I was stuck i called my Insurance company they gave me the runaround a one on Google and look up Towing Auto towing came up highly recommended. I called them. They were there within 20 minutes me and my family safe off the highway. Recommended a shop and got us back on the road the same day. This is the first time I’ve been told but the first time I felt good about the whole situation if you’re in a pinch definitely call these guys.
You went above and beyond showed up for my husband a lot earlier than the hour that was quoted. Thank you so much. You guys were there in 10 minutes.
i can’t speak highly enough. My husband & daughter got 2 flats 22 miles in on a dirt road that was an hour from home. The driver was confident he could tow them out even though high clearance vehicles required. 1.5 hrs on rough road to get to them & another 4 hrs to get back to pavement. Amazed at how well he handle the road towing a car. Delivered car & still had a amile on his face. Excellent experience.

After being left stranded by AAA for 6 hours, we called GO GO TOWING. They responded immediately and the driver was there within an hour. He was able to tow us, professionally, and was very friendly also. From dispatch to the tow driver, the experience was excellent.

Fortunately for me I found this reliable and inexpensive tow company open 24/7 to get my car back to CA because it broke down and I wasn’t about to pay some random mechanic to change my belt for on extortion amount of $$$. So yeah what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.!!! Hope this never happens to any of you but if it does call them they’ll take care you with out breaking the bank.

Awesome!! Our semi broke down in the middle of nowhere. They got a truck out fast! Tried to drop our trailer at our delivery but they wouldn't accept it that way so I set up through them a daycab to pick up our trailer and make the delivery the next day on time. They were reasonably priced, efficient, and enjoyable to work with.
Steve was wonderful! Picked me up at 5 am for a tow on a Saturday and dropped me off downtown to get breakfast and helped me load my car on a trailer all while by himself. Extremely kind and friendly, highly recommend probably the best towing service around.
First, recovered and towed motorcycle. Second, moved classic car 150 miles. Both drivers were excellent. Better than expected service. They are my first choice in towing.

If I could give less then one star I would. Today my son’s power steering went out on his F350 and he called AAA. They dispatched All Points Towing for the job. This happened before 1:30 pm on Memorial Day weekend. He talked to the dispatcher at 1:30 pm and they told him the only had 1 driver, (seriously on a holiday weekend). They said it would be around 4 pm before they would be able to get out there but the dispatcher said she was going to call in the driver who comes in at 4 early and my son would be priority. When 4 pm rolled around and still no tow truck driver, we called this company again. The 4 pm driver had come in early but he was out in another call. Apparently we were not a priority call. We were told it would be another 45 minutes. After the 45 minutes had passed and another company finally came out we called All Points Towing to not come out. They STILL HAD NOT dispatched the driver. What a crappy company.
I had the worst experience with you guys in my apartment complex parking lot. Out of all the cars in the lot that don’t have plates on them or haven’t moved in god knows how long. You marked my car for no plate/ in operational-able. If your driver just took the time out of his day to look on my windshield where my temp tag is, I wouldn’t be giving you one star right now.
I've needed tow trucks from time to time. I've never had a smooth, clean and effective service as I got from All-Points. Stuck in Ely, NV with a busted Sprinter van, on our (daughter and dog were along) way from Denver to the SF Bay Area, I determined that it WAS NOT ACTUALLY POSSIBLE to get a Sprinter van fixed in Ely. I needed to get home. The daughter also needed to get back to Davis, CA, (where she is a student). After contemplating auto-transport (which costs less than towing) I decided we were actually going to have to tow (or transport on flatbed) the van all the way home. The first decent-sized city on the way to home was Reno. I made two calls. The second one was to All-Points. Mia answered, got the information she needed, was both professional and cheerful, and I had an estimate. It was fair, which was all I could ask. That long a tow (roughly 10 hours) was going to be expensive. She immediately dispatched a truck. Five hours later Brandon arrived with a new truck, a pleasant demeanor and a *lot* of skill. The truck was loaded very quickly. The daughter and dog were settled on the bench back seat and we were off. Brandon drove smoothly and efficiently. We had great conversation for, basically, the entire trip. There was no friction about dropping the daughter at Davis, CA where she is a student, nor unloading the couch from the van (which we'd been transporting to that destination. I really don't have the words to properly describe how competent, helpful and professional this entire organization is. Brandon was super. Management must be excellent to retain such good folks and provide such good service. Should I ever need towing service from anywhere around Reno I will *absolutely* call All-Points.
Great pricing, great service, quick and efficient. My mini cooper was having engine problems and then died shortly after, my living location is a bit annoying and both Mia and Brandon were awesome, Mia took the the time and made sure everything would work, and took the time to communicate super well, Brandon was also awesome, he took his time and but was still quick and efficient, It was nice chatting with both of them, and i hope if I ever need towing these two are still around.

I highly recommend Priority Towing. I had a break down on a busy day on Charleston Blvd in Summerlin. Priority Towing was on site quickly within 15 minutes (15 min faster than quoted!). I have not had a vehicle towed for years and have heard horror stories from friends about their experiences. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Elite towing. I called yesterday to have an old truck that I bought moved. They answered the phone right away, requested that I sent them the to and from address via text, and responded they responded with a price within 15 minutes. They were able to move the vehicle the same afternoon and showed up during the 1/2 hour window that they set. Reliable, flexible, friendly, AND can follow directions. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Customer service rep quoted me a reasonable price, so I agreed to the tow. Two and a half hours later I finally get a call from the tower and he tells me a different price but much higher than before. I called the rep back and she admitted that she gave me the wrong quote and that she couldn't help me with the original quote. Nothing was recommended to help assist me after their fault in misquoting. Would not recommend 🤦👎
The bank did not take my car, it was auctioned off by Larrys towing. I spoke with you directly with the bank on the phone and they confirmed they never took possession of the vehicle. Don't worry you'll be in court soon

Had to call for tow service twice in one day for personal reason. Lee Auto referred this Ace Towing and Chris was professional and prompt. Price was a bit higher than other companies' quotes, but in regards to service quality, I was satisfied. He even gave me some discount on the 2nd tow. I don't know if it's good thing to confront in cidents to see him again. But if I ever have to call tow again in LV, I'll definitely call Chris.
Awesome! Needed a 4,000 lbs laser cutter transported; very delicate piece of machinery. When my fuel pump went on my 2011 Roadtrek while on I-15 outside of Vegas, I tried desperately through AAA and by calling 911, to get a tow truck. Finally, after multiple conversations with both of the above mentioned agencies, AAA found a private company to come get me. It was a total of 7 hours on the side of I-15 in the desert heat... I was not a happy camper. Gabriel called, got my location along with the size and approximate weight of my vehicle. He was there in about an hour because it took a while to get to me. His friendly face and great personality made me feel much better. He even let me and my small dog ride with him to the location where I needed to get the vehicle fixed. He truly was an angel. Thank you Gabriel for your kindness and knowledge.

This business was a very professional towing business. My car had stopped on the side of the free way and Gabriel had gotten here within 20 minutes without any issues or problems. My car turned on, however, Gabriel still offered to follow me in case any issues arose along the way. Luckily he followed me because my car ended up stopping a street down. Gabriel was both nice and funny—would definitely recommend 👍👍

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a flat and got a tow to a tire shop. They towed my front wheel drive car with the drive tires on the ground. They destroyed the gear shift and messed up the transmission. Immediately after drop off and a tire change my car won’t go in reverse. They sent their driver back to “fix” it claiming that he had disconnected the drive shaft and just needed to reconnected it. He actually had just broken it. He messed around and did nothing and then claimed that because the car was electric (it isn’t) that if I just drove for awhile the reverse would just magically start working. I ended up leaving my car in Vegas for repairs, paying for a hotel for the night, and then renting a car to get home 500 miles away. I have tried calling repeatedly and they just tell me that they are going to talk to management and then never get back to me. When I have called they know immediately what car it is because they know the caused considerable expensive damage and they are hoping I let it go. I won’t be and they will be hearing from my attorney. I have photos, videos, and witnesses at the tire shop that this car was towed incorrectly and the driver trying to convince me that he hadn’t broken it and thinking I was a dumb girl who would believe him that driving a broken vehicle will magically fix it UPDATE The owner commented on here telling me to reach out personally AFTER we had already talked and they won’t do anything about it. They want one of their own technicians to look at it. No way in hell am I letting the people who broke it mess with it anymore. They can’t even be bothered to refund the cost of the tow let alone pay back the damages or rental fees I incurred. I am thousands of dollars in the hole now and these people were texting me back and are now ghosting me. I suspect their driver told me to keep driving it so they could claim I broke something and it wasn’t them
Max Towing was great. I was in a weird situation. They were able to pull my car out out of it. Jay was a really nice guy, We figured out what to do and got my car of a really weird spot.
One this company's trucks picked up a car on my street. Had it fully loaded on the flatbed and parked his truck diagnolly across the road. He could have easily pulled up a few feet to allow residents access but instead had another guy try to guide us around our neighbors parked car with inches to spare. I had asked him to move up and he laughed and said You can get around lady. Beyond rude!! I will never use this company and hope others who care about the way people act won't either.
To be towed, literally across the street (500 feet), I was quoted $189 plus 4% card fee. Seriously?!

Awesome experience as always. People need to understand that the time frame they give you is a guess, so don't expect a quick arrival unless they are close by. I got a time frame of 2 hours and they were accurate. Alvaro, was very professional and easy to talk to. Prices are way better than the competition. Believe, I've called almost everyone just to see what the standard price was, which was 130 to 170. They did it for less and using a flat bed which I didn't even request. Awesome company and I've used them every single time. No fail. I'm happy with the service.

I was referred to Royalty Towing by another towing company (that speaks volumes) due to my specific needs. From the moment I was greeted on the phone by Eddie I knew this was going to be a smooth process to an already stressful situation. I have a classic Jaguar which needed to be transported. I scheduled the appointment several days out. I was called beforehand to confirm and Miguel, the operator was incredible. Don't let his young looks fool you. Miguel was professional, diligent, and incredibly careful. This was a seamless process and I will continue to use Royalty Towing for my future needs as well as providing referrals.

I had such a fantastic experience with Royalty Towing, on a late Friday afternoon (traffic rush) with 117 degree outside in the heart of downtown . They came exactly on time by communication with phone and texting (with GPS coordinates). My car was T-boned and the back air suspension was deflated, Miguel (attendant) took every precaution to lift and elevated with 3 ramps to avoid scratching the back of my car. I was really impressed. Even the following day Eddie from Royalty Towing has extended a communication line to the body shop and assured to me that my car is stored in a safe place and be brought to the body shop after Labor Day. From the beginning to the end Royalty Towing has gone beyond my expectations, they do have your best interest from service to customer care. Thank you again, Miguel and Eddie.
Broke down on the side of the road, waited 2 and a half hours for a tow and the guy said he wouldn't be able to help me. Eddie did try his best to find someone else who was available.

No other tow company would give me an appointment time to meet at the storage yard after my accident, but I could not pay to get my car out of storage without a tow truck there. David the tow truck driver was the nicest person to deal with. Also the lady at the office handling the calls gave me excellent service.

Victory Towing saved me and my dad on the side of the road deserted on Highway 15 during triple-digit weather. They came to the rescue in under 30 minutes and were able to get us to a tire shop asap. Raul, our driver, was the kind soul who saved the day and as a result, we were able to get back on the road to our destination in a span of less than two hours.
Called to get off road towing, sent pictures. One of the drivers said he could do the job. He came out, took a look saying his truck was too big, and he was going to go back to grab his other truck. He said he would be back in 45 minutes, keep in mind we were stranded in the desert at night time. 2 hours later still didn’t come back. Called twice, no answer. Then we get a text after we’ve been waiting hours in the cold , that he can’t do the job we need to contact someone else. He could have told us that to begin with instead of lying saying he could do the job and kept us waiting. Terrible customer service, do not ever try to do anything with this company. Communication is absolutely terrible, and no human decency. Long story short, we went to other tow company and got the truck out of the ditch within 20 minutes no problem. Don’t waste your time here.

Then I called non stop towing they were very pleasant Jessie was my driver he was at my destination within 20 minutes . The tow took about 35 minutes total The driver was professional. Great service!! I'm a blind idiot (I literally have horrible astigmatism 😅) and missed a turn today, got high centered on a freaking median in my car trying to make the turn! Leo came pretty fast given it was 4 to 5 pm when it happened! I am very impressed with Leo and his ability to get my car outta this situation absolutely undamaged. In addition, my car inadvertently locked and we could not get back into the car. David helped me to do so. If there was a way to give zero stars I absolutely would. Please avoid this place at all costs. The phone operator named Zara is rude & extremely unprofessional, she is not interested in being helpful at all. After waiting for two hours I was delayed & was told they would reach out and never did. Do not recommend 0/10 find somewhere else for your service
Thieves!!! I called for a towing service and paid the initial deposit with Zelle over the phone ($300, total $600). 5 minutes after that initial phone call I called again to cancel because they were away about an hour from my location, they refused to refund my initial deposit even though it was just 5 minutes later and never they mentioned it’s an non-refundable deposit. Never use Zelle, always pay with a credit card so you can dispute the bogus charge and get a full refund. Avoid this towing business at all cost!!
I called Anthony's, and they asked all the relevant questions and quoted me a price. After calling 4 or 5 others. Anthony's was the most professional as well as having the best price. Then we set up a time to meet. (I already went home, when I called.) Soon after, they called me back and said they can be there earlier. When Anthony arrived, he too was efficient and professional. During the ride home, he tried to diagnose the problem basing on the symptom. I know a lot about cars and know that he was not bluffing. Meeting Anthony was the high point of this unexpected troublesome day. Thank you all!

Took a while but Zach was efficient and professional. Got my Class C up on a flat bed with no problem.
Only giving 2 stars because the young lady who helped me was nice. However, the wait time was ridiculous. 2 hours or more with only 5 people ahead of me. Paid 367 for the car being towed there this morning. I was able to sell my car else where and at least got to recoup the fee. Glad I didn’t give them the title. Also be sure to be listed on title and have valid Id or registration with you so you do not end up wasting your time
They illegally towed my car out of my parking lot claiming that they placed a parking violation sticker on it at 10:00 p.m. when I didn't arrive home until 10:30 p.m. and it was towed at 9:00 a.m. in the morning without my knowledge or without prior warning
READ BEFORE PAYING!! They add on "off-road time" to get more money out of you. They added 4 hours and tried to get an extra 200+ out of me. When I raised the issue, she said, "Are you gonna knit pick everything?" IF YOU'RE RIPPING ME OFF THEN YES! Absolute legal robbery business -1/10

Towed my car and tore my bumper. They claimed it was from prior damages on my vehicle. I asked or see pictures before they towed my car and I was told I have an attitude and hung up on. I waited to talk to a manager for 3 days and no one ever called me back! They are unprofessional and not reliable for towing do not trust them to tow you vehicles especially if you don’t want there to be any damage! Here are the pictures before they towed, and after they towed clearly, there was no crack on the bottom of my bumper, until after the towing took place !
They illegally tow vehicles. They scream and yell when you call and calmly ask about your vehicles and hung up on me. ery unprofessional very rude. Charged me 45 after illegally towing me for wrapping my windows up. I am filing a complaint with Nevada for an illegal tow
I'm not a customer. Two pieces of my equipment were towed while I was out of the country. I was able to track down that the equipment was towed to Milne. So this review isn't about some happy sparkly shiny experience that I had related to being a customer. This was a really painful, unhappy, unexpected experience due to logistics mix up with some people. The point of me making this review is I want to commend the two people in the office and the young man who handled the yard. In a situation that is pretty unhappy and potentially pretty ugly, everybody was incredibly professional and incredibly helpful. Honestly, I would have never expected people to be so professional and so helpful in such a setting. First, I want to make a call out to Lexi and Cierra in the office, both of whom were patient and helpful with all my questions. The icing on all of this experience that made something so painful feel like so much of an uplifting experience, so much that I felt compelled to write this review was my interaction with Tristan in the yard. Easily, he could have made things painful or ugly or he could have just done nothing. Instead, Tristan was incredibly warm and incredibly helpful and was willing to provide some technical pro-tips that I know I will use for the rest of my life. So this is a huge shout out to all the folks at Milne Towing in Sparks. I know you guys have to deal pretty tough situations with customers everyday. And I want to commend all of you for your professionalism and your ability to stay respectful and helpful through it all.

They impounded my car, obvouisly wasn't happy, however it turned out great it was them. They did everything they could to get my car back asap. They secretary even stayed an hour late on a Friday. If it was me I couldn't have had as much patience as she did. I feel like I owe them lunch or something. Then they towed my car to another location the minute I asked. Anyways I know who to call even though they took my car. Funny but true. Thanks.

Fast and friendly service!! I had an issue with my insurance sending a towing company so I decided to see what I could find. Larry’s towing is literally right down the road from me and had someone here so quickly! Carlos was our driver and he was awesome! Thank you guys so much for making this such an easy process! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
I called him to tow a 65 GTO Convt. He showed up with a fork lift truck instead of a flatbed. His response, "they didn't have flat beds in 1965." (They did) It's fine if you don't have flatbed trucks. But you should know better then to think anyone would want THAT car on anything other than a flatbed. I even said on the phone, "I'll need a flatbed." Just hate people wasting my time.
Larry and Carlos took care of business and got our RV back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas in record time and at midnight to top it all off!! Lots of other reviews about delayed service but good things come to those who wait and are realistic . Keep up the good work fellas!!
Waited for 3 hours I was told it would be an hour wait, called back after the first hour was told a driver was on his way and would be to me within the hour, spoke to dispatch again and was told the driver was down the street I wait another 20 call dispatch. If this is how they get down I absolutely don’t recommend this business I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Called for a tow as it was the closest one based to where I was. Had broken down in the middle of nowhere on 160 coming back to vegas from Pahrump. Dead in the water. Won't start.. Was told 60-90 mins. 2 hours later, no truck. Tried to call twice for an eta, sent to voicemail both times. 2.5 hours after call. No answer. No truck. Almost 3 hours later now still no truck. Gave up and called another company. Still sitting on the side of the road as I write this. The fact that these people would leave someone on the side on the road stranded in JULY in the middle of nowhere for hours with NO answers to communication or callback ETA tells me all I need to know about these clowns. Save yourself the trouble and call a trustworthy business. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Motorcycle was towed. Waited 2 hours waiting for someone to show up to release it. Was assured he’s 8 min out, then 7 min, then 30 minutes. Awful service.
Call operators are soo rude. She yelled at me and put me on hold for 5 min to pick up again forgetting what she was talking to me about and then continued to yell at me saying she was going to put me on hold again. Then hung up. Please hire professionals. SCAM. Paid 5 dollars and machine didn’t print ticket.
Debbie was a big help and easy to work with, especially under my circumstances. Very helpful, communication was great. Had a lot of tools from work, still there when truck was picked up. Thanks again to Debbie and her crew.
I called because I needed my car towed. The dispatcher was extremely rude when collecting my information. I could only imagine how horrible it would be to call this place after an accident and have someone so rude speak to me the was the dispatcher spoke to me. I ended up cancelling the service I had requested because I couldn't believe how rude they speak to customers. Please call another company, especially if you are going through an already stressful time (after an accident).

The staff was very professional, polite, understanding, really helpful, with appropriate and welcome humor thrown in. The few days of interacting with the company was a positive experience.
