Fantastic to work with. We live out of town and needed to have our daughter’s car towed quickly to the repair shop. They were able to pick it up within an hour. Very prompt, courteous and helpful. Reasonably priced as well. We will be using them anytime we need towing services in the Charlotte area. Thank you On Time Towing!
Bikers this is the tow service we needed! On time is right! Fastest response I’ve ever had from a towing service in Charlotte. They took good care not to damage my motorcycle and drove very safely in Charlotte’s rush hour traffic. I will definitely call them again should I need a tow for my ride!
Baez was very helpful on the phone and set clear expectations, there was perfect timing with the whole process. Jose was our driver and very professional with great attention to detail when securing the vehicle to the truck. Will definitely be going to them again when needed.
I had a fantastic experience with On Time Towing. From the first contact, everything was very pleasant. My needs were met promptly, and the professionalism was top-notch. When the driver arrived to pick up my car, the process was seamless. The driver was amazing, and I highly recommend On Time Towing to my friends and Family.

Been using them for years now and I definitely trust them 100%!!! I can't say that about the other towing services out there!! Don't bother calling anyone else but "Hartsell Towing"!!! Absolutely love these guy's!!!
I was on the way to get my wheel repaired and my tire wasn’t keeping air and I got stranded. I was worried because I have a long trip this evening. I called Hartshell towing and they quickly booked me. I’ve worked with other towing companies in the past and I would have to wait hours for them to get there. Hartshell Towing not only gave me a fair price but arrived within 30 minutes. Reggie was very professional. If you need your car towed HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Hartsell towing is the best towing company around, Joey and Reggie really take care of there customers. Me and my family have had several vehicles towed and every time they got the job done when they said they would. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fast and reliable! Serviced in under 20 minutes in the Matthews area. Thank you guys!
I contacted this company for the first time today, and it’s the best towing experience I’ve had in Charlotte, hands down! They answered immediately when I called. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who helped me through the process. As soon as I texted for an update, he responded right away. And he made sure to keep me updated and let me know the car made it safely to the destination. And the price actually wasn’t bad, considering how far I had to get it towed! I would definitely recommend this company to others!
Mr. Ben was great! He was able to come tow my car and helped me figure out what was wrong with it. He recommended me a dealership and took my car there. He was very friendly and personable and I appreciate his help!
Fast response, thoughtful operator, careful and attentive with a low clearance car. Would recommend to anyone
The team at Independence Towing were extremely helpful during my recent towing experience. They were responsive and dependable, which in today's world of towing is truly rare. If you have any towing needs, I would highly recommend them.

Pretty good company, they did take a really really long time to get the truck however the drive was an hour and a half, it did take about 3.5 hrs to get the truck. However they did as they should and it was pretty cheap for the amount of driving they had to do. Satisfied with the tow! 👍
I don't even know where to begin. I was stuck on the side of the interstate near Jacksonville, FL & wanted to find a company reasonably priced to tow truck & trailer back to NC. Fortunately enough, I made it back home to Charlotte in a matter of time. If wasn't for the level of understanding, rates, professionalism, & efficiency of Chavez Towing & Recovery, I don't know what would've happened. Simply Grateful for the overall experience & everyone who assisted me during this process. HIGHLY recommend them if you're in a bind . (12/23)
They were able to quickly tow my vehicle, a long distance. I hope my vehicle never breaks down again, but if it does, I would have no problem using Chavez Towing
Very fast and efficient with their work. Appreciate them being able to help right away and give us a fair price. Fully professional through and through! Highly recommend them for any towing needs.
I was thoroughly Impressed with Chavez Towing & Recovery. Anthony responded promptly and Justin worked efficiently and got the matter resolved quickly. What stood out to me was how prepared they were for the task at hand with patience and professionalism. They took the time to ensure everything was done safely. May was a pleasure to work with when it came to the billing and they all made a stressful situation seem worry free & effortless. I highly recommend their service. Hopefully we wont need to use them for a while but if we do need this type of assistance; Chavez Towing & Recovery will be the only call we need to make!

Prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Coulwood Towing.
Great people, reliable towing. Needed a tow on Father's Day and the truck was there within 15 minutes. Very friendly and would highly recommend!
The is the only company security officers on 3rd shift need to call. Every other towing company in Charlotte will say they’re coming and shut their phones off. The owner personally came out to my site and got an abandoned vehicle out of my lot in under 45 mins. Thank you!
I was out of the country when my wife called me and told me her and the kids were out for a late night store run and the car wouldn’t drive. I call coulwood towing spoke with a guy said his name was Chuck. Told him the situation and he assured me he would handle it. Long story short, my wife and kids said he was a nice guy who towed the car and give my family a ride home at 2 am! I have saved the number in my phone and will use him these guys again!
Chuck did an Excellent Job!! He was friendly, on time, professional and handle my Challenger with care. I would definitely recommend!!!

Mike made it look easy peasey and Rebecca was learning the robes and doing well even in the first real cold day of the year. Thanks a bunch Keagan and Chris
Great customer service! When I was stranded they didn’t even take a long time to come assist me. Definitely would recommend
Very prompt and professional service - Michael the tow truck driver was super courteous and kept me in the loop, providing frequent updates throughout the process
My experience with this towing service was exceptional. They turned an extremely stressful situation into a manageable one. From their responsive and polite dispatcher to their professional and experienced tow team, I felt like I was in good hands. Their punctuality and fair pricing were just the cherry on top. I hope I don't need towing service again soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call this company again. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of towing assistance.

We needed a last minute tow to take our car to the shop after the tow truck we had made an appt for never showed or never returned our call. CF Towing was polite and fast, literally got to our home in 25 mins. Will definitely call them the next time we need a tow.
When I needed a tow early on a Saturday morning, CF Towing was one of two companies that answered promptly. The customer service agent was polite and a driver was at my house within thirty minutes. Their prices are very reasonable. Will contact them for my future towing needs.
Daniel was wonderful. Great communication and coordination of timing so I didn’t have to wait outside in the heat for too long prior to his arrival. The whole process was super quick and efficient, and Daniel was very professional, kind and polite.

We recently had the pleasure of working with MEI Industrial, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The foreman Nick and his crew — Dany, Brendan, Eli, and Matt — were outstanding. On the first day, they quickly and safely relocated our existing equipment, handling everything with care and precision. Not only did they move the equipment efficiently, but they also took the time to relevel everything, ensuring it was perfectly set up for continued use. On the second day, the team returned to install three new lathes, and once again, their work was impeccable. Each piece was set in place with the utmost care, reflecting their commitment to quality and safety. After the installation, they went above and beyond by disposing of all the discarded freight, leaving our workspace clean and organized. If you're looking for a crew that combines speed, safety, and professionalism, MEI Industrial — especially Nick and his team — should be your first call. Highly recommended!
Our MEI crew of Eli, Terry, Dustin, and Chris unloaded some heavy yet delicate machinery for us on 5/8/2025. They were absolute professionals. They worked safety and efficiently. They had great communications with each other ensuring that everything went to plat. I look forward to working with them soon.
Paxton, Matt, and Chuck did an excellent job. The work was carried out safely and smoothly, and the customer at the delivery site was very pleased. I would definitely like to have them handle the work again next time.
Danny, Richard and Terrence were great to work with as always! They swapped out a lathe for me and were quick,, efficient and safe. Will use again.
MEI Rigging assisted my firm and our client with planning and rigging in a CT medical machine into a 3rd story window. They did a great job and the crew was very efficient. The crew was lead by foreman Pete with Chris, Richard, William and Kenny. The lift and unit delivery for the project was a success.

Keywon was he driver who delivered our car. I wanted to let you know that he was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. It was nice to have such a wonderful experience with your company. We have had so many bad ones with other towing companies. We will reach out the next time we need a tow. Keep up the great work!
After my car had electrical issues on the interstate I called Ace Towing and they were able to respond promptly and professionally. My tow driver, Dylan, was the best. Very friendly and professional, a fantastic and skilled driver and very knowledgeable too. What was a nightmare situation for me became so much better because of his great work. I've dealt with a lot or crummy towing companies before, but Ace Towing was great, at a good value and has fanfastic people. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Chris was dispatched to meet me at my car but due to mistakes made by the dealership and insurance, was left waiting for me nearly 45 minutes. He was always kind and patient (and not the fake kind.) I felt terrible for his having to wait that day, but he helped to solve the problem and with a truly kind heart, which I needed at that moment. Besides the great interactions, my car was safely and efficiently towed. Best towing experience I’ve ever had. Thanks again to Chris.
Chris was a Good Samaritan to me this morning. He saw me when I blew a tire while getting my boys to school and helped out from the kindness of his heart. This is the kind of business we need in our community.
I want to give Ace Towing and Recovery a huge shout out for their exceptional service and professionalism this morning. A special thank you to Chris, who was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, prompt, and right on times not only did he carefully load up my vehicle, but he also offered to drop me off at work and reassured me he would personally deliver my car to the mechanic and pass along my contact information. As a female dealing with car trouble, the situation can be stressful but Ace Towing made the entire process smooth and stress free. They answered my call on the first ring, and Chris arrived shortly after, ready to help without hesitation. I highly recommend Ace Towing and Recovery to anyone in need of towing services. They truly went above and beyond.

Hi All My tire went out and all I heard was that dreadful wobble sound. I searched google and came across this company. They were very attentive to my call. He sent a guy right out. Derrick was on point and did all that he could to help(even though my truck required two trips, sorry Derrick🥴). I was very satisfied. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service. I will lock their number in and call from now on.
Super quick and affordable. Tyler was awesome.
Literally driving back on my way home from work on 485 which we all know can get super congested and found myself needing to pull over on the shoulder with a flat tire. I called another tow company before reaching this one and I was not expecting such fast and smooth service so thankful for them!
I got my car towed today, great and fast service! Recommend!
Great service I was stranded and they towed me.

After calling several companies looking for assistance and getting nowhere I came across Mr. Harris and he was out and had me taken care of in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I don’t usually reviews but he definitely came through in my time of need. If you want fast friendly professional service I would highly recommend reaching out to this company
Great place - had to get a Super Duty towed to DMV for rebuild inspection. Ray ran into some scheduling issues but the way it was handled was very professional and we got the job done.
I had a wheel come off my car and snap the studs. I called him up to have my car showed from one shop that couldn’t service my car, to a shop that could fix it. After getting all the information, and learning exactly what was wrong, Mr. Ray offered to fix it himself and save me a little money on the repair, which he did and in the time frame he gave me. Gave me a thorough update of the process accompanied with pictures. I’ll definitely be saving his number should I need a tow or any other repairs done!
Positive side answered after hours, and negative parts is, over the phone said eta is 30-35 min and they showed up 2 hours later. Smaller size truck to tow Semi. Broke our headlight and bumper while towing the truck and blaming on the driver. They require payment up front, no invoice nothing. During towing process impossible to communicate getting totally different attitude. Once they dropped off truck they didnt put brakes together and just left it like that.
These guys are awesome! They were the only tow company to pick up the phone and they did a great job! Reliable and dependable! I will be calling them anytime I run into a situation where I need a tow truck again

George was absolutely fantastic. He was on time and he towed my car safely. He's a professional who has been doing this for years. And I 100% recommend him.
Had to call George’s Towing in a pinch and with a tight timeline. They got it done! Were very prompt, very courteous and price was very reasonable. Hope to not have to use them again, but I wouldn’t hesitate if I needed towing again. Thank you!
George's towing has great service and was very on time. The serpentine belt of my car broke down suddenly and I cannot drive anywhere. All the shops I know only has reservations after 2 days. Not only did George came to help within half an hour, he also introduced his friend to replace the belt. Thumbs up!
This company is very great with customer service. He showed up in a timely manner and showed me what the problem was with my dads car. Then also towed it to an auto shop. I will call this company anytime I need a towing. Very reasonable pricing also… Thank you George for everything we appreciate you and your service
George was awesome from start to finish. I had two flat tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee unexpectedly and Goerge was there. He picked me up from my apartment and brought me to the truck and ALSO gave me a ride home. I actually sent him to the wrong location and he was still very pleasant and caring. Would highly recommend George and his Co. for any towing needs. Thanks again George!

We found this service online last night. Words do not give true definition of how professional Mr. Reid and his tow guy Mr. Pat was. They saved the day. First they answered after hours on a Saturday evening and I didn't have to speak to a machine for services. Next Mr. Reid was very understanding of the situation. Mr. Pat was timely and proficient. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I know without any doubt we would highly recommend this towing company over any of the others we have ever used. After a long day of calling around, I'm glad God presented them to us(all through a Google search) Keep up the excellent work Mr. Reid and Mr. Pat!!!!!!
Listen I don't care what you driving or how far you have to drive to get to them, Mr Reid & his team are amazing & the prices are very reasonable, better than the dealership for sure. I've been using them for a few years & I'm so glad I found them. The BEST!
I had a major transmission problem with my 2014 F-150. Found them online and called. From first to last call — excellent communication. We faced some road blocks and Matt went way beyond his duty to get this repair done in a timely and cost saving manner. Yes, I highly recommend their service
I know that I have had the hardest time finding honest mechanics. I relocated to Charlotte a few months ago and have already had two bad experiences. This place is a Godsend. Very professional and honest. Give them your business if you want to be treated fairly.
Quick response and extremely courteous customer service. Terry was very professional and proficient at his job. Had my vehicle recovered in less than 90 minutes and got me out of a bind. Thanks! Highly recommended.

Nelly&Val's Towing was great good Service
Very easy to do business with Nelly. He was quick to respond and professional. I spoke with four other companies that turned down the task, so it was a relief to find someone so helpful and knowledgeable.

I got a flat tire and called triple A but they never showed up and I was stuck on the side of the road waiting when this wonderful man with his truck pulled over and asked if we needed a hand. He was professional, helpful, reasonably priced and got my car to the dealership very quickly. I didn’t even get his name but I’m really grateful for you!! Thank you so much for rescuing me!
Good towing person
5 Stars Always Polite Kind and Courteous, Work That Was Done Was Amazing,Will Continue My Service With This Company.
My rear suspension came out due to a pothole. Other tow truck companies wouldn’t have took my car but Kyle made it happen. Kyle was very nice and understanding of my situation. The price was better than I expected especially with my car situation. We definitely need more towing companies like this one in Charlotte. Thank you Always Towing!

Great Place and really good people and the Drivers are Awesome and Very Professional. And Great job at Taking care of my Car . I recommend to anybody who needs a Tow or just in bad Spot.
My husband was towing our boat yesterday when the one of the trailer bearings broke & the wheel almost fell off... He pulled over onto someone's front lawn & called AAA. (no answer, by the way, over 24 hours later!) Then he tried Seatow & they connected him w/Southern Star Towing. It took a day for a flatbed to become available & then our trailer was too long to fit onto the flatbed so my husband & the tow driver, Cameron, had to physically wrestle the trailer & boat onto the flatbed at an angle so it would fit! I had to post a review for this amazing kid who went above & beyond! I'm sure Cameron's job description does not include wrestling with a boat & trailer, but he stepped up & did what had to be done to get this problem taken care of (especially compared to the customer service person I called at AAA who was totally uninterested that the roadside assistance number is still not working...) Cameron, you are amazing! Thank you so much for being the a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating weekend!
Had vehicle problems and needed a tow, so I called Southern. Jason showed up in a very timely manner. He was very friendly and did a great job with the tow. Towed my car to the shop and even gave me a ride back home. I definitely suggest using them for any towing job
Excellent service, great communication and super quick. Jason was fantastic and super helpful with my car issues this morning! Would recommend to anyone that needs a tow!
The Driver was a phenomenal Help and it gets 4 stars for that Alone!!! The Front Office has an attitude for no Reason Though. I'm trying to give them Money and the lady rushes me to get to my own car that needs to be towed. If she was better at Guest Service I would give 5 stars hands down. Overall Really Good!

Cody and Bryan are amazing! Quick, professional and get the job done. Highly recommend!
Professional crane repair service. If you are looking for quick and guaranteed results 24/7, Crane South is your team.
We had a hoist go down on a Saturday morning and out of the 10 companies I called Crane South was the only company that had the wire rope in stock that we needed. Cody and his team were incredible, and they know how to do their job well. They worked safely, were very professional, and got the job done quickly and correctly. Everyone here at our plant that interacted with them were impressed. I highly recommend using Crane South Services!
Working with these guys was great! They were quick, reliable and really nice.

My teenage daughter left her phone in the car and locked herself out. I called, and they came in less than 20 minutes. Quick, friendly, and kept me in the loop. Thankful for how quickly they got back to me.
I called this towing firm after my transmission broke down on the highway. The dispatcher was calm and professional, and the tow truck came sooner than I expected it would. They took my SUV to the repair shop without any problems. For sure, reliable.
My battery kept draining, and I couldn't figure out why. The tech gave a jump-start and some straightforward advice without trying to sell anything additional. Really appreciated it.
My transmission locked up while I was on the road. They got my car onto a flatbed quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional and knew their stuff.
During a thunderstorm, my car slipped into a ditch, and this towing company hauled me out of there very away. The driver was skilled, focused, and very calming during a stressful time. I couldn't have asked for better help.

Excellent service and kept me informed from pick up to delivery. I would highly recommend if you need to be towed!
I’ve had to tow a few cars over the past few months and have worked with different companies, but Carlos is now my go-to. He’s incredibly honest and upfront with pricing, which I really appreciate—especially after some bad experiences elsewhere. Every interaction with him has been straightforward and reliable. These guys removed a camper I sold and destroyed my yard. Tried to get them to work with me to fix it and they literally blew me off and said "It's grass, it will grow back" I have gouges in my yard a foot deep. They stole concrete blocks from me and left them broken and buried in my yard. The driver drove off after wrecking my yard up without even talking to me. They did over $2000 damage to my yard. Stay away from these losers!
James came to my rescue today and fixed my flat tire on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind! Highly recommend!
Outstanding customer service from the dispatch Ms. Shaye to the towing driver Mr. Damien. They were communicating throughout my entire service. Very professional and provided excellent customer service. Arrived in a timely manner. I would Highly recommend Carter’s Towing & Roadside, LLC to family and friends. If I could give 10 * stars I would. Thanks, Tan
So glad I found Carters Towing. Everyone was friendly and they did a great job picking up our difficult tow. I highly recommend!

THANK YOU to Sunny Day Towing & Auto Transportation for helping my Memaw when she was stuck getting home from her doctor’s appointment. I heard they were incredibly patient and even took her to her next appointment!
Fast and friendly, but not the cheapest. Which in the middle of rush hour in summer is understandable. Everything went very smoothly and the truck driver gave me a ride back to work gratis.
My car broke down in the middle of nowhere, and these dudes came to the rescue faster than my grandma heading to a garage sale. They had all the gear to hook up my ride in no time, and before I knew it, we were on our way to the nearest mechanic. These guys definitely saved my tush and earned a spot as my go-to towing service.
I’ve nothing but good things to say about sunny day tow service. Was recommended by a friend for hauling old cars off a new property we inherited. Showed up on time every day until the job was done. Never a complaint. Asked for a couple of additional items, and they didn’t baulk or charge me more.
When I found myself stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, I called this towing company, and they came to my rescue in no time. The driver was not only professional but also empathetic, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. Their prompt and efficient service was a lifesaver, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Leaving a review for Top Dogz Towing in Charlotte for a roadside assistance call. I have had triple-A for the longest time and when I actually needed them they punted and told me that all providers were “on call” for the next 2 hours! I called around and Top Dogz was one of only 2 providers to pick up the phone after 8PM on Saturday out of 7 towing services I’d called.Showed up in the timeframe promised and got me on my way for $100 – I hated paying it – but needed to get back home for my dog else he would tear up my couches. Long story short: I will be ditching triple-A today.
Five star feedback to Top Dogz towing who chased away a predatory tow truck from an accident with my daughter on Clanton near downtown. Stand-up dudes. Waited around with her until the police showed up.
My car would not move after I was in a small collision. I was saved by this towing company, which also offered first-rate accident recovery services. Before taking my automobile to the repair facility, their staff made sure it was secure and safe. They were efficient and competent. Their degree of experience and customer service really pleased me. Five points!
Top Dogz Towing was like the fourth company we called and, frankly, the only one that picked up. Showed up in 15 minutes, no fuss, and jumped the car. Tighten some harnesses under the hood so it wouldn’t happen again. I Would definitely be using there services again in the future
Not usually one to leave a review but JT at Top Dogz was a site for sore eyes when my car literally sputtered to a stop around 8PM near on I74. Luckily traffic had died down at that point, but I was sweating bullets with cars whizzing by. JT and a helper pulled in from of our truck and quickly hooked and pulled my car to the shoulder. Super friendly and calm the whole time, he called another tow truck to the scene to load the vehicle to a flat bed so he wouldn’t damage the truck. Charge wasn’t cheap, but reasonable considering the circumstances.

Unfortunately I locked my keys in the car and I didn’t have to wait long for a lockout. I will use them again if this ever happens. Fast response, would recommend.
Alone female, stranded with flat tire. I called them up and they were there within 20 mins. Love the fact that it is a husband/wife team. Highly recommend....especially the single females. Just feels more comforting with another female around. They had bright personalities and so down to Earth.
Beware!!! I would not recommend this towing service to anyone! They took pictures prior to towing my car. When I got my car back, they’re was excessive damaged to the inside and out, that wasn’t damaged in the pictures they took. They admitted to causing the damaged and are refusing to pay for the repairs. They broke a linkage cable to my transmission, cracked frame in the front of the car, pulled up my gear shift and ripped up my floorboard. That’s just the visible stuff. They are scam artists. Please beware! DO NOT USE THEM! They’re are completely unprofessional!
Great customer service super nice driver! Thanks again for being so easy to work with on a bad day!
This was an incredibly positive experience considering that we called His & Her Towing because we had broken down on the side of the highway. They're very professional and friendly, and did everything they could to accommodate us. I feel like they actually cared, and that was really refreshing. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends in the Charlotte area, thank you so much!

I want to thank Romo Towing for your help today! My car broke down on the highway I did a claim with my insurance and they assigned your company. You all stayed in touch with me the entire time and kept me updated about locating my car and upon arrival we worked together to figure out how to get my car in the garage and it was touch but we managed to get it in with no damage. So thank you all very much and if I need a tow in the future I know where to go!
Great communication, polite and punctual. Highly recommended.
Skilled driver! Drop it off where it was requested!
Very professional, exceptional service. Navigated on a dead end street, pricesly. Counted the steps accurately. Then diagnosis what was wrong with the van.
My car was towed to Meineke on freedom drive by this company. When I got my car back, my Bluetooth speaker was missing. I called the company and told them it was missing. They said they didn’t take it and hung the phone up on me. When the guy towed my car, I told him not to crank it up, he got right in and cranked it up. Garbage. Story soon to come on the GamerGazette channel on YOUTUBE.

Got my car towed by them and they seem to have careless operators because now i have to get tie rods replaced and realigned
My Friend got into an accident and had to get his car out. Friendly staff, even let him get some stuff out his car before they towed it home. Reasonable day by day price fix. Just harder to find at night.
Always there when you need them to be - If it's not immediately its first thing in the morning. Their additional services have helped my office out of some tight spots and quick turn arounds. 10/10
Car was stolen and towed so crime scene can dust for prints. They made us pay for our stolen car. So we basically paid this company to steal our car. Lady couldn't answer to why we had to pay when we didn't agree to any terms. $240 for our car to be stolen. Nice 👏👏👏
