Nick was fantastic. Took the time to diagnose my issue, which was above what he was called for. He was very friendly and very professional. He also took his time to park the vehicle exactly on the spot I wanted, and even helped me push it in neutral. Excellent job.
Chris did a fantastic Job getting our disabled 35 foot trailer home. He made a rough day much better. Although we had to wait a bit, Chris was efficient once he got there.
Eric did a great job. Would definitely recommend this service.
Outstanding service on the heavy wrecker side. My tow driver Eric is way more skilled an operator than myself, and I’ve been trucking for decades. It’s never fun to break down, but they take a lot of the stress out of the situation. Highly recommended!
I recently used Professional Towing and I can confidently say they deserve 5 stars! Eric, the tow truck driver, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He efficiently lifted my loaded truck in no time, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The service was not only quick but also very courteous. I highly recommend Professional Towing for anyone in need of reliable towing services. Thank you, Eric, for your outstanding assistance!

These guys are great! Moved shed for us about 10 years ago. So we decided to use them again. Moved same shed. Came twice prior to move to double check measurements. Bob and Casey were fantastic. Very pleasant, punctual and professional. Made sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely use them again.
Just had my 12x12 shed delivered by Tempe crane. They were all very professional. Alex came by earlier to discuss everything in detail and answered all my questions I had about the project. If you ever need crane service look no further and go with these guys 10/10.
Cliff, Elias, Terrie, and Sue!! You are all amazing. This is the best crew and the best company with the best people. You made our experience amazing. I would use you again and recommend you every single chance we get. Thank you for all of your help and all of your professionalism and excellent customer service.
Tempe Crane was a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgable, professional, responsive, safety focused, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Alex in particular was a HUGE help. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Alex from Tempe Crane came by, walked me through the plan, and gave me a price that matched the final bill—no surprises. He showed up with Cliff and Alias. Straightforward crew, solid work. I’d call them again without a second thought.

John was stellar. Made me feel safe and got me back on the road. And he gave me a good tire too. Best of the business
I got towed tonight by John. He was INCREDIBLE!!! Took his time and did it right. Towing my vehicle like he was towing his own. He was also very kind and patient, making sure I understood what he was doing. Thank you, John!!!
Raoul was awesome. I lost my keys and was in a parking garage with a low ceiling so other tow companies couldn't help. My car was locked and I couldn't get it in neutral, but Raoul got it out of the garage and to the shop easily with no damage. Very professional service.
Came in a timely manner and was able to get my car unstuck without damaging my car. Joel, the guy who came, was very nice and helpful.
My partner’s car broke down inside of a downtown Phoenix parking garage, it was a pretty tight space. Pat was the individual who helped us and was able to get the car out of the garage without any issues. Not only that, he was helpful, funny, and made light of a difficult situation. The company itself was transparent with costs associated with the towing, and reliable. They updated us when they were running late due to us calling during rush hour traffic, so we were never left in the dark. The experience was great overall and thank you again Pat!!

I am not sure what people expect from a Towing company, but All City Towing was very helpful, professional and informative. My daughter was in an accident and her car needed to be towed. All City was called and they showed up very quickly. Driver #1090 (Cole?) was very professional and gave us ample time to collect our stuff from the car, informed us about what to expect. He was very fast, but not rushing us with our car. He knew about our car and how it should be towed (on the flatbed). Next day, Brandy in the office was also very helpful and informative. Most people bother to give reviews when something goes wrong, but All City Towing was very helpful and provided a great service for us. It is never a fun thing to need a towing company, but I would highly recommend them.
Your drivers reflect on your company. Doing 70+ on the shoulder as well as passing and driving in the gore point. Don’t expect much else from a tow company.
called because someone was in my paid for parking spot in my apartment complex. Called this company because it was listed on the signs but they said tenants were not allowed to call it in must be security. So i got security to call them only for them to say the security company wasn’t listed there so they called their supervisor who called the tow company. they finally said they sent someone out. They lied! No one came out. Had called them at like 3:30/4 am. Still no one came. We had to find other arrangements for our car. Came back at 7 am THE CAR WAS STILL THERE. So unreliable. Worst tow truck experience ever.
My son was driving my car and involved in an accident. You all reassured him and towed car. My second time dealing with you in last 10+ years and you are amazing. From tow drivers, front office, and phone calls, you help more than you know at alleviating concerns. Thank you for all you do.
They tow your car even if you registered it for guest parking at Vertex. I had registered my vehicle @2:08 pm and wrote down everything correctly yet somehow got towed tonight. Update* they said I added an incorrect space on the license plate yet the license plate literally has a space in between the group of letters. And I’ve been writing the letters that way and have had no issue
