Great team, truly impressed. I had a very tight space to fill with brewery equipment, we're talking inches to spare. This team brought tons of ingenuity and experience that only they could turn into a great day. They treated every component as if it were made of glass, moved tons of steel as gently as I've seen. I will use them again and would recommend to anyone needing their expertise.
Morlando Crane delivered our pool today. Their rep met with us prior to delivery to go over details. He was clear about the process, and attentive to our questions. The crane arrived on time. The driver worked with the pool installation crew as a team, and together they had the pool off the flatbed, over our house, and installed in about 45 minutes. The crane driver took extra care to avoid any damage to our driveway and our lawn. From beginning to end, Morlando Crane was professional and customer-oriented. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dave is the man! We had 7 condensing units to set on the roof of a convenience store in Greenville NC. Dave was here early, had a great attitude, and an even better sense of humor. Seriously, I wish more people in this industry were as laid back as Dave was. You never know what kind of day people are having, and to see him hop out of that crane with a smile on his face, put a smile on mine. Best part is we were done in 45 minutes and he was back on the road. I have advised my superiors not to use any crane company other than Morlando. Efficient, effective, and down right awesome. 🤘

I purchased a Beautiful 1981 Z28 Camaro from a guy in North Carolina and I live in New Jersey. I was recommended to this company by the owner of the car. He assured me that they were Top Notch and they were. They delivered the car to Pennsylvania to a car show that I was at. The car was strapped down well and the Driver was a Professional. My husband and I had a flat tire late on a Friday night. Next Level Towing is the only towing service I would ever use. Excellent communication from start to finish. He came to pick up my car at my residence within 20 min, loaded up my car, explained everything, provided my receipt, and took my car to the shop. He was super friendly but very professional. "How much is it going to cost to get it fixed?". 'How much is it going to cost to get there?" On-Time Towing, removed at least one of those stressors. My son is in school in Greensboro and I live in Augusta,GA. His car wouldn't start and was out of commission for over a week. Precision Tune on Randalman Rd referred J&G Towing to me and what a blessing. Gavin was very helpful and kept me informed during the entire towing process. Car troubles are stressful but Bull City towing made the towing portion of the ordeal quick and easy. Fast response time, great service, kind staff, and very fair pricing.
The driver appeared promptly and delivered my car safely. That being said, I can't give a higher rating because the driver spent every red light on his phone and was texting several times while the truck was moving. He also didn't put on a seat belt. While I'm glad that he successfully did the job I hired him for, considering that he was driving a huge vehicle with my car attached to it, I wish he'd been a bit more conscious of safety.

Its always hard when you give your keys to anyone especially a stranger taking your car to a repair shop. Its always the unexpected waiting to hear the outcome but David at 5 Star towing was the best tow driver . He handle my car with care. He informed me when he arrived at the service shop . He took a picture of my car showing it was safe and sound. He spoke to my advisor indicating that the car was ready for service. This really is 5-star service. If you need a tow and want a great tow service that cares about your car. Contact them.
I called Progressive at 7am and was advised that a company would be out in 90mins. They pushed back the time 3 times! By 1100 no one had come. I finally called Five Star and within 15 mins someone showed up and I was back in the road!

If this is five star towing that works with AAA their utter trash. They were supposed to tow my car last night when I put in the request at 7 PM it’s now 11:40 AM on the next day in AAA had to go and get a different tow service. The kicker is their headquarters is literally 10 minutes from where I needed to be picked up. If you don’t have the trucks to do your job, change things up! What if I couldn’t get my wife and kids home and they were in that car for 12 hours? Edit: now because the review he’s harassing and calling me. Yeah, AAA reached out to another towing company and they’re at my house already. So give all excuses you want dude very unprofessional. Very unprofessional to call me about a review. Do your job grow up. I see you talk to everyone blaming AAA, but I’ve been on the phone with them since 7pm yesterday. They reached out to you, multiple times over 14 hours! I tried calling! They say they will contact another towing company and guess what? Got a call in 20 mins driver was 40 mins away. If you couldn’t handle it TELL THEM, instead you don’t and blame them! Then you call me about a review but not about the service you get paid to do? Take some accountability!!! We all know AAA isn’t what they used to be, but this was on you and own it. If I wasn’t in town, my family would’ve been stuck in a vehicle overnight. Do you all have families?

All I can do is agree with all the previous 5-star ratings! Geno was prompt, efficient and courteous. As soon as he received my service call, he was on the phone to give me his estimated arrival time, and he arrived exactly on time. No guessing, no repeated phone calls to check the status of the service call....no complaints whatsoever. I just wish the rest of our service economy could function as reliably and seamlessly. Once we contacted Capital Towing; Derrick was there. He transported a full size truck, large trailer, and power equipment. He was able to quickly come up with a plan to save me money and return my vehicles to the residence which was about 40 min. away. Very polite, helpful, and empathetic. I can's say enough about Bandit Towing. I use them for our personal vehicles and they are my first call for my business (I have an automotive repair shop). They have always been quick to respond and they are one of the least expensive towing companies around. They truly care about their customers and it shows.
Got a flat tire on the highway and Bill came to the rescue. They quoted me it would take about 30 minutes and Bill was there in about 25. He did an amazing job and even helped me merge back onto highway safely from the shoulder. He kept his lights on and followed me to the exit to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future!
Great company! My car broke down in the rain on Hwy 40 during rush hour, so I called several local tow companies, and Bandit Towing was the only one to answer. I’m so thankful I went with A&K towing. Be was amazing. He was able to tow my Chevy express van from Huntersville to Harrisburg. He was very punctual and respectful. He was able to tow my car up my narrow driveway on a steep hill. I was worried that tow companies couldn’t do that, but he was able to make it happen. Amazing service from this company to come get our 43 foot motor home towed from Monroe, NC to our office in Matthews, NC. Came out about 9:15 to parking lot on Hwy 74 where were stranded due to engine problems. They are very experienced in towing motor homes and took great care in getting it hooked up to their wrecker. Definitely a company to recommend.

I recently had to have my car towed from a body shop back to my house and they did a great job towing my car for a great price and did it efficiently. Bobby was the guy who did the towing and he was extremely nice and was easy to talk to and get everything situated. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a tow in this area or just want them beck of how nice and affordable they are!

The fastest tow company I’ve encountered. I called and he arrived with a quickness and even charged a reasonable price! Have to be truthful, the only reason why I give 4 stars is because the amount of times he requested me to do the review in the middle of the process, which I had NO PROBLEM doing, but we were in the middle of trying to get my car transported somewhere else and taken off of the truck and I promise my mind was on finding transportation and getting home to my children . Then, he was going to have me help him push my car off of the truck and into a parking space because of his knee pains. Luckily there was another guy waiting around the area we had the car taken to, who was willing to do all of the pushing! I get it but I’m a woman and if I’m paying for services I really should not have to do any physical labor. I would recommend maybe bringing another staff member along to assist and requesting the review in the beginning and ending (as a reminder) of the process. But other than that great service! Thank you!

Thank god for Chavez! I couldn’t get any tow trucks to actually come out and help us and after 5 minutes of being on the phone with one of the amazing owner's, he got a truck to me within 20 minutes, amazing crew, our driver was very nice and the truck was very clean! 1000/10 definitely recommend. I will say my experience was similar to the majority of the reviews. The initial phone call and interaction with the Service Manager set the tone. Very professional and customer service friendly. The process of requesting service and getting it went smoothly. I was promised an hour wait for driver. Driver showed up well with in that window. Driver too was great, professional and detail oriented. Got the truck delivered without a hitch. The cost of this top notch service was well below what I expected. I would highly recommend.

Called hooked to get my camaro after a accident and they where there faster then a cheetah on crack. Got my car picked up sent me pictures of everything and took good care of it till i made it there to pick it up highly recommend them!
I have used this company 4 times and I'm about to get on the schedule for a 5th(unfortunately). Once for my 94 Mazda, which was towed behind like any other car. The second car was my 1974 Corvette, I *needed* a flatbed. Which I was really worried about as a tow behind would destroy it. I got on the phone with Jeff the owner, he assured me that a flatbed was no big deal and they handle cars that need flatbed tows all the time. That tow went smoothly. The 3rd time was the 94 Mazda again.. the front brakes weren’t releasing as they should and they were burning themselves up and overheating. Pulled over, looked up closer options. But I chose Hooked because I trusted them. They got to me as soon as they could, about 20-30 minutes I think, I was up in sun valley and they’re waxhaw based. (They beat my own ride home to me) The 4th car was a 05 Infiniti that also needed a flatbed (radiator was kinda falling out). Now unfortunately, my 5th tow... Also my 74 Corvette after a brand fell on it and broke the windshield damaged the Apiller, body, and squished the door messing up the perfect spacing. (Photo attached) Edit, my 5th tow went great. This was the longest tow I’ve used them for, 27 miles. Everything went fine without a problem(minus my broken car, but that was the branches fault) (y’all can tell which photo is from which trip). I have no problem calling them again, but I hope I never have too!

Could not say anything but awesome service that we received when our trailer came unhooked from our truck last week. When 3 other tow companies said they couldn't come help us, Coulwood called back promptly after I sent him the pictures to help us. They were so careful loading, towing and unloading our trailer. This was a total disaster, and I will never recommend East Coast Towing. My appointment was at 9AM at Fred Anderson KIA. ECT changed time to 10AM. I called the ETC shop 5 times during the day because they never showed up, and they always made up excuses. Finally, at 3:30PM my wife contacted a young woman at ECT who was surprised to hear that her boss (a man) had told me 45 minutes earlier that she was “7 miles away.” He clearly lied. He also lied to me and my son when he said he would reduce our bill by $50, but the made up more excuses for only reducing it $40. Poor service, untrustworthy personnel (except the woman), and totally unprofessional (except the woman).
Got a flat tire after hitting something on a country road and couldn't safely get the spare out on so I had to call a tow truck. Dispatch was helpful, but I was told I would get a call about 10:15-10:30 when my car was about to be picked up for the tow. Driver did not call. I called dispatch to check on it and was informed the car was on route to my home and should arrive in 20 minutes and the driver would call me when he arrived. Over an hour passed before the car arrived (past midnight). The driver did not call that time either. The only reason I knew he was here was the back up beeps from the truck. I went outside and stood outside the drivers side door for a minute before he acknowledged I was there. He got out of the truck, walked by me and started to let down the vehicle at the bottom of my driveway way, I had to shout for him to stop so I could ask him to drop the vehicle in the cul de sac should I could more easily change the tire in the morning, which he obliged. He lowered the the ramp of the truck and then reversed my vehicle down the ramp and drove it to the spot I asked with a completely flat tire on the rim. Not sure why I paid extra for a dollies for an all wheel drive car if that is how he was going to move it. Maybe I'm missing something here, but the rudeness is one things (I get it's no fun driving a wrecked in the middle of the night), but why drive my vehicle any distance with a completely flat tire on the rim???

My son lives at UNC and we are in a different town. He needed a tow from his breakdown spot in CH to the mechanic in Durham but had to be at a specific time since he has classes. I called in one morning needing a car towed and they were able to offer me a towing service in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced, prompt and efficient. This was the best experience I've had with calling for help with my car. My car wouldn't start so I called for help with a jump start. He jump started my car and let me know what was likely the issue with my battery. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get money from me, he was knowledgeable, communicative, on time, and helpful. I'm definitely saving his number for the future.

My dads truck broke down at night about an hour from home. I called a few towing companies in the area, but most said they couldn’t help because it was a weekend night and told me to call back in the morning. Thankfully, one of them recommended All Over Towing. They were polite, efficient, and very informative from the start. They responded quickly and arrived at my dad’s location in under 30 minutes. Crooked thieves that take advantage of a situation. Our driver had parked at this location for months, along with many other drivers and without warning the truck and trailer was towed. Called by the owners of the property, All Over Towing took advantage of this situation. See the bill! $1200 for a few miles, then $150 to park/store for less then 24 hrs plus a $50 administrative storage fee. This should be illegal. It’s price gouging. And shame on the owners of this property. Allowing trucks to park for months, then no signs, no warning, they get towed. You be the judge…
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I needed my car towed sooner than later and I called All Over Towing and Bill Smith arrived in less than an hour. He was so nice and considerate and did a great job getting my car to the Auto shop! I am so grateful and definitely recommend this company!

They arrived on the accident scene in a short period of time. They transported my vehicle to the body shop where I asked and provided me with the paperwork for my insurance at that time.

I was attempting to drop my truck off at my mechanic for service and broke down along the way. I was so close (maybe 1 mile) from reaching my destination which was so frustrating to say the least. So the next morning I woke up called M.A.S. Towing and spoke to Cecile, she was so pleasant and kind,and told her my situation. She quickly sent Eric out in the rain to deliver the truck for me. There customer service is outstanding. Dispatch was upfront with the price of my tow. There were constant text and a call from the driver to let me know exact time of arrival. I would not call anyone else if I was in need of a tow agian in the future.
This is by far the best tow company I’ve ever dealt with. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes of my call to them. Tim, the driver was extremely kind and professional. Absolutely rude: they were called via AAA, and did not know how AAA works - vehicle does not have to belong to me, I just have to be riding and with the vehicle (this was verified with a AAA supervisor). Also, did not understand that I had a different mode of transportation due to my dog being present. They did not consult me about my desire for towing before leaving/closing my service request and then refused to tow. Therefore I had to call AAA back and start the process over to get a different towing company. Would not recommend this company.
I was four hours from home. Had a flat tire on a 16 foot box truck. The service from Maddie and Tony were outstanding. Located where I was and got me back and running within an hour. Would highly recommend.
When contacted by Stephen, said he'd be at my house to take flar tire off and replace with my donut spare. He said he'd be here in 25 minutes. Arrived earlier. Then got his tools needed out and went to work. He had successfully completed the swap out in 15 minutes and then he was on his way to his next service call. Superior service. Highly recommend.
Watkins was dispatched through AAA and they quickly called to let me know Kevin(driver) was on his way and should be at my location in 30 mins or so. Kevin was great to deal with, he quickly loaded up the car and took it to the tire shop as requested. Easy to deal with, prompt, professional and would recommend to others.

DJ with ERS Towing & Recovery was very prompt after receiving my request this morning. He called to let me know that he has received the call and also to let me know where I was in his lineup. He called when he was on the way to my location. He was professional and helpful while taking off my flat tire and replacing with the spare tire. He informed me of safety information that I would need as I head to my next location. He was very personable and helpful. Would recommend his service again!
I walked outside after work to a flat tire. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. I was blessed to encounter DJ! He actually called me while I was still on the call with roadside. He had outstanding phone etiquette. His punctuality was on point. He was very knowledgeable, proficient and showed great compassion and concern.
