Needed to get a vehicle with heavily damaged windshield to the dealer. I had a limited window and Luis was very responsive, dispatched Simon to me within an hour and Simon communicated an ETA update as well as let me know when he dropped of. Great service!
These guys super great and respectful guys. Had an accident and needed my car towed and fixed. They arrived to get my car 25 minutes after I called! I needed the axel, rack n pinion, control arm, and break lines. They kept me updated the whole time. Needed the car back quick. They got my car in the shop same day. Got it back in less than 36 hrs. Car drives absolutely great.
This guy saved our Christmas! After going around and around with other companies, I decided to give him a call and I am sure glad I did. He showed up before the discussed time and helped me get out of a huge issue with our vehicle being locked and the keys in another state. Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!

I just wanted to say the driver that came to winch me out this morning did an amazing job and was very professional. He was quick to arrive. Roadside assistance quoted me almost an hour for arrival but they showed up in 25 minutes. I was pulled out in no time. Even though I was up against a barb wire fence, no additional damage was done. Great service driver was great and very helpful definitely the best towing company out there
I had scheduled a 2 PM pick up and decided to switch it last minute to morning pick up, in decent time the driver (Anthony) was there had my 20 ft boat on the flat bed. At one point the trailer was going to bottum out just slightly, i informed Anthony to just go ahead and send it. Without hesitation he calmly stopped and pulled out some skid pads insuring a clean and damage free pick up. Super precise and very professional. Best price in town.
Trevor did a great job getting my ride out of a tight spot and to the shop. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in town.
Trevor rescued me off the side of the road! He got to me quickly, and knew what he was doing. When I was in his truck I was also greeted with good manners, and pleasant conversation. Thank you Trevor!! Hopefully I never need to call again, but if I do you'll be who I call :)

I recently had an amazing experience with a professional towing company. They arrived promptly when I called for assistance, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again whenever my car needs help.
They were very quick whenever I got stuck on the side of the highway. They even offer to take me to the dealership when my ride was running behind which was nice. Thank you very much for taking care of me during this difficult time.
Great experience! Chris did a great job of taking care of the old Chevy. It has a lot of sentimental value to my wife and Chris was very polite, professional and careful. I let him know there was a blown out flat and he was able to baby the car on and off without any damage to the rim! 5 stars. A+. Will use again!

I was stuck in the mud, AAA was taking forever. Tuff Truck Towing are great people that respond quickly and professionally. Prices are fair and reasonable. They got me out of the mud and I was able to get back to work. Honestly I very thankful for this company if it weren’t for them my day would have been to ruined. I would highly recommend this towing company any day.
I recently needed my car towed as it was totaled. I called these folks and within the hour someone picked up my car and delivered it to my house. These guys don’t play! Darren was super nice and very helpful in a situation my roommate and I had with a car that got towed from a lot. Apparently the business that called to have it towed from was very rude to him and their other coworkers that came to pick it up. He offered to tow the car for cheap after we paid the impound costs since we were no longer going to be able to afford to fix her. Grade S/A+ service. Would highly recommend working with in the future!
My GMC terrain got stuck in a muddy field after an event. I had my 2 small children with me. As a parent, not a good place to be at dinner time. Darren was super kind and helpful. We had someone there to pull us out in less than the time promised. I’m super grateful we got out of there quickly and smoothly!

Cody is very respectful and their pricing is fantastic! I didn’t end up using them as planned, because another company illegally towed my car off by mistake and had to tow it back to me to return it free of charge. Had that mistake not happened, I absolutely would have used Sergio’s towing services! They are prompt, affordable, and kind!
I had a flat and used them to tow me to the tire shop in this 100 degree heat and they were great. Customer service fast and easy and the driver was very quick and efficient and overall was a nice person. 10/10 recommend their service.
I don’t leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. Today my van broke down in the middle of NW Expressway with no shoulder. Called Sergios due to proximity hoping someone could come quick. Tow driver was immediately dispatched, and the owner himself came and parked his truck behind my van until his guy got there so other drivers wouldn’t rear end my parked van. As a business owner, I understand that is going above and beyond, and I would give 11 out of 10 stars if I could.
Jay was prompt and very kind when it came to a sudden change in plans regarding my tow, the prices were by far the best around and service time was incredibly quick. 10/10 for all.
GREAT customer service. TESLA DRIVERS! We have a Tesla Model Y that recently got a flat that required a tow. Sergio’s Towing Service was so fast to come help us bring our car in to get a new tire. Dominic was very kind and informative. During the tow, one of the straps ended up breaking a valve on a different tire. We did not see this happen, but as soon as we got there with the truck Dominic told us about it and accepted responsibility to fix it. He was so up front with everything and apologetic. We were able to get it fixed quickly and get our new tire from the original flat and Dominic followed up with use multiple times the next day to ensure what he gave us covered what we owed to fix it (it did). We would absolutely recommend this company, we had a great experience and appreciated Dominic’s work and honesty! Thank you!

We called Paul's Towing - Edmond because my car wouldn't start after trying to jump it. We figured it needed to be taken into the dealership to be looked at and that something more problematic may be happening. JW came out and put his jumper cables on and it started immediately. He suggested it was most likely a battery issue like a light being left on accidentally or something and said we could save a lot of time and money if rather than towing it I took it to have the battery checked out. He offered to follow me to Auto Zone to make sure I got there safely and to have it looked at which I thought was SO nice of him! Turns out it WAS the battery and everything else checked out ok! JW saved us money and saved me TIME today by not having to have it towed and sitting at the dealership which is 25 minutes away from us. Thank you, thank you Paul's Towing! Brandon helped me out with the tow when my car wouldn’t start. Over the phone he was very clear about the (surprisingly prompt) timeline in which he could arrive at my location, and he stuck to it. Once he arrived, he made a great first impression by running through some common troubleshooting ideas to fix my issue and potentially save me money. It was a pretty tricky issue, though, so we ended up loading my car on the truck. He was very considerate at that point, too, making sure my tires didn’t tear up the lawn I had been partially parked on. He drove very safely to the service center after that. I would recommend Brandon and the company to anyone in need of a tow.
I am very grateful for Paul providing his car towing service. I had just bought an all electric car and was getting used to the charge capacity. Well, I ran out of juice a small but decent distance from my home. Luckily, I was able to park out of harm's way very easily without excess stressful labor from pushing. From home later on, I called Paul's Towing Service and immediately was in contact with Paul. They were waiting for me at my destination. This process was super fast and pleasant. They are extremely smart and well-skilled. They offer a wide, diverse array of services too. I highly recommend them to everybody.

Some jerk had my car towed from in front of my house to Allied impound yard and when I went to get it the battery was dead so I had to have it towed back to my place. Called several other tow services and they either didn't pick up or told me they would call back. Swift Recovery answered right away and gave a good and fair price. They are quick and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!

My husband and I were hauling our pontoon boat from the lake back to Tulsa when we experienced a tire blowout on the boat trailer. We were on the Muskogee turnpike. With the help of our State Farm insurance agent, we finally found someone who was willing to come out ASAP and that someone was David with Swift Recovery and Towing. He arrived within 15 minutes and everyone else quoted 3 hours or longer. He removed the tire and headed to Tulsa with phone in hand trying to find a replacement tire. He was back within 45 minutes and quickly mounted the tire and we were on our way. He was an angel in our eyes: fast, professional and courteous!!!

My experience was amazing! A gentleman named Randall came to help us, and he was very quick. He was very knowledgeable, and he had a great personality, and was so eager to share information with us on what was going on with our car that he could see and things to help in the future, he’s wonderful I recommend him I recommend this company. I also appreciate that soon after I put in my request for roadside assistance, somebody called quickly from bronco towing to let me know an ETA and get more information from me. The lady who called told me that the tow would be there in 30 minutes. Randall showed up in about 10 to 15 minutes.so fast! Wonderful, wonderful wonderful service. I had to ask for a card just in case I need any kind of service in the future. Highly recommend.

I just want to give a shout out to a's transportation services. I called so many towing companies and no one would work with me paying cash. I needed my toolbox towed. Shawn wrapped my box to ensure it would be delivered in great condition. Their service was very fast. I would recommend this company all day. I appreciate everything a's transportation did for me.
Ben met me out in the field where my tractor was dead as can be. He carefully winched it out of the tall weeds and into a good place where he could load it on his truck. He was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled in his work. He even figured out a way to lower the tractor off his truck just enough to sit the brush hog onto my trailer. Highly recommended.

Great service. Great looking vehicles. When I called the rental agency to get road side assistance they said an hour. Todd called me almost immediately saying he would be there in 11 mins. Great guy super nice and fast service. I was impressed how fast he worked and attention to detail to make sure he was still careful with the car.
Julie saw that my car died and she turned her tow truck around to help me. I had my granddaughter that day. She look at my car to see if she could get it to start. She dropped it off at the shop and took the key to give to them. She was a blessing to me that day. I appreciate her turning around from wherever she was going. Towed my motor home 9 miles, time from arrival to delivery at repair center was about an hour and 15 minutes, charged $910, $210 of which was “fuel surcharge “ and the other $700 was the two hour minimum. In spite of me describing my motor home, it’s location in a storage facility to the Farrington dispatcher, they assigned a huge tow truck which was way over the need and presented difficulties in accessing my vehicle. The driver said he was given no details but was assigned because he was in the area. He indicated that this was a normal operational procedure. I had to hook up my tow strap and use my pickup to pull the motor home into a position that he could access. The driver was courteous, helpful, and professional. He steered the motor home while I towed it into position which might not have been necessary if the dispatcher had listened to me but it was parked in a less than optimal position, frankly. If I ever have to do this again, I won’t be calling these guys, they gouged me enough that I can’t give them a recommendation.
These guys did an awesome job all the way around! They were friendly, accommodating, punctual, communicated well throughout the entire process and we're reasonably priced! I would definitely refer them and will for sure be calling them the next time we need a tow!

I was helping a friend who had gotten his excavator stuck. After several unsuccessful attempts using other equipment to pull out the excavator, my friend called Farrington Towing and Recovery. Jonathan arrived in a timely manner and once he looked over the area he moved his truck into place, hooked up the cables and a short time later, the excavator was unstuck and operational again. Jonathan seemed VERY experienced and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to get the excavator out. Jonathan was also very professional through the entire process. If I need a Towing or Recovery service in the future, I will definitely be calling Farrington Towing and Recovery.

Kind on the phone, timely in response, and the driver (Timothy Clark) was very cautious and courteous with my vehicle. I had two tires on the rim, he laid down straps on the road so that my rims wouldn't get damaged as the truck got pulled onto the lift. Makes all the difference in the world to get that sort of treatment on a rough day.

The guy who miraculously appeared and help us out of a control arm falling jam was amazing! The truck I was in could have easily been damaged more if it weren’t for his precision and patience. Never again the driver can't drive a tow truck. We told him the front end is locked up and so he hooked it to the back. Then he popped the front tire. Then when he brought it to my house he almost hit my other truck. Then he jumped out and demanded payment. Then when I called the company and asked why we were having to pay for a tow because he already did damage to the truck. The dispatcher called him and told him that I told her that he hit some cars. Which was a lie. Then the guy got in my husband and his friend's face and said that they called the company and when I told him I did he accused me of being drunk and refused to leave after he was paid. I ended up calling the police. I highly advise not using this company apparently they don't check out their drivers.
This was the worst towing experience I have ever had. We called this company at 4pm. They told us it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour. After a hour (5pm) we called back to find out they had our location inputs incorrectly and they were trying to find our vehicle at the location it was supposed to be dropped off at. We were told he was in route and would be there soon. At 6pm where we were called by the truck driver who asked for our location and said he would be there “soon”. At 7pm we called the driver again who stated he was trying to located us. At 8pm we called once more and while still sitting with our vehicle were told he was on site. There was no tow truck in site. Finally about 10-15 minutes later the tow truck arrived and even though we waited roughly 4 hours we still paid $250 to have it towed 25 minutes away. This is unacceptable service. There communication was very lacking.
THEY BEAT PROGRESSIVE ROADSIDE IN VALUE Progressive : 175 Them : 150 The wait was a bit long. But that was not the companies or drivers fault. Company stated they had trouble with the previous client before my pickup. Without giving details i verified with the driver they were telling the truth and were not lying just to stack up clients in a waiting que. The driver was awesome. Quick. Hard working. kind. 5/5
UPDATE: I had a car problem again and Tow Mate was dispatched again. This time I was immediately contacted by TM and then the driver. He arrived timely and got my vehicle where it needed to go. Props for making it right Tow Mate. I called AT&T roadside assistance and they had Tow Mate as the tow place to get my car. The time was 2:01. The time estimate showed originally 3:01 then showed 2:30. Nice. Except no, by 3 I called. They said 4:30. Called at 4:30. They said 4:50. Went by my car by 5:45 it was still not picked up. Called AT&T at 6 when my car was still sitting there. They showed up while I was on the phone with AT&T. My frustration was at the lack of communication put forth. I had to constantly call back for information. I can only imagine how they can get backed up and hit snags. I get it. Please proactively communicate with customers is all. The driver was super kind and quick once he got there.
Worst towing company in the state of Oklahoma!!! Waited 6 hours for a tow!! No phone call, didn't answer the first few times i called!!! Then when i did get ahold of someone, i get yelled at and cussed at!! I'll definitely never call this company ever again. Save your money go somewhere else. There's plenty of other companies in this town that'll treat you better.

This company is a scam. Do NOT use under any circumstances! They will bs you on arrival times and basically steal your car, then make you pay more to "get it out of impound". Their own inpound. then pay for another tow from their inpound lot to the original location lmao. My situation was a simple tow 15 mins away. It did not involve the police or anything. Totally dishonest

They make it hard to get you vehicles out if impounded even if you got a temporary tag and proof of everything they still tell you, you have to go to the d.M.V or the tag office so they can. Get their own thing going and try to help you lose your car
They were quick about getting me my vehicle, they were damn sure cheaper then tank n tummy towing which I suggest you never use or hopefully don't get stuck with them towing your vehicle. The guy was even decent enough that when I got there it was right before midnight so by the time he took my money the payment went up cause it was after midnight and he didn't make me pay that cause I was there before midnight so that was nice of him. Person on the phone was extremely rude - just said "were a roadside assistance company" and hung up on me. Complete lack of professionalism or compassion. Jose got to my location sooner then his ETA. He assessed my situation fairly quickly and got me back on the road in record time, that I know of. Jose was a very polite understanding and I guess going above his call of duty on this job. I highly recommend y'all calling this service to get a recovery. They pulled my big truck out of a ditch, my mistake, they fixed it very fast. Our truck would not staying running to get to the repair shop so Tim with Speedy’s came to help us. He did a great job manipulating the truck from our driveway under tree to get it loaded. He loaded it and delivered it to the repair shop. Service was very prompt.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of breaking down with my semi truck, but thankfully José Garcia was the tow truck driver who came to help. From start to finish, he was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my truck with care, worked quickly but safely, It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who combines skill, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to doing the job right, but José absolutely delivered. If you need a tow, especially for something as big as a semi, I would highly recommend José Garcia. He’s a true professional and one of the best tow truck drivers I’ve come across.
