Took my call on a Saturday morning and he was there to get my car within 30 minutes. He even took a look at the problem and gave me advice on the ride over to drop it off. Price was really reasonable too. Would definitely call them again if I need it.
Rick was amazing to work with, flexible along with the absolute best service and communication. Ive used many different tow companies before but have never received such great service as well as the best pricing to accommodate that. I’ve paid 70% more in pricing for less accommodation and servicing. Definitely my new go-to Tow Company for any and all a-z (A-Vega) tow needs.
Vega towing was awesome!! We had a flat and called another company who put us on hold. Called Vega towing who provided prompt service, reasonable price!!! Also brought flat bed for our AWD which worked well.

Enrique is legit! He helped me tow a car from Salt Lake all the way to Springville in a pinch. Neither I (the buyer), nor the seller knew how to get the car which was dead unstuck and on the tow. Enrique was a lifesaver and he knew exactly how to get the car from its dead position onto his truck to be able to be towed! He was quick, kind, and I even had to reschedule and he was super flexible!! 10/10 would recommend these guys for any of your towing needs (I forgot to mention they’re affordable too) 🙌🏻

Today I had Jayson help me get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler towed to the dealership in SLC from Midvale/WJ. This is the second time in 4000 miles I’ve have my Jeep overheat, and the last time it occurred it took four months to have the full engine replaced. So needles to say when it happened again late last night/early this morning, I was grateful how AAA was able to connect me with McNeil’s Towing and Jayson. It went from a 90-minute eta to a 15-minute eta, and he beat me to my Jeep as it was at a friend’s place. He was extremely helpful and looked at the engine compartment and underneath my Jeep to help me get some ideas of what the problems could be, even though he isn’t a mechanic (as he told me a few times in a fun and funny way). He made a very stressful situation better due to caring about his work, and making sure I was taken care of as a customer. He knew where to go and how to get everything taken care of for me since the dealerships are closed on Sundays. We had a fun time, great conversation, and as a consumer I felt extremely taken care of and am highly satisfied with my experience! I’d recommend Jayson at McNeil’s Towing 10/10! From the dispatcher to TJ the driver, my experience with this company was outstanding in every way. The dispatcher had a calm and friendly way about her. TJ was professional in every way. He arrived in a timely manner, he safely got me and my car off the freeway and to my destination. I could hang out with that guy he was so friendly.
Jack came and helped me after my battery completely died. I even tried to jump the car myself but it didn't work. He was super transparent and let me know exactly what to expect both in pricing and process. Marvel is awesome to work with!

Ricky was awesome. My car was stuck at a parking area on the top floor at the airport and there were cars that were in front of mine. Ricky was able to maneuver around the cars and get mine on the tow truck. Then to go down the hill of the parking area, there was a hanger making it impossible to get the car through the area. Ricky had to take the car off the tow truck, park the tow truck down the hill after the hanger, and get my car back on the tow truck. Amazing work . I bet other tow truck drivers would have gave up but Ricky was able to get my car out of there. Thankyou Ricky!!!

Excellent service. It snowed a lot and my car got stuck in the middle of the road in my neighborhood. I called Top Notch and Jeff was there within 30 minutes and had me back in my garage in about 15 minutes. He went over and beyond to take great care of my Toyota Supra and I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received and the prompt response. I highly recommend Top Notch Towing.
Worked it out so i could be towed in under an hour. The other one i called said it would be the next day. Great guy came and took care of me and my jeep. He actually offered to drive me home if i needed it from the mechanics. He took real good care of me and my jeep. Decent price too. I would definately use them again. Crossing my finger i don't need a tow, but if you don't have a choice. This company was great! I should say. That people that have no patience with someone helping people that are stranded, especially in the middle of winter should be more mindful of how they treat the tow truck that may be there once day to help you. The driver should be given props for taking people's scoffing (and that's putting it mildly) at them for blocking traffic to help someone with their car. He didn't say anything just kept doing his job. I really appreciate the tow.

Called Top Notch after another company took offence at my request to be careful with my 25 year old but newly repainted jeep. I've had service providers be careless in the past. Jeremy was pleasant and thoughtful. Understood my concern assured me he'd be careful (simple things I'd hoped to hear from the first company). Price was competitive. Don't want to need his service again soon, but I will put Top Notch as my choice when I do.

I rented their Kubota Mini Ex and dump trailer, equipment worked great and had no issues. They worked with me on equipment delivery and they were very responsive. I would definitely rent from them again.
These guys were life savers! We had contracted with another company for the rental of a skid loader and they canceled without notice (2hrs after they were supposed to deliver the equipment) when we already had time off of work and family and friends ready and willing to help us. I called late on a Saturday and Michael went WAY out of his way to help us get another machine lined up to get our project complete! Very polite, showed up on time with great equipment. Thank you again!!

Brandon had wonderful attention to detail to place a car that could not be driven exactly where we needed it to be in our driveway, even when a busted steering arm! He was professional, and very respectful to both my vehicle and my home. We misplaced our car key, and it was stuck in the garage with the wheels on an angle, so “rolling it out” was not an option as our side mirror would have hit the side of the garage opening. He was very careful to maneuver the car in alignment with the tow truck to safely and securely remove our vehicle from the garage and deliver it to the dealership to have a new key made. Mickey had to extract my vehicle from a very difficult position. The ball joint had blown, and the front tire was at a bad angle. He took the time to be very careful to get my car into position to be loaded and to load it. I was impressed by how patient and expert he was in doing his work. If he had not taken his time, he could easily have torn off the fender or messed up the bumper, perhaps even caused worse damage As it was, he did a fantastic job! And, you kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way.
I have AAA and whenever I call, they always send someone from Ogden auto towing. Which is great. They’re professional and fast. Last time I was in need because my Hyundai Veloster Clutch burned out and I needed a car tow. So I called AAA and they sent Mike from Ogden auto towing. He is the best. I love how he’s always wanting to help figure out what’s wrong with ur car. He’s very knowledgeable.
Brandon at Ogden Auto Towing went above and beyond! My parents’ car died in a tight spot and we didn’t have the key, but Brandon still managed to expertly load it onto the flatbed without a problem. I needed a car towed today. Staufers sent a quality driver who arrived early. His name was Rory and he worked efficiently while maintaining a pleasant conversation. I wish all tow truck drivers were more like Rory.
Needed a tow after an accident. I called Stauffer's directly because of having a positive experience using them in the past. Driver Dean was great... friendly, professional, careful with my vehicle and was ver safety oriented. Thanks Stauffer's!
The worst towing company ever. I hope nobody has to deal with this thieves ever, they use your bad moments to take advantage of the situation and charge crazy prices without any explanation, really bad service, I had a crash two nights ago and I was less than 10 miles from their yard, they over charged everything saying that the service was for 3 hours when it wasn’t and then the bill for the same day was over 4k this is insane, don’t ever fall for this, after we paid they were trying to take my truck hostage for their bad service, really wouldn’t ever recommend this company if you can read this, run away from them, it’s not worth your time and all things not to help they’ll try to do.

I've unfortunately had to be towed a couple of times in my life, and Rory was by far the best driver I've worked with. Kind and professional, maneuvered his flat bed around in my tiny apartment parking lot like he was driving rally, and got the job done quickly. My car is a pain in the butt because it rides really low and unfortunately made it impossible to get the tow hooks attached as you'd normally see. But Rory problem solved and got my problem child on to the bed and securely wenched in for her ride to the shop for repairs. Truly above and beyond work! I'd also like to shout out the two women I spoke to in the office who were upfront about the pricing structure and ETA- you'd think it would be the norm, but it isn't, especially when delivered with courtesy. All around, I've had an AWESOME experience with Stauffer's and I'd highly recommend them!

I've never had a faster or more efficient tow experience! Broke down on I-215, they were there within 20 minutes. In the past, I've had frustrating tows because of phone tag, bad phone service, etc. We were able to do a lot of the communication over text and I shared my location directly. It made everything really easy. The price was also literally half of what I've paid in the past. These guys do good, quick and honest work.
Excellent customer service! I had a tight timeline where I had only 30 minutes to make it to where my car was broken down. They were going to lock the gates and close promptly at 5pm. High Point Towing came to my rescue and met me there to get my car and tow it to my house. I’m so grateful that the owner helped me out in such a stressful situation. Owen of Mr. Quickpick was a lifesaver, when I was stuck 80 miles west of Salt Lake along I-80! He was very helpful in providing me the phone numbers to the dealership of my choice, so I could get things ligned up when my car arrived for repair. He also called me to keep me updated on his arrival status, and was very professional and organized. Can't beat this trusted service. I will only use them, from now on!
Wow, just awesome! My boat trailer had a bearing go out, to the point where it pretty much exploded one of the 4 tires off, rotor and all. No changing the tire to fix it. I had to leave the boat in a relatively remote area, 20 mi from the nearest anything. I then found out I have free roadside assistance from Progressive. They said they would put this 23 foot boat on a flat bed and tow it to a repair place in the city. Must've cost $300 but it was free (kudos to Progressive as well). They chose MrQuickPick as the company to tow. So great! This is a Sunday afternoon. They contacted me, texted me, and even sent me a pic of the final destination when they were done. Such great customer service. I really appreciate it. If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call without a doubt!

I hired Cameron crane service last week to lift a swamp cooler on my parents roof and I have to say I was highly impressed. I have used Wagstaff multiple times and they have always delivered with top quality service. This particular time I needed a specific item lifted into a backyard. They showed up on time with all the attachments I needed. They were in and out within an hour, I was expecting much longer.

Three stones fell off one of Wadsworth Crane's trucks as I followed it at three car-lengths at roughly 3:45 P.M. on March 10, 2025, heading southbound on I-15 before the Hill Field exit and destroyed my windshield. It seems their concern is only for those from whom they receive money, not for those in front of whom they drive. "The love of money is the root of all evil." – 1 Timothy 6:10. I was blessed to continue my reading of the Old Testament last night and receive a commandment from The Lord. Failing to recuperate the value of a replacement windshield from Wagstaff Crane will prevent me from my continuing my monthly donations to a few charities and organizations focused on helping the hungry, ill, and homeless. Ceasing these donations is a sin of omission--as such, I must continue to pay them with what is now an insufficient budget. As the Lawgiver Moses wrote in the 21st verse of the 26th chapter of the Book of Leviticus: "And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me, I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins." My calling Wagstaff in anger immediately following this incident will incur enough retribution from the Lord. I do not have what it takes to bear the weight and punishment of starving, sick, and cold children. I don't care if it goes directly to me, or if it goes straight to the charities, but Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Hope Street Coalition, and Action Against Hunger would be a lot better off if they received what are sure to be my missing donations. Please do a better job cleaning your equipment before driving to or from worksites, and do right by the children. I'm disappointed in Wagstaff Crane & Rigging

Sadly I must post an extremely negative review. What started off as a highly professional conversation and an agreement to use Wagstaff Crane Services ended with a phone call 1 and a half hours before service was to start expressing inability to set up their crane comfortably. No notice, plenty of time to survey, and an agreement to provide service ends with leaving this customer high and dry. Completely inexcusable and definitely not an appropriate way to treat a customer. Lesson learned. Insist on meeting your service provider at your site, and dont assume they will do the right thing.

Got in a car accident and they were there super fast to tow my car away. Very personable and reasonably priced.
Got a tow from Glendale to Murray. When I called they picked up immediately. Jake arrived within 30min with a flatbed. He was nice and helpful. Price was $150. Prices vary depending on your needs and distance. I’m really glad I went with this company.

The customer service was really amazing! I wish I got his name, but the kind gentleman who came to tow my car offered to help jump my car first and he had the device that my REALLY REALLY dead battery needed and gave me honest tips to help me out and just charged me for the jump. He made my stressful situation so much better and their pricing is good as well. Definitely recommend!
Dale rescued my wife, our two dogs, and I after our truck had mechanical issues on I-80. He could not have been more prompt, courteous, and understanding of our predicament. It was after 6 so repair shops were closed. We stayed in his parking lot in our camper overnight. He was back at 8am. Helped us figure out the best place to tow our truck and even towed our camper to a campground! Thank you Dale!
We ended up stranded with our truck and RV and Winterton came fast, got us all home safe, dropped our RV at our house and our truck at the shop. Not only was thier response time fast, they are super friendly, and genuinely care. Can't recommend them enough.

Had the pleasure of having Kenneth come to my rescue. Left the office after a hard day only to find my car unable to start. Kenneth showed up 30 min faster than the roadside service said he would. Called me to make sure he knew details about my location and what was happening. My parking lot is tough to find because we don't have a real address. He's the first person I know who drove right there. He even took time to look at the car before towing and gave his opinion of the issue, which the repair site address with. Was completely professional and friendly. Even took the time after dropping off at the shop to ask if there was anything else he could help with. Friendliest tow driver I've ever had.

Had Valley come out to remove a grease interceptor for me. Ben came out on his own personal time free of charge and advised best lift procedure on an outdated grease interceptor. Ben and Vick came out and got the trap out for us quickly. Highly recommended.
I worked with Ben and he was able to move my 40' shipping container into position without any troubles. It was to be placed in the proximety of a power line, so he took the initiative to contact Utah Power to make sure we could safely place the container. Getting the OK is not always an easy process, so I was grateful he took the lead in getting all of the approvals so I didn't have to worry about it. Once all that was done, he called to say let's do this, and i met him and was able to assist a little. He picked up the container swung it over a tree and placed it exactly where it needed to be in just a matter of minutes (once it was all set up). In total, he was there less than two hours. I'm very happy with the service he provided.
I work at Total Home Services in Kaysville, we had an emergency HVAC install and needed a crane asap, we called Valley Crane and they got to us same day. They were professional, kept us updated on any delays they were facing, were fairly priced and had great customer service! We will definitely be using them again for any HVAC Install needs we have. We needed our car towed to a mechanic as it was having engine trouble. Roadside assistance sent out 4WT "Daph" from 4 WHEEL TOWING LLC Called to get info and asked for a picture to help find it and sent a text to send the Picture to. No one came, and when the roadside assistance contacted us to make sure we had been taken care of (We had not). They said the tow company had sent a picture of it being picked up. It was the same picture we had sent, but seeing we were still sitting with the vehicle we had to have them reach out to 4WT. Road side told us they would need to cancel and set up with a different tow company. The Roadside Assistance told us to not send any pictures In other words it may be used to say the tow was complete

Car broke down 3 miles from my home. Evan in truck #34 got to me in a 1/4 the time the guy on the phone said it would take, got my car up onto the truck in like two minutes and got it to my house in another 7. Extremely friendly, extremely kind and understanding, and extremely competent, for quite a decent rate as well. If you ever need towing from AMS, ask for Evan if you can. Great service and if all their drivers are like this then I'd highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough great things about this company. Charlie towed our big rig, with expertise, to the main company repair facility. Tino took great care of us. I had gotten my keys locked in my gas tank at 11pm and called AAA. Josiah (Seth) was quick to arrive and went above and beyond helping us get them out! Was trying any and every suggestion and did not make us feel like we were wasting his time! When he got the keys out he celebrated with us! We got his card and will refer our friends to AM/PM towing!
The Driver got grease all over the interior of my Car and I mean all over. I'm really not a clean person about my cars but this was ridiculous. Not just one time either but on two occasions. If Tyler shows up to two your vehicle ask him to remove his gloves.
Easily the best tow company around. They offer fast, efficient, and effective services. I have used them multiple times and every operator I’ve had has been very competent, professional, and has remained cognizant of any issues or concerns that I may have had.

Start off by saying amazing customer service. My husband and I had them work on the front end of our suburban. Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Got that small town feel in a big city. Very happy with results and will definitely recommend.
Matt from Terry's towing was awesome! He was able to pull my car out as I slid off the road up Little cottonwood Canyon above tanners and below white pine. I slid off the south side of the road which has pretty good drop offs in a lot of places. Matt got up to my car as quickly as possible and was able to get it back on the road and tow it off as it was undrivable. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again in the future
John, the man that helped me with towing a vehicle, was extremely helpful. He told me the price upfront, he was very courteous, and his truck was basically brand new. The new technology this company uses is a very safe form of transporting any vehicle. Although we were getting an old disabled car taken off of the lot, I would trust this company with any of our new cars if they ever needed a tow. A+ service. Terry's Towing has been my go-to shop for annual Utah State vehicle inspections and checks. In fact, since I've owned my '96 Bronco, Terry's has been the only place for these annual checks. So when I decided to sell the truck I had one last problem to get repaired, and Terry's handled that for me in just a few days. They diagnosed the issue with the rear tailgate window lock cylinder and actuator to be a missing clip that holds the lock cylinder and actuator together. After fixing that and testing, I had it home for a very fair repair price. A day later, when lubricating all of the doors, hinges, key cylinders, etc, the tailgate window key cylinder stopped working again. I had the Bronco back down to Terry's shop the following Monday, and even though they were backed up, they had the Bronco back to me in three days. Once again, it was working as it should, and this time...no charge! Can't beat that! Again, a big thanks to Terry and his crew there for taking care of my Bronco all these years. And when I get my next project vehicle I'll bring that by for annual checks too! Keep up the great work. Five Stars for consistent service over these last 12 years!
My mom’s friend referred me to Terry’s. I’m very glad he did, once I brought my vehicle in Gary took care of me. We first started off looking at my concerns, he out of five men I asked about a leak, he told me what exactly it was and fixed it! He found a bunch of issues and informed me. He suggested what he would he would start off repairing if it was his vehicle. He called me to update me through the process and I swear it was done in two days! I wasn’t able to pick it up right away due to going out of town, but they were understanding and held on to my car till I got back. Im a Tree Climber at Affordable Tree Care as a climber. We subcontracted Laraon for a crane removal last friday. Jason was a very, very skilled operator, and tom was nothing but helpful for us. Needless to say if Larson has availability, they will be our crane on site. Period.

Wow way simple and their driver was just amazing and I didn't need to say much lol
My family broke down in the middle of night, we call service towing utah, they were very friendly, kind and professional, they recommend us a good trusted car shop, and gave us a free ride to a hotel, and the best thing, our tow invoice was very reasonable, I will recommend to everybody.
I was out treating myself to some treats for my birthday and my car wouldn’t start after one of my stops. Never experiencing this before I didn’t have a good solution. Service Towing walked me through everything and made getting help really easy. I was very grateful for their help.
My friend's car broke down and after calling Service Towing Utah they showed up within 30 minutes. Armando (the driver) was very professional and friendly and helped us to get the car towed quickly to the dealership. I appreciated that he explained every step as he was going and checked with us before doing anything. Their prices were very reasonable especially for the time of night we called and the distance. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a towing service.
Horrid service, severe lack of professionalism. Ask about their prices because they won't tell you. They over charged by the way. Skilled labor, towing is not. Truth hurts. I made the appointment to have my vehicle towed. Upon delivery the driver demand payment from the destination company, to the point of arguing with their employees. My car, my appointment, my responsibility to pay. The general manager refused to provide escalation information or other contact information, as well as resorting to intimidation tactics. Engage at your own risk. You have been warned.

Waited 3 hours. They updated their status with my insurance 2 times delaying. I called direct only to have the man that answers be incredibly rude. He cancelled my tow leaving me and my young son stranded!!!!!! My insurance says they confirmed the job within 10 minutes of being submitted. LIARS
James was awesome and the best tow truck driver I've ever dealt with. He was prompt, on time and professional. After the bad experience we had with Quick Tow, he made my night better. Pay James more to keep him there, he's good for your company.
Isa Christensen was the driver who helped me. I’m a Progressive customer and had a dead car needing towing from home to the shop on a busy evening. When I got word from Progressive that Empire’d been dispatched I followed up with them and they were courteous and informative and the wait was much less than projected both by Progressives’s estimate and by their initial one. Isa was super helpful in trying to troubleshoot getting my dead hybrid out of the garage so he could back the truck up within range and took an “i’m the hired professional, i’ll take care of it from here stance” which was comforting and useful. I handed over the keys and the car was loaded and delivered without any further effort on my part. Highly recommend.

If I could do zero Stars I would. They were rude. Condescending charge me extra days for storage. Car wasn't even at their lot for 24 hours but I got 3 days of charge. Worst company I've ever worked with will never work with this company again. This place will 100% try to scam you out of anything they can. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with the towing company. They told me it would be $250. They charged me $335. Especially the office people strong smell of weed and other substances.

My wife and I broke down on the side of the road with three crying kids in the back, on the way back from park city to Salt Lake City. Lucky enough, Dylan was 1/4 mile ahead of us helping a semi. He quickly helped us out when we needed it most. Thank you Dylan. Truly a great guy.

The dispatcher lied on the phone failed to show up at the agreed time, even though I called ahead of time. Then lied again just kept saying the driver is on the way several times. So 7 hours later never actually did anything. The dispatcher just didn’t care. Should be Bollocks not Bullocks .

Best towing company I've found! My car wouldn't start. After requesting roadside assistance through both the Progressive Insurance app and over the phone talking to a real person. I was waiting an hour and a half! Still nothing from Progressive. I called Intermountain and within 15 minutes they helped me out. Tow truck driver was highly respectful too. Never was a smart aleck unlike some tow truck drivers I've met. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Just got dropped off after a tire exploded and I was stuck with no replacement. Just wanted to leave a compliment. Cole was my driver. He was a long haul driver out of California turned tow truck driver. His skills are apparent, he was a very vigilant driver. He was also super nice to talk to and seemed to really like his job. No one wants to have to say that they had to get their car towed, as it usually follows something bad. But this being my first tow, it put me at ease. I would hope that all my drivers are equally good in the case I needed it again. Really set the bar high I think. Thanks for hiring good people.

Fabio was amazing not only did he communicate with us well he was there on time. Then after he towed our van back to our home he cleaned off the battery terminal and got it started for us! I called to schedule a tow truck to move a classic car 3.2 miles and google says 9 minutes. 1st they want to charge me 235.00 and pre-pay. What a joke. They wouldn't even answer the phone just wanted to do business via text. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere !

There hasn't been one towing company that is worth rating more than one star they're all very bad they take your car ask you to pay money to get it back it's just bad news unless you call for a tow for a flat tire or something

Had a driver named Hassan who helped us tow our car after hours. And then he took the car to the mechanic and dropped our key off and filled out our contact information. I'm so impressed with his professionalism, and grateful he went above and beyond at the mechanic.

I blew a tire on a road where there was no cell service. Someone was able to halt this passing tow truck, which was a good thing. The driver helped change the tire right there. I didn't even need a full tow. A real lifesaver.
Needed help towing a project car from my garage to the shop. The driver was careful and took his time loading it. I appreciated the extra attention to detail.
I had to tow a U-Haul trailer and didn’t know who to call. These folks handled it with no issues and explained how they’d secure it. You could tell they’d done it before.
The service was quick, cheap, and kind. The tow vehicle was clean, and the driver was quite friendly.

We had a mishap on the freeway that immediately incapacitated our car. Ty came inside the promised wait time, loaded our car, and got us towed to the repair location so quickly and efficiently that we were astounded! We’ve never had a better towing experience, and will NEVER call anyone else. Amazing!
Tye and the owner did a simply incredible job carefully flat bedding my 1958 Thunderbird show car. They took better than a half an hour to secure it to their flatbed -- so as not to damage the restored undercarriage (this is a full-on show car). They unloaded the car with the same care. I will definitely use this company to move my collection of cars. On top of their expertise, they were pleasant and courteous.
Got my car towed and was so sad. Getting married in two weeks so I’m broke but they were SOO nice. 10/10 experience with Stephen and Thane. Screw them but also thank you :)
