Ben was scheduled to pick up my car but I ran into a conflict with my sons therapies when he was on the way. He was super nice about it and easy and friendly to work with. He rescheduled for the next morning and worked out a time with me that would work with my sons therapies. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable and 10/10 I would work with him again!
I was shopping at a local strip mall and came out to discover that someone had hit my parked car and completely ripped off the front bumper. After dealing with the hitter, the police, and insurance I was left with finding a towing company. I didn’t have ant recommendations, so I searched for the nearest one with good reviews. I called Independence Towing Charlotte and someone answered on the second ring. He was pleasant and reassured me that he would send “Bobby” out to assist me. Bobby called a few minutes later, got my location and promised to arrive in about 35 minutes. Approximately 20 minutes later Bobby called me to say be on the lookout because he was 7 minutes away. After he arrived he set everything up for towing and he then told me not to worry and that things always look worse than they are, and that he was glad I wasn’t hurt. Once his load-up procedure was complete he said they would take care of getting the car to the collision center and not to worry. I was frazzled because my husband was at work and I was alone, but Independence Towing Charlotte made an unfortunate situation end pleasantly. I appreciate their professionalism, care, and promptness and recommend anyone in need of towing to call them first. Thank you guys, you’re the best!

The fastest tow company I’ve encountered. I called and he arrived with a quickness and even charged a reasonable price! Have to be truthful, the only reason why I give 4 stars is because the amount of times he requested me to do the review in the middle of the process, which I had NO PROBLEM doing, but we were in the middle of trying to get my car transported somewhere else and taken off of the truck and I promise my mind was on finding transportation and getting home to my children . Then, he was going to have me help him push my car off of the truck and into a parking space because of his knee pains. Luckily there was another guy waiting around the area we had the car taken to, who was willing to do all of the pushing! I get it but I’m a woman and if I’m paying for services I really should not have to do any physical labor. I would recommend maybe bringing another staff member along to assist and requesting the review in the beginning and ending (as a reminder) of the process. But other than that great service! Thank you!

Contact AAA and was given an estimated time. Mario showed up before the estimate time. His professional attitude, speech, and mannerisms said a lot about his work ethic. I watched as he made sure a few times that my vehicle was secured before pulling off. He also contacted me to inform me that he delivered the vehicle to my desire destination (from Charlotte to Greensboro). Overall, because of Mario's fast, friendly, and professional service I definitely recommend this towing company.

First Class Towing comes through every time. Most recently my daughter’s car stopped in the middle of a busy four lane road. I had used this company prior and it was seemless speedy fantastic service so I went with them again. Did not disappoint! They were there in less than an hour. The service from pick up point to drop off point was attentive and respectful not to mention reasonable. I recommend this 10/10!

Whenever you're having one of those days call Roadside Rescue. You know Roadside is one of those things that you hope you never need, but we all do at times. The owner Darryl quoted me an affordable price and had great customer service, plus he didn't have me waiting all day. My new go to for Roadside services they do it all.
I had a flat tire on a Sunday evening of course when everything is closed or closing. I thought I was going to be stranded but I called roadside rescue and Darryl was on time, very helpful, and nice. Thank you again !!!

The Best Towing Experience I’ve ever had❣️ They arrived in 30 minutes as promised, were very professional. Their tow vehicle was in top condition and the driver was very experienced in driving it safely. They handled my truck with great care. They only accepted cash ( which put me on pause) but they proved to me that a “professional receipt” would be emailed to me. These guys are fantastic and they do much more than just tow cars. We were moving our business and needed some fairly heavy equipment moved. One of our customers knew Michael, the owner of Ace Towing personally and recommended him highly. When I called - Michael was very professional, and accommodating. stating that they have moved many types of equipment and as long as they could do it safety they would move about anything. I sent him pictures of our two commercial embroidery machines and we made the deal. The driver was right on time. The truck was clean, neat and obviously very well maintained. He did an excellent job and moved the equipment without issue and at a very reasonable price. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for towing as well as moving equipment. He was very helpful and even tried to help me with what could be the issue with my motorcycle gear box. Great place - had to get a Super Duty towed to DMV for rebuild inspection. Ray ran into some scheduling issues but the way it was handled was very professional and we got the job done.

Ray was able to get to me within 90 minutes and completed the service for a fair amount. He was personable and professional in all regards and seemed to have taken care of my bike. I am new to the area and was fully stranded with no one to call with a dead battery right before a severe thunderstorm hit this afternoon. We found this service online last night. Words do not give true definition of how professional Mr. Reid and his tow guy Mr. Pat was. They saved the day. First they answered after hours on a Saturday evening and I didn't have to speak to a machine for services. Next Mr. Reid was very understanding of the situation. Mr. Pat was timely and proficient. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I know without any doubt we would highly recommend this towing company over any of the others we have ever used. In a stressful time for me Nelly did such an amazing job to limit my worries. He was very kind and efficient. He had a quick response time and even though he was in the middle of another endeavor he was able to meet me within the hour. Nelly loaded my car onto his flatbed like it was second nature to him. He drove professionally to the destination and made it easy for me to follow along behind him. He was gentle with my vehicle during the drop and again was very kind. Southern Star was absolutely fantastic. They were holding a car I flew to Charlotte to purchase until the shipping company could pick it up. Not only were they kind, helpful, and respectful. These guys went above and beyond, they stayed open an HOUR LATE because the shipper could not make it before they closed. I couldn't be happier with these guys - fantastic service and great people. I would encourage anyone in the area to use them.
Absolutely rude driver and one of the worst tow services I've ever dealt with. The driver ripped me off by driving my vehicle only 50 ft from the wreck, ripping out my rear suspension in the process, took my key and said if I want it back I had to pay $130. Even worse, the driver didn't want to drop my car off at my residence which was closer than their lot because he didn't feel like it. Absolutely despicable guy. I would not reccomend using this tow company unless you want to get ripped off rudely.

My power steering went out, and I had called about 4 or 5 places before calling Robertson's. The other places either didn't answer or told me they were done for the day. Robertson's picked up, and was able to come give me a tow within about 10 minutes of me calling. He even checked under my hood to make sure my issue was what it was! Very great guy, and great service! Definitely would use again if I need a tow.

During a thunderstorm, my car slipped into a ditch, and this towing company hauled me out of there very away. The driver was skilled, focused, and very calming during a stressful time. I couldn't have asked for better help.
This was the first time I needed a tow, and they made the process easy. Answered all my questions and helped me stay calm. Great first experience.
When my SUV wouldn't start, the towing squad came to the rescue. terrific service and a terrific attitude.
This towing firm absolutely pleased me. They brought a flatbed tow truck for my sports car, which didn't have much place to maneuver. They made sure it got to the technician in one piece and took care of it. Very good at seeing minor things.

Jason was very helpful and easy to get along with! He came out in the rain to tow my car to a dealership and was very kind through the entire process. He even checked my car in for me so I did not have to go to the dealership. I would highly recommend Jason for any towing needs you may have.
My car broke down in the evening and they sent someone out to tow me back home and set up 7 am tow service for the next morning to bring my car to the dealership. Both drivers took excellent care with handling my vehicle and were both very polite. Jonathan was great and just a really nice young man. Would recommend for service and courtesy. Jobs well done!
James was so helpful towing my car to a shop from a parking lot where it overheated. It was soooo hot outside and James was there really quickly after I called. He even dropped me by my house around the corner from the shop after my ride was delayed!
They sent someone out immediately. The people who came out to change my tire spent the extra time to help me repair the hole and saved me an extra trip to the auto shop. They were friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services. They did this all in my driveway and it saved me time and money.
When you need a tow truck, something has already gone wrong, but CTR made it a seamless experience. They answered immediately and collected enough information to get a driver headed my way while we worked through the rest of the administrative process. Driver arrived quickly and dropped me off at the specified service center. Fee was reasonable as well. Very impressed with their service and strongly recommend.

Used Sunny Day not once, twice, but four times for moving clients vehicles from our business location in Midlothian VA to Charlotte NC. Every time our contact, who I believe is the owner, was prompt with his communications & quote, easy to work with, and good with our customers. What more can you ask for with a business? Didn’t get the driver’s name but wanted to say thank u to this company and the tow truck driver for helping my Dad move his beloved 63 Mustang to storage from his home. He can be very stubborn, however this company, and particularly the driver was really patient and put my pops at ease. I’m sure he was busy with his day, but the driver took his time, listened to my Dad describe the vehicle, looked under the hood, took plenty of pictures, and walked him through the process of securing the vehicle to the bed of the tow truck. My car would not move after I was in a small collision. I was saved by this towing company, which also offered first-rate accident recovery services. Before taking my automobile to the repair facility, their staff made sure it was secure and safe. They were efficient and competent. Their degree of experience and customer service really pleased me. I just wanted to leave a good review for Top Dogz Towing. They did an amazing job helping me during a flat tire in my driveway. I asked them if they could arrive in 20 less minutes. Surely enough they did!
Didn't know what to do when a car blocked my driveway preventing me from leaving, so naturally I thought I would call a tow truck. The tech picked up and I explained that there was a car blocking my driveway and I needed to have it towed because I had to leave my house to go somewhere. The tech basically told me that that was stupid request because "where am I going to take it, I got no impound lot." After that he essentially lambasted me for calling, once again, not knowing that he required an impound lot and that "what does he want me to do? Huh?" Utterly pathetic.
I was out of country for work and called Top Dogz Towing after my girlfriend’s car wouldn’t start. Literally NO ONE would answer the phone after 8:00 except for this outfit. Quoted 45 minutes, and were there within ½ hour.

Folks complain about cash only are the same ones who will dispute the charge with their bank after they get their car!!! I work for finance company and we only allow repo redemptions with cash! For those who don't understand why its cash is for this very reason!
Unfortunately I locked my keys in the car and I didn’t have to wait long for a lockout. I will use them again if this ever happens. Fast response, would recommend.

Beware!!! I would not recommend this towing service to anyone! They took pictures prior to towing my car. When I got my car back, they’re was excessive damaged to the inside and out, that wasn’t damaged in the pictures they took. They admitted to causing the damaged and are refusing to pay for the repairs. They broke a linkage cable to my transmission, cracked frame in the front of the car, pulled up my gear shift and ripped up my floorboard. That’s just the visible stuff. They are scam artists. Please beware! DO NOT USE THEM! They’re are completely unprofessional!

Excellent End to End towing service. Carla took the time to help me troubleshoot remote unlocking an unpowered electic vehicle so it could be towed without me being present. They said they didn’t take it and hung the phone up on me. When the guy towed my car, I told him not to crank it up, he got right in and cranked it up. Garbage. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT CONTACT THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY TOWING NEEDS. I HAD A TIRE BLOWOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND CONTACTED THIS GENTLEMAN FOR A TOW. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE THAT I WAS HAPPY TO ACCEPT AND NEVER CAME. I PROVIDED HIM THE ADDRESS AND DETAILS ON MY WHEREABOUTS AND THIS GUY JUST KEPT ME WAITING FOR 4+ HOURS. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING TO ASK FOR AN ETA BECAUSE HE WAS TAKING SO LONG AND HE JUST EVENTUALLY NEVER SHOWED UP AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER LEAVING ME STRANDED... THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND FIND ANOTHER LEGIT TOWING BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

Horrible....experience was like other reviews left. Called AAA they were dispatched. 3.5 hours later and they are still not here. Just rescheduled for tomorrow with someone else. Would not recommend.

Working with Done Rite Towing is fantastic. They have helped me out numerous times when I have needed it, and I have utilised them numerous times. They work well, and their costs are reasonable. The men who arrive are kind and competent. They are professionals, and I would suggest them to anyone!
Needed to tow my car from my apartment complex to the repair shop across town. Booking was simple, and the driver arrived right on time. No surprises or extra charges. Would use again.

They charged $100 for towing charge, and on the top of that $30 more for winch. They said it because their needed to winched my car onto their tow truck. So they assumed when they came to tow my car, I will drive my car onto their tow truck. If my car was drivable then I don't need their towing service. Later on, they charged me $20 more for pullout. They said after they towed my car into one of the spots of their yard, then they decided to move my car to a different spot within their yard, and that costed me more money. At the end, they said I own them total $190, and of course they said their credit card machine was down at that moment, and they only took cash. So we spent more time and gas to found my bank for providing cash to them. They are a group of people of scam.
Horrible! They have thousands of cars sitting on there lot accumulating fees! They are greedy for money and wont even work with you to get your vehicle out! No compassion no humanity at all just money hungry!!
Quick and professional on the phone, and the driver was very polite and courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing towing services in the Charlotte area.
BEWARE AND DO NOT USE!!!! WOULD LOVE TO GIVE ZERO STARS. CAR WAS TOWED FROM ACCIDENT SCENE WITH CMPD PERMISSION AND PARTS WERE REMOVED FROM CAR BEFORE INSURANCE ADJUSTER WAS ABLE TO VIEW MAKING THE CAR VALUE LESS SINCE ITEMS WERE MISSING. EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE AND CAN CONFIRM THAT BY MY PHOTOS THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN THE CAR AFTER THE ORIGINAL PHOTOS WERE TAKEN.
Great customer service from Mary Ann. Fees were within reason, not the fortune I was questimating. Drive Duane took great care with the towing portion.
