Broke down FAR from home in the middle of no where !!!! All other companies wanted double to tow me home. There was a bit of a wait to get picked up but that was ok as we were allowed to ride with the driver ! Riley was very personable even stopped so we could have a bathroom break. He engaged us the whole ride which was pleasant . I would without question use them again . If you’re looking for affordable towing and pleasant workers USE THEM!!! Trash Trash Trash...My wife requested a tow due to her car cutting off and would not crank back up... she waited over 2 hrs for a tow on a dark road.. when she called 10:08 pm after the 2 hrs was told it wound be 30 more mins... after 40 more mins she called to see where the tow was at and they would not answer the call...she called one more time and still no answer..so we called from my phone, immediately the guy answered the call and even i asked where the tow was at, he said they canceled the tow through insurance but did not have curtsey to call or pick up the phone when my wife called let her know. Nasty and rude... if you ever stranded on a dark road and your insurance says they are sending J and P... tell them no... absolutely no! A big heck no!!!
Wife noticed smoke trailing behind her truck while we were headed in to Fayetteville. Ended up being a trans cooler line had come off the transmission. Pulled in to a Circle K and coordinated a tow. Initial ETA from our insurance was over an hour. The driver called me a few minutes later and was there in about 10 minutes. Very nice young man and very professional. Highly recommend J&P and will use them again if the need arises.

My car broke down in the middle of the night of sandhill Road and Nate came with his flatbed and picked it right up for me and he didn't charge me hardly anything and i wish I coulda gave him a bigger tip because he deserved it!!! I feel terrible for not remembering the driver's name, but he was an absolute gentleman. Fastest towing service I've ever encountered. I called and they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes! Lowest price I've had to pay since I've been trying to get my car fixed. Hoping I don't need a tow anytime soon but calling Road Runner if I do.
I needed immediate flat bed towing and Road Runner provided. They arrived to my location within the hour (other places 3-4 hours). The price was also much better and the service was professional. I highly recommend and have them in my phone for future use!
We've used Mr. Legette, Bruce and the rest of the crew at Road Runner anytime we at Fire Protection have an issue with our fleet of vans/pickups. Out of the 7 or 8 times we've used them, I've only had a slight delay of 1 hr ONCE. The other 7/8 times, they had a truck at my location within 25 minutes. They have a number of trucks running at any given time so even if they aren't immediately available, they should have one available to assist you within an hour as I mentioned. On top of their speed and promptness, they also seem to be cheaper than almost every other local tow truck. If you can drive it onto the tow truck ramp and it's just going around the city, I've never paid more than $80. Definitely recommend!
My friend called for a tow on her Kia soul that the emergency break was stuck on. A driver came out and was able to release the emergency break and while backing the Kia up backed straight into the front of my truck. We laughed it off as an accident as the impact was light. After deciding not to get the tow my friends were charged 90% of the tow cost anyway. The driver left and we turned on my truck to find that the headlight was busted. We called and left multiple voicemails and no one has reached back out. The driver was friendly but overall the company is not good.

Broke down on the side of the road this company is the only one's I could reach. They came quickly and were reasonably priced will be using them in the future.
Most towing companies I called the prices started at over $200 for a tow, Cains towing had the best rates of them all and was there in 20 minutes! I'll never even consider another tow company in Fayetteville.

I haven't had any dealing with this company but the way one driver drove down Hwy 130 in Whiteville NC this morning around 7:30am. I will not be dealing with them at all. I ended up passing a car in the center lane to get away because he road my bumper for over a mile. Boy was I wrong! He passed the car as well so I ended up pulling over on the shoulder and the car I passed pulled over as well to check up on me because she couldn't believe how he was driving. Whoever this person is needs a Driver's Education Class Asap. I would never recommend this company....
triple a called them and did a service request and they NEVER SHOWED UP. triple a called, i called, and the police called. mitchells decided that they did not want to answer the phone. this is totally fine with me because they obviously did not want to get paid. therefore i would not recommend this tow truck company. how are you 24 hours and can not answer the phone. they gave a 20 minute eta at 12:58 and we were still outside at 2:05.

These guys are amazing! I needed my car towed due to a flat tire and they provided me with the cheapest price. It was so last minute but they got to me within the hour. When they came and got the car I told them I needed a ride and they gave me accommodations even though it was last minute. They were friendly and we had great conversation! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow! I will definitely use them again if I need a tow!
DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!! The driver was nice but he didn’t know what he was doing. He called in for help but was offered none and this is the end result of an improper tow. It took him over an hour to load it and 45 minutes to off load it. He repeatedly slammed the flatbed into the street to lower my vehicle down. I have a snapped control arm and damage to the wheels, not to mention the damage to the street and my yard.

this company does illegal stuff and doesn’t care. my car was towed from my apartment. the reason they gave “registration was out of date” they didn’t check the registration records they just saw that the sticker was for the past year. I provided proof that the registration was up to date and that the year sticker had been removed but no one cared. they also towed without notice. state law say that even if the tags were expired notice is still to be given to the owner. my apartment complex is also getting a scathing review as well. it is $300 in cash to get the car back. has to be in cash too. Would give 0 stars if allowed.
Pros-John is super nice and knowledgeable. Cons-lady in the office shouldn’t be in customer service. If you are stranded on the side of the road make sure your roadside assistance uses someone else. This company will give low ETA times so that your roadside assistance insurance company picks them. Guess what? They lie about the ETA time and leave you stranded for double the time that they tell your insurance in order to get the business instead of it going to other tow companies.
Terrible company, called explained where it was. They were booked through my insurance. They were supposed to be out by 1, didn’t come out till 9, then said he couldn’t find the car and left. Driver was extremely rude, we went out and offered for him to trail us due to the car being less then 5 mins from home and he said we need to reopen our call due to him closing it out!
I have never posted a Google review before but I hate this company so much, I can not stay silent. Twin State towing is a predatory company that is actively breaking the law. Fayetteville city laws require tow companies to accept debit or credit as payment methods and also prohibit charging fees to access property from your car. Both of these are being directly violated by twin state towing. Had an extremely negative experience with this company that involved clear violations of local and state law. Payment Violations: Required cash-only payment despite Fayetteville City Ordinance 16-319 requiring towing companies to accept cash, debit cards, and at least two major credit cards for non-consensual towing fees. Property Access Violations: Charged fees to access personal property from my vehicle, which directly violates Fayetteville’s ordinance requiring free access to personal belongings. Predatory Timing: Towed in the middle of the night, seemingly to avoid any possibility of vehicle owners returning to claim their cars and avoid towing fees. Questionable Locations: Even towing residents’ vehicles from their own apartment complex parking lots. These practices appear designed to maximize profit rather than manage legitimate parking issues. I have documented evidence of these violations and am pursuing complaints with appropriate authorities. Other drivers should be aware of their rights under Fayetteville Ordinance 16-319 and NC General Statute 20-219.2. This company’s business model seems to rely on exploiting people who don’t know the law.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My car was illegally towed at 2 AM despite having a valid residential parking sticker that I’ve had for a year. When I called to ask why, they lied and insisted there was no sticker. After supposedly “re-verifying,” they doubled down on their lie. However, when my leasing office called, they suddenly admitted the sticker was there all along but had no explanation for why my car was towed in the first place. Not only did they illegally tow my car, but they also tried to charge me an outrageous $420 fee to get it back before 8 AM, dropping to $320 after 8 AM. They refused to deliver it to me, even though the tow was completely unjustified. Only after my leasing office got involved did they finally admit their mistake and waived the fee, but insisted I still had to go out of my way to retrieve my car. They made a mistake, tried to cover it up, and only backtracked when caught. To make matters worse, when I called around 5 AM, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I finally got my car five hours after my initial inquiry. This company is shady, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU’RE SERVICE. I was charged $150 for them too hook up and take my car 5 miles away. I even had the car all ready for him to pick up. He got it done in no time, there was no reason to charge so high. Also very unprofessional.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This place towed my son's car and never told a sole where it was being towed. We called the police to ask them first and they said nope no one has reported towing it. We had to drive 45 mins and pay $200 to get the car back after we had to investigate where the hell it went. Rude lady at the front said oh we put it in the vin system when we got it here. That's not the way it's supposed to be done as the police office told me that after I called him about to file charges on them. Which he told me I could take her to small class court because they didn't follow the law. Chalked it up as a lessoned learned but they are trash and law breakers!!
My truck and trailer was towed from lowes parking lot, off ramsey st. there is no unauthorized parking signs no where in the lot where my truck was parked, and the entrance i use off ramsey st beside the Waffle House! I’ve never been warned by the property manager or anyone not to park at this location.after calling 911 this company didn’t even report my truck along with 4 other trucks being towed! After calling over 15 towing companies I finally found my truck! $1,150 , this is extortion at its best!! Completely unethical business practices!!! We are truly living in our last days when someone can just break into your truck and tow it at there own leisure! Drivers please be aware and this is coming from a retired veteran who abides by the laws!! And I could only pay with cash!! Money is the roots of all evil!! GOD don’t like ugly!
I am absolutely a definite customer. I called AAA, the first towing company could not travel out of town for towing. I live an hour away from my work, it was late and AAA called a second towing company. Jack called me back immediately, asked if I was ok and in a safe place, assured me he would be here ASAP. He was here in 30 min. He was excellent, He does his job very well and was very professional. He is a safe driver and actually made a bad day a little brighter. My truck broke down late on a Sunday night, they had a tow truck out in less than 30 minutes and we're able to get it back to their shop, nothing but good things to say about Soles automotive, good pricing, quick turn around time for the repair, called me several times to check in and let me know how the repairs were going, they even put air in my tires. will definitely be going back for future repairs/services, would recommend to anyone
We recently had a vehicle towed and we called to confirm that they had it. The receptionist said they didn't so we called to GPS locate the vehicle before we reported it stolen. You'll never guess who had it. We called back and they were still swearing the vehicle wasn't in their system, which, OK, all things considered was plausible. So we drove down to the AAA towing location and guess what was sitting right off to the side of the building bigger than a green thumb on a pink hand? Really, through the office window, I could see it clearly. And here I though I was bad at communicating.

DISHONEST BUSINESS Triple A -assigned came out in a timely manner but the driver seemed agitated and could not unlock car. He suggested another company, (4gotkeys) instead of his own company (renegade) so I believe he and another company are profiting together.
I can only speak from my experience, so I'm sorry for anyone who had a negative experience. We were 30 mins from the nearest Auto Center and I didn't have a spare tire. After waiting over 3 hours for AAA in the sweltering heat, Mr. Robert came to our rescue! Professional & Courteous. He assessed our situation, got us to our destination safely, and with a seamless transaction. No haggling of pricing, it was what it was. I'd definitely recommend Renegade Towing and Recovery.

How this company is still in business is beyond me. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience and I do not recommend!! Clearly they aren’t experienced with Sports Cars. They didn’t even try to tow my car. As soon as they saw the car flat out said we needed another type of service. The guy took pictures of my car, and after 2 hrs back and forth, then they were asking for $270 to do it.
This happens to be one of the companys on the AAA dispatch list, jarvis the driver contacted us stating that he will need an additional $200 to pick up our vehicle because of 26 inch rims stating that they had to be stock tires, and when my husband told him that he has never had that problem with using AAA before, jarvis then stated it was due to the tags, our vehicle still had paper plates on it which did expire while being at the shop, so therefore our vehicle was left sitting at the auto shop. We notified AAA, and the agent tried to contact renegade and they wouldn’t even answer the phone, AAA needs to remove this company from their program.
