We got a call that our son had hydroplaned off of the road and was stuck. It was 9:45 at night dark and raining, he was shook up. I called Got Your 6 Towing & Recovery. From the first phone call with dispatch to talking with the driver Jason and my son pulling in the driveway at home. They were fantastic! I was impressed and I don’t say that often! I highly recommend them!
College kid who’s broke down in a restaurant parking lot, couldnt get it to start. My dad called from out of state and had a driver to me within 30 minutes exactly. Timothy was very helpful and friendly. He saw how stressed I was and worked efficiently to get me out of there as soon as possible. The dispatcher was very helpful in regards to my situation and worked with my dad to coordinate things. I’ve worked for a towing company myself and have never seen a tow done so fast and smoothly. And to be on a Sunday night, the price was extremely respectable and affordable. I would definitely recommend them!!

The service that KR gave me was top notch he was very helpful and friendly .There was a situation on the insurance company side, my vehicle was not able to be dropped off at the location that the insurance company gave me ,so he took my RV back to the towing company location to make sure my vehicle was safe and secure while waiting on the insurance company to get their act together. This is definitely a company. I will be calling in the future if I ever need a towing thanks again KR.
Today I had the experience of getting my car towed by ERS, and I have to say, it was far better than I expected thanks to the driver, Cole. He was such an amazing soul—kind, professional, and reassuring the entire time. He made me feel at ease by assuring me that my car would be safe, and he truly made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Cole did an amazing job, and I appreciate him so much. I highly recommend A&M. They provided the best price to move my building and were great to work with. And it's always nice to support local businesses.
We called multiple crane services in the Thomasville and surrounding areas to gather information and pricing for a pylon sign installation job we had to do in that area. After our research was completed, we chose A&M for our job. And we're glad we did. They were punctual, organized, skilled and friendly. Their pricing was simple to understand and fair too. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else who can use any of the many services they offer.
Tim was able to effortlessly and efficiently schedule with me to move the out building that I had purchased. He sent out one of his guys who took great care in moving the building despite it being in a difficult location for movement. I contacted Asheboro towing who was completely unwilling to work with me as were many other companies due to the difficulties that they would have faced in moving the building but these guys were beyond fantastic. Thank you so much for the help guys you were amazing!!
Good Morning, We contacted Tim to get a quote to have our steeple cleaned and painted due to having our roof replaced. From the first conversation all the way to the completed job he and his crew were great to work with! Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered the many questions that we had. Horrible experience. They were supposed to tow my car from one mechanic to another at 6:00pm. Not in the middle of the night, but a time that had been arranged 3 hours earlier. When I called to find out why they were not there, the girl that answered the phone told me that she didn't want to turn my phone call into a career. Lol, guess what? I'm not going to lose my career waiting on your call. I will never use your service again. It's SUPPOSED to be a 24 hour service, and you can't work at 6pm??? Really??? Good luck with your "career".

My vehicle was stuck in the back yard approximately 100+ feet from the road. Shortly following my phone call, Maury arrived when indicated using a winch on his truck to safely remove the vehicle from the back yard. Maury and Johnny were both very professional and courteous. The cost was very fair and reasonable as indicated on the phone. I will use Cross Country Towing whenever the need arises. Hat's off to a reliable business.

I slid off of the road and was stuck in the mud on a rainy night. I was stressed out and I didn’t know who to call. I called a few places and Cross Country Towing is the one I chose. I’m glad I called them because they are very nice people and if I ever need towing again I know who I’m calling.

Two stars instead of one, Maurice did safely tow my vehicle however the time frame I was told to arrive to tow my car was more then doubled( over an hour more while I sat on a busy interstate). But that is not the main factor in my rating. I requested a receipt with my information not just a receipt from Square app which only had the amount I paid ($160.00) to turn into my insurance company -I have towing insurance. I never received a receipt,Maurice refused. I sent text messages as well as phone calls to Maurice, Maurice asked for my vin number which I provided along with my full name and complete address several times. My car was towed in May I gave up in September. I actually pleaded with Maurice. $160.00 may not be a lot to some but it’s not just the money it’s business. Maurice’s attitude , his failure, his total disregard and reluctance makes me wonder. Makes me question, what’s the big deal about a receipt? why not provide a proper receipt? I’ll never use his service again nor will I recommend.

Tow truck driver was rude and threw my license on the ground refusing to give me a receipt. This company is exploiting people for money by holding their car ransom. Very unprofessional business.
This towing company is terrible. They’re extremely predatory and will tow your car without any valid reason. They make up rules on the spot, causing a lot of wasted time. Chris, in particular, is very unprofessional and rude. They also make up prices as they go, disregarding towing laws completely. Avoid this company at all costs.
Public Service Announcement - $3,000.00 Towing Fee (Yes you read that right, not a typo) Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I’m a rule follower! Rules have a place in society for orderly community living. I DO NOT, however, like being deceived or see anyone else marginalized, oppressed, treated unfairly or taken advantage of by unethical or immoral behavior. I’m not disclaiming that parking rules and violations don’t constitute a reasonable fee or fine. I just wasn’t aware it could be arbitrary and exorbitant. Such is the case of predatory towing practices in NC. Our car was towed (we were literally out of the car 2-4 minutes). He was lying in wait. He was belligerent, rude, and vague about where car was being towed to. He said, in a statement when asked about a noticeable scratch, that he could drop the car off a bridge and couldn’t be held liable. Any tow truck driver, in a legitimate business, knows and practices the industry standards that pursue a proper and reasonable Standard of Care when transporting your vehicle to and from a destination. As underhanded as all this was, in addition to, we were told to bring $3,000.00 in cash, not to bring the police, and not to question the fee or it would be doubled. We adhered to his demands, paid the fee and retrieved the car. Yes, if this feels like our car was being held for ransom and we were being extorted, you would be right. We were told to come back the next day and that we would need to sign for a receipt. NC ranks 44th in 51 states in terms of consumer protection towing practices. This needs to change. I’m giving all my energy to make this a reality. I say all this in an effort to save anyone else from having this experience. Know the parking restrictions in your community, people who live in “YES communities, apartment complexes, college campuses and anywhere else where you see a “Towing at your Expense” signs. These people have spotters who help them with their unscrupulous actions. People deserve reasonable fees for parking infractions.
Got to me fast, and was great pricing for the distance! They didn’t just help my car but helped me expand my knowledge. I didn’t know on all wheel drive cars it had to be towed a particular way. Thank you guys much again!
They stole my car out of wood lake, towed my car at 4 something in the morning. I pay $50 a month just to park my car in the parking lot never missed a payment. He had no reason to touch my car the office people even told him to leave my car alone. My dad called the cops and they said they couldn’t do anything take it to court. The office man took my dad to go pick up his car cause they also stole his car, an my dad found out they broke into his car. They wouldn’t release my car an are trying to make me pay $700 to come get it. He told us call him at 12pm Sunday afternoon he never picked up. All of em are just rude and unprofessional never knows how to answer a phone.

This company is a rip off !!! They wrongfully took my car and the driver told me to give him 500 and he’ll drop it.
They were very prompt I was able to do everything over the phone. Hopefully I won't need them ever again. LoL
Wrongfully towed a friends car from our complex. The lady on the phone was rude and condescending about the matter. My friend didn’t have to pay the money because it was wrongfully towed and the complex i stay in emailed them that exact day and informed them of overflow parking and not to tow. She got so upset that she said “ I really dont got nothing to say to you it's not even your car". Predatory towing company that lacks professionalism and are trying to get money however they can.
NCDOR states that the company’s business license has been suspended for failing to pay its taxes. The notification reads: “Any act performed or attempted to be performed while the entity is suspended is invalid and has no effect until the entity is reinstated by the Department of Revenue.” Hopefully they'll get sued by so many people that it bancrupts them. But why the local cops keep calling them up is beyond me.
My car was illegally towed from Charlotte NC. Company claimed I didn’t have a parking pass on my car when the pass was very much so visible but due to it being night along with improper care to residents my car was towed off with no attempt to contact me. along with charging me $340 dollars cash only when it wasn’t impounded for a full day. When confronted about this i was told to take them to court so unfortunately that’s what i’m doing. Along with not being accredited by the BBB this company is ran out of the back yard of their home.
