Got a call from my kiddo she was in a wreck off the 101, she didn’t know what to do but cal dad so dad got busy. Located Tim’s towing and they were awesome and very prompt and understanding. Went found my kiddo she said driver was great, loaded up the car and it was a flawless and simple pick up and drop off, I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I know who I’m calling Tim’s towing!

Called Tim's Towing on a Friday afternoon around 3:25pm, as I had a split in my sidewall and needed the car towed to Discount Tire before they closed at 6pm. I would like to thank Poly for the amazing!! Service! I had just purchased a car on Facebook Marketplace and after completing the deal I was so fortunate to get in contact with Poly. Fantastic service and very professional! Helped me with towing after a car accident and another friend of mine a couple months prior.
I had a blow out and my tie rod busted all in one shot and ended up on the sidewalk. I didn't wait very long for him to arrive, he was able to get my car hauled and he was nice enough to just charge me for the hitch since I was so close to home. That was my first blow and having to call a tow, I would happily use their service again if I needed too.

UPDATE: They saved us again! Broke down a mile from the wedding venue and they were literal angels and got us there on time still and even picked us back up after! They’re a family owned business, so no matter who you get, you will be in such good hands! We were SO pleased with our service. Albert is absolutely amazing and so reliable! He was so professional and very sweet! We had 4 other tow trucking companies canceled on us and then Emergency Towing and Transport showed up like a knight in shining armor! We are so grateful for them and will only use them from now on!
Robert showed up in about 40 minutes to give me a tow. I was stranded at noon 100 degreea at the farmers market after purchasing frozen meat. He had me sit in the a/c while we talked about the car problem. He was super helpful and asked questions that sounded like I had a battery issue. He jumped my battery and it started right up! He gave me tips on how to get my battery replaced under my warranty. I was so very happy and relieved. Robert is awesome!

We were stranding one hour outside of Phoenix in a 23 ft RV. We got the number for Emergency Towing from another towing company that didn’t have a big enough rig to help us. We had already called 4 other tow companies without success. Albert rescued us from the blazing AZ sun after we broke down at 4:45 AM. He arranged for a mobile mechanic to meet us at the tow yard and we were back on the road that day! This company is owned by good people, highly recommend.
So my car died on today one of the hottest days of the summer week at my workplace. I called Emergency Towing and I loved how fast and reassurance they were with me on the phone. They send out Albert right away and he came fast. Albert checked it out and let me know it wasn't a big issue and reassured with me it wasn't too big of a car issue. He let me know what was the issue and how to get it fixed. Honestly, I was thinking of the worst but Emergency Towing has a great team for coming through right away and calm, because I wasn't right away but satisfied with my service.

Ok so Dispatcher Austin, and Tow Brandon, where awesome. Brandon was on top of it and very friendly, guy definitely should get a raise with how good his service was. I pump the brakes a bit here though the contractor that was above Austin was absolutely awful and deserved a 1 star,. Austin though was clear with his information and resolved all my confusion that was caused by the contractor that gave Bronco our tow ticket.

Our driver was great. He instantly showed what he was competent and knew what he was doing. He took care of my car and made sure it was safe on the trailer. We got it home safe and sound. Driver arrived promptly within the time quoted , got my vehicle to the destination, swiftly and safely. Driver was friendly. Only minor issue was that they did not call 10 minutes before arrival like my insurance said they would… But that did not cause any problems for us. I would say it took right around an hour from the time I submitted the request to my insurance, until my vehicle was at home, 15 miles from where it broke down. Quickest tow I’ve ever gotten.

I called them because I was in a vary bad situation it was raining and the person I talked to told the driver the wrong direction they quoted something extremely high but I didn’t have any other chose so I greed the driver finally show and informed me that the drop off location was not what he was told he started yelling at me because I Questioned it and his words was “ I don't have to tow it you can figure it out” he called him boss and his boss said Its my fault for giving them wrong directions they charged me 160$ extra because of there mistake. Tried talking to his boss to try to help me out since again its not a situation anyone expects to be in I Just don’t understand why are you so rude if you hate your job there is other careers to be in.Vary ride driver and vary rude boss. I recommend ANY other company but them!

Five star provided excellent service getting my car to the shop from the minute I called to the time it was delivered. They provided great communication every step of the way. Angie, dispatcher, very freindly and knoweledgeble, quickly got me a quote to come from Tucson to tow me back. The driver, Jorge, (George) was exceptional! Great company! Needed my car towed twice within 24 hours and both times was given a 30 min estimate on time: and they were! One of the tows I even made an appointment the night before to have my car picked up at the dealership and brought to MY mechanic and they had it there on schedule! My guy Tom with 101Towing was a wizard. It took him a while to get dispatched, however... My keys were locked in my truck in a way out harry spot at Lake Pleasant. Tom got right to me and had my truck open in literally 5 minutes without damage. Tom your a badazz man THANKS! Will recommend.

Texted AAA roadside at 300pm at my residence. Tow driver Patrick called about 10 minutes later. Took about 15 minutes to arrive. 5 minutes to coast the car out of the driveway and secure the car on the flatbed . Patrick takes his job seriously, knows what he is doing, and was above average on everything. Had to make it to the mechanics property before 500pm. Arrived in 15 minutes with 15 minutes to spare. My experience with 101 towing was extremely positive and I am greatful for Patrick to care for my vehicle.

Rick is great, he is really professional and very fast he works really hard to give you an excellent experience, and price was way better than other places I called. I had to tow 2 of my cars at once and he didn’t hesitate to help me with exactly how I needed and he even went above and beyond what he had to. He's a really good and nice guy, I recommend him for every tow you need he’s seriously the only one I’m gonna call from now on.
Rick was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to take care of my truck when I caught a flat in a bad spot. He arrived quickly, safely put the truck on his, and delivered myself and a friend of mine to a tire shop nearby. There, he stayed and assisted in getting the tired patched- to ensure that we were not stranded. I would encourage anyone in need of a tow to call here, you will be taken care of!!

He is a stand up guy. This company Heart Rentals who lease Tesla Rideshare rentals provided the most horrible service to me, neglected to provide me all adapters needed to charge their car any where, I would be in areas where I could not make it to a working charge station to meet their 10% charge limit or they would tax you $30 (in addition to $5 tax to get a fast charge), so you literally have to stop doing whatever it is you are do in my case working to charge their car, and they made it possible so you could not do that and may end up stranded needing a tow like me late at night and they are so arrogant, rude, inconsiderate of others and in the way they do business, want to claim you to be negligent when this happens, not take accountability, responsibility and put it on you to try and ruin everything you work for. Well him being a stand up guy made a positive difference by not supporting them. The kind of person you want in a emergency.

If I could give them 5+ stars I would. Extremely fast, communicative and efficient company that is easily accessible and have no problem with helping their customers. Locked my keys inside my car and was told I'll be receiving assistance shortly. Robert was big help as he was swift and efficient when working with my car as I have a difficult model. Nonetheless, he was able to do it under 20 minutes as I struggled for a good 2 hours trying to do it myself. Great price, service, and attitude from this company! Recommend!!!

Got a flat tire on the interstate in Atlanta, at night. Amos arrived within 5 minutes of being contacted. He was polite, and made me and my passenger feel safe in this scary situation of being pulled over on the side of an off ramp. He was fast and very efficient! We were lucky to have him.

Responsive and friendly service from helpful employees! I have used their services to move my fifth-wheel camper and to level the camper.
We've used these guys on quite a few occasions for our fleet of rental cars. They're always pretty responsive, and the pricing is always fair proportional to the amount of work and distance we ask of them. They've also helped us out of binds when it's late at night, or a car is in a sketchy area, they find a way to get it taken care of for us. With over 200 cars in our fleet, they're one of the primary tow companies we call on these days.
My son was stranded at 10pm and nobody was picking up, but I got ahold of these guys and they got to me fast, did the job quick, and pay was an easy process. I have them saved in my contacts now!!
I had a great experience with Apache Junction Towing! Although I didn't use their service directly, I called them for a stranded person outside my living complex who locked their keys and car inside their vehicle. The guy who answered was super friendly and helpful! He even contacted me later to let me know what happened to the poor stranded soul. My Father dodged an accident, but he blew his tire. Sonic Towing just happened to be there. When my Father got out of his truck, he was shaken up. Sonic Towing noticed that he was shaken up and told my Father to sit down. Sonic Towing, even gave my Father a ride home, when Sonic Tire was leaving Planet Fitness, on their personal time. Companies don't do this on their own time. They then went home and got their tow truck and brought the truck home and changed the tire. This is a 5 Star, "A" Plus company.

If I could give more stars I would! Our bus broke down on the highway late in the evening. We called every other 24 hr tow company and roadside repair service around and noone would come before 8am the next morning. BD'AZ Towing was the only one willing to assist us and drive us over 100 miles to our preferred destination! Definitely the best all around!
Our newish diesel pusher RV cratered the driveshaft at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. The day was pretty much a nightmare until finally BD’AZ got the call about 930 pm. They worked hard to make sure they brought the right equipment, they communicated very well with text and phone and rolled up 1030 that night. The very professional operator said give me the keys and told me to go home as he had it all handled. What a treat and a relief! He texted when mission accomplished. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them now just based on the service alone!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one. Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism. I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!
My Porsche 911 was stranded at a gas station in Mesa with an engine issue leaving it without power. I called Priority Towing and was greeted with a polite dispatcher who took my information and gave an accurate ETA of one hour. She called a few minutes later informing me of a $50 charge due to my vehicle's low ground clearance and extra work involved, which l appreciated so l wasn't caught off guard. Kenny arrived within the hour and had my 911 on the flatbed within a few minutes. He was professional, polite and took care to ensure my car was safely loaded. He had planks and blocks ready to ensure my Porsche wasn't damaged during the process. Upon arriving to my home, the vehicle was offloaded within minutes. Kenny kindly helped me position the car so it wouldn't interfere with neighborhood traffic. The entire process was quick, easy and hassle free. The bill was a little pricey at $237, but given how professional both the tow operator and dispatch staff were, l felt it was worth it knowing my car was in good hands.

They came a got me off the freeway in the middle of the night. When I explained that I had limited funds they worked with me on the price. The guys that came out were very pleasant and efficient. These guys are a Godsent.

AAA had me waiting for over 2 hours with a heat advisory and in a very sketchy neighborhood. When I called for an update they told me I would have to wait at least another hour just to get a truck dispatched and there was no guarantee that it would only be an hour, it could possibly be longer. I couldn’t wait any longer so I looked for some towing companies and called a few and was told it would be at least an hour wait. I came across the number for DHS Towing and when I called the dispatcher said he could have a driver there in 20 minutes. I agreed and sure enough a driver was there in 15 minutes. DHS had great customer service and even though I hope I never need them again I will definitely use them again if need be and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asks. Thanks DHS!
Best tow experience I’ve had! Johnny was very friendly and a genuine guy, was quick and provided excellent service. All in all great company, got to me in around 20 min, and was one of the cheapest tows I’ve had so far. Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent company. They were timely, showed up exactly when they said they would and professionally handled my vehicle. On top of that, their rates beat the competition. I called 5 companies checking rates and DHS offered the lowest one, beating all the others by far. Israel is one of a kind. I was traveling through Phoenix on a work trip and ran into some issues with my vehicle after leaving the airport. After driving to a certified dealership and being told they wouldn’t be able to help me for two weeks, I was at a complete loss. I knew I wouldn’t make it home, 4 hours away, with my vehicle driving the way it was so I started calling local tow companies. After over a dozen calls to a bunch of companies that didn’t want to help, I landed on a page for Israel’s service. I called him and he went above and beyond to get me back on the road. He met me in person, took one look at my car, diagnosed the issue, and got me back on the road. I highly recommend his knowledge and experience if you catch yourself stranded in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Thank you for saving my day and my week Israel!
