Bull City Towing is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any tow company. The two guys that arrived were very courteous, fast, and worked well as a team. They were very informative about their business and how they got started, and great to talk to. I know have two new nephews in these young men. GREAT JOB!

I called these guys out for what started out as needing my vehicle towed. I then thought maybe it could be my battery or key fob. We stayed in communication while they were in route, they brought me a battery for my key fob. When they got there they jumped my car and it ended up starting. I don't know if it was the key fob but the battery definitely helped and having it hand delivered was an awesome bonus. I did not end up needing to be towed thank goodness. They charged me a very very reasonable price for hand delivery of a battery and a jump. Even though they had to come all the way to me and did not end up Towing me they were very nice and helped me in my time of despair. I hope I do not need their services in the future, but if I do I will remember them. Depending on what kind of car trouble you might be having, these guys are able to help you out.
Bullcity Towing has to have been the best tow service I’ve ever used. I got a flat and needed to get to the dealership within 2 hours and they said say less. Easy communication, easy to pay and a great experience overall.

We had my car towed twice in one week because a part that was fixed failed, and we hired this company to tow an old vehicle as well. Very prompt on each occasion, showing up exactly when agreed and very good service. I have this number saved in case I ever need a tow again. I highly recommend this service.
RT was great! I needed a same day tow for a reasonable price. Other companies I called wasted my time asking for tons of details about myself and the vehicle, only to give me an inflated price and inconvenient window for pickup. My diesel truck started misfiring badly halfway to work. I pulled over and decided to have it towed to a service center out of fear of causing further damage by driving it. Reliable Towing Service was able to tow my truck to my service center of choice for a very reasonable price. They dropped off my truck, sent me a photo of my truck at it's destination, and delivered the keys to the personnel at the service center. They updated me constantly during the process and were actually able to pick up my vehicle 1/2 hour earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!
This was the best experience I've had with calling for help with my car. My car wouldn't start so I called for help with a jump start. He jump started my car and let me know what was likely the issue with my battery. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get money from me, he was knowledgeable, communicative, on time, and helpful. I'm definitely saving his number for the future.
My car gave out an hour from my home, and as a young women by herself, finding a reliable safe tow service in an unfamiliar city was very important. Once they got the call she called to confirm and provided eta. Sure try traffic they were free minutes behind but she had updated already that they are in traffic. So there is no complain on that part. Once they arrived, they were very professional yet friendly. My truck was in a very odd position but he managed skillfully and got it going. At the strip of, I requested to put the vehicle back all the on the driveway and he had no problem to do that. I like their positive attitude. I sure Will recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Alvarez Towing. Ramon is simply incredible. I had called over 30 different numbers looking for help, and he was the only one who actually showed up — and at the best price, too. He towed my truck to a gas station without any hassle. After I filled up, I realized my battery had died. I spent over an hour trying to find roadside assistance again, with no luck. I called Alejandro back even though his job was already done. He told me he had just picked up his kids but would come after dropping them off — and he actually did. He came back and helped me jump-start my truck without hesitation. While driving from out of town, I ran into some car trouble and needed immediate assistance. Reached out to some family in the Durham area and they recommended Mr. Tony. Did my research, saw he had great reviews so we gave him a call. Reached out to him around 11:20am, our overall service was completed around 12:40ish. He was extremely quick on arrival, he assessed the problem and immediately had a solution. He even had a solution for a problem that wasn’t related to the one we initially called him for ! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was in an accident involving a semi on my way to vacation last month, with my daughter in the car. They arrived almost immediately it felt like. Treated us with such kindness and truly cared. Took us back to their office until we got a ride as my car was totaled. They gave my daughter a mini tow truck toy and helped calm our nerves. Even let me come back the next weekend while their lot was closed to clean out the rest of my car. They have even stayed in touch throughout to make sure we are ok. I am so grateful for them, it was a horrible and traumatic event but they helped in our time of need. I am forever thankful!

I had my vehicle serviced after leaving the dealership I did not make if far because the mechanic did not properly put things back together. I contacted Kristen she was very prompt and professional. Chris went out of his way to help me get my vehicle back to the dealership.
My mom and dad are the managers. I work with them a lot and I watch them work, how they do their best to take care of everybody needs anybody who comes in they do everything they can to help them, it really inspires me how they treat people. They are always respectful, professional, generous, on time, always has good prices and are very kind to everyone who who walks through the door or even calls. If you ever have any problems that we have the service to do call CPR they will always pick up the phone and be ready to help anytime. They are the absolute the most kind, generous and respectful people I know and I’m really glad to be apart of it. I love you guys
Family run and super personable people who went above and beyond to assist me. Were empathetic and friendly, helped me gather my belonging from a wrecked vehicle and even offered to help me remove the tags. Also had a super cute dog in the office which is a plus.
Called for a local tow - was quoted 30 mins and a very reasonable rate. No one ever showed. When I called two hours later, they claimed to have called me several times (never received any incoming calls on my cell or saw any tow truck, although I do have the Google Voice Assistant), then the line cut out. When I called back, the guy told me to just try another company, but was very nice about it. This seems unusual, as most folks appear to have had a great experience with this towing company. Honestly more confused than anything.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! We had the worst experience ever with a towing company. Vehicle needed to be towed 15 minutes to the dealer. From the time they arrived to the time they finally unloaded it was TWO HOURS. First they had problems getting the vehicle hooked up to the tow truck. Once that was finally done the driver drove his tow truck with our vehicle behind it out of the parking lot and across some grass between a tree and a power pole. There always a three foot drop and he got his tow truck stuck. It took them over 30 minutes to get the truck freed. When I suggested a refund of part or all of the fee I paid was in order they said “we got it here without damaging it, didn’t we?” Right. But you were totally unprofessional. Find another towing company or use at your own peril!!!

Called Victory Towing at 2:48pm, the tire was swapped a little after 4. Not an easy job, my wife’s “super neat” car meant the wheel lock key was hidden and the jack was buried under 1,000 basketballs. 🤦♂️ John (the tech, not me) still got it done, sent pics, and even found the nail that caused the flat. Covered by warranty = win, I would rather buy 1,000 more basketballs than a new tire. John was the best maybe because we share the same name. 😉
I would first like to say I feel so bad for leaving a review so late because the owners of this establishment were so kind to me. I really appreciate them and what thye did for me the night my tire just blew. I was coming from Greensboro on my way to get my son from D.C and when my tire blew. It was late at night and I was in an unfamiliar area. I called around to so many places. I had no luck, no hope in anyone helping me. They either were closed, did not tow where I was, or they stopped towing for the night. I cried and cried in my car, just praying and crying. I called my sister and she told me to try again. I cried and held. I was just so upset. I wanted to get my son and had no way of doing so. I finally calmed down and I called Victory towing. They were so nice, so kind, and so helpful to me. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They not only towed my car back to their shop, they replace my tire, and put oil in my car for my long drive to D.C. I am so thankful that they not only picked up the phone that night. I am so thankful that God moved them to help me that night. I am so thankful of their service. This is such a great establishment with amazing people working there. Thank you so much.
Last night my car was towed. I wasn’t upset about it because it’s Durham & that’s just how Durham is. What I do not appreciate is that this place of business is SUPPOSE to be open 24/7 as advertised. I found my car at this location right after it was towed, called them a millions times with no answer or return phone call. Now this morning about 15 minutes ago, someone called me and asked did I leave a message. I mean duh you obviously see the damn phone call and heard the voicemail. So now he’s saying I have to pay $395 and be here by 9am and if im 15 minutes late, it’s an extra $50. So I’m here at 8:48am, I asked him “I thought y’all were open 24 hours. He said if you get towed you have to schedule an appointment. I said that makes no sense and he insisted that I call management on Monday, which is fine. He’s just doing his job. He was very respectful young man
I’ve had nothing but great service from Victory Towing. I’m constantly on the road and have a older less than perfect F150 that has close to 500000 miles so I know there will be breakdowns. The owner/his wife/ and staff have been nothing but professional and honest on repairs that needed to be made to keep me rolling people have to remember being the “cheapest “ doesn’t guarantee top notch service and can cause more issues if not properly fixed. There’s never been one time that I’ve ever had a break down from their service that I second guess that the job was done right and if an issue occurred it was fixed and taken care of. Thanks again guys!

Jam and his repair crew took my near totaled Subaru and made it look and drive like a brand new car. They are always communicative, honest, and timely. Arrived to me without any tools and after 45 minutes, finally informed me that he didn’t have a jack to put on a spare, nor could he tow the car because it was his first day with that truck. Unsure why they accepted a job. Worst experience and do not recommend. Tech was on FaceTime with his “supervisor” teaching him what to do.
I was in an accident this morning and Brian came to tow the car. He made a tough situation so much better. He waited patiently while I dealt with the insurance company and took me with the car to the collision repair shop. When I was through there, he was kind enough to give me a ride home. Not only did he do his job well but he made a rough morning go a lot better.
My friend and I had a good experience yesterday when LDA towing came to help. Randy and Saquawn came and were very helpful. They were patient while helping. They tried to help with charging the battery. They got the battery charged and followed my friend down the street to Auto Zone to make sure that she was safe. I caught a nail and the sidewall of the Mercedes. SL500. Chris showed up and was very professional. He also went above and beyond to tell me to a place where my tire could get repaired because I was stranded. I would recommend this service, but more importantly, I want to acknowledge the professionalism of Chris, the tow truck driver.

The receptionist I talked to was so nice and friendly as well as patient with me down to the tow truck gentleman who came out to pick up my car and tow it. Both people were so friendly and sweet, which was a relief after my car had been broken into and dealing with my car insurance and two other tow companies trying to charge 300-500! Great Service came fast and in a hurry during my time of need I caught a flat tire on the highway heading home and my battery died while I was looking for a tow truck smh life is crazy man but shouts out to Tango Towing !!!
Tango Towing was assigned by Rivian to tow one of our Amazon vans. When I was contacted by the driver dispatched out to pick up the van, he was EXTREMELY rude and had a horrible attitude. I brushed it off as maybe I perceived something that wasn't actually there. When he called back the second time due to needing a code to be able to put the van in "drive" mode, same bad attitude and that confirmed what I was thinking originally. I called Tango dispatch to let them know about the interaction. The dispatcher was nice...the end result was that Tango could not tow the van due to not being given correct info from Rivian about the size. However, that interaction with that driver was so bad that, that's what I will remember about the company and will go out of my way to make sure we do not use them for a service in the future.

They were contracted to move my household goods from North Carolina to Ohio. Worst service ever. Truck was too small for my property they did not offer to change trucks. When they arrived in Ohio a lot of my belongings were damaged and my 86 inch televison. How do you lose a televison that size. Though they replaced the televison I still do not understand how it was lost. I will never again use them.

Called for a tow to a service center because my car wouldn't start. Thought it was the battery so I jumped it but still couldn't get it to start so I assumed it must be something else. Durham towing company sent someone out quickly and he immediately confirmed it was a dead battery and gave me a jump so I could get it to Advanced Auto for a new battery. Saved so much time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!!
Got a flat in Hillsborough and took a little bit longer than expected to get there, but I guess that's to be expected since they're out of Durham. Very professional and courteous otherwise. $135 for the tow back to my house which I though was reasonable.
Unprofessional... Was given their number by a hiway patrol office following my father's motorcycle accident. The man on the phone sounded irritated from the moment he answered. Turns out the PO gave me the wrong number for the company who actually had his bike and in trying to ask if he could help me figure out who I need to talk to I was hung up on.
Helped my family out of a bind when my oldest son's car broke down on USC campus. The driver was able to talk to the campus police who were going to impound his car. I wanted to write this review in appreciation for the company's hard work in resolving the issue.

Very prompt. On time to the minute. Had no problem towing a car for me to greensboro on only 2 hours notice. If in the area and in need of a tow again, this is who i will call.
Came out within 20 minutes on a Sunday, pleasant experience, drove me right where I needed to go, all for a fair price. Highly recommend.

I understand that this towing company is just following orders of others' more stringent rules, but I caught their employee while he was in the process of hooking up my car that was parked directly in front of my house, and he was rude, predatory, and until he got his cash, he continued to play with his buttons in his truck to make moves to take my car (and ultimately damaging property). Conveniently does not carry change when he only accepts debit or cash.
Updating my review to 5 stars. Spoke with Brad in management who offered a sincere apology. He shared that Melissa is with a 3rd party dispatcher that they are trying out. I appreciate the sincere concern and follow up. I believe him when he says customer service is important. ‐‐‐-------------------------------- Called to report a vehicle be moved. Spoke with Melissa who was incredibly rude. Would not allow me to ask questions on why 'management needed to call' when I own my home. She didn't even get my address before she said that. When I told her I was going to report her, she said 'go right ahead'. I'm guessing customer service is not a thing for this group.
Chandler’s Towing engages in predatory and unlawful practices. On Sunday, September 29, my husband’s car was parked directly in front of our rented garage at our apartment complex. Despite being parked legally, Chandler’s Towing hooked up his car in an attempt to tow it. The tow truck driver falsely claimed that residents are not allowed to park in front of garages and must park inside, which is not true. We specifically rent our garage space for the purpose of parking. He then changed his reasoning, stating the cars parked impeding traffic were to be towed. This was also false—our car was not blocking traffic in any way. The driver further claimed the property manager stated that there is no parking in front of garages. However, the next day, our property manager confirmed that Chandler’s statements were untrue and that residents are allowed to park in front of their garages. To make matters worse, other cars parked in front of their garages, a few spaces down, were not targeted or towed. We were forced to pay $150 to have the car released on the spot. Our apartment complex has since agreed to reimburse us, acknowledging Chandler’s wrongdoing. I believe our vehicle was unfairly targeted because it is an older work car with cosmetic damage, even though its registration and inspection are fully up to date. Chandler’s Towing acted illegally by attempting to tow our car without cause, using deception and selective enforcement. I will be filing a formal complaint against them for their predatory and unlawful practices.
Information to know: A) Must make appointment to pickup a towed vehicle. B) Apparently towing vehicles on private property isnt theft. Still not convinced. C) 1-star experience, do not recommend getting towed. D) $250 (cash or debit only) to pickup vehicle next day - no storage fees included.
I was in a jam with my keys in the trunk and no spare. I had food for my dinners and milk and I had been there for a bit. I was literally on the curb crying and this nice called her husband from chandler and he was there within minutes and in less than a minute my car was open and I was on my way. These people here and so kind and helpful. They saved my whole day. 100% recommend to go here
