I called around to find a Towing service and they were all so expensive or unresponsive. What a relief that my friend recommended Shawn. I called him and he answered immediately. He was cordial on the phone and the price couldn’t be beaten. When he got here, I seriously couldn’t get my car to start. I’d tried many times. I believed it would have to be towed. He looked at my keys, he said he was going to try it and he jiggled the key in a way that allowed the car to start! He said he wasn’t going to charge me either! Said I just needed to replace a simple part in the ignition. What a blessing! You’ve got a customer for life, Shawn 😄
After a scary situation where my van’s electrical system went haywire and turned off in the middle of 86th street during rush hour, Shawn (owner of Shawn 2.0), came to the rescue! He was able to tow my van within 15 min (expedited because of the safety risk and blocking traffic) to a suburb location. I was able to ride comfortably in the tow truck to the location. Shawn is professional, informative, and always had a friendly smile! You can tell Shawn takes great care of his customers and takes pride in the business he’s built from the ground up. Roy is who I call every time. He's towed my car, once jumped a battery for me.. I've recommended him to others who call him first as well. He's a good guy, helpful and fast.
My modified and lowered vehicle broke down not once but twice, and both times Roy was quick, friendly, and an absolute class act. He took care with my car, handled the low ride height like a professional, and the quality of service was far beyond his very competitive pricing. Will be my go-to guy in Indy going forwards.
Just had Roy come and do a complicated Tow job for me. My car suspension went out and I was denied by three different tow companies. Oz waited for me and communicated back and forth for me while I was rushing in my uber to get there. Then I had an additional problem on top of tow I needed and he was able to help me get into the car and jump it all within 10 minutes. Then he suggested a body shop within half of a mile of my apartment and loaded us up and took us there. The entire process took about 25 mins and I appreciate him. Thank you Oz.

The driver of this truck was amazing!!!! He moved a couple large radiators for me. I had a different crane service earlier in the day and I was nervous the whole time. Service was quick and driver was good. The driver scared the devil out of me. The whole way he was tailgating the car ahead of us , with in 10 feet. On the freeway he was weaving between traffic and becoming agitated at the speed of the traffic flow. We were unrestrained in the cab. This whole drive was an accident and a law suit waiting to happen. As I said the driver was very courteous but I felt my life was in danger just riding with him. Time is important, but safety with passengers should be #1 priority.

Great service with reasonable cost. We were traveling through on our way to Montana and hit road debris. They towed my vehicle and horse trailer. Dropped kids/dog and I off at the hotel. And took my horse trailer to be stored securely and dropped car off at a mechanic shop. Tow driver was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for great service in a high stress situation for my family.

30 mins late showing up, Got the car towed, while bringing the car down he broke the $300 radiator to my boyfriends car. Had no solution for us but $5 off the tow and ”sorry bout your radiator bro”

I 69 backed up for MILES northbound. We’ve been sitting here for all I don’t know 45 minutes to an hour moving about half an inch every 15 minutes. Some lady went off the side of the road because her car quit. Probably 300 cars past her before this young man in blackout, towing and recovery truck changed lanes and pulled over to help her. I think his name is John, he needs about $1000 bonus for today. It is hot out here. Nobody’s going anywhere and everybody’s honking. But this young man had the decency to stop and help the stranded motorist.

Answered phone immediately, was courteous and gathered all my information and met me at location and was very professional. Took it to the destination I gave him, dropped it off and everything went well. And I highly recommend this tow company. I will call again if need be.
I received a return call within an hour and four hours later, my camper was successfully parked in the driveway. Everything was great from start to finish. It was difficult finding a service who could tow a camper or trailer in addition to vehicles and that is another big plus. I told Cody and James, there is nothing better than getting the job done right the first time. I definitely recommend this company which is family owned and will use them again.
these people are scammers They are supposed to make car body repairs but they steal the good parts of your car I had an accident, I took him with them. and they just left my entire abs system damaged and pay for a broken front glass They never refunded it, they stole 270 dollars worth of glass and then he didn't answer my calls They stole my money I had to take my car to another shop where I spent 1000 dollars more in repairs. When ipaid these people 3600 to repair it be careful with this class of people If you don't want to have a very bad experience and do not leave valuable things in your cars if you do not want to lose them since these are good at stealing
This is great Towing company, reasonable, immediately respond, and on time. In my case, their flat bed too big and can’t put my camper in correct position, because they don’t want to drive on neighbors’ lawn. Owner Cody made a second trip without extra charge and get it parking in right place. Can’t say enough for thanks. Definitely will use them again. Honest business

Jason is amazing! I was lucky to contact him when he was available and nearby. I had a large 2300 lbs sailboat that wasn’t seated properly on its trailer, making it impossible to hitch and move. Jason knew exactly what needed to be done to get it seated properly, and even went a step further and parked the sailboat/trailer in its Winter parking spot. I was completely stressed on what to do, and Jason came in and solved a complex situation in a short time period. Highly recommend his services!

Brandon was as professional as they come! Extremely sympathetic & down to earth and just an overall gentlemen. The tow was like tying his shoe and he was absolutely courteous through the entire experience! Even gave me and my girl a ride back home after we figured out we couldn’t even get our car worked on when we got to where we were being towed! He told me exactly what time he would be there, the cost and even quickly inspected my vehicle and gave recommendations regarding what he believe the issue is and affordable repair shops!!! Lord knows what would’ve happened if Chuck hadn’t come through for me and my boyfriend. We both had car problems and needed our cars towed to and from two different places. Chuck was completely understanding and went above and beyond with his services at an unbelievably amazing price! He dropped me and my car off at Meineke, then took care of my boyfriend’s car and brought him to O’Reilly. (He even made sure both of us had eaten, since we came in from out of town and were basically stranded the night before). From being out of state not familiar with roads and decreased visibility , dark and raining, I adverantly drove up the cement median on east state street heading toward downtown. I admit embarrassing. but would like to point out should be painted yellow very dangerous blends into the road. The owner's there team of employees, especially Vito, that came out to my house. Was wonderful mark and rishard everyone, it's just so special. I will never use another company again. In my life they make you feel like they're part of the family. Also, that's the difference between using smaller companies and big corporations. I had my Honda towed. It had a flat tire and the battery was dead. Chuck was patient and able to help me out and get it delivered to a shop. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start so we scheduled a time to have it towed to auto shop. A few minutes before we were to have it towed, we tried to start the car and it started right up. Sick and tired of the way these guys drive. They are constantly doing 10mph+ over the speed limit and drive super aggressively. This guy was going 10mph over on Ardmore by Portage Middle School. There was another driver in a RAM flat bed a few months back that was doing almost 60mph up the hill where Ardmore turns into Hiligas just to get ahead of everyone. A few weeks before that there was one of their largest trucks doing 15mph+ over the speed limit going down Coliseum hoping lanes driving super agressive, dude about caused a huge milti-car accident. I even saw one of them wrecked in a ditch over the winter with a car on the bed. I have called multiple times and nothing seems to have been done. One of them is going to kill someone eventually with how they drive. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if at all possible and make sure you call in and report their driving before someone gets hurt.
This is the most unprofessional establishment-due to their operator- I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My car was wrongfully towed on a Saturday evening by a company downtown (thats another review for another day). I called blue eagle to ask if they had my car, through heaving sobs. The "operator" on the other end scoffed at me when I told her I was confused because I was given permission to park there and I didnt know why this happened. She then said, "well you shouldn't park in stupid spots then". I asked her how much this would cost me and when I could pick up my car. She told me it would cost me 205$ and that they can release the car monday morning. I said thanks and hung up. Flash forward to monday morning. We get there at 8am, only to be told they are CASH. ONLY. we could've gotten that over the weekend had we been told. It is also NO WHERE on their website they are cash only. The way she spoke to my husband when he picked up the car was reprehensible. Now as I look over my receipt I was charged for storage (80$ for the weekend, 5$ for gas, 20$ for after hours, amd then 100$ for flatbed usage). I would never use this company for emergency services after being treated this way by their operator. While I understand they were hired by the other agency to do this service, it does not change the fact that their patrons deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I wish I could give less stars for this interaction with her.
Justin who works for Blue Eagle Towing towed my Jeep on a flat bed and he was very nice and professional. I appreciate the care he took in loading and securing it as well as unloading it. I would surely use this company again.

Interstate Towing has amazing service. Called dispatch at 4 am and they were right there and answered the call. They provided a quick dispatch within the hour and called several times with updates while we waited on the side of the road. Matt the tow truck driver is a professional in his field. He was excellent in taking care of my vehicle and making sure we got safely home. Matt had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Interstate Towing.
I was in a real pickle when my pick up truck became undrivable and needed to be towed to my house the night before Thanksgiving and interstate towing sent a guy to tow my truck within 20 minutes of my phone call for a very reasonable rate. Very professional and efficient experience.

We needed to tow our truck and horse trailer (with our horse) after we broke down three hours from home on a hot summer day. I had two of our company's service technicians stranded on the highway having run out of fuel- I am a couple hundred miles away and didn't have very specific information. I’ve taken my car to many mechanics, and this place exceeded my expectations and is the best by far. They installed my transmission quickly, and it was finally done right. They even took it to get it swapped at the vendor when the initial transmission was faulty so I wouldn’t have to arrange drop off and pickup. Their customer service is great as well. My wife broke down on I-469S after merging from I-69N... she was in a really hazardous location due to the volume of traffic and the merging taking place. She had called AAA, and Roadside was coming to help her; they dispatched a different tow company from the area. After the first wrecker arrived, and without even knowing the situation, Cody of the K&P New Haven yard just pulled up behind the scene... and he sat there for over 30 minutes - not because he wanted the tow, but just because it was the right thing to do. (Law enforcement had been requested for scene control, but they didn't arrive for over 30 minutes after being called.) If this is the standard of their company towards doing the right thing... then I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME, no questions asked.

Earl did a great job getting vehicle off of 69 he made sure the state trooper followed us. He put a jump pack on. It got it started where I could drive it and follow them because you could not hook it from the front and make sure I was safe getting into my vehicle, he got me to a safe area before he hooked up to my vehicle. He brought me home safely spoke with my wife to calm her down. That really made me very proud cause she was upset worried about my safety. He brought my vehicle home safe you put in the safe spot and a very, very, very appreciated and being there for me thank you for your service.

Just got home from Bruns Auto Services.. This business has been here for over 50 yrs, my parents took their cars to Mr. Brun's back in th 1960's on up.. I drive a classic older car, and its nice to have someone who knows older cars...Mr.Bruns had me to check the steering to make sure the wheel was comfortable for me, and rode with me to test drive the car....he also adjusted my turn signal ... After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle. Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!! Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well. Highly recommended.

Needed a tow this morning due to a flat tire. Called Whitlow's and immediately got a response despite being pretty early in the morning. Tow truck was there no more than 10 minutes later and even made it to the tire shop before it opened. Great and personable service at an extremely reasonable price. Great experience! I was going to purchase a used truck from a large dealer and thought there were mechanical issues after my test drive. I really wanted the truck. I contacted Jones Auto (after calling around looking for a shop to do an inspection for over an hour) and they quickly got me in to inspect the truck. They explained to me the pros and cons and provided valuable education. Great people! If I lived closer, I would certainly look to have them maintain my fleet.
Had them look at my Jeep Wrangler. They “replaced” brakes, rotors and thermostat. The wrong brakes were placed on and the thermostat was never placed in the Jeep. Everything was a lie. It instantly started over heating, he said to take it to the gas station and come back. He left before we returned within 5 minutes and left me with smoke coming up from the hood. So I had to tow the vehicle after paying them over $700. A mile into the tow the brakes had to be removed since they kept seize up and were the wrong ones. Do not recommend this shady business. Attempting to get my money back.

We are from out of town and called them to see if they could help us or had any recommendations on another place to call. They said they couldn’t help us and told us there was no one locally that could help us. Turns out there was a GREAT guy who owns Vogleman’s Towing who had exactly what we needed and was only 10 minutes away from our location. I would NOT recommend anyone give their business to 24/7 Towing. No good man would sabotage people who are in need nor friendly competition. Instead you should give your business to Vogleman’s Towing they went above and beyond for us, was very reasonable, and all around good people.

Came to accident and not only towed our vehicle but offered us a ride to his house to wait for our son to pick us up since it was hot out and our granddaughters were with us. Nice service and above and beyond!!
The tow truck driver Chris is very polite and friendly he also knows about his job and he takes very good care of the customer property. I would have to say his customer service is 100%

Had Grayson come by our shop to put in a spare for one of our trucks, he was in and out QUICK! Definitely would recommend them. Especially if you have fleet vehicles.

My car was towed off the US 30 bypass near Whitley County Indiana for a legitimate health reason. I was out of commission under a week. Approximate 5 days had passed and I was able to reach out to relocate my vehicle.After 6 full days, no car flatbed expenses,storage,and other cost....let me say HANDS DOWN I WAS BLESSED BY Bob (owner). Thank you so much for the discount on my vehicle...i would not have a car today or tomorrow or for a long time if he would not have helped me. Great service, owner met us on a Sunday to retrieve our things from an accident we had on Saturday. Their tow truck beat the ambulance to the scene and they were very efficient.

My daughter and I were stuck on the side of the highway 100 miles from home and Jimmy truly was a god sent. My insurance wanted to send me to a dealership near where we broke down that was already closed, we would've been stranded with nowhere to go and no way home. Jimmy agreed to tow us all the way to the dealership near my home, way beyond what the original call was for. He was kind and went out of his way to make sure my daughter felt comfortable since this was a scary experience for a little kid. Can't say thank you enough.
Driver was very nice but when lifting the bed after drop off it was still under my car and he scratched up the front of my car. I called the same day and was told to send pictures to a number and did they said they’d get back to me and never did. I had to call again Friday over a week later and they said they’d get back to me again and “try to find” the pictures I sent. Wouldn’t recommend. Hopefully this will jog your memory on what pictures you’re looking for.
On 5/28 we made a AAA call...we were about 2 hours from home. 101 miles. Jimmy was the driver and it was a pleasure. Our day went from bad to great. Best towing experience of my life. 100% would recommend.
Our 24 foot motor would not shift out of park after jumping 6 month old battery. After having 2 tow trucks arrive (3rd declined the job) & tell us they could not get our motor home out of storage garage, Mercedes Roadside contacted Hadley. Jimmy arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable & diligent about solving the problem. Within about 30 minutes, he had the RV out of the garage and on the truck!! My husband & I were very impressed and so happy with his service. Would definitely recommend Jimmy and would call for him if the need ever arises again.
Have had a lot of tows in my 64 years and Allen with Hadley Towing and Recovery was one of the best experiences yet! Had to get our BMW Z4 towed from one repair shop to another. He had a tight spot to get the car onto the flatbed and he made it look easy. Took great care of the vehicle. Besides that he was friendly, engaging and just a great guy! You can tell he knows what he is doing. I live 2 minutes from where he picked up the vehicle and to where it was going was about 25 minutes away. He knew the exact location and he said he would take care of it. No need to follow him. Checked with the repair shop this morning and it was perfectly parked. I would recommend Hadley (and especially Allen) anytime you need a tow. Great service!!!!
