It was a busy morning for your company so it was a little bit of a wait which your driver apologized for. He took extra care of my classic 1966 Plymouth barracuda, and it was very much appreciated. Great service!! My tire went flat on the highway over night and Dakota came in a timely manner and was kind and understanding. Also, it didn’t take long for him to change it. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends and will be using their service again!
Mike arrived on time. He was very careful about looking at our weird situation from all angles before deciding how to raise our car in the manner which caused the least chance of any body or structural damage. Called Jim’s Big Tow because my Prius shut down due to a faulty crankshaft sensor. Phone was answered quickly and professionally. Was given a no pressure quote. Jon A. called after being dispatched to let me know his ETA. He was extremely nice and professional. Took great care of my car while being towed and in his possession. They come in a very timely manner from when I called. It was a long haul to get me back home and my car where I wanted it. The driver was very professional and was an enjoyable talk and ride back home given the circumstances. Not sure who my driver was. I never asked his name. I would highly recommend using them if you need towed and who ever my driver was.

I highly recommend Big Master. While I was at a business appointment, my car battery died and I needed a jump start. Loaded with care, cuz my car is precious and came within 30 min even tho they said it could have been an hour. Called Santa Fe when Jackson Tow was already 90 min late.
Shout to McCain! My daughter decided to curb check my car at her dad's house and blew a tire. After 2 hours of trying ourselves to change out the tire, we called Santa Fe tow. McCain arrived in about 30 minutes and had the tire changed out with the spare in like 15 minutes. Definitely would have saved us our time and sanity by calling Santa Fe Tow first. Thank you Santa Fe Tow and McCain for not only changing out the tire, but rescuing us and restoring our sanity!!!!
Their service was top notch. The allowed me to put part of the payment on my debit card and part in cash, understanding that the need for tow service can come completely out of the blue. AND the driver arrived in about 7 minutes...super fast!

Our driver, Robert, did an excellent job! Was so helpful and courteous with us. Would highly recommend thus company and especially Robert as your operator.
Ricky was an absolute saint! He exhausted every single option to help me be able to drive my car out of the tow yard. He helped move all the tires around, find tires that could fit. It really feels like he saved my life today. I’d say if you need him for mechanical stuff he’s your dude!
Getting my car out of the garage was no easy feat since the shifter cable broke, but Joe and Jesse made it smooth and easy. They're both super nice and took great care of my car plus their competence eased my anxiety about getting it pulled out the door without damage.
Nobody wants to be stuck on the side of the road, especially when you're melting from the 90 degree heat! We called our insurance, but their ETA was 143 minutes. So, absolutely not! We then called Henry's towing and they said estimated time 45 minutes. Way better! And they arrived in about 20 minutes, even better. Robert, our driver was efficient, and considerate. We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel on a 90 degree Sunday on July 5th. After struggling with it for 45 minutes by ourselves, I called Larry and he was there in less than 10 minutes! He was very friendly and had the tire fixed in no time! We praise God for Larry! !

They were very sweet and helpful! They called to let me know when they were close and then called again to let me know when they dropped my car off. Where my vehicle was it was not only in a tight spot but it also would not go into neutral unfortunately and they never once made me feel as if it was an inconvenience to them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow! Super kind people!
One star is for the call and only the call if you pay for roadside assistance and they call these people expect to wait for 2.5 to 3 hours after they send you the text saying 60 to 90 min. No use for the people. You are full of crap. I have all the times on my phone so you think what ever you want to make you feel good about yourself. No further business from me or anyone I know. I used Finley River Towing through my AAA membership. I had originally asked for my vehicle to be towed. Brody was able to jump start my vehicle allowing me to drive it to be serviced instead of having to be towed saving each of us time and effort. Brody was very kind and friendly. Got my camper wedged between a tree and a retaining wall on a late arrival after hours. They came out late and spent extra time and effort to avoid doing any additional damage other than what I'd already done. It took experience and knowledge with a large dose of customer concern to get me out of the mess I was in. Considering the time of night, and the amount of time spent, I felt the price charged was certainly reasonably generous.

I am from out of state and stationed in Oklahoma. I had the unfortunate event of breaking down in Missouri. However I had a good feeling when I called for help, and Cody said he would be there in 20min. I think he might of taken 15min and immediately started to check on us and prep. He was highly professional and courteous. Made sure getting my family inside the truck and safety was also very important. Even once we were all loaded up and set he helped call shop after shop until one said they could take us in that day and help us. I feel he did amazing and above and beyond for helping us. Super patient and personable. Lost my new car in an accident 2 weeks after purchase. Ran into some hurdles with insurance company. Tried to cancel the tow through my adjuster but adjuster never contacted them. Danny showed up and waited until I was able to get ahold of carrier and obtain final permission for the vehicle to be taken. Super kind and gracious with his time.
These gentlemen were the upmost helpful people I have ever dealt with in the towing industry ever. What can i say about this company. My girl was involved in a accident on I 35 not only were they there quickly but they went out of their way to make sure she was safe and had a place to wait for me to arrive. My car broke down and the company was very punctual. Josh called me almost immediately after I placed the call for a tow and provided me with an eta. While waiting I realized I was accross the street from an auto zone so I went and purchased a battery. I was getting ready to install it when Josh arrived and offered to help in any way he could. Offering tools, and extra pair of hands, or whatever i needed. After the installation of the battery my car started and he cheered that I got it working. He wasn't upset that I no longer needed the tow and gave me a Keychain for future reference. People like Josh is what brings people back to businesses. While driving through on a road trip from MN, we encountered an issue with our vehicle. We pulled over in Fordland at Dollar General and asked who around here does towing and we were recommended Yates Boys Towing by the locals at DG. Upon calling, a truck arrived within 30 minutes, bringing our vehicle and three people on a road trip to Pep Boys in Springfield, the only open place at the time. The rate was very reasonable, and the driver was very friendly, even offering to drop us off at our hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage, so we opted to wait. Fortunately, Pep Boys was able to inspect our vehicle the same night and determine that we could still drive it, even if the problem needed fixing. So We want to extend our thanks to the people at DG who recommended Yates Boys and to Yates Boys for their prompt service. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again if I was back in the area and needed a tow.

I was stranded near the Pomme de Terre Campground when my jeep broke down. It was 90+ outside and no shade to be found. I googled the nearest tow truck. I was in a panic, more worried about my 13 year old service dog than anything as the pavement was too hot for her to walk on. Luckily, I had a change of clothes, 2 tarps for shade and more than enough water. This young man and his son were there with the tow truck reasonably fast considering where I was and hard to find. They were amazingly kind and waited with me until my folks arrived to pick me up. They couldn't have been more patient and made me feel very safe. I think they would have taken me home with them had my folks not been on their way from Springfield. My mom was so impressed. She asked me how I found them, I know I was blessed to have googled the right people!!! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!
The brakes went out on my vehicle on Saturday, August 17, 2024. I called this tow company and they arrived within 30 minutes. My wire and I were coming we're coming home from Marshfield MO when her Mercedez Benz ml320 lost power and started running very rough. We called our auto club service number and they called Floyd's. Our driver, Junior, arrived quickly. He was quick getting our disabled cars off the road. He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we got our car to the repair shop as quickly as possible with as little worry as possible. If you need a tow and are in a position to choose your in provider, My wife and I recommend Floyd's.

Driver damaged my bumper, exhaust, and rear end by dragging it down the street, then lied about it. "I didn't do it, the shop did" , I then received a threatening call to my cell phone. NOT COOL! Company refuses to take responsibility for their actions. All activities from both ends recorded on CCTV. Driver indicated damage was done post delivery. delivery video clearly shows otherwise. Pickup video from the hotel and loft across the street clearly shows no damage between picking up and the 1/2 mile trek between my place and the shop. This company caused $4,500 damage to my car. AAA is going after them, but I will also be seeking damages legally in small claims court. Roadside Services could have just paid the $1700 for my bumper to be replaced, repainted, etc. But since they refuse to acknowledge that or any other fault I will be also seeking damage to the bottom of my exhaust pipes, tips, and mufflers. In this picture it is obvious to tell how far the right two exhaust pipes were pushed up into my cars subframe.

Red got the job done for us once again. He Got the excavator dropped off and picked up without any issues. Timing is very crucial in construction and Jackson county tow always comes in clutch.
Last week my wife and I were dropping off food for some friends who recently had a baby. We got out of our van to drop the food at the doorstep, shut the doors and our dog jumped on the inside door panel and managed to lock the car door with the vehicle running and our two children inside. The situation was not an emergency but did require immediate assistance. The fire dept and police dept arrived but did not have lockout kits. We contacted Jackson towing and Leo from Jackson county towing arrived rapidly. He jumped out of his rig, and literally ran with his tools to the van and had it opened within minutes. It took convincing to get him to even take a tip. Great service from Leo, I highly recommend, very professional and caring.
Never used them for a tow. The drivers are crazy. A semi truck and flat bed from this company was driving 80 plus on 50 hwy in Lees Summit, the speed limit is 60 mph.
This has got to be the absolute best tow company around. Always out performing what’s expected. Especially one of the rotator operators Ethan. 3/25/25 - I got a flat tire on I-49 just north of Harrisonville so I attempted to change it. My van was blown off the jack by a tractor-trailer that got too close. I had a little mishap today while backing out of a tricky driveway during the Holiday Homes Tour. Yikes! I called Lee and he responded within minutes. He had our SUV backed back out of a ditch, over some big rocks, and a drainage culvert with ZERO damage in no time. I can’t express enough how great of an experience with this company was. Five stars isn’t enough. My call came in a little after 4pm on a Friday the driver (Cody) made it to kck before 5:30pm so that was a huge win right off the bat. The predicament I had gotten myself into was the next hurdle. I got a tow today from braiden busson he was a angel literally helped me get my car to a safe location and helped me get gas in my car which I couldn't afford as of things have been very hard for me being 9 months pregnant he was patient and very kind a true god send I promise I highly highly recommend him to everyone that needs a good reliable person to help them out with getting a tow!!! That man deserves a raise!!

We broke down on the highway, called and made arrangements to get towed, hung up with them and and lady crashed into our truck on the highway, it was very crazy, so our tow turned into an accident tow, I wish I had the guys name because he was on it. He picked up debris from the truck Incase we wanted it and than had to wait over an hour to get all info exchanged. He was very professional and amazing and caring! I definitely recommend this company!!
Huge shout out James w All City Tow! He saved our butt today after my husband and 2 kids popped a tire on the highway. They were quick, and James blessed our family. My husband said he was so helpful and so kind, they had great conversation. Would highly recommend!
James is my new favorite super hero. So kind and professional. He pulled my car out of a ditch that if done by anyone else, it would cost me thousands or completely total my car. Great price, great service. I hired him to move a bus about thirty miles for me, twice. Excellent service both times, very reasonable price, safe driving, skilled parking, no additional fees or anything like that. Couldn't have asked for more.
We called Good Sam at 6:30 am. They couldn't find anyone. So called Stop & Shop to help my wife a nurse headed to Freeman. They had 2 men there in 20 minutes. Fast to show, great service, and fairly priced. She can't Thank you enough. Shaune LaPee

Definitely recommend this company. Firstly, Kings Tow has a great flat rate of 85 bucks up to a certain mileage point, compared to the other tow companies that are charging upwards of 129 bucks; plus, they were there and had me hooked up in a few minutes. The best part was the driver, Michael, was awesome. I am completely awestruck by his skill and his willingness to help us beyond what was necessary. From the first call with Jordan at their dispatch to the end of my experience with this company, these guys are top of the line in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of care. Thank you guys!!
My wife's car wouldn't start at the gas station. Michael responded to my call within 10 minutes. I asked that he tow it to the Ford dealer. He asked if he could try to start it. He started it and said that he was pretty sure all that was needed was a new battery. I took his advice and drove the car to a battery shop where they installed a new battery and solved our problem. I am certain that his help and advice saved me hundreds of dollars in dealer charges. Thank you, Michael.
Professional service that offers kindness, empathy, and punctuality when it matters most. Our vehicle was destroyed by a negligent driver. Between dealing with fire, the police, and everything else involved with such misfortune, King Towing was patient, thorough, and kind. They saved us a heap by using their lot located nearby, helped us get our personal belongings, and guided us through what happens next. Everyone from the owner, to the drivers, to the other employees wore reassuring smiles and worked fast. I had no problems with the following release to my insurance's lot either. Plus, they have sparkling bathrooms. (Who says you can't get a good tow and a good place to wash your hands at the same time?) Thanks guys!
Jordan and Michael went beyond being tow truck drivers trying to help get my vehicle working after they recovered it from being stolen. They sent me photos of the car and of the fuse box that the thief had messed with. I have to tell about the estimated wait times next door at Buddy's the mechanic being over twice what Mike estimated (four days when told two, still waiting). I should have clued in how the towyard mentioned other mechanics rather than recommend Buddy's. They said Buddy's does good work but I don't know yet so if you're willing to wait double the estimated time, maybe Buddy's would be okay. See my review on Buddy's that Mike gets angry quickly. But back to King Towing. They were willing to push my car next door without charge. Their concern for a crime victim was admirable. It makes a difference when people are pleasant and helpful, rather than my experience next door.
Norman did a FANTASTIC job getting my car back to me. Not only did he stop by and pick up my keys, but he called me when he was at the pick up before mine to give me a timeframe of when he should be there and was still here 10 min earlier than expected. He handled my car with great care and made sure that the front and back of my car had plenty of clearance while loading and unloading. My drive way is also a pain to squeeze into and he made it look easy!

These boys know how to lift stuff. Big or small, high or low. They get the job done professionally at very competitive prices. Family run business established by word of mouth. Now they got 8 cranes that can pretty much lift anything you need lifted.
This crane company is amazing. They were always early ready to show up. And hard workers. Always had every safety measure in place. Worked well in what we needed. Awesome crane company for cell tower work too! Will definitely be calling again.
