College kid who’s broke down in a restaurant parking lot, couldnt get it to start. My dad called from out of state and had a driver to me within 30 minutes exactly. Timothy was very helpful and friendly. He saw how stressed I was and worked efficiently to get me out of there as soon as possible. The dispatcher was very helpful in regards to my situation and worked with my dad to coordinate things. I’ve worked for a towing company myself and have never seen a tow done so fast and smoothly. And to be on a Sunday night, the price was extremely respectable and affordable. I would definitely recommend them!!
Ashton was super nice and helpful, he made me feel comfortable and was very efficient with his time and my own! It was also a reasonable price for the distance!
My daughter is just starting at High Point University. She dropped me off at the airport on the way home for car broke down. These guys were amazing there within 20 minutes. Make sure she was safe.

Dj was very punctual and professional. He was very quick and got the job done very well and efficiently. Super friendly and funny! He was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time. 10/10 recommend!
DJ was absolutely amazing! Not only was DJ incredibly timely but he was so respectful and kind. He actually beat the time that was given as a estimate upon his arrival. It's so incredibly important to have providers who are personable, kind, and patience and he was ALL of the above. I deeply appreciate DJ, he needs a raise!
DJ serviced my car. He kept me posted on where he was and when he would get to me. He was very busy but punctual. He was polite and very efficient. DJ from ERS was dispatched from State Farm for locksmith service. He got to us in under 15 minutes and was extremely efficient and quick getting into our car. We appreciate his professionalism and even the extra advice when we had questions.

He called when he was on the way to my location. He was professional and helpful while taking off my flat tire and replacing with the spare tire. We called multiple crane services in the Thomasville and surrounding areas to gather information and pricing for a pylon sign installation job we had to do in that area. After our research was completed, we chose A&M for our job. And we're glad we did. They were punctual, organized, skilled and friendly. Their pricing was simple to understand and fair too. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else who can use any of the many services they offer.
A&M took care of my needs with professionalism and expediency. When I called with my need, Tim and his crew responded immediately. They came to my rescue the next day, took care of the request, and did excellent work. A&M is the only crane service I will ever use.
Did a great job moving our Storage Shed. Rotated perfectly to face the drive and leveled perfectly as well. 100% would recommend their service and plan to use them again if necessary.
I got an opportunity to meet Tim this morning. AM crane has been around for a long time 40+ years and he told me some of his experiences with his company great guy good personality no character flaws I really enjoyed speaking with him. If ever needed, I certainly will use his company for my heavy lifting
A&M Crane & Towing was a huge help in providing towing services on their rollback today. I needed to have an antique tractor moved and could not find any towing assistance. I called A&M and Tim Nall was extremely understanding and helpful. Even with a busy schedule he placed me on his schedule and within 24 hours scheduled pick-up and delivery. His driver was very professional and handled the antique tractor like it was his own. I highly recommend A&M Crane & Towing. You will not be disappointed.

If every experience with this company is like the first one, they've got my business. Had the pleasure of working with Saad when I got stranded on Johnson St. He got there in 10 minutes, got the car loaded up in 5, and got to the mechanic quicker than my mother and I despite leaving after us. He was friendly and gave some insight on what was wrong with the car. No condescension, no overexplaining, just much needed help. The receptionist unfortunately gave us the wrong price for the service over the phone ($65 rather than $85,) but Saad honored the original price we were told. These guys made a stressful day a lot more bearable.
The service charge was $65 for anything except for the towing. So basically they rip you off of $65 service charge for them to come jump your car off or get your keys out of your car that you have locked in. No one told this to me over the phone when I called to get a simple tow. If you want to waste $65 just for a simple jump off or any service then go for it I would never use this company again. Is a complete ripoff for $65.
When my Corvette got impounded and he took good care of it made sure water wasn't getting into it and gave me a break when I retrieved it they're very responsible and good people at Jerry Lee's

My vehicle was stuck in the back yard approximately 100+ feet from the road. Shortly following my phone call, Maury arrived when indicated using a winch on his truck to safely remove the vehicle from the back yard. Maury and Johnny were both very professional and courteous. The cost was very fair and reasonable as indicated on the phone. I will use Cross Country Towing whenever the need arises. Hat's off to a reliable business.
If I could give this bum zero stars I would. Set up a tow, told me he would be there in 30 minutes and never showed. Almost 2 hours later, after multiple calls and texts he text me to tell me he was in a “meeting” (it was after 7 at night) and that someone was coming. I sat in the cold in my car with my baby both of us cold and hungry. We ended up calling Randleman Towing. They were out in 20 minutes. He was so friendly and he even jumped my car as my battery had died from trying to keep my little one and me warm. Don’t waste your time with this company. The drivers are unprofessional and might not even show up!
Had a flat tire only took them 15 mins to come to me and change my tire. Process was quick and easy
He was really helpful! We called him last minute because we couldn’t find anyone to move our late grandfathers car for a REASONABLE price. He responded quick , was polite and fast . He did it alone IN THE RAIN with no lights but his equipment & no keys because we weren’t prepared . Thank you so much Maurice! We will recommend and we will be back! The best in the city !!
Took the call and said he would do it. Got to my wife in about 45mins. Had a SUV with a uhaul trailer on it. Whole time driving a suv with a car attached to it on the phone texting and driving not good. Acting like the whole time he didn't want to be doing it. Use them but wouldn't ride with them to be safe.

My mom parked in the grass of our yard for no more than ten minutes. As we were in the house putting away her things ( she’s visiting for the weekend) , this guy holds her van and charged 100 dollars to drop her car. As long as I’ve stayed in woodlarks I haven’t had this problem. Then he lied and said the property manager call about the van 2 hours ago which is a lie cause she had just arrived. Sad to see people do this and are able to get away with it . I’m big on doing the right thing and I understand to an extent but it was uncalled for and he blatantly lied just to get some cash.
I appreciate the professionalism they showed me. I don't know what all these other reviews are but this is not what my experience was with the towing service. Perhaps people should wait to give these reviews when they have calmed down from their errors of parking wrong. I assure you that they are untrue. If I could give six stars I would
I absolutely recommend these guys. I found myself stranded on the interstate on a Friday afternoon, trying several towing services that could maybe offer help 6-8 hours later. Thankfully, I came across CAT Towing. They dispatched a truck within just 30 minutes, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and professional, with reasonable prices to top it off. I'm truly grateful for their service that day and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thanks for the tow!
This is the worst Towing company I have ever heard of! Thursday, June 12, 2025, my car was wrongfully towed by this company. I called over 30 times from 6:47a to 9am and got no answer. I ended up calling the cops just in case my car was stolen and to see if they were able to find out if it was towed. They answer on the 2nd ring for the cops. I made an appointment with the owner for 11a. He told me he would be there himself at 11a but call if something would change. I waited 15 mins and the tow guy never showed up. My ride an another appointment to get to but was going to bring me back. So I called the tow man again and he didn’t answer until 12p only to tell me that the person who was going to give me my car just left. Mind you, the owner said HE was coming. So he charges ME $50 for leaving my 11a appointment at 11:15a because HE didn’t show up til 12p! He said I have to just wait there til he gets there because he’s busy. Had he explained this PROFESSIONALLY when we set the appointment, would have moved the appointment from 11a to 4p. I ended up getting my car back about 4:20p and had to watch the owner talk so disrespectful to other people. This business will be what it could be with this type of ignorance, unprofessionalism and scamming.
When my truck stalled and left me stranded on the side of the highway. I called CAT towing and they didn’t hesitate to come tow my vehicle to the dealership. Their pricing was reasonable and they took good care of my truck. The driver was a very polite fellah. Anyway I just want to say thank you for getting to me so quickly because, being on the side of the highway is a very frightening place to be.

Listing on google says 24 hours... That's ALL LIES! I called thus company merging a tow at 4 a.m. and the lady said 3 hours... in her you woke me up voice! I'm just saying if it's not 24 hours stop false advertising like it is!
My car was illegally towed from Charlotte NC. Company claimed I didn’t have a parking pass on my car when the pass was very much so visible but due to it being night along with improper care to residents my car was towed off with no attempt to contact me. along with charging me $340 dollars cash only when it wasn’t impounded for a full day. When confronted about this i was told to take them to court so unfortunately that’s what i’m doing. Along with not being accredited by the BBB this company is ran out of the back yard of their home.
Trifling workers who give you the run around when being honest about completing deliveries in the area. Nice attempt to get $125 out of someone trying to make a quick dollar. Zero stars if I could.
This company is a rip off !!! They wrongfully took my car and the driver told me to give him 500 and he’ll drop it.
They illegally towed my vehicle at 0300. My vehicle is registered to my apartment complex and has a visible parking sticker on it. The person in charge of the tow did not take the time to check all sides of the vehicle before driving it 30+ minutes away. Furthermore, the office of the tow company continued to fight that the sticker was not visible until I arrived in person. They are so incompetent that they were unable to take 5 extra steps to the other side of the vehicle to see that there was in fact a visible parking sticker in a window. Or who knows, maybe they did and they did not want to admit that their company had illegally towed a vehicle. I filed a police report for stolen vehicle that morning and later after retrieving my vehicle let them know that it was wrongfully towed. The girl in the office would not give us a receipt or any proof that they had wrongfully taken my vehicle but still required our signatures to take my vehicle back.
