Honestly the best tow truck experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because I’ve had the worst car luck and many tow truck experiences. My tire was flat and I didn’t have a jack to get my car off the ground and didn’t have anyone available to help me. I came to the conclusion I needed a tow to a tire shop so I could get going to work the next day. I wish I could remember his name but he came expecting to tow my car and instead offered me his jack to get my spare tire on so I could drive to a tire shop myself. He got my spare tire on and he had so many great tips and recommendations for where I should go. I took his advice and got basically brand new tires from a place he recommended me for 140$. Saved money in every regard thanks to this company and I would 10/10 recommend them .

Thought battery was dead, car died on side of road, fuel was low, Gas tank modular don’t work, had air in gas line and stalled out my vehicle. So we were able to get gas in and was good. Need to get gas modular replaced. Brian was a BIG HELP & VERY FRIENDLY!! :)

Called morning of needing a tow and they came out within the hour. Super easy and affordable flat bed.
Friendly, prompt, and fantastic service. The dispatcher and driver were both great. Would highly recommend!
The tow truck was there within 10 minutes (everyone else was at least 90 minutes) and the driver was so nice and could tell I wasn’t happy, so he said we would get out of the intersection and go to the body shop where we could figure everything out. My car was completely dead with the window down and he told me to go ahead and leave and he will jump it and make sure it was closed. This driver made one of the scariest moments in my life, easier to handle! The price was $200.00 bucks less than other companies in the area AND the service was exceptional!! Thank you for a great experience in a crappy situation. I will only use you going forward!
The service rep on the phone was very helpful with answering my questions and letting me know when the tow truck would pick up my car. The tow driver was equally great with explaining to me what he was going to do, taking my vehicle to the garage to be repaired and was speedy in getting to where my vehicle was!
Grand Valley Towing was a godsend. My daughter‘s car died on the side of the highway and the were prompt and responding and dispatching a driver to tow the car. The driver was an excellent communicator and very compassionate about the situation. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was given it was a weekend and an urgent situation. Called several tow companies, one said they didn’t have drivers🤣, another stated that they were not in their truck🙄. I called another company named “Rescue” and got an answering machine👎🏽👎🏽. My brother was stranded on the Lodge and 7 mile so I had to keep searching….finally contacted someone at “Wrights’s Choice Towing and Recovery” and the ETA was under 10 minutes. Speedy and excellent service…the driver was professional with the hook up and getting my brother and his vehicle to safety. I just wanted to give Antonio five stars. He came in a timely manner today to tow the Lexus and he was very courteous and professional! He was also precise when delivering it to the auto shop for repairs. Now we know exactly who to call for our next tow!
I hit a deer on I-69 near Flint. My sons called Christian's Towing & Recovery. Antonio and Christian helped calm me down by telling me my options and reassuring me they could tow my car and get me home. Their expertise and knowledge was a bright spot during a very traumatic experience. Antonio took my car to a holding yard so my insurance company could inspect it and deem it totaled. I can't thank them enough for coming to my rescue in my time of need. Antonio is very polite and friendly and an excellent driver, too! I highly recommend this company!
At a previous job of mine, Christian’s Towing would occasionally tow cars to us, and the guys I communicated with were always incredibly kind and efficient. I once got into a decent accident, AAA was a hassle, but I remembered Christian and was blessed with the same efficiency in my own situation, that I saw he provided to other customers too. I would absolutely recommend if ever in need of someone reliable and knowledgeable.
Had a great experience with Christian's towing. My truck wouldn't start in the parking lot after a haircut. Tony and Christian were knowledgable and attempted to fix the issue before determining that a tow will be needed (ended up being a busted starter). My truck was in an awkward spot in the parking lot but Tony assured me that they had the equipment to get my truck on the bed without causing any damage and walked me through the steps before. Their care for their customers was amazing. I am glad my insurance company sent them out.
Towed my 2021 AMG GT damaged the vehicle. Refuses to acknowledge the damaged vehicle. Have not replied to my request for their insurance carrier name and #. I’m going to take legal action against this company. Very annoying especially considering I asked them if they are capable of handling an expensive car like this. Don’t trust this company with your vehicle.

The driver arrived so quickly and was wonderful! It was the first time my brother got a flat tire and the driver walked him through the experience with patience and kindness. He expertly placed the car on the flatbed and parked it perfectly and gently in our driveway! I honestly can’t say enough … I’ve had so many frustrating experiences over the years… I hopefully don’t have any needs in the future, but I’d recommend this company highly, would definitely use them immediately! Tragedy struck when I needed my car towed 70+ miles from DTW. I called Ballor’s because I’ve known about them since I was young and used their services several times. Everyone was polite, prompt and helpful. 10/10 I’ll always be calling Ballor’s.
I called Joe Ballor towing when my wife hit a deer and needed a tow truck. They were extremely responsive and timely. The driver was super efficient and had to tow the car from the side of the road on the freeway. I greatly appreciated him being out there in a dangerous spot. Quick, affordable, and uplifting service. I went through 4-5 different companies just for a tow and they were either charging too much just to go 5 miles, not answering when I call but online they say they’re “open” and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail, or they didn’t have anyone in my area (but the company was in my area, I was confused too) and would take hours. Very grateful to stumble upon 007 & if he didn’t come as soon as he did I would’ve been out a car for a couple days but instead it’s the same day and I have my car. So, thank you.

I had a delivery of a high end car and couldn’t get to the customers house with my truck. Due to the nature of the car the owner wanted to keep it off the salty roads where he lived (understandable) I reached out to vans towing and they sent Matt out to assist transferring the car from my tractor trailer to the customer’s driveway. Matt knocked it out of the park! They had the right equipment for the job and made my delivery effortless! I don’t have enough good things to say about these guys but they are top notch!!
Best price quoted, came when they said they would come. Driver was polite, friendly, and skilled. Saved them to my contacts so if we need towing in the future we can use Van’s towing as their service is better than elsewhere.

I own a Porsche Panamera. It was an off fender bender and needed a tow. These cars are very low to the ground and are hard to get on a flatbread tow truck. Ivan showed up and knew exactly what he was doing. He said step aside and I’ll take over. Brought out some wood and put under the ramp of the truck and edged it up there. Great job Ivan definitely an asset to incredible Towing. If you ever need a tow this company has very knowledgeable people. Thank you, Ivan and incredible Towing.

Excellent service! Holly was there 20 minutes early, which is great when you’re waiting on the side of the road! She was quick to get my car loaded up and since we were a mile away from from where I was going she stopped there so I could pick up my package. I will definitely request ProAm again. I am giving a 5 Star rating to a driver at Allendale towing named Kurt! I tried to turn my truck around on a road that I did not know the area and ended up backing into a drainage ditch. I did try and get out myself as it is 4wheel drive but... I then called my daughter and her boyfriend they tried also to get me out with a tow strap to no avail,it actually made the truck tip so the front wheel was up off the ground! About that time a PO was there thinking I had been in an accident. After explaining that I had got lost and went the wrong direction and tried to turn around. He called a tow truck! Kurt showed up explained what he needed to do and had me out in about 15 minutes,his wife was super nice calming my nerves and explained the billing. When it was safe on 4 wheels again Kurt checked out my truck for damaged and explained if anything started to mess up on the truck to call him back! Came out of the store today to a flat tire! 😕 My insurance company gave me the number to the closest towing company to my location. So I called VIP express towing. Raad came to my rescue within 30mins! Very prompt!! 👍 The bolt holding my tire under my vehicle was rusted 😏 Which made it extremely difficult to remove!!! Raad worked very hard, probably a good 30 mins to get the tire off, but no luck! The spring holding the bolt was broke inside, so he couldn't remove it. So he took the flat tire off the vehicle and took me to a tire store 4 miles up the road. I Bought a new tire and he brought me back to my car and put the new tire on my vehicle!! He went over and beyond in service to help me! And I'm very thankful for all that he did to help me today!!!! He was professional, polite and I felt safe! Drivers are rude. Will cut you off and then proceed to go under the speed limit after they cut you off and yell at you through the window even though they’re the ones that cut you off in the first place and then proceeded to drive under the speed limit.

Yesterday had my car break down at a busy intersection in Clinton township. Managed to push it off busy road but into a business and it was partially blocking the entrance. Was very stressed and didn't have much money but was able to get ahold of Robbie's (other towing companies didn't answer)! They were there within an hour! Been towed before and had to wait 2 hours at least every time. Very nice and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We were having issues starting the boat and called Tow Boat US for assistance. Captain Lance arrived shortly after putting in the call for assistance. Captain Lance, helped me to resolve the issue but it was something that would require more expertise. Captain Lance hooked us up and towed us down the Clinton River and then down the canal we live on. His seamanship is remarkable, the way he maneuvered the boats was amazing. I am very thankful for the help we received and would recommend this service to any boater who needs assistance on the water. Ask for Captain Lance, he knows his job and does it well.

We went to the Henry Ford Museum of Innovation and our car failed to start back up when we went to leave as it was too cold (4⁰ F) Unlike AAA which didn't assign us an agent until 19 hours after we called them, Blk Knights Towing and Recovery came roughly an hour after we called, managed to jump start our car (which we believe has a failing starter). It cost us $50 for this service, which is a small price to pay in our opinion. Thank you very much!
My daughter needed a tow at 2:30am. Tire rod broke. I found a tow company that was willing to assist. The price was unusually high, but this was an emergency because her vehicle was blocking a side street. So I went with their price. I was guaranteed that the tow would be no later than 1 hr. After a two and half hour wait. I called them and was told They WILL BE ON THE WAY SHORTLY. I immediately cancelled. I was lucky to find Black Knights. The price was far less than the other tow. And I was promised arrival time of 20-30 minutes. Music to my ears Blk Knights arrival was 30 minutes exactly. They were very professional in their manner and work. I have dealt with many different tow companies. Blk Knights definitely best I’ve been involved with.

I'm giving this company a 1-Star rating and here's why. My brother's vehicle broke down in Southfield today at Speedway Gas. He phoned Henderson to obtain towing. The vehicle needed to be towed from Evergreen/Northwestern service drive to a repair shop in Canton. He was given a towing rate of $250 (outrageous) and was told they would be there within the hour. I arrived at 1pm to sit with him. At 2:15pm (1:15 later) we called for an ETA. Was told by a very unconcerned young lady, that she wasn't the one on the road and couldn't give an exact estimate. But the truck was currently dropping off another vehicle and the drive time from there to our location was 22 minutes. At 3:15pm (2:15 later) we phone again. Was told the same thing but that there was no ETA, and when the driver was on his way, he would text us. At 3:45pm (2:45 later), we received a text asking for our location when that information had already been provided to the dispatch. Instead, we called back to cancel the towing. We were able to reach T&Ts Towing who arrived in 10 minutes and offered us a much more reasonable towing rate and with a flatbed truck. I will never contact this company again, and it's unclear how Henderson got a 4.7 Google rating.

Rude driver in truck 109. While towing a truck the driver would weave his truck so another driver couldn't get in front of him. He drove a pickup off of the road.
Wrecked my wheel when I was forced onto a curb by a drag racer. It was acting up enough I didn't think it would make it to my mechanic. Mike got to my house fast, and had at my tire guys in less than half an hour. Best of all, the price was fair and I didn't have to deal w the crooks at Boulevard. True pros, thank you again!

Life saver! My car has a flat tire in Detroit. I called Nick's Towing and they came right away. There quick response allowed me to get my tire fixed before the shop closed!! The driver was very nice too! Thank you so much!

They dont answer the phone and leave you stuck on the side of the road for hours. I do not recommend at all. I called AAA between 1:00 and 2:00 they took hours and did not respond to AAA. Never use them.

Had a wonderful experience with this company today. I’m from out of town and was staying with a friend with my husband and kids when my car broke down. They were extremely kind, helpful, quick and friendly. A employee named Mike was the driver and he was awesome! Very pleased with the price and the professionalism and friendliness.
I got my mini van stuck in a snowbank off the road today after sliding on ice. After waiting hours for our insurance roadside assistance to show up , just to have them cancel, we started calling other tow companies. Berry’s & Gillikin’s could be there the fastest (within 30 minutes) and Justin did a fantastic job. He was able to pull me out safely and efficiently. Thank you!
Beware of scammers, had to have my vehicle towed. Asked the drive to take it to my body shop and was told it was easier for them to take it to their lot for the insurance inspection. Was never told there was a daily storage fee by the driver. So when I call to get my bill total, it was over a hundred more than what I was told. That's when they informed me of the storage fees. When I explained that I had asked to have it taken to my body shop instead, but the driver insisted it was easier to go to the lot and he never told me of storage fee. The owner laughed at me.
my car completely shut down on the highway and the kind man appeared what felt like out of thin air and he helped me figure it out and got me home. was my first experience in this as i’m 19 and i was freaking out so im very grateful that it happened where it did and he was right there to help me
