Nick was fantastic. Took the time to diagnose my issue, which was above what he was called for. He was very friendly and very professional. He also took his time to park the vehicle exactly on the spot I wanted, and even helped me push it in neutral. Excellent job.

My experience with Pat (my driver) & Shawn (my dispatcher) was absolutely amazing. My vehicle was stuck in a parking garage with a low clearance but Pat did a phenomenal job maneuvering my car out safely. Both Pat and Shawn were super friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend this place and these two!

Called to get a quote for a 50 ton crane...the lady asked if we've used her services before, I replied no we haven't and she just hung up the phone..wow! Lack of professionalism.
I have a medium size, Landscape & swimming Pool company and when we need anything that has to do with moving challenging things we need cranes, & we call CRS! These guys will come out, pre-site, and make sure we have the correct Crane and then the attention of detail when operating the crane has always been spot on…. They’ve gotten me out of few challenging situations so I appreciate it CRS.!!!

All City towing was prompt and I didn’t have to do a thing. After an accident you are traumatized and the last thing you have to do is worry about if the tow truck is coming.
After hours is a complete lie. It’s wait 2 hours and then wait indefinitely longer, despite multiple tow trucks arriving as well as one truck with 2 people(surely one should let me pay to release my car). Customer service genuinely the worst I’ve seen across the board for any business in any industry.
I had to retrieve my belongings from my car after a recent car accident, and despite the unfortunate situation, my experience here was very positive. The front desk staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which made a tough day a little easier. The gentleman who escorted me to my vehicle was also very patient and respectful while I gathered my things. It’s never fun having your car totaled, but the excellent customer service truly made the experience much better. Thank you!
David and Elot made a really horrible situation feel easy! Never recommend you to get towed but if you do they make it easy! Make sure to have car registration and ID for pick up! Very kind and easy to work with.
I would give it zero stars to be honest. Unfriendly staff, I asked for a breakdown of the charges they didn’t give it to me. After I payed my car was given to me dirty outside and the inside. Like show professionalism! I know it’s a business but like at least be friendly. Also the car wasn’t dirty so it’s unfair that now on top of the fees I payed I have to pay for car cleaning. I’m a college kid and have many things to pay!!! So please be PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
