GREAT experience with this company! My car decided to have issues on my trip from Cape Coral to Sun City. Called for a tow after my car broke down on the interstate. Talked with Louis where I was immediately met with his friendly demeanor and empathy regarding the stressful situation I was in. After retrieving my vehicle, he even took the time to look at the engine with me to help identify any problems he saw and recommended what to have the mechanic focus on. The driver was terrific. Understood our mechanical issue and tried to help resolve it before loading the car on the flatbed. He then took great care to make sure the car was properly hooked-up and secured in place. On arrival at the repair shop, he located the car in the right spot to be parked outside, overnight, so that it could easily be pushed into the mechanics bay the next morning. An intelligent, considerate individual that just did a great job all around !

The best of the best! They were called to tow my truck due to me not being able to retrieve the spare tie from under the truck. When he arrived he figured out how to lower the tire and he also changed the tire for me. Outstanding company.
The tow truck service agent arrived with ten minutes of me placing my call. This was forty-five minutes sooner than originally expected. The driver was quick and had my vehicle at my mechanic's shop within 10 minutes. Excellent service.
Amazing help when I needed it! Attempting to turn around in an unfamiliar location during a rain storm. While backing up I slid the front passenger tire over a parking curb leaving it with no ground support! These guys were awesome, showed up quick, pulled my car and yeah no damage to my vehicle!! I called on a short moments notice and they quickly answered and arrived at my home an hour after I called them. Called and requested to have my jeep towed due to engine issues. Steve helped me out a lot. My car died on the freeway. Steve answered his phone right away and was on site in 15min! Now that's impressive. He explained that during the tow the car is coming completely off the ground. He made sure we had transport ourselves and sent photos. He helped me out again getting it out of the dealer to a cheaper shop, which saved me $1000. We chatted awhile, I think he wanted to make sure before he moved the car again. This was an unexpected level of service. What a great guy! Highly recommended

These guys were great! My exhaust system was falling off and dragging on the ground. These guys came and picked up the keys from my house, got my car from across town, and then helped me out by suggesting a repair shop. They kept my car secured at their garage overnight and then brought it the shop the very next morning and gave them all my contact information. Absolutely wonderful service.

I was stuck at a rest stop with my tire blew out I called AAA waited 2 hours just to be given the run around and have no ETA on being assigned a driver. I called around in the area and luckily found them. The driver came within 25 minutes really quickly, good customer service, and the best price.

Tow Me Orlando took my 2017 Mustang from Orlando to Jacksonville via flatbed towing after my transmission failed. He answered my call at 9:30 PM at night and by the next day he dropped it off in Jacksonville for a fair price. He was extremely easy to talk to via text and takes card payment after he completed the job which was awesome. He even included pictures of the drop off. Shelton was 5 star use this tow company and you won’t regret it. I paid $200 to have my lifted F150 to towed to Ford Dealer 16 miles away. Called in the morning today and an hour later he was hooking my truck up to tow. No issues or surprises. Good price and prompt service.
Left a message on the app. The guy called back around 12:00 told me the price and said he would be to get my car after he was done with the job he was done. 3 hours pass by now tow truck, no follow up call nothing. I called and gave him the address again, explained my situation that I've been stranded. He says ok I'll call when I'm on the way. 5 hours past no tow truck call the number back and he wouldn't answer. Left messages, no response. 6 hours I called again he answered and said I ran into an emergency that's why I didn't answer. I will be there, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I let him know my phone is low and almost dead. He said well I can't help that your phone is going dead, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I asked will it be before 9 because the auto parts store is closing at 9 and I'll be in the parking lot alone. He said I can't tell you that I'll call you when I'm on the way. Here it is the next day, still no call no truck. I have never experienced a company this unprofessional in my 43 years of leaving. I'm a manager and I would never treat my customers like this. Poor communication, ignores phone calls, did not show up. I waited because I was truly trying to do business with this company because I was referred to them. I usually don't leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I'm already in a stressful situation, missing work, while stranded with my car. This company did NOT make it better. If you're not going to help please be honest. Don't lie and keep customers waiting if you're not going to show up. That's NOT how you do business. Please don't respond saying this is not true because it's definitely true. My advice for anyone thinking about using this company, please please have a backup plan. Like my experience they never showed up after telling me he would several times, then ignoring and not showing up to help a customer who really needed help. Please look for other options or you will remain stranded as I am today. Now I am looking for a reliable company to come and pick up my car.

I did a Google search for a towing company within a mile or so of my pickup location as I needed to get my 1968 Ford Ranger moved locally a few miles to a new location and it hadn't been on the road in quite a while. I needed a flatbed tow truck as the tires were all very low and I didn't want the truck touching the road while moving at any point until I had a chance to fix it up and make it roadworthy first. Roy's Towing came up as very close and also claimed to have a flatbed towing option available. I called first and was told to text my quote request to the same number I called. I sent the specifics and mentioned I would need the tow in a couple hours which would give me time to get on-site and ready. I received a reasonable quote back and was told that it was OK to text when I got on-site. A couple hours later I texted from the pickup location and was told a deposit of half now was required in order to send the tow truck and that could be accomplished only via Zelle. Unfortunately for me I didn't have Zelle setup, and when I tried to it just hung there going nowhere. I replied back stating the situation and that I could send via Cash App or Venmo, but that wasn't an option. My contact at Roy's said cash would also work and would be needed by the driver upon arrival. I said, "No problem just give me a few to hit the ATM down the road." After I got back with cash on-hand I reached back out and I was told by the contact that he still needed a deposit to "send the truck" my way. I tried to get Zelle going again but no luck...I contacted the person again and said I could pay a bit more upon arrival, but that I had no other way to send them cash before arriving. The contact agreed to send the truck without a deposit and after about 20-25 mins the flatbed arrived! The flatbed truck was in pristine condition, well-maintained, and the driver was very professional and courteous. He got my truck loaded up with care and proceeded with the move. The driver drove carefully and well within limits, ensuring my 1968 truck arrived unharmed...I was very impressed! Also, he never once asked or was pushy about receiving payment although I made sure he received the promised amount before we left and then tipped him a good amount after service was completed. Thanks again for the service and a special thanks to the driver for taking special care of my truck throughout the haul!

I don’t write many reviews but feel the need to do so on this occasion. My son had a flat tire on his work trailer. I called a few towing companies in the area. Expert Towing actually picked up the phone (most did not) and was here within the hour. Their rates were by far the best but the customer service was even better! I can’t thank them enough for their quick response and excellent customer service!

Mitch was amazing,he stopped to make sure we were ok right after our car went off the road after veering away from obstacles right on the highway, it was divine intervention that he was there ...not only did he rescue us from a bad location where my car was but was genuinely a great authentic person. He pulled the car out with the greatest of care and concern, it was winched so well that the car was ready to drive after he rescued us. i had a delivery coming on a drop deck semi. It was a milling machine I purchased in Minnesota. I was thinking that a rollback tow truck will be the way to go. I was right. I called Expert towing after the load had left Minnesota and made arrangements for expert to help out with the unloading. They were eager to help and the driver showed up after the truck arrived and we had it off the truck and in the shop in 45 minutes. They are very helpful and friendly. Had a dead battery and they came immediately when I called Benton was friendly and polite and went above and beyond! Benton realized my battery was still under warranty, called the store, found a replacement, went and swapped my battery for a new one and then installed it. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
