Absolutely amazing! Bill was my savior when my car broke down and I couldn't get help from AAA. I was calling around frantically, but Bill was the only one who answered and showed genuine concern for my situation. He arrived in 10-15 minutes, even though it was raining and dark outside, and towed my car to my driveway. Tow truck took a little longer than expected but was still plenty timely, the driver was courteous and called to let my know she was running a few minutes behind due to her being very busy, which is understandable. She was kind and was able to tow my truck away and get it to the shop in a timely manner. 10/10
Fantastic service! Amanda was my tow truck driver, and she was awesome! She called when she was on her way so she knew exactly where my car was, she arrived much faster than was originally estimated, and she was very friendly. I’m super grateful to have had her as my tow truck driver!

I’m giving this company a 2 because on the tow truck driver. He picked my car up and dropped it off in the wrong place. He never called me and said he had dropped the car off or to hand me my keys. After waiting for an hour, I called them and the gentleman who answered (who displayed excellent customer service) told me the car had been dropped off already. After I told him I don’t see it he informed me it was left in the parking lot. I told him it couldn’t be left there because it can get towed, so he sent the driver back out. The driver arrived and never told me he was here. When I went out to speak with him, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was on a personal call the entire time. After he moved my car to the correct place, instead of handing me my keys he threw them in the glovebox and took off. I don’t like giving negatives reviews but this incident caused me to do so.
They got to me within 30 minutes, which was great. Dennis was super friendly and helpful. Tested my battery first to try and save me the tow cost, and even recommended a mechanic.

It's never a great day when you have to call for towing, but Cecile and Eric do an outstanding job of helping in anyway they can. They are caring, understanding and so polite. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I can't recommend them enough. They have earned my business for life. They truly understand what it means to be in the customer service business. Thank you both for all your assistance with my suv. I truly appreciate it.

It was about midnight when we called because our car broke down — called other local “24/7” tow companies that did not respond at all. Called B-Now and they responded instantly, gave them the to and from location and got a price on the spot. Speedy service, actually responded for a 24/7 service, super friendly!

I have used Brace Towing many times. ( I have older cars.) They always do a great job at a reasonable price. They are pleasant and courteous and work with you if there is an associated problem.
Needed to get my van from Apex to my mechanic in Durham. Brace Towing was very quick to respond. They were on location in under 30 minutes. Their driver Johnson was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. He secured the van with chains and straps onto the flatbed truck. Could not have been more professional. Would definitely recommend this company!
Brace Towing was amazing! I called them to tow my car after the battery died. I had already tried jumping the car 3 times and they came and taught me a different way to jump the car. They saved me a lot of of money on the tow!
The current owner seems to have recently purchased the company from Tim and then it was at least 5 star service. The Brace business car was in each vehicle I owned and for 20+, we trusted Brace to pick us up, deliver our vehicles or pull us out of ditches. For my most recent experience, the actual time of arrival was twice what was originally stated. The owner/driver is not familiar with the country roads around Apex. When he arrived, I ask how much it would cost for a tow to Colonial Village apartments (3.1 miles) - $90 was the reply. I told him that seems a bit high and maybe he could check with Tim to see if a better deal could be negotiated. At that point he explained he was now the owner. He sped off, turned around and stopped to tell me "the prices is now $100, you want a tow or not, I do not have to be here" We had no choice but to agree. The most I ever paid Tim and his son was $65 for a 15 mile tow last year. I understand that prices go up but the customer service experience from last night will be history and Brace towing will never be used again.

I was in an unfortunate automobile accident on 1-15-25 on I-40 and just by the luck of the draw, the Highway Patrol called Savage Towing to handle my wrecked vehicle. It was an extremely cold morning with rush hour traffic and I was still dealing with the after-effects of pneumonia. Upon the driver's arrival (Peter), I informed him of the situation and he quickly loaded up my car and took me to the nearest warm place, informing where my car would be and assuring me my personal items still in the vehicle would be safe with him. After he dropped me off, I quickly secured a rental and went to his lot to retrieve my personal belongings and he was true to his word. I retrieved them without issue. Easily 5 stars for the personal, honest and compassionate service.
The owner or whoever dealing with my car was extremely rude said swear words on the phone cut me off when I spoke and was down right not very unprofessional. I would not ever use there services again. The business card doesn’t have an address on it and does not have all the hours properly stated on it. The man yelled for me to not call about my car again until the following Monday. Felt like I was talking to a child. If I could give a negative score it would be -10 for I was extremely hurt shocked and appalled at how he was on the phone.
Was visiting the area and out for lunch, when my starter went out. Contacted the company , which was located within 5 miles and told them the name of the restaurant I was at, the city the building number and the name of the shopping plaza. I did not know the name of the street. The guy on the phones immediate response was “ya know what? Like most smart people, I have the ability to find out the address.” I apologized and told him that I don’t know the area. He said “well how about you figure that out first.” I said if you give me a minute to look and a little less attitude that would be helpful” at that point he began to yell at me, so I hung up and called a different company. I called B-Now towing instead. That company knew exactly where I was and were there in 15 minutes. The only thing Savage about Savage Towing company is their incredible rudeness and absolutely disgusting customer service. Later after I hung up with him and declined his services, he actually texted me to tell me that “I was a classless individual and that he was glad I did not hire him, because he wanted to be done working today anyway” it was only 2:00 pm.
Called to just to check on ETA for towing (first time getting car towed ever), person on the phone yelled saying they’re getting there as fast as possible and they are watching the driver’s odometer. They kept on saying they normally don’t do “motor clubs” and that OnStar needs to pay them more. Savage was already assigned to tow my car, that they were on the way. They came 2 hours later than expected. Unprofessional.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Yesterday one of their drivers was behind me and 5-6 other cars which were all behind a student driver. This driver proceeds to lay on their air horn, pass people in a turning lane, get behind me (which I am behind the student driver) get right up on my bumper and lay on his air horn. When the student driver and I get into a turning lane, he pulls up beside this CHILD! And proceeds to start cussing them out. Absolutely appalling that this company would have drivers like this. And when I called to report them, they hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. Awful company.
On 3/10/25 I hit something in the roadway just as I got on the interstate from the airport. It blew both of my passenger side tires and busted my front rim. I had my adult children and toddler granddaughters with me. Other tow companies told me they couldn't transport us. One even told me they could only take 2 of us and suggested we get the car fixed and return for the others (who leaves toddlers on the side of I-40??)! Cary's came, brought a tow truck and an SUV to take us to Mr. Tire (do not go there!!! See my review on their Google). Once we arrived there, we discovered that we needed a rim and Mr. Tire didn't have one, however, Cary's did. They went and got it and brought it back. They were fast, courteous, and kind. They made sure we all, especially my grandbabies, were ok. I cannot thank them enough.

Worst company ever to have your car towed by if you get in a wreck. Well not work with you what so ever. Won't take paper work from the dmv that says your the registered owner regarding the registration renewal. Won't help at all. Please avoid them AT ALL COSTS
He is a one man show and rarely at the location. Tried to have a car picked up after accident to move to body shop. He was closed in the middle of the day and when he was called about his availability he yelled he was in a meeting. Call back after 2pm. I have yet to get the car picked up on his schedule my insurance co. is warning me bout unreasonable cost. The worst!!! #carheldhostage
They're professional and down-to-earth. When we went to their facility my wife was very hesitant about the whole thing he helped her to feel very comfortable.
Idk how this guy is in the collision business. Has no sympathy and made me feel like an inconvenience after I wrecked my car. I was roadside at 4 in the morning and he rushed me to find my scattered belongings with not one ounce of compassion. Fast forward a few hours later I tracked my phone back to what was his private residence. Was not aware it was his physical address until I arrived. Had my partner go to his front door as I am a black male and Coltland already exhibited micro aggressions. My partner was very apologetic when knocking and was met with by a very aggressive and irrational Mr.Coltland or whatever this impossible mans name is. He threatened to do physical harm to us and continually berated us. His wife had to come from inside the house and mitigate the situation because it was no de escalating this man. I continually expressed that my phone was still in the wreckage and I would have no means of contacting him but he did not budge and actively called police and made sure to emphasize that we were black on his phone call. This guy is deplorable and the fact hes contracted by the city is just sad. If you are black please avoid this dude like the plague. Fundamentally dissatisfied with this service and almost scared at this point to retrieve my car from him but when and if I do I'll be sure to go with a bunch of black males and blacke females to make him uncomfortable as he made my partner and I
extremely rude people. would give negative stars if possible
