortable with the knowledge that my vehicle was being properly handled. When we got to where my car was to be serviced, it was very busy, but Francisco was able to get my car into a safe position without any damage. In the confusion of getting everything in place, I didn't get a chance to properly thank him for his help. Francisco did a great, professional job and should be commended for his work Thank you!

Francisco was cool from the moment he showed up. I had a low clearance and he pushed the car out so he could hook it up. Took appropriate care in making sure my BMW was safe and secure. Got us to the shop quickly and was very courteous on the ride over, which was much appreciated. If I ever need another tow I would not hesitate to reach out them again for service.

Could have towed our car to a lot 2 miles from crash, instead.....towed to Deer Valley. We paid 300 to get our car out. Plus they give you the run around on weekends so they can charge more! Accidentally wasn't our fault, we didnt WANT to deal with a tow company and the city called them! Horrible customer service and company
From the initial call to the drop off I received excellent service. The dispatcher was nice and kept me informed. They sent a proffesional driver who was able to make a difficult pick up look easy. He also dropped the car off exactly where we needed it. Thank you for a great job at a fair price.
I called to get a quote to take my car to the mechanic. It would be just 5 miles. After giving the lady the address of where the car is located and where to take it to (10 minutes of wasting my time) she then says that they’re not able to do it today. Now why in the world did she not say that from the beginning instead of wasting my time taking down both addresses. I’m sure it was due to it only being a distance of 5 miles. Don’t recommend.
Danny (?) Was really helpful & patient. We had a flat tire with our class B RV. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were safe and towed our RV to a nearby rest stop. As it was a Sunday there would be no shops open. He helped us change the tire, and that was a real challenge on our RV!
Had Rick come out and help me tow my semi to a shop. Professional, fast, friendly, great service. He was a awesome guy. Wish more tow companies had people like him. This company is definitely worth it.

I had Ty come out to tow my vehicle that wouldn't turn over. He gave me a boost and let me know to contact my insurance so I would still have my free yearly tow. He also suggested I take it to autozone for the cheapest replacement instead of a shop that would charge additional labor. Complete diligence and valuable information are becoming more rare. I blew a tire late afternoon on the 51. I called several tow companies until finding Ninja Towing. They were great! The arrived quickly in the amount of time they quoted. I asked them to drop off car at dealership. If was after hours on a Sunday with the dealership's gates closed. They proactively reached out to security to allow them to drop off the car. I highly recommend Ninja Towing!
My car died getting into the turn lane on Thomas Rd. I was on my way home from our veterinarians office so I had my dog with me. The available driver had no problem having my dog in the truck & got us home quickly. I didn't get his name but he was very friendly & courteous. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do, I'll call this company again for sure
slow, hostile, expensive, unreliable. Quoted me an insane number, higher than the same vehicle a shorter distance just a month ago. pretended the call cut out when i tried to negotiate the price, then after confirming the call took 40 minutes just to call and cancel the tow. wasted my time and left me stranded, bad look.

This morning, as I was driving to work, my back driver's side tire blew. Lucky for me, Issy saw this occur. He drove over to where I had parked, asked if I was ok and if I needed help. Issy then proceeded to change my tire for me. What a blessing this was; it was already 102 and I didn't have to wait for roadside assistance. I called 3/2 for a tow quote for a specified time. When the time arrived, same day and the company had a prompt response, I realized I did not have the vehicle keys. The driver was unable to assist based on location, type of vehicle & lack of keys. However he was able to make a scheduled time for next day service which worked very well. Driver responded quickly and got me to destination reasonably. Great customer service!

Needed a tow first thing in morning and Omar was quick to arrive and gave me a great price.
I have a highly modified dodge charger and it's really low And Crisanto towing took care of my car really well and did NOT scrape my bumper or anything and I've had issues with other tow trucks scratching my bumpers. I recommend this towing company good service and really quick in response.
Omar was absolutely amazing! He took the time to stop by a tire shop, so that I was able to get a new tire. He loaded my car back up and took it to the desired destination. I highly recommend Crisanto Towing! they treat you like family.

I called about a long 50 mile cross town tow. Call was answered instantly. Sorry, I forgot his name, he was super friendly, made the estimate without putting me on hold, and was very accommodating and adapted to our needs. The price was competitive too. We recently needed our Tesla Model 3 towed to Phoenix from Sedona. José was absolutely fabulous in his customer service. He knew how to use his portable 12V battery to activate the car to make it drivable to the truck and safely load it. My car was towed and I went to pick it up and I worked with Kim, she advised that it was not a valid tow and was able to get me back my car fast and without incident. Kim was so helpful and amazing! Also the gentleman working(didn't get his name) cleaned the tow marker off my front windshield without even asking which was so sweet!

Unprofessional and asked unnecessary questions. After speaking to a very passive aggressive woman on the phone, who was rude to not only me but also my parents and also fabricated the interactions she had with me to victimize herself, I was finally able to go pick up my car. I was told I needed to provide registration, payment and ID. However she demanded my apt number as well. Given how rude and unprofessional this company was, I researched if needing my apt number was necessary as it raised a red flag and didn’t sit right with me. I found out it was not! So therefore, I am curious as to why such personal info was needed. Doesn’t feel safe for them to know that! I was also told I could not record when I was trying to take pictures of my car to make sure there was no damage or stolen items and I was being aggressively told I can take pictures of MY car! Leaving this review on 10/17, the day my car was picked up and information was given.

After celebrating our anniversary, we came out to our car around 8PM, with a dead battery. And after calling about 10 tow truck companies, mostly in the Scottsdale area, all 24 hour ones (yeah), with all drivers gone home for the day, I was referred to Road Runners. Justin took the call and being that he's actually a motorcycle towing company, he tried to find someone to come and jump us, but when he couldn't, he cared enough to come himself and was out within 15 minutes to give us a jump. Super nice & friendly, had us out of there in 5 minutes and we couldn't recommend him more. He turned, what could have been a disastrous end to our anniversary, into a rather nice adventure.

Saw a truck from this company weaving in and out of traffic, crossing 3 lanes in an instant, EB the 202 getting off at Mckellips, going about 95 mph. Reported them to CHP. Not sure if they were under the influence or what but they almost clipped my front end changing lanes in front of me.
Fast and professional. Got my low Nissan 370Z on the tow truck safely. Definitely recommend to anyone, these guys know what they are doing.

Highly recommend this company! I got a flat tire and needed a tow since my car doesn’t have a spare tire. we were told we could come by to pick up belongings from car - when we got there, the gate was open so we went to find someone to speak to, a guy aggressively came up to us and started rudely yelling at us, saying "who do you think you are what makes you think you have the right to be here, get out right now and never do this shit again, who do you think you are," and when we apologized he yelled at us that sorry was not okay and kicked us out. the whole time he was very aggressive and rude, yelling at us and never let us speak or tell him why we were there. we called to ask what to do and the guy who answered the phone apologized and said he would call the location and ask, after that the guy that yelled at us drove away and closed the place and we were told that there was nobody to help us and to come back in an hour and a half. very bad experience, mind you, i had just been in a bad accident and all they did was yell at me and make me feel even more terrible. the only plus was the guy that came to the scene of the accident to tow my car was very nice and patient, explained the process to me, and arrived within half an hour of contacting them. they made us feel terrible. go somewhere else. update: alex called us back to apologize about what happened after we called - cleared up that it was a disgruntled employee that had just been fired and that theyvwere really sorry it happened and apologized for his behavior. so aside from this employee that is no longer with them, everyone i have interacted with was very nice. update2: we came to pick up belongings, arrived at 12:30, there was no one there. an operator on the phone told me to come back at 2pm, someone would be there, but when we returned there was still no one there. we called back and they said 15 minutes away, but only showed up at 2:40. We spent a total of 2 hours just waiting in the heat for someone to be at the actual location. wasted so much time.
Ahmed is the best guy to deal with, he gave me a fair price to tow my car with no hassle. Even his guy came and made sure I'm stress free and secured my car professionally. This company is very trustworthy and I will be very lucky to have them again in future.
Great fast service. Blew a tire and they where there in less then 30 minutes to help change it. Even car lowered and he still came up with a solution to change the tire, cause the David wouldn't fit under the car at first.
